Physical education v kindergarten... The system of work in the preparatory group for school

Dear Colleagues!

This manual was published as part of the educational and methodological kit for the approximate basic general educational program of preschool education "FROM BIRTH TO SCHOOL". The program "FROM BIRTH TO SCHOOL" is revised in accordance with Federal State Requirements (FGT, Order No. 655 dated November 23, 2009) a version of the "Education and Training Program in Kindergarten", ed. M. A. Vasilyeva, V. V. Gerbova, T. S. Komarova.

Before the release of the complete educational and methodological kit for the program "FROM BIRTH TO SCHOOL", teachers can use in their work the manuals published for the "Program of education and training in kindergarten" ed. M. A. Vasilyeva, V. V. Gerbova, T. S. Komarova.

Penzulaeva Ludmila Ivanovnacandidate of pedagogical sciences, author of scientific articles and teaching aids on physical education children.

Introduction

This manual presents a system of work with children of 6-7 years old in physical culture.

According to the current SanPiN 2.4.1.2660-10, directly educational activities on physical development children 6-7 years old are organized at least 3 times a week. Its duration is 30 minutes.

Once a week for children 5–7 years old, direct educational activities on physical development in the open air should be organized all year round. It is carried out only if children do not have medical contraindications and that they have sportswear appropriate for the weather.

In the warm season, under favorable meteorological conditions, educational activities on physical development are directly organized in the open air.

Further in the manual, for convenience of presentation, instead of the term "direct educational activity", we will often use the term "occupation", which is familiar to teachers. However, the term "lesson" should not mislead teachers: it does not imply lesson-type lessons. The task of the teacher is not to turn physical education into a lesson, but to use forms of work with children that correspond to their age, indicated in the approximate basic general educational program of preschool education "From birth to school", ed. H. Ye. Veraksy, T. S. Komarova, M. A. Vasilyeva.

According to the principle of integration, the physical development of children is carried out not only in the process of specific physical culture and sports games, exercises and classes, but also when organizing all types of children's activities through physical education, didactic games with elements of movement, outdoor games with elements of speech development, mathematics, construction, etc.

The teacher should purposefully organize the educational process so that children are required to have optimal physical activity in all types of children's activities (not just an answer to a question, but an answer and clap, an answer and a ball pass, etc.). This approach not only stimulates physical development, but also contributes to a more successful solution to other educational tasks.

In the process of educational activities on physical development, attention should be paid to the simultaneous solution of the tasks of other educational areas:

- formation of skills of safe behavior in outdoor and sports games, when using sports equipment("Safety");

- the creation in the process of educational activities for the physical development of pedagogical situations and situations of moral choice, the development of moral qualities, the encouragement of manifestations of courage, resourcefulness, mutual assistance, endurance, etc., encouraging children to self-esteem and assess the actions and behavior of their peers ("Socialization");

- involvement of children in the arrangement and cleaning of physical culture equipment and equipment ("Labor");

- activating the thinking of children (through an independent choice of games, equipment, counting balls, etc.), organizing special exercises for orientation in space, outdoor games and exercises that consolidate knowledge about the environment (imitation of animal movements, adult labor);

- encouraging children to articulate actions and naming exercises, encouraging speech activity in the process of physical activity, discussing the benefits of hardening and physical education ("Communication");

- organization of games and exercises for the texts of poems, nursery rhymes, counting rhymes; plot physical culture lessons on the themes of read fairy tales, nursery rhymes ("Reading fiction");

- attracting the attention of preschoolers to the aesthetic side appearance children and educator, room decoration; the use of elementary physical education aids (flags, pictures, targets for throwing) made by children in physical education classes, drawing with chalk markings for outdoor games ("Artistic creativity");

- organization of rhythmic gymnastics, games and exercises with music, singing; carrying out sports games and competitions with musical accompaniment; development of artistic abilities in outdoor games of an imitation nature ("Music"),

Physical education of preschoolers is unified system educational and recreational activities in the daily routine, including daily morning exercises, educational activities for physical development, outdoor games and indoor and outdoor entertainment under the direct supervision of the educator.

