Exercise after a nap at the dhow. Gymnastics to wake up after a nap

Corrective gymnastics after sleep - this is one of the forms of health-improving work, which includes a combination of exercise complexes breathing exercises, exercises for the prevention and correction of posture disorders and flat feet, finger gymnastics, elements of self-massage of the head, arms and legs, hardening procedures.

I carry out the complex of corrective gymnastics according to a certain scheme:

  • Gymnastics in bed.
  • Chair gymnastics or corrective walking.
  • OSU complex.
  • Breathing exercises.

Gymnastics in bed or awakening gymnastics aimed at the gradual transition of children from sleep to wakefulness. In it, I include such elements as stretching, alternately raising and lowering arms and legs, self-massage elements (you can use massage balls), finger gymnastics. The duration is 2 minutes.

Purpose: to act through the bioactive points of the fingers on the internal organs; affecting the active points of the head, improve blood flow; acting on the active points of the face, to prevent colds.

The main rule is to exclude sudden movements that can cause muscle strain, overexcitation, a drop in blood pressure and, as a result, dizziness.

Chair gymnastics is aimed at preventing flat feet, I spend it sitting on a chair in the bedroom or in a group for 2 minutes. I alternate this part of gymnastics with corrective walking (on toes, on heels, with high knees, in a half-squat, on outside feet, with a roll from heel to toe, along corrective paths).

The ORU complex is an exercise for the muscles of the shoulder girdle and trunk, aimed at shaping posture (you can spend a minute of physical activity). I spend in a group where the air temperature after airing is 3-5 lower for 2 minutes.

The main rule is to monitor not only how the exercise is performed, but also the posture of children - the position of the head, back, arms and legs.

A set of breathing exercises important for strengthening immunity, preventing colds and diseases of the upper respiratory tract. The greatest health-improving effect is achieved only with a sufficiently long-term performance of breathing exercises. I increase the dosage gradually from 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

Purpose: to teach children to breathe through the nose, develop respiratory muscles, increase mobility chest, improve lymph and blood circulation in the lungs.

Fundamental rules:

1. Inhale through the nose, mouth closed.

2. Breathe slowly to oxygenate the body.

3. Concentrate on the exercise.

4. Breathe with pleasure: positive emotions in themselves have a significant healing effect.

The final stage is contrast hardening of the legs.

For hardening, we use contrasting foot baths, where we use warm and cool water during one procedure. Children step from one pelvis to another, achieving a “game of vessels”. The temperature of warm water for all children is the same + 38C, cool water is + 18C for children of I health group and + 28C for children of II health group. The time spent in warm water is 6-8 seconds, in cold water 3-4 seconds. We finish with cool water, then the children vigorously rub their feet with a towel until they are slightly reddened, we help the kids. With children undergoing adaptation, we do not carry out contrast hardening, after adaptation we turn on the gentle hardening elements, we start with hardening the hands. Also for weakened children after illnesses.

On those days when the air temperature in the room is below normal, we do not carry out this type of hardening, but replace it with an individual or differentiated wellness work with kids. For example, for posture correction Angelina and Danilo D. I propose exercise. "Icicle" - hang on outstretched arms on the rail of the gymnastic wall with your back to it; at the same time, I make sure that the children keep their torso straight, legs together. The rest of the children walk on the carpet with a bag on their heads. Gradually, I increase the exercise time individually for each child. With children who often have colds, we play the game "Blow on a leaf (snowflake)". For the prevention of flat feet, we learn to grasp, lift and shift small toys with our toes or play with a handkerchief: you need to collect it with your feet, fold “corner to corner”.

The total duration of corrective gymnastics after sleep is 10 minutes, I make up one complex for a month.

During this time, children have time to master the technique of performing individual exercises, and their interest is maintained throughout the year. Exercises for the formation of posture and breathing I take from the morning gymnastics complex so that they are familiar to children. On those days when, according to the schedule, after sleep there should be a physical training session, corrective gymnastics is not carried out. I try to do gymnastics in a playful way in order to arouse children's interest, to create a positive emotional mood.

