What is WFSK TRP?

All-Russian physical culture sports complex"Ready for Labor and Defense" (WFSK TRP) is a set of activities aimed at compulsory physical training of citizens of different age categories. This is the regulatory framework physical education, which existed from 1931 to 1991, which has been reintroduced since 2014 in Russia.

The TRP complex consists of 11 steps in accordance with the age groups of the population from 6 years and older and the types of tests for three levels of difficulty, corresponding to the gold, silver and bronze insignia.

Preparation for meeting the requirements of the RLD complex is provided by systematic classes in physical education programs in educational institutions, points of initial military training, sports sections, groups of general physical fitness, in institutions additional education (sports clubs) and independently.

The structure of the TRP complex

The types of tests that are part of the VFSK TRP are aimed at determining the level of development physical qualities a person: endurance, strength, flexibility and his speed capabilities. The requirements of the TRP complex within each stage are divided into:

- mandatory;

- optionally.

Why do you need a TRP complex?

The goals of the WFSK-TRP are health promotion, harmonious and all-round development of the personality, education of patriotism. The tasks of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex are:

a) an increase in the number of citizens who systematically go in for physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation;

b) increasing the level of physical fitness and life expectancy of citizens of the Russian Federation;

c) the formation of the population's conscious needs in systematic physical culture and sports, physical self-improvement and management healthy way life;

d) increasing the general level of knowledge of the population about the means, methods and forms of organizing self-study, including with the use of modern information technologies;

e) modernization of the system of physical education and the system of development of mass, youth, school and university sports in educational organizations, including by increasing the number of sports clubs.

What will it be for me?

The presence of insignia of the TRP complex among applicants for training in educational programs higher education will be considered educational organizations higher education at admission. Students who have the golden insignia of the TRP complex can be assigned an increased state academic scholarship in the prescribed manner. A program of incentives and rewards for "TRP badges" is also being developed.

Who can fulfill the TRP norms?

How many times can I receive the TRP badge?

The TRP insignia is valid within the age level, after which it must be confirmed again.

The insignia is issued after successfully completing the required number of types of tests within the age level. The submission for awarding with insignia is organized at the end of each calendar quarter by the testing center, after which the order of the regional executive body in the field of physical culture and sports is sent.

How many days can you fulfill the TRP standards within one age stage?

It is possible to fulfill the TRP standards within the same age level within 1 year. For the adult population, this is a calendar year, i.e. from January 1 to December 31, for applicants an educational one - from July 1 to June 30.

IMPORTANT! If during the year there is a transition from one stage to another, then the results of the previously fulfilled standards are not taken into account in the new stage. In this case, in order to obtain the distinction mark of the TRP complex, it is necessary to perform the required number of tests either before moving to a new stage, or after.

According to guidelines published on the website GTO.ru, it is possible to perform three or four types of tests in one day. Remember that, first of all, you yourself must have an interest in successfully completing the tests in order to show best result.

It is impossible to fulfill all the standards of the TRP complex in one day. It must be understood that you only have one attempt at meeting one standard.

When can I receive the badge?

The insignia is issued after successfully completing the required number of tests within your age range. The presentation for the awarding of insignia is organized at the end of each calendar quarter by the testing center, after which the order of the regional executive body in the field of the FCC. The procedure for the registration of documents and the production of signs takes 4-6 months, in connection with which there are 2 sessions of delivery of signs. Based on the results of:

Is it possible to retake tests during one stage?

If you could not meet the minimum, it will be possible to retake the standards - students in one academic year, for the adult population - in one calendar year.

If you could not meet the standard, then you have the opportunity to retake it two more times, but not earlier than two weeks later.

Registration for tests is carried out 5 days in advance. When forming a group of at least 5 people, a date, time and place for fulfilling the standards of the VFSK TRP are assigned.

Compliance with the standards of the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" (TRP) (hereinafter - the TRP complex) is carried out in a competitive environment in testing centers. At the stages of preparation and implementation of the standards of the TRP complex, medical control is carried out.

In order for participants to fully realize their abilities, it is necessary to choose an appropriate sequence of testing. It consists in the need to start testing with the least energy-intensive types of tests (tests) and to provide participants with a sufficient rest period between fulfilling the standards.

