2) the construction of educational activities based on the individual characteristics of each child, in which the child himself becomes active in choosing the content of his education, becomes the subject of education (hereinafter - individualization of preschool education);

3) assistance and cooperation of children and adults, recognition of the child as a full-fledged participant (subject) of educational relations;

4) support for the initiative of children in various activities;

5) cooperation of the Organization with the family;

6) familiarizing children with socio-cultural norms, traditions of the family, society and the state;

7) the formation of cognitive education (compliance with conditions, requirements, methods of age and developmental characteristics

9) taking into account the ethnocultural situation of the development of children.

interests and cognitive actions of the child in various activities;

8) age adequacy of preschool age

1.1.3. Significant characteristics for the development and implementation of the program.

The main participants in the implementation of the Program: children aged 3-4 years, parents ( legal representatives), physical education instructor. The social customers for the implementation of the program, as a complex of additional services, are the parents (legal representatives) of the pupils, as guarantors of the child's rights to supervision, care, and health improvement.

Personnel potential.

Physical education instructor Matina Olga Nikolaevna. Education - higher, teaching experience - 21 years of which 10 years as a physical education instructor. In April 2016, she passed refresher courses under the program "Formation of value attitudes towards physical education in preschoolers in the context of the introduction and implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard of Preschool Education" at the Chuvash Republican Institute of Education. In 2014 she graduated from the courses physiotherapy exercises in the BU "Republican center of physiotherapy exercises and sports medicine", in 2015 she took advanced training courses at the NOU DPO "Institute of Fitness" under the program "Organization and conduct of classes, by means of fitness-aerobics of a health-improving orientation."

Age characteristics of children 3-4 years old

The fourth year of a child's life is characterized by the peculiarity of the development of the respiratory system, and by the age of 3-4 years, the pulmonary type of respiration is established, but the structure of the lung tissue is not completed, therefore, pulmonary ventilation is limited. At 3 - 4 years old, the child has many cutting and angular movements, low endurance muscular system... Because of this, static muscle tension is short-lived and the baby cannot sit or stand without changing posture. The strength of the muscles of the hand increases from 3.5 kg - 4 at the age of 3 - 4 years.

Weight - growth indicators of physical development between girls and boys are almost the same: height is 92 - 99 cm, body weight 14 - 16 kg.

In the fourth year of life, the child possesses a large volume of motor skills, is able to perform rather complex motor actions, observing a certain sequence. Children are characterized by a greater awareness of the perception of the demonstration of movements and verbal explanations, which has a positive effect on the quality of the exercise. However, there is still insufficient coordination in the work of various muscle groups(shoulder girdle, trunk, legs), the volition of movements is not formed.

A 3-year-old child masters the basic vital movements (walking, running, climbing, action with objects). There is an interest in determining the correspondence of motion to a sample. Children test their strengths in more complex activities, but at the same time, they are characterized by inability to measure their strengths with their capabilities.

The motility of the movements is characterized by a more or less accurate reproduction of the structure of the movement, its phases, direction, etc.

Self-esteem begins to develop when performing physical exercises, while children are guided to a large extent by the teacher's assessment.

A 3-4-year-old child has basic self-service hygiene skills.

Organization of the regime of education and upbringing of children

The work is built in the direction of personal - oriented interaction: teacher - child - parent. Classes contain cognitive material appropriate age characteristics preschool children, in combination with practical tasks (wellness minutes - exercises for the eyes, for posture, breathing exercises etc.) necessary for the development of the child's skills. The program is designed for 1 year. The duration of the lessons is 15-20 minutes. All topics are interconnected with each other. A group of children are recruited without imposing requirements for basic skills... When implementing the program, group forms of work are used, the main element of the classes is the game. Play is one of the ways a child develops his intellect, creativity, and physical health.

Forms and methods of work organization.

The game. Games of high and low mobility, with elements of sports games, music and sports games, story games.

Physical exercises. Basic types of movements, general developmental exercises, exercises with fitballs, game stretching exercises

Basic steps in fitness

Class divided into three parts: introductory, main and final.

Introductory part- warming up the body, preparation for complex loads involves: varieties of walking and running; dance elements; creative tasks; building; games for attention.

Main part:

The set of exercises with objects includes: exercises from different starting positions for different muscle groups; children's play stretching; aerobics; fitball gymnastics exercises of an improvisational nature

Educational tasks with elements of acrobatics and gymnastics; manipulation of objects; exercises for the development of physical qualities;

Outdoor games with a creative focus of a competitive nature.

Final part- recovery and relaxation, breathing exercises, quiet games, dosage according to the age of the children.

Sparing regime.

