  1. Get on your knees in front of the ball, put your palms on the fitball, straighten your arms. Next, tighten your buttocks with your stomach and roll the ball forward, lowering your forearms on it. Hold for a couple of seconds, return to starting position. Repeat the exercise 10 more times.
  2. Lie on your back, bend your legs and bring them together. Bring straight arms with the ball behind your head while inhaling, and on exhaling raise and lower it to your knees. Do the exercise 10 more times.
  3. Lying on your back, perform the following - take the ball with straight hands, lead it behind your head, then raise it, at the same time raise your legs and intercept the ball with them, and then lower it again, but already holding it with your feet. Perform the exercise 8-10 more times.