Approximate notes are built according to the generally accepted structure and include teaching the basic types of movements, sets of exercises of a general developmental nature with various objects and outdoor games. All physical education classes are conducted in a playful and entertaining manner. At the end of each month, material is presented for repetition and consolidation of what has been passed, which the teacher can change or supplement at his discretion.

An important place in working with children aged 6–7 is occupied by outdoor games, game exercises and tasks. In games, children not only develop and consolidate physical qualities, but also form responsibility for themselves and other children (mutual assistance, support, moral foundations of behavior in a team). The main thing is that classes and games in the room and on the site of the kindergarten bring pleasure and joy to children, add confidence in their abilities, and develop independence.

As a result of development work physical qualities and motor skills throughout the entire period of education and training in kindergarten, by the time they enter the first grade, children have a certain and fairly strong supply of motor skills and abilities, physical qualities, good coordination movements. All this will allow them to successfully cope with the loads at school, maintain the correct posture in the classroom, show perseverance, the ability to listen to the teacher without being distracted.

Methodology for working with children 6-7 years old

In the kindergarten preparatory group, 3 physical education classes are held per week in the morning. The duration of the lesson is 30–35 minutes. Every third lesson is held outdoors.

The structure of physical education classes is generally accepted: the lesson consists of an introductory, main and final parts.

The allocation of parts of the lesson is due to physiological, psychological and pedagogical laws. The introductory part ensures the gradual inclusion of children in motor activity... The main part (the largest in volume and significance) contributes to the achievement of the optimal level of performance in accordance with the tasks of the lesson. The final part aligns functional state the body of children.

Introductory part(duration 5-6 minutes). This part includes exercises in building, rebuilding; different options walking, running, jumping with a relatively moderate load; simple game tasks.

Learning exercises in walking and running provides for their obligatory alternation. The unevenness of these exercises, their monotony can lead to a decrease in attention, interest, and also adversely affect the formation of the posture and foot of children.

Main part(duration 20-25 minutes). This part includes exercises for the development of the musculoskeletal system, physical and moral-volitional qualities of the individual. These general developmental exercises, carried out with different tempo and amplitude of movement, strengthen large muscle groups, contribute to the formation of correct posture, the ability to navigate in space.

One of the leading places in the main part of the lesson is occupied by teaching the basic types of movements (walking, running, jumping, throwing, climbing), which provide a comprehensive effect on the child's body and its functional capabilities. The content of the main part of the lesson also includes outdoor games of high and medium intensity, simple game tasks, relay races.

General developmental exercises are carried out without objects or with small physical equipment (flags, cubes, skittles, balls, jump ropes, gymnastic sticks). Large equipment is also used - rope, gymnastic benches, hoops of large and small diameter. When choosing exercises, it is recommended to provide for the impact on a specific muscle group. First, exercises are given to strengthen shoulder girdle, then - back muscles and abdominal, then legs.

Before proceeding with the direct implementation of the exercises, the teacher must make sure that all children have taken the correct initial position... The amplitude of the exercises performed, the pace and physical activity depend on the starting position.

The starting positions when performing general developmental exercises are varied - the main stand, the stand of the legs shoulder-width apart (feet), the stand on the knees, sitting, lying on the back and stomach. The positions for the arms and trunk are also different. It is advisable to teach children from the beginning of the year to a sequential transition from one starting position to another. This will allow you to perform general developmental exercises in an organized manner and with less time.

When conducting general developmental exercises, it is advisable to use musical accompaniment. Music disciplines children, contributes to a clearer execution of movements, creates a positive emotional mood. It is advisable to pre-test the musical accompaniment, taking into account the correspondence of the tempo, rhythm for perception specific group children.

For the formation of strong motor skills and abilities, the program material for learning the basic types of movements is presented in such a way as to provide for the repetition of exercises at certain time intervals, with the presentation of higher requirements to the quality of their fulfillment.

In each lesson, as a rule, it is recommended to use no more than three types of basic movements (learning a new program material, repetition and consolidation of previously mastered). However, as you master a certain amount of motor skills and abilities, individual lessons more exercises are possible.