Before testing, participants perform an individual or general warm-up under the guidance of an instructor, teacher (trainer-teacher) or independently. Participants' clothing and footwear are sports.

During the testing, the necessary safety measures and preservation of the health of the participants are provided.


The shuttle run is carried out on any level surface with a hard surface that provides good traction with the shoe. At a distance of 10 m, two parallel lines are drawn - "Start" and "Finish".

Participants, without stepping on the starting line, assume a high start position. At the command "March!" (with simultaneous switching on of the stopwatches) participants run to the finish line, touch the line with their hand, return to the start line, touch it and overcome the last segment without touching the finish line with their hand. The stopwatch is stopped at the moment of crossing the “Finish” line. Participants start by 2 people.

The race is carried out on the tracks of the stadium or on any flat, hard surface. Running 30 meters is performed from a high start, running 60 and 100 meters - from a low or high start. Participants start in 2 - 4 people.

Endurance running is conducted on a stadium treadmill or any level area. The maximum number of participants in the race is 20 people.

Mixed movement consists of running followed by walking in any sequence.

The long jump with a push with two feet is performed in the appropriate jumping sector. The push-off point should provide good grip on the shoe. The participant takes the starting position (hereinafter - IP): feet shoulder-width apart, feet parallel, toes in front of the measurement line. A forward jump is performed with the simultaneous push of two legs. Hand swing is allowed.

The measurement is taken in a perpendicular straight line from the measurement line to the nearest trace left by any part of the participant's body.

1) spacing over the measurement line or touching it;

2) performing a take-off from a preliminary jump;

3) pushing off with legs at different times.

The long run jump is performed in the appropriate jumping sector.

The participant is given three attempts. The best result is taken into account.

A pull-up from a hang while lying on a low crossbar is performed from the IP: hanging lying face up with a grip from above, hands shoulder-width apart, head, torso and legs form a straight line, heels can rest on a support up to 4 cm high.

The height of the crossbar neck for participants in the I-III steps is 90 cm.The height of the crossbar neck for the participants in the IV-IX steps is 110 cm.

In order to occupy the PI, the participant approaches the bar, grabs the bar with a grip from above, squats under the bar and, keeping his head straight, puts his chin on the bar of the bar. After that, without unbending the arms and without lifting the chin from the bar, stepping forward, he straightens so that the head, torso and legs are in a straight line. The assistant referee places support under the competitor's feet. After that, the participant straightens his arms and takes the IP. From the PI, the participant pulls himself up until the chin crosses the bar with the bar, then lowers to the hang and, fixing it for 0.5 s of the PI, continues the exercise.

The number of correctly performed pull-ups, recorded by the judge's score, is counted.

A pull-up from a hang on a high bar is performed from an IP: hanging with a grip from above, hands shoulder-width apart, arms, torso and legs are straightened, legs do not touch the floor, feet together.

The participant pulls himself up so that the chin crosses the upper line of the bar's bar, then drops to the hang and, fixing for 0.5 s of the PI, continues the exercise. The number of correctly performed pull-ups is counted.

1) pulling up in jerks or with swings of the legs (trunk);

2) the chin has not risen above the bar neck;

3) lack of fixation for 0.5 s PI;

4) simultaneous flexion of the arms.

Weights of 16 kg are used for testing. The control time for the exercise is 4 minutes. The total number of correctly performed kettlebell lifts with the right and left hand is counted.

Testing is carried out on a platform or any level area measuring 2 × 2 m. The participant must perform at the competition in a sports uniform that allows the judges to determine the extension of the working arm and extension of the legs in the hip and knee joints.

The kettlebell snatch is performed in one move, first with one hand, then without interruption with the other. The participant must lift the kettlebell up in a continuous movement until the arm is fully extended and fix it. The working arm, legs and torso should be straightened. The transition to the exercise with the other hand can be done once. To change hands, it is allowed to use additional swings.

The participant has the right to start the exercise with either hand and proceed to the exercise with the second hand at any time, rest, holding the kettlebell in the upper or lower position, no more than 5 s. During the exercise, the judge will count each correct lift after fixing the kettlebell for at least 0.5 s.