Thus, we simultaneously solve several problems: we heal children, develop their motor imagination, form meaningful motor skills. And most importantly, all this gives children pleasure.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

Good day!

Wake up soon!

Smile wider at the sun!

With these words, we greet the waking up children. Exercising in bed helps to prepare the child's body for physical activity after sleep, realizing a smooth, natural transition from a state of rest to wakefulness. It creates a positive emotional mood, has a health-improving and hardening effect.

Gymnastics after sleep is carried out by a teacher with children of all age groups every day after naps. It is necessary to provide children with a smooth transition from sleep to wakefulness, preparation for vigorous activity; prevention of flat feet; consolidating the skills of conscious behavior, self-massage of the head, face, hands, abdomen, legs, activating biologically active points.

The complexes based on the game plot and including elements of improvisation allow to achieve maximum motor and emotional activity.

Exercising after sleep in kindergarten allows you to raise healthy children and prepare them for future stress. Low physical activity and infrequent walks on fresh air, prolonged exposure to a computer and TV can gradually cause various disturbances. The task of parents and educators in kindergarten is to pay more attention to the physical development of the child, so that it will be easier for him at school.

An unprepared child will often get sick, will not be able to do physical education at school. It is much easier for healthy children to master new skills, concentrate on assignments, and adapt to new conditions. They lend themselves more easily to education and training.

In preschool educational institutions (or preschool educational institutions), this issue should be given Special attention.

Exercise is important for a child with early years... Children's age is very difficult, since a small person will have to a short time assimilate a lot of information, and it takes strength.

If the physical state the baby is normal, then he is easier to contact with others, shows curiosity and activity.

You can choose a gymnastic course for:

  • development of memory and attention;
  • improving vision;
  • posture formation;
  • prevention of flat feet.

They will increase the child's stamina and strengthen the immune system.

The wellness course can also be taken at home. Toning gymnastics does not require mom to be a gymnast or have any special skills. For this, children's music, a study mat, poetry and exercises are suitable. A massage mat, a hoop, a stick, a skipping rope, a ball, a roller massager can facilitate training. These items are used in every kindergarten. It's good to have a children's sports corner at home.

Gymnastics after sleeping in a preschool educational institution or at home should not tire the baby. The main thing is that the awakening of the child is easy.

Taking into account the age, several exercises for 2-4 approaches are enough. The load should be alternated with rest, after which it is important to wash your face with cool water.

Regular classes will allow you to choose the right gymnastics option for your child. The doctor may also recommend exercises if your baby has problems with posture or lungs.

You can make up a set of exercises that include different variants gymnastics:

Each type of gymnastics increases the level of development of the child and improves his skills.

The preparatory course of exercises must necessarily be carried out in the form of a game. In the first year of a baby's life, you should not do without gymnastics. Speech exercises are good fine motor skills.

It is important that the child understands the plot of the lessons, he was not bored with the exercises. For this, there is a gymnastics card index on the Internet. Such filing cabinets contain sets of exercises that will be interesting for every child to perform. Exercises are selected for children of all ages. Parents can take notes of the lessons. You can also pick up a video. A special site will help with this (as an option, YouTube).

There are also books on children's gymnastics that are suitable for toddlers 2-3, 3-4 years old and older.

Features of gymnastics after sleep

Exercise after sleeping in younger group and others will make it easier to wake up and return to the work rhythm of the day.

To receive good results it is important to follow these rules:

  1. It is necessary for the child to wake up on his own. You cannot force the baby to leave the bed especially for charging.
  2. Finger warm-up should be easy first, simple exercises performed in bed.
  3. Classes should be conducted in a well-ventilated room.
  4. Children should not get tired while doing it. The purpose of charging is to bring in good mood... But it costs at least a quarter of an hour to study.
  5. After gymnastics, stabbing procedures are helpful. Washing with cool water is enough.

It is important that the kindergarten complies with all the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard. This will make the educational process of the highest quality.

Children of different ages need to select appropriate exercises. The younger child can do simpler exercises than the older one.

The kindergarten is divided into several groups, each of which has children of different ages... The oldest group is considered to be 5-6 years old. it preschool age, therefore, children begin to actively prepare for the upcoming learning.