Outdoor play is an obligatory component of every physical education lesson. The game contributes to the consolidation and improvement of motor skills and abilities. Various play actions develop dexterity, speed, coordination of movements, and also have a beneficial effect on the emotional state of children.

When carrying out outdoor games with children of the preparatory group, the role of the teacher increases. He must not only know the content and rules of each game, but also skillfully guide children to achieve motor tasks, the formation of moral and volitional qualities (courage, intelligence, mutual assistance, support, etc.), without which the process of education and training is impossible.

Physical activity in an outdoor game is largely determined by the methodology of its implementation. The intensity of movements, their duration, pace affect physical activity in Game. There are games of high, medium and low mobility.

On physical education games of high and medium mobility are mainly used; the nature of the game is largely determined by the previous set of exercises and their quantitative ratio.

Games of great mobility are those in which, if possible, all children participate. These games use running and jumping, alternating with a short rest. The load is dictated by the content, rules and preparedness of the children. These are the games "Trap", "Dash", etc.

Most children also take an active part in games of average mobility, however, their actions are alternate and do not carry a large motor load. These are the games "Empty space", "Ball for driver", etc.

After an outdoor game of any intensity, and especially a large one, it is necessary to offer children normal walking without stopping them abruptly in place; give the opportunity to restore breathing, switching to another, calmer activity.

Final part(duration 4–5 minutes). The content of this part includes walking exercises, games of low mobility, round dances, simple game tasks.

For each lesson, it is necessary to provide for the most rational ways of organizing children and the location of physical culture equipment. This will make it possible to more effectively use the time allotted for the direct fulfillment of physical exercises, to increase the physical activity of children.

Using frontal way all children do the same exercise at the same time. It is used when teaching children to walk, run, in general developmental exercises, in various tasks with a ball.

Streaming method- one of the most common. Children in flow, one after another (with a small interval), move around, performing a given exercise (balance - walking on a cord, gymnastic bench; jumping forward, etc.). This method allows the teacher to correct the actions of children, eliminate mistakes and, most importantly, provide insurance if necessary.

The in-line method is widely used to consolidate the passed material. Sometimes several exercises in a row are performed in this way. For example, children in a column, one after another, walk along a gymnastic bench, performing a balance task, then move on to jumping on two legs, moving forward a given distance, and, finally, throw the ball into the basket.

At group way children, at the direction of the teacher, are divided into groups, each group receives a specific task and performs it. One group is engaged under the guidance of a teacher, others are engaged independently or in pairs (for example, with a ball). The manuals and equipment are positioned so that the teacher can see all the children and give orders as needed. Usually, this method of organization is used when children have already mastered a certain amount of motor skills and abilities.

Individual way is used when explaining new program material, when, using the example of one child (the most prepared), a demonstration and explanation of the task is given, the attention of children is drawn to the correctness of the exercise technique, to possible mistakes and inaccuracies. Exercise presentation and explanation should be as precise and concise as possible. A similar method is used when assessing the level physical fitness(at the beginning of the year, in the middle and at the end) to determine the initial capabilities of children and the results of targeted physical education.

Lesson 1

Tasks. Exercise children in column running one at a time, in the ability to switch from running to walking; in maintaining balance and correct posture when walking on increased support. Develop the accuracy of movements when throwing the ball.

Part I. Walking in a column, one at a time, alternating with running (Yum - walking, 20 m - running); scattering running; running with finding your place in the column at the signal of the teacher. Formation into a column of three. When alternating between walking and running, the teacher gives a signal by striking a tambourine (or clapping his hands), or a different pace of movement determines the musical accompaniment. At the signal, the transition to running in a column one by one, finding its place. Formation into a column of three.

Part II.General developmental exercises

1. I. p. - basic stance (heels together, toes apart), arms along the body. 1–2 - arms upward with arcs outward, rise on toes; 3-4 - return to the starting position (6-8 times).

2. I. p. - leg stand shoulder-width apart, hands on the waist. 1 - turn of the body to the right, the right hand, palm up; 2 - starting position; 3-4 - the same in the other direction (6-8 times).