Forbidden:

1) use any devices to facilitate the lifting of the kettlebell, including gymnastic pads;

2) use rosin to prepare the palms;

3) render assistance to oneself, leaning with the free hand on the thigh or torso;

4) setting kettlebells on the head, shoulder, chest, leg or platform;

5) going outside the platform.

Testing of flexion and extension of the arms in the support lying on the floor can be carried out with the use of a "contact platform" or without it.

The feet rest on the floor without support.

Bending your arms, you need to touch the floor or "contact platform" 5 cm high with your chest, then, unbending your arms, return to the MT and, fixing it for 0.5 s, continue testing.

The number of correct flexions and extensions of the arms is counted.

1) touching the floor with knees, hips, pelvis;

2) violation of the straight line "shoulders - body - legs";

3) lack of fixation for 0.5 s PI;

5) no contact with the chest of the floor (platform);

6) raising the elbows relative to the body by more than 45 degrees.

Flexion and extension of the arms in the lying position is performed from the IP: lying on the gymnastic bench (chair seat), arms shoulder-width apart, hands rest on the front edge of the gymnastic bench (chair seat), shoulders, torso and legs form a straight line. The feet rest on the floor without support.

Bending your arms, you need to touch your chest to the gymnastic bench (chair seat), then, unbending your arms, return to the PI and, fixing it for 0.5 s, continue the exercise.

The number of correctly performed flexions - extensions of the arms, recorded by the judge's score in the IP is counted.

1) touching the floor with your knees;

2) violation of the straight line "shoulders - body - legs";

3) lack of fixation of the PI for 0.5 s;

4) alternate extension of the arms;

5) no chest touching the gymnastic bench (or chair seat).

Raising the trunk from a prone position is performed from the IP: lying on your back on a gymnastic mat, hands behind your head, fingers locked in a "lock", shoulder blades touch the mat, legs bent at the knees at right angles, feet pressed by the partner to the floor.

The participant performs maximum amount lifts in 1 min., touching the hips (knees) with the elbows, followed by a return to the PI.

The number of correct trunk lifts is counted.

To perform the test, pairs are created, one of the partners performs the exercise, the other holds his legs by the feet and legs. Then the participants change places.

1) no elbows touching the hips (knees);

3) fingers are open “out of the lock”;

4) displacement of the pelvis.

A forward bend from a standing position with straight legs is performed from the IP: standing on the floor or on a gymnastic bench, legs are straightened at the knees, the feet are parallel at a width of 10-15 cm.

When performing the test (test) on the floor, the participant performs two preliminary inclinations on command. At the third incline, he touches the floor with his fingers or palms of two hands and fixes the result for 2 s.

To throw a tennis ball at a target, a ball weighing 57 g is used.

Throwing a tennis ball at the target is carried out from a distance of 6 m into a gymnastic hoop with a diameter of 90 cm fixed on the wall. The lower edge of the hoop is at a height of 2 m from the floor.

The participant is given the right to execute five throws. The number of hits in the area limited by the hoop is counted.

For testing, a ball weighing 150 g and a sports equipment weighing 500 g and 700 g are used.

Throwing of the ball and sports equipment is carried out at the stadium or any level ground in a 15 m wide corridor. The length of the corridor is set depending on the participants' preparedness.

Throwing is performed from a place or a direct take-off run in the "from behind the back over the shoulder" method. Other methods of throwing are prohibited.

The participant is given the right to make three throws. The best result counts. The measurement is taken from the throwing line to the place where the projectile lands.

Participants in the II - IV stages throw a ball weighing 150 g, participants in the V - VII stages throw a sports equipment weighing 700 and 500 g.

  • Stepping behind the throwing line;
  • The shell missed the “corridor”;
  • The attempt was made without the permission of the judge.

Swimming

Swimming is carried out in pools or specially equipped places on water bodies. It is allowed to start from a bedside table, side or from the water. Swimming method is arbitrary. The swimmer must touch the pool wall with any part of the body at the end of each segment of the distance and at the finish.

Forbidden:

1) walk or touch the bottom with your feet;

2) use track dividers or improvised means to promote or maintain buoyancy;

Cross-country skiing 1, 2, 3, 5 km

Cross-country skiing is carried out in a free style at distances laid mainly on terrain with slightly and medium-rugged terrain. Competitions are held in places closed from the wind in accordance with the sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the conditions and organization of training in educational institutions (Sanitary and epidemiological rules and standards SanPiN 2.4.2.2821-10).