Small children are suitable for simple exercises in the form of a bicycle, the sun and others.

Exercise after sleeping in middle group involves performing more difficult exercises. Even the children themselves want it, because simple gymnastics it is boring for them.

The educational complex should include respiratory, finger exercises exercising on the rug. Loads should alternate with rest.

V average age children four to five years old are included, so they are interested in imitating animals and objects. The topic can be anything.

Children like:

  1. Crawl back and forth on all fours. This exercise is called Cancer.
  2. Imitation of a bridge. The child puts his hands behind his back, sits down and tries to raise himself on his hands.
  3. Light jogging with arms forward following the movement of the steering wheel.
  4. Running with flapping arms like wings.
  5. Running with flexion and extension of the arms at the elbows.

This will help you quickly get out of sleep and stretch your muscles.

Exercise after sleeping in senior group may include performing any exercises, since children of this age have already fully mastered the skills to control their bodies.

To add variety to habitual activities the use of simulators is recommended. Charging can be done using a rope, swedish wall, hoop, dumbbell, ball.

Exercise after sleeping in preparatory group, when the daytime sleep is no longer so long, should consist of stretching exercises, breathing, stabbing procedures, exercises to prevent flat feet.

Children need:

  1. Walk on heels, toes, on the outside of the foot, raising the legs and squatting. If it is summer at the moment, then you can do exercises in the fresh air. Winter is also not a reason to stay indoors. But if it is January or February, then it is undesirable to walk in the cold for a long time. But as soon as March comes, you can do gymnastics on the street.
  2. Perform all exercises with a flat back. Thanks to this, the correct posture can be maintained. To do this, the child is recommended to stand straight, join his hands behind his back, make turns, squat and bend in this position.
  3. The use of simulators involves training with a hoop. In summer it is better to do it outside. Good influence on physical development pull-ups on the Swedish wall.

Thanks to gymnastic exercises you can prepare your child for the future. Physical exercise strengthen the immune system, improve the development of the baby. Classes after sleep in kindergarten will prepare children for school, increase their endurance and performance. Attention to this should be paid not only by educators in preparatory institutions, but also by parents.

Autumn is a wonderful time, generous with beauty and harvest! Autumn holidays in kindergartens are a wonderful logical conclusion to this.

To maintain health and attract children to physical education in the preparatory groups of kindergartens, gymnastics after sleep is deservedly popular. This activity provides preschoolers with a calm transition from a state of rest to a period of wakefulness.

Warm-up in beds and hardening

Without getting up from their beds and throwing back the blankets, in a supine position, children perform a small amount of general developmental exercises. Then the group gets up barefoot on the massage mats next to the beds... For several minutes, they walk on the spot, which can be transferred to a run.

The continuation of gymnastics takes place in another room, pre-cooled to a temperature of 19 ° C. Here, to rhythmic music, the children are invited to perform arbitrary movements, which end with breathing exercises.

Game activities

Figurative gymnastics consists in children imitating the movements of animals (a frog gallops, a cat bends) or birds (a heron on one leg), imitation of the characteristic movements of athletes (skiing, ice skating), etc.

Gymnastics after sleep in the preparatory group on simulators

The complex begins with a light warm-up: steps, jogging and jumping. Then the group of children is divided into subgroups of several people. The first the team is engaged in the sports corner where ropes, ladders and other elements are located.

The second the team exercises with children's exercise equipment: dumbbells, discs... The third group is heading to Treadmills and a bike. Classes change every 5 minutes.

Classes on massage tracks

It is recommended to carry out such gymnastics at least 2 times every 7 days. The group is engaged in barefoot. Gymnastics begins with steps on the tracks, then the rhythm accelerates and an easy run begins, the last one lasts no more than 90 seconds.

The lesson ends with slow steps along the health paths.

Gymnastics goals

Gymnastics in kindergarten has the following goals:

  • Calm exit from the state of rest and the beginning of the waking phase.
  • Elimination of a sluggish state.
  • Bringing the child's nervous system to tone.
  • Activation of the functions of various systems in the body (respiratory, cardiovascular, etc.).
  • Preparation for intellectual activity.
  • Improving physical performance.
  • Lifting mood and improving general well-being.
  • Normalization of work immune system, disease prevention.
  • Hardening.