Preventive work is systematically carried out at the preschool educational institution, aimed at reducing morbidity and ensuring the physical and mental development of children. For frequently ill children, a sparing regimen has been developed, which provides for individual hardening measures, an increase in daytime sleep, and regulation of the time of walks. Children with previous illnesses and deviations in health (impaired posture, respiratory diseases, diseases of the cardiovascular system, diseases of the kidneys and urinary tract, diseases nervous system) are not exempt from motor activity. For them, the most favorable conditions are created: a higher temperature of the water in the shower after a class, a shorter time for free swimming, limited loads taking into account the disease. High-quality performance of regime moments, a clear daily routine ensures the protection of the nervous system of preschoolers. Regularly scheduled medical examinations of children are carried out with the assistance of specialists.

Ensuring safety in sports hall.

Before starting the organization of classes in the gym, children should be familiarized with the rules of conduct in the premises of the gym.

Ensuring safety when organizing classes in the gym with preschool children includes the following rules:

Directly educational activities on physical culture should be carried out in places that fully meet all safety and hygiene requirements

Allow children to directly engage in educational activities only with the permission of a doctor.

Pupils must comply with the rules for the use of physical training equipment, the established regimes of classes and rest.

Classes in the gym must be carried out in sportswear and sports shoes with non-slip sole.

During classes, pupils must follow the rules for wearing sportswear and sports shoes, and the rules of personal hygiene.

A room thermometer should be posted in the gym to control the temperature regime.

The gym should be equipped with a first aid kit, complete with the necessary medicines and dressings for first aid in case of injuries.

The head of physical education, educator and pupils must comply with fire safety rules, know the location of the primary fire extinguishing equipment, the gym must be equipped with a fire extinguisher, an automatic fire extinguishing system and supply and exhaust ventilation.

Sports equipment must be provided with instructions for the safety of the exercise.

All classes for teaching children the basic types of movements should be compiled in accordance with pedagogical principles and, in terms of their content, should correspond to the age characteristics of those involved, their physical fitness, and the level of health.

The structure of the classes must comply with the modern requirements for the construction and conduct of educational and health-improving physical culture classes for preschool children. The basis for the construction of the lesson is its division into three parts: preparatory, main, and final. The presence of these parts and their arrangement only in this sequence is ensured by the biological laws of the body's functioning, which determine its working capacity and the logic of the development of the educational process in motor activity.

Do not exercise with faulty equipment and broken equipment.

Observe discipline and order, make sure that children follow all instructions from a physical education supervisor or educator.

Start and finish exercises only at the command of a teacher or supervisor physical education.

Do not allow children to leave the classroom without permission.

Do not leave children alone in the gym.

During the lesson, choose a place so that all children are visible.

At walking and running in the column, one at a time, keep a distance of two steps.

Remove from the road all objects that interfere with walking, running.

When doing the exercises in a stream, maintain sufficient spacing between the children so that there are no collisions.

With a group start on short distances run only on your own path.

In order to avoid collisions in children of the younger, middle group, exclude a sharply "stopping" stop when running. At performing jumps and dismounts from sports equipment land softly, squatting springy. Place gymnastic mats in places where the apparatus bounces off so that their surface is even.

Jump only in athletic shoes.

To insure the child together with the landing.

Do not tie the high jump rope to the uprights, but place it on the pins in the uprights.

When jumping long from a place, moving forward on one or two legs, instruct to jump "softly", "quietly" on toes.

Do not allow children to jump from great height.

When doing exercises on throwing see if there are children in the throwing sector.

Throwing exercises should be performed only at the signal of a teacher or physical education leader.

Do not leave sports equipment unattended.

Do not stand to the right of the thrower, do not be in the throwing zone, do not go for throwing equipment without the permission of the physical education supervisor or educator.

Do not give the throwing apparatus to each other with a throw.

When doing exercises in balance, on the gymnastic bench, remind children of the rules of conduct for sports equipment(do not push, do not push each other, do not overtake, if you lose your balance, do not hold on to a friend, but get off the projectile).

Place a mat in the place where the child jumps. Insure the child, if necessary, moving along the bench.

In order not to get a maxillofacial injury, at crawling on the gymnastic bench, follow the position of the hands (grab it from the side so that thumb was on top, and the rest of the fingers were under the bench). Correctly take i.p. (from the beginning, put your hands on the bench, then your legs) and get off the apparatus after doing the exercises (from the beginning, put your feet on the floor, then straighten up).

At climbing wall bars be sure to insure children against falling, do not allow them to climb to a height on their own.

When climbing, do not sag, do not hang on one hand, climb without skipping rails, do not jump from a height, let go of your hands when both feet are on the floor.