Cross country 1, 2, 3, 5 km

The distance for cross-country is laid through the territory of the park, forest or in any open space.

Shooting from air rifle or electronic weapons

Shooting is carried out from an air rifle or from an electronic weapon. Shots - 3 test shots, 5 test shots. Shooting time - 10 minutes. Preparation time - 3 minutes.

Shooting from an air rifle (VP, type IZH-38, IZH-60, MP-512, IZH-32, MP-532, MLG, DIANA) is performed from a sitting or standing position with elbows resting on a table or stand at a distance of 5 m ( for stage III), 10 m at target No. 8.

Tourist hike with testing of tourist skills

Compliance with the norms for tourism is carried out on hiking trips in accordance with age requirements. For participants of the III, VIII - IX steps, the length of the pedestrian crossing is 5 km, for the IV - V, VII steps - 10 km, for the VI step - 15 km.

Nordic walking 2, 3, 4 km

Distances for participants in Nordic walking are laid (if possible) on the paths of parks on level or slightly rugged terrain. If necessary, the participants are provided with sticks, the height of which is selected taking into account the growth and physical fitness of the participants. Groups of starting participants are formed taking into account age, gender and physical fitness.

The tables of standards for all ages have characteristic differences, since different age groups are involved, which differ significantly in their physical parameters: strength, endurance and speed.

One of the most popular exercises is the torso lift while the person is in the supine position. The people call this standard "to pump the press". It should be carried out exclusively on a specialized mat on which gymnastic exercises are performed.

In order to count the pull-ups on the crossbar, you need to strictly follow the requirements of how to correctly do such a standard for each age. The grip of the hands is mandatory from above, and the hands are required to be located shoulder-width apart. The trunk and legs need to be straightened, and the legs should not touch the floor. Only if these requirements are met, the number of pull-ups will be counted.

It is important to keep in mind that most exercises for all categories are the same. The main difference between them is that there are different requirements to get a specific TRP badge.

In some situations, not only the conditions for performing certain sports disciplines differ, but also the exercises themselves. For example, more physical disciplines are provided for boys, like kettlebell or pull-ups on the bar. For girls when choosing optimal exercise the emphasis is on speed and flexibility.

When choosing the appropriate TRP 2019 standards, you should pay attention to the tables of standards for all ages, which differ significantly. And before contacting the commission for the organization of physical education, it is recommended to check what are the requirements for the category of a particular person, so that he is ready to receive the appropriate award.

Among the proposed tests in the table there are both those that are required to be performed and alternative ones. That is, any athlete has the right to choose the most suitable complex, which is more suited to the peculiarities of his physical training.

Exercises for the first stage

These test requirements are suitable for the smallest. Children from six to eight years old, inclusive, will demonstrate their physical abilities thanks to the simplest conditions that meet the standards of the TRP 2019. The first required test is shuttle run... This exercise is carried out in the mode: three distances of ten meters. Both girls and boys participate in the discipline. In order to be the first to get gold, you need to run the distance in 9.2 seconds. For the sake of silver, only 10.7 will be enough. And for bronze, you need to run two milliseconds slower.

The next important exercise is mixed movement. When it is performed, regardless of the gender of the person, the time spent on passing the distance is not taken into account. The length of this section of the territory is one kilometer.

"Ready for Labor and Defense" (TRP) is a physical culture complex that forms the basis of the state system of physical education and is aimed at improving health, comprehensive physical development people, preparing them for work and defending the Motherland. The relevance of this topic determines the revival of the RLD complex, as well as the education of physical fitness among students and pupils.

1. HISTORY OF ORIGIN

In 1927, through the merger and reorganization of several military-sports associations in the USSR, the largest of the specialized public organizations, the Society for Assistance to Defense, Aviation and Chemical Construction (OSOAVIAKHIM), was created.

By the beginning of 1928, this organization had about 2 million people. All over the country, under the auspices of OSOAVIAKHIM, shooting galleries, shooting ranges are being built, flying clubs and military sports circles are being created.