3. I. p. - the main stand, hands on the belt; 1-2 - squatting, knees apart, arms forward; 3-4 - starting position (5-8 times).

4. I. p. - leg stand shoulder-width apart, hands on the waist. 1 - arms to the sides; 2 - tilt forward and downward, touch your toes with your toes; 3 - straighten up, arms out to the sides; 4 - starting position (6-7 times).

5. I. p. - the main stand, hands on the belt. Jumping on two legs in place, alternating with walking (or with a short pause) (20 jumps in a row). Repeat 3-4 times.

Basic types of movements

1. Walking on a gymnastic bench straight, putting the heel of one leg to the toe of the other with a bag on the head; the arms balance freely, helping to maintain a stable balance.

2. Jumping on two legs through the cords (6-8 cords, distance between cords 40 cm). Repeat 3-4 times.

3. Tossing the ball (diameter 20-25 cm) to each other with two hands from below, standing in ranks (distance between children in ranks is 3 m) 12-15 times.

When performing a balance exercise, the teacher pays the main attention to maintaining the correct posture (keep your head and back straight, trying not to drop the bag). At the end of the bench, the child must turn left (or right), take the bag in his hands and take a step forward and down without jumping. The task is carried out in line, one after another, in a column; the interval between children is 3-4 steps.

Children move on to the exercise in jumping: they jump using a wave of the arms and land on bent legs, then bypass the manuals with outside and return to their column.

After completing the first two exercises, the children line up in two lines. In the hands of each child, one line of a ball. At the signal of the teacher, the children begin to throw the balls. Stand feet shoulder-width apart, ball down. The main thing is to get the ball into the hands of a partner, who, when catching, should not press the ball to his chest.

Part III."Traps". With the help of a rhyme, a trap driver is selected and stands in the middle of the hall (area). At the signal of the teacher "One-two-three - catch!" all the players scatter and dodge the trap, which is trying to catch up with someone and touch (stain) with his hand. The one touched by the trap moves to the side. When 2-3 players are caught, another trap is selected. The game is repeated 3 times. If the group is large, then two traps are selected.

Lesson 2 *

Basic types of movements

1. Walking on the gymnastic bench sideways, stepping over stuffed balls(the number of balls depends on the length of the bench), sequentially through each (two additional steps, on the third - stepping over the ball). Keep your head and back straight, get off at the end of the bench without jumping. Hands on the belt (or behind the head).

2. Jumping on two legs over medicine balls (5-6 pcs; distance between balls 4 cm).

3. Throwing balls (diameter 20-25 cm) with two hands from behind the head, standing in ranks (distance between children 3 m).

Lesson C **

Tasks. Exercise children in even running and running with acceleration; to acquaint with rolling hoops, developing dexterity and an eye, accuracy of movements; repeat jumping on two legs with forward movement.

Part I. Formation in two lines. Uniform running in ranks from one side of the site to the other. At the signal of the educator, the first rank performs the task, then the second and so on alternately 2-3 times; scattered walking. Walking in a column one at a time.

Part II.Play exercises

"Nimble guys". The players are divided into threes and stand up in a triangle (distance between the children is 1.5 m). One child in the three throws the ball up with two hands, the second must pick it up and throw it up again, the third player catches the ball and throws it up, the first player must catch the ball, and so on.

"Penguins". The players stand in a circle. Each child has a pouch that he clamps between his knees. At the expense of the teacher "1–8", children perform jumps on two legs in a circle. At the signal "Hop!" children jump sideways in the circle, return to their place in the circle. The task is repeated in the other direction.

"Catch up your mate." Children stand in two lines; the distance between the ranks is 3-4 steps. At the signal of the teacher, a run is performed to the opposite side of the site (distance 15–20 m). The player of the second rank tries to touch (stain) the player of the first rank before he crosses the conditional line. The teacher counts the number of losers. When the play task is repeated, the children change roles.

Part III. The game of low mobility "Tops and roots".