Spread mats along the Swedish wall, stand to the right of the child, providing assistance if necessary, monitor the correct grip of the hands, placing the foot on the rail.

When working with gymnastic sticks keep a distance when performing exercises, do not fight with sticks, do not wave, hold them in two hands below or on the shoulder like a "gun" (put the stick on the palm right hand lowered, with the left hand pressed to the right shoulder) when explaining the task or rebuilding.

Start and finish the exercises only at the command of the educator, the head of physical education.

Do not leave children unattended.

When exercising, watch out for retention correct posture: the back is straight, the chin is raised, the abdomen is pulled in, the shoulders are unfolded, the legs are bent and set apart (three points of support - legs, pelvis), the feet are parallel and pressed to the floor, the socks can be spread slightly to the sides, there is an angle between the thigh and lower leg 90 0, hands are down, fingers are holding the ball.

It is necessary to teach the child the techniques of self-belay during physical exercise using jumping balls.

Jumping balls have handles, so the teacher, before performing the exercise, needs to instruct the children on how to take the ball correctly so that the handle does not hit the eye or other part of the body during the exercise.

When performing bouncing on the ball, it is necessary to monitor the posture of children. Do not combine bouncing with bending, twisting or turning the body.

Performing exercises lying on the ball (on your back or stomach), control that the head and spine are in a straight line, do not hold your breath.

When performing the exercises, you should strictly adhere to the technique of their implementation. Do not include prohibited elements in sets of exercises. These include: circular motion head, tilting the head back, sharp twisting movements, tearing the pelvis away from the ball while performing spring movements on it, resting on the ball with your hands at some switchgear and various transitions from the same IP. to another.

If the child experiences physical discomfort or pain while doing the exercises, then the exercise should be stopped.

Observe the established regimes of classes and rest.

What is kids fitness? First of all, this is a complex of game activities that harmoniously combine elements of choreography and aerobics, as well as gymnastics, etc. The main goal of fitness for kids is to develop artistry and strength qualities, sense of rhythm, flexibility and endurance, coordination. When can you give your baby to fitness, and how to choose a program?

Features of children's fitness

About 20 years ago, no one had any questions about the inactivity of children - in the courtyards from early morning and until dark, children's voices rang out. Outdoor games were an integral part of childhood - football and hockey, hide and seek and cycling. Pleasant tiredness in the evening and calm, healthy sleep at night. Today's children are known to spend most of their time with tablets and laptops. Physical development with such a lifestyle is out of the question.

Children's fitness, as a fun and active activity, solves this problem.

How does it differ from regular physical education and sports schools?

  • The format of the classes is playful and exciting.
  • Programs are individual, based on the psychophysical state of the baby.
  • The development of all muscle groups occurs evenly.
  • There is no system of personal competitions and assessments. Children attend classes with pleasure - you won't have to be upset about losing.
  • Compulsory physical education and sports activities in the sections entice the child less than play activities accompanied by music in comfortable psychological conditions and taking into account adapted loads.
  • Part of children's fitness is playing games with a speech therapist.
  • Low invasiveness. That is, the safety of the classes.
  • Variety of activities.

Age for children to train in a fitness club

Crumbs are usually brought to fitness classes from one and a half years. Of course, not without taking into account the characteristics of the organism. The maximum number of children in a group is 10-15 people.

Age groups:

  • The smallest are 2-4 years old

Classes to strengthen muscles and the spine, to coordinate movements and develop motor skills. The presence of parents is required.

  • Baby - 4-6 years old

Aerobic, strength and developmental exercises. Classes for the development of speech.

  • Older kids - 7-11 years old

Emphasis on posture, strong-willed qualities, muscle development. Trainings on simulators.

  • Adolescents - under 16

A set of exercises aimed at general physical development and endurance.

Lesson times for each age:

  • For babies 2-4 years old - a maximum of 30 minutes and no more than 2 times / week.
  • For children under 10 years old - half an hour 2-3 times / week.
  • For teenagers - 40 minutes three times a week.

Where and how are the classes held?

- these are specially equipped rooms with swings and ropes, with dry pools, with Swedish wall and machines, with soft modules, etc. Classes for little ones are usually plotless and role-playing - exclusively in a playful way.

Taking into account the characteristics of the body / age, such types of aerobics as fitball and step, dance aerobics and even yoga can be used.

Children's fitness - the result of classes:

  • Development of all muscle groups.
  • Posture correction.
  • Development of coordination of movements.
  • Development of orientation in space.
  • Development of social skills, leadership qualities and communication skills.
  • Better sleep.
  • Help with problems with the musculoskeletal system.
  • Formation of a muscle corset.
  • Improving joint mobility.
  • Developing self-control and discipline.
  • Development of logical thinking.
  • And etc.