In 1931, the All-Union physical culture complex "Ready for Labor and Defense of the USSR" (TRP) was introduced, which became the programmatic and normative basis of the physical education system for the entire country. The purpose of the complex being introduced is “to further increase the level of physical education of the Soviet people, primarily the young generation ...”. The main content of the TRP complex was focused on the high-quality physical training of hundreds of millions of Soviet people.

The sports and defense complex becomes popular very quickly. TRP norms are passed in schools, collective farm brigades, workers of factories, factories, railways, etc. Large-scale competitions are held for the title of Champions of the TRP complex in its individual types, which are not inferior in popularity to the Spartakiads and the central football matches of the season.

The high ideological and political orientation of the RLD complex, the general availability of physical exercises included in its standards, their obvious benefits for health promotion and the development of skills and abilities required in Everyday life, make the TRP complex popular among the population and especially among young people. Wearing the TRP badge is becoming prestigious.

In 1931, 24 thousand athletes became TRP badges, in 1932 - 465 thousand and in 1933 - 835 thousand athletes. By the spring of 1935, the number of TRP badges reaches 1.2 million.

In 1938 and 1939 alone, the norms of the TRP of the 1st and 2nd stages and the BSTO ("Be ready for work and defense") are handed over by more than 2.5 million people. The number of sports facilities in the camp increases from 39 thousand in 1936 to 83 thousand by the end of 1939. By the same time, 62 thousand physical culture groups were operating in the country, uniting 5 million people.

In 1972, by a special decree of the Central Committee of the CPSU and the Council of Ministers of the USSR, a new TRP complex was introduced, in which steps appear for schoolchildren 10-13 years old and citizens 40-60 years old. This allows you to expand the age range of the RLD complex and cover the population from 10 to 60 years. Each of the five stages of the new TRP complex has its own name: 1st stage - "Brave and dexterous", 2nd stage - "Sports shift", 3rd stage - "Strength and courage", 4th stage - - "Physical perfection", 5th stage - "Vigor and health." By the beginning of 1976, our country numbered over 220 million TRP badges of all levels.

The last All-Union Physical Culture Complex "Ready for Labor and Defense of the USSR" (TRP) was introduced in January 1985. It was addressed to people from 16 to 60 years old.

At present, the Russian health and fitness complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" will be launched from September 1, 2014. The norms of which will be calculated for 11 age levels - from 6-8 years old to 70 years old and older.

2. PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Increasing the efficiency of using the possibilities of physical culture and sports in strengthening health, harmonious and comprehensive development of the individual, fostering patriotism and ensuring continuity in the implementation of physical education of the population.

The All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex is based on the following principles:

1) voluntariness and availability;

2) health-improving and personality-oriented orientation;

3) mandatory medical supervision;

4) taking into account regional characteristics and national traditions.

The purpose of the Complex is to increase the efficiency of using the possibilities of physical culture and sports in the socio-economic development of the country, strengthening health, improving the well-being and quality of life of Russian citizens, harmonious and all-round development of the individual, shaping people's needs for physical self-improvement, fostering patriotism and citizenship, motivation to lead healthy, athletic lifestyle.

The tasks of the complex:

1) an increase in the proportion of citizens who are systematically involved in physical culture and sports;

2) increasing the level of physical fitness, quality and life expectancy of citizens;

3) the formation of conscious needs among citizens in systematic physical education and sports, self-improvement, and a healthy lifestyle;

4) increasing the general level of knowledge of citizens about the means, methods and forms of organizing self-study, including with the use of modern information and Internet technologies;

5) creation of a unified system of continuous physical education of citizens and assessment of their physical fitness based on the federal database on the physical condition of the main population groups;

6) modernization of the system of physical education and the development of mass school and student sports in educational organizations, including by expanding the network of sports clubs;

7) intensification of activities on the organization of physical culture and sports work in labor collectives, at the place of study and residence, in places of public recreation and family leisure of citizens, improving the quality and expanding the list of physical culture and sports services offered to the population;

8) creation of a modern material and technical base of the sphere of physical culture and sports, an increase in the number of sports facilities, provision of necessary sports equipment and equipment of places for physical education;

9) development modern species sports and physical culture and recreation systems that take into account the interests of children, adolescents and youth;

10) creation at the federal level of a system for monitoring the physical fitness of citizens.