Features of gymnastics by month

Gymnastics after sleep in the preparatory group takes approximately 10-15 minutes in duration.

In this short time, it is impossible to carry out gymnastics, covering all muscles and body systems. For the diversified development of children, it is recommended to change the composition of the activities after sleep on a monthly basis. During this period, the guys will master all the exercises of the previous complex and begin to knead and train new muscle groups. The change of gymnastics keeps the children interested in classes throughout the year.

  1. The first group of exercises begins with running in a cold (19 ° C) room, followed by preventive exercises for flat feet.
  2. The next complex includes a warm-up while lying down and sitting in bed, breathing and hardening exercises.
  3. Further, instead of breathing exercises, aerobics to music is included in the complex.
  4. The fourth complex begins with a hardening run, followed by exercises to prevent posture.

Rules for conducting awakening gymnastics

During daytime sleep, it is necessary to ventilate a suitable room for air hardening, the temperature difference with a warm bedroom should be 3-5 ° C. In the summer, hardening exercises can be done outdoors.

The moment of awakening is accompanied by quiet music, the volume and pace of which increase with increasing exercise intensity. Charging begins on a schedule with the children awake, as the rest of the children wake up, join the process. Forcing a child to study is not allowed.

Gymnastics after sleep in the preparatory group should be without sudden movements

The basic rule of gymnastics in beds: abrupt movements are excluded as well as getting out of bed so as not to cause dizziness and not to stretch rested muscles. Before starting gymnastics, a pillow is removed from under the head in bed.

During charging, children move to a “cold” room or outside for active walking and running. Here you can conduct classes for correct posture and in order to prevent flat feet, engage in corrective walking and run on massage mats. The group then returns to the warm bedroom for further exercise. The transition can be carried out several times per lesson.

Gymnastic classes are recommended to be carried out in a playful way., it creates a positive emotional atmosphere among children. The technique of performing exercises based on imitation of animals or other images is easier for children to master, such exercises develop motor imagination.

How to distribute the load correctly

Gymnastics after sleep in the preparatory group lasts at least a quarter of an hour.

Calm warm-up in beds lasts about 3 minutes, it can contain elements of self-massage and finger exercises. For the same amount of time, children are in a chilled room, moving on the floor or on massage mats.

After active exercises, a respiratory complex follows. To avoid nausea and dizziness, breathing exercises start from 30 sec - 1 min, gradually the cycle duration increases to 5-7 min.

  • The cycle begins with steps on toes with arms raised to the ceiling. Then the children go with their usual steps and periodically, at the command of the teacher, they stop either on the right or on the left leg. The movement continues in a squat position, hands on the waist, followed by a cheerful march with a high rise of the knees.
  • The guys actively walk around the room, then rise on their toes and, continuing to walk, straighten their arms up. Then they drop to their heels, put their hands on their waists and step on their heels. The cycle ends with an easy run with the heels to the buttocks.

Hardening procedures

Due to the large number of children in groups kindergarten, it is impossible to organize a personal approach to each child to develop a set of hardening procedures. Therefore, in order to avoid negative consequences, daily moderate hardening is carried out, if there is no epidemic.

Depending on the air temperature outside, some of the active exercises of the complex can be carried out in the fresh air. In cold seasons, the group goes on for 2-3 minutes. in a cool room with a temperature of 17-19 °. Children do gymnastics without shoes and socks, being only in T-shirts and shorts.

Walking barefoot on massage mats, which can be replaced by steps on basins of water, has a great health-improving effect. The gymnastic complex is completed by an extensive washing cold water, while washing the face, hands, neck and chest.

If possible and in agreement with the parents of the child and the pediatrician, it is possible to carry out enhanced hardening with a small group of healthy children.

Gymnastics after waking up plays a big role in the development of children in the preparatory group. Sleepiness and lethargy, as a consequence of sleep, do not allow children to engage in intellectual exercises in a timely manner. Therefore, it is important to organize a smooth transition to wakefulness through charging and hardening procedures.