The lesson scheme consists of ...

  • Warm-ups. Here the main emphasis is on general strengthening exercises for all muscle groups.
  • The main part. In it, active games are carried out using inventory.
  • The final part. The game part to consolidate the result.

Contraindications for children's fitness

One of the most significant advantages of training is the absence of contraindications. There are practically none. And even if there are such, you can always choose an individual program to strengthen the health of the baby.

  • In case of chronic diseases, an individual set of classes must be selected.
  • If you have problems with the spine, strength exercises are prohibited. On the other hand, aerobics (and swimming) are very beneficial.
  • With asthma, aerobics is already excluded, and yoga classes, on the contrary, expand.

In addition to consulting with the instructor directly, it is recommended that you consult a pediatrician as well. Check with your doctor about your plans. This is especially true for mothers of very young children.

Best Kids Fitness Programs

There is no clear program of classes in children's fitness. This, perhaps, is its main advantage.

What do kids fitness clubs offer today for toddlers?

  • Logo aerobics

This type of fitness involves performing exercises in conjunction with the pronunciation of certain sounds, quatrains.

  • Capoeira

The type of activity adored by many modern kids. Combines special leg movement technique, dance and martial arts.

  • Beast aerobics

These exercises look like imitation of the movements of animals. Crumbs love this type of fitness very much.

  • Rock climbing and ropes.
  • Roller skating / cycling.
  • Dancing and swimming.
  • Yoga.
  • Fitball.
  • Classes on massage mats.
  • Power training.
  • Programs for the development of motor skills, to improve posture or to prevent flat feet.
  • Physiotherapy.
  • Rhythm and aerobics.
  • Ushu.
  • Kinesiological exercises.

Classes to activate mental abilities, cerebral hemispheres.

  • Ballinger Training Gymnastics

The goal is the development of mental functions.

  • Hardening gymnastics.
  • Dance gymnastics.
  • Water aerobics.
  • "Rocking chair" for kids (exercise equipment).

Is children's fitness possible in the conditions of your apartment?

Of course, you can do it at home - no one will forbid you to do it. But training is recommended to be carried out with the participation of a trainer and following his recommendations.

And given that one of the goals of children's fitness is the development of social skills and the maximum switching of the child from the computer to real life, it is still better to accustom the baby to activities outside the home - in groups with peers.

It solves problems of general and special orientation by means of dance, learns special corrective exercises, improves the technique and style of their implementation, works out the coordination of movements with music. V work can be used both complexes of general developmental exercises of a certain therapeutic orientation, a series of dance exercises, and whole compositions, that is, groups of exercises united by a single semantic meaning and solving certain problems. The structure of the main body may vary depending on from: - repetition of exercises, their alternation in different starting positions(standing, sitting, in rests, lying down, - focus (on the correction of the spine, foot, balance, coordination of movements, etc.) - a separate effect on the muscles (arms, neck, legs, etc.).

In the final part, the tasks of restoring the body's forces are solved children after physical activity... It takes 5-7 minutes. 1.Explanatory note
Educational program "Children's Fitness" for the provision of additional paid services, the development of which was carried out in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Education". The program provides an expansion of opportunities for the implementation of the general education program of preschool education for children from 4 to 5 years old, and is a document on the basis of which the preschool educational institution independently carries out educational activities. The term of the Program implementation is 2 years.
The organization of the activities of adults and children for the implementation and development of the Program is carried out in the joint activities of an adult and children. The total scope of activities meets the requirements of the current SanPiN.

Fitness classes ensure the correct development of the child's body. Unlike physical education, children's fitness is aimed precisely at maintaining health and physical form child. In this case, there is no "pursuit of results", which sometimes makes children's sports more interesting for the child.

This program corrects posture, prevents flat feet and problems with the musculoskeletal system, strengthens the cardiovascular system, develops coordination, strength, flexibility, endurance, a sense of rhythm, and artistry.

Modern children experience "motor deficits", since even preschoolers spend most of their time in static position(at tables, televisions, this causes fatigue of certain muscle groups, which affects posture disorders, curvature of the spine, flat feet, instead of age-related development of basic physical qualities: speed, coordination of movements, endurance, flexibility and strength).

Every parent wants to see their baby healthy, cheerful, harmoniously developed. It is necessary to ensure the child's need for movement, to give the opportunity to satisfy the "motor deficit". The main motive of young children in the development and improvement of motor experience is the interest in specialized classes, therefore, it is expedient and consciously created classes when children can throw out not only their emotions and frolic, but also acquire the necessary skills and abilities.