3. BASES OF THE TRP COMPLEX

The structure of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex consists of 11 stages and includes the following age groups: first stage - from 6 to 8 years old; the second stage - from 9 to 10 years; third stage - from 11 to 12 years old; the fourth stage - from 13 to 15 years old; the fifth stage - from 16 to 17 years old; the sixth stage - from 18 to 29 years old; seventh stage - from 30 to 39 years old; the eighth stage - from 40 to 49 years old; ninth stage - from 50 to 59 years old; the tenth stage - from 60 to 69 years old; the eleventh stage - from 70 years and older.

The normative-training part of the TRP complex in the form of "State requirements for the level of physical fitness of the population when fulfilling the standards of the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex" Ready for work and defense "(TRP)", approved by Order of the Ministry of Sports of Russia dated 07/08/2014 N 575, includes standards for types of tests, as well as requirements for knowledge and skills in the field of physical education and requirements for a weekly regimen of physical activity.

The types of tests of the complex are subdivided into and optional tests. Mandatory tests (tests) in accordance with the stages of the complex are subdivided into tests to determine the level of development:

1) speed capabilities (shuttle running, running);

For different age groups (stages), the tests are different - for example, throwing the ball at the target is provided only for the youngest athletes (6-8 years old), the kettlebell snatch is provided for athletes from 16 to 59 years old, and for the oldest age stage (70 years old and older) execution strength exercise(push-ups) provides for support on the back of the chair. Differentiation of requirements for 11 age groups with a division of standards by gender allows you to take into account the features as fully as possible different groups population and thereby ensure the involvement of the largest possible number of citizens of our country in the development of physical capabilities and health promotion.

The complex also provides requirements for assessing the level of knowledge and skills in the field of physical culture and sports. For the lower stages of the complex, these are the requirements provided for by state educational standards, but for citizens of 18 years and older complex provides for testing knowledge and skills on the following issues:

1) the impact of physical education on health, increasing mental and physical performance;

2) hygiene of physical education;

3) basic control methods physical condition when practicing various health-improving systems and sports;

4) the basics of self-study methodology;

5) the basics of the history of the development of physical culture and sports;

6) mastering practical abilities and skills of physical culture and health-improving and applied orientation, mastering skills and abilities in various types of physical culture and sports activities.

A very important guideline in organizing a daily lifestyle for everyone who wants to fulfill the RLD norms is recommendations for a weekly motor regimen, which provide for a minimum amount of various types motor activity required for self-preparation to fulfill the types of tests (tests) and standards, the development of physical qualities, the preservation and promotion of health. Recommendations for a weekly motor regimen include morning exercises, organized classes in sports clubs and sections and independent physical education, physical activity in the process of educational or work activity. For example, adults morning exercises it is necessary to engage in at least 140 minutes a week, attend classes in sports sections and circles for at least 120 minutes a week, independently engage in physical education for at least 120 minutes a week, have physical activity during educational or work activities for at least 90-100 minutes. At the same time, during vacation and vacation time, the daily motor regime should be at least 4 hours. If you follow these recommendations, your physical capabilities and health will be so good that you can easily pass the RLD complex.

The complex provides for the awarding of insignia to citizens who have fulfilled the standards, and for the I-VII stages (from 6 to 39 years old) there are standards for the bronze, silver and gold badge, for more senior groups - the TRP badge of the corresponding stage.

It is envisaged that the presence of the TRP badge of distinction will be taken into account when applying for training in educational programs of higher education - according to the rules approved by educational organizations and when assigning a state academic scholarship - excellent TRP students who have a gold badge, the scholarship may be awarded in an increased amount.

In addition, employers are given the right to encourage employees who have fulfilled the standards of the TRP complex and have distinctions. Employers of the extra-budgetary sphere also give positive assessments of such an initiative, expressing their readiness to also encourage employees who have the TRP insignia.

CONCLUSION

Physical education is aimed at strengthening health, harmonious development of the human body, this is one of the indicators of the state of physical culture in society.

Since 1996, several programs of physical education have been put into effect on the territory of the Russian Federation: a program based on one sport, a comprehensive program, a program of anti-stress plastic gymnastics, author's programs. The peculiarity of the programs is that they not only answer the question "what to teach" , but also explain "how to teach", i.e. contain a section of guidelines.