Tasks
Strengthen walking and running skills in a circle; in pairs, overcoming obstacles; "Snake" between objects. Learn to walk on a tightrope; jumping rope; throwing bags at a horizontal target; moving diagonally to another span along the gymnastic wall. We bring to your attention a summary of a physical education lesson in the form of an adventure game for children of a preparatory group for school. Interesting and addicting, with many games to play. The lesson is designed for 40-45 minutes.

Lesson Notes: Displaying the Northern Lights through a projector. Videos can be found at http://smotri.com/video/view/?id=v1664113dd1e - Northern Lights (video).

() - actions; // - guidelines; ** - dosage.

- Guys, what time of year has come recently? (Winter)

- That's right, but tell me if there is such a place on our land where all year round winter? (North Pole)

- Of course!

- Do you know what natural phenomenon is at the North Pole, which you will not see in our region? (Northern Lights)

- Would you like to go on a trip to the North Pole and see the northern lights? (Yes)

- Then let's start our journey, but first we will warm up. Let's pretend we got dressed and went outside to warm up.

For the guiding step, march. (Normal walking)

It's frost and wind outside
Children are walking in the yard (Walking on toes) / We stretch higher, straighten our back, look straight /
Raise our hands higher
We all walk on our toes
We do not lower our head
We breathe with our nose easily and
We inhale deeply.

Now we straighten our back
And we walk on the heels (Walking on the heels) / Hands behind the head, wider than the elbows /

We now walk crosswise (Walking with a cross step, 2 arms work) / Do not bend the legs when walking /
We push the branches with our hands

Along the icy path (Snake walking) / We follow each other trail in trail /
We all go like a snake

We are not afraid of a snowstorm (Walking on hips) / Vigorously help with our hands, push off with our feet /
We sat down on the sleigh
One, two, one, two.
(Step march)

A blizzard and a blizzard began,
Clung to each other. (Ivy) / Ankle grip, land on your knees softly, don't knock
We kneel on our knees, keep our backs straight /
We take a friend by the legs
So we don't get lost
We need to move forward together

Here we saw hares (Jumping on two legs) / Legs together, push with both legs /
And how the hares galloped

So as not to fall into the snow (Running with a high rise of the knees (hips)) / Back straight /
Everyone needs to hurry
We run through the snowdrifts
Raise your knees higher

And now it is easy to run (Running each other) / We breathe through our nose, we do not talk, we work with our hands /
-From corner to corner "march" (2 times)
-We walked together and breathed calmly (Walking and breathing restoration)

Stop in a semicircle

Well done, now it's time to go to the North Pole. Do you know how we get there?

I have a magic snowflake, it will take us there, only for this you need to touch it with your fingertips, close your eyes to imagine the North Pole. So, are you ready? (Children, standing in a circle, touch the snowflake, magic music sounds, the scenery changes)

When jumping for the correct take-off. Observe the correct grip of the hands, and the position of the legs when moving from one span to another /
- Well done, the obstacles have passed, but we are still in danger. A moving piece of ice, it will catch up with us, and you will run away.

Game "FREEZE"
/ Monitor the correct implementation and observance of the rules by children: 1. Do not get up (freeze) near obstacles. 2. Monitor the progress of the game. 3. Actively help out comrades who have been frozen /

Rules: All the guys stand in a circle, one driver is chosen, he will be a "piece of ice" and begin to go around saying the words:

Children:
One, two, three, four, five,
We start to play!
We're running away from the ice
And she is catching up with us.

Icicle:
I will catch up with all the guys
And turn into snowflakes!

Children:
We help each other out,
And we turn into children!
One, two, three, come on catch up!

All the guys scatter in different directions. The "piece of ice" is catching up with the fleeing. When the "piece of ice" touches those, they freeze in place in wide stance... To defrost them, other children have to crawl between the frozen legs. The game is played 2-3 times. Each time a new "piece of ice" is selected.

- Now all come here on the ice floe (carpet) Attention, it begins ... (Watching the Northern Lights)

- And now it's time to say goodbye, we must return to the kindergarten.

- Get up all in a semicircle, touch the snowflake, close our eyes and say:
