GTO standards 4 step. GTO complex standards

Standards are an integral part of the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex "Ready for Labor and Defense". So what exactly are TRP standards?

Standards are indicators of distance, quantity, time, expressed in numerical values; compliance with them in each test indicates the successful development of the complex.

Obviously, these standards cannot be the same for all age groups of the population and do not differ at all between men and women, therefore all standards by age and gender are slightly different. Detailed data are contained in the table of TRP standards. To determine the optimal values, an analysis of the level of physical fitness of all age groups of the population (from 6 to 70 years) was carried out. On the basis of the results obtained, not only the necessary indicators were identified, but also three levels of TRP standards were determined, on the compliance with which the dignity of the insignia directly depends. Thus, for special successes and achievements, a participant in the TRP complex can receive an award of gold, silver or bronze dignity.

In addition, in accordance with the standards developed and approved by the Ministry of Sports of Russia, the entire TRP complex is subdivided into 11 stages, which cover all segments of the population aged 6 and over. It is interesting that the TRP standards within the same stage may differ: so, starting from stage VI, there is a division of participants located in the same age category into two subgroups. At the same time, the indicators for the second of them slightly decrease. For example, at the VII stage of the TRP, men aged 30 to 34 years and from 35 to 39 years old are allocated to separate subgroups. Representatives of the first age category, who want to compete for the bronze medal of distinction, need to cover the three-kilometer distance in 15 minutes 20 seconds, while men from the second - to receive the same award, must meet the requirements of 15 minutes and 30 seconds.

The list of proposed tests did not include: training grenade throwing, cross-country cycling, speed skating and rope climbing. At the same time, forward bending and ball throwing were included in the TRP complex. In addition, the participants in the complex have the opportunity to choose the type of physical activity: now each of them can give preference to several tests, taking into account their own physiological characteristics and sympathies.

The package of mandatory tests, the standards for which must be fulfilled, include tests for strength, endurance, flexibility and speed. Selection tests include exercises to determine coordination abilities and to identify applied skills. A complete table of TRP standards is presented on our website.

It is worth mentioning that the modern TRP norms, although they have some similarities with their Soviet predecessors, are not their direct continuation.

(Stage 4)

Relevance of the project

One of the priority tasks of modern society, experts have always called and call the task of educating a healthy person who strives to be successful in life, able to protect himself and his loved ones in any life situation. Recently, this issue has been increasingly on the agenda, especially for the younger generation.

In this regard, the Ministry of Sports of Russia signed order No. 575 dated July 08, 2014. on the state requirements for the level of physical fitness of the population when fulfilling the standards of the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" (TRP).

The revival of the RLD complex in educational organizations, today, in our opinion, is relevant and fundamental. The purpose of the complex being introduced is to further increase the level of physical education and readiness of people, primarily the young generation, for work and defense. This is how it was laid earlier, and will now be laying the foundation for the country's future achievements in sports and defense. Being a unique program of physical education, the TRP complex should be fundamental articles in a unified system of patriotic education of youth.

As if to confirm the social significance and relevance of this project, we note that all people are different. However, everyone who voluntarily decides to pass the test with the TRP complex has one thing in common - determination. It is this trait that is most important for people of the 21st century. Only purposeful and physically prepared people will be able to achieve success in a competitive labor market, and our task is to help them in this, because their achievements will have not just personal, but social meaning.

Theoretical validity of the project

Since the RLD complex is a programmatic and normative basis for the physical education system of various groups of the population of the Russian Federation, which establishes state requirements for the physical fitness of citizens of the Russian Federation, including types of tests (tests) and norms, a list of knowledge, skills for leading a healthy lifestyle, motor skills and abilities , which means each of us will have something to do with this complex.

This complex provides for preparation for implementation and direct implementation of the established standards by the population of various age groups (from 6 to 70 years old and older), as well as by participants in physical culture and sports events.

The main problem of the implementation of the TRP Complex can be called the very need for the implementation of this complex. Today, more and more often you can hear the question: why do we need to pass the TRP? The answer to this question can be different for each person. Someone wants to compare themselves with older family members who have the Soviet TRP badge. Someone wants to try to achieve a specific result and test their willpower and perseverance. And someone is just used to being the first in studies and sports. The survey showed that there are more of them among us, in particular in our educational organization, but there are also those who have a negative attitude towards passing the TRP standards. How to deal with such a category of people? How to get these people interested in sports? How to put this into practice? All this gave us the idea of creating a project for the implementation of the TRP complex. In this project, we will consider the implementation of the 4-stage TRP complex. Features of age and mistakes when receiving and performing tests of the complex.

Purpose and objectives of the project

Thus, taking into account the state order and health-improving orientation, when developing this project, we supplied purpose:

Increasing the efficiency of using the possibilities of physical culture and sports in strengthening health, all-round development of the individual, fostering patriotism and ensuring continuity in the implementation of physical education of the population.

For this it was necessary to solve the following tasks:

- organization of the implementation of the standards of the TRP stage 4;

Identification and elimination of errors when receiving and performing tasks of the TRP complex 4 stages;

Increase in the number of students systematically involved in physical culture and sports;

Increasing the level of physical fitness, life expectancy of citizens;

Formation of students' needs for systematic physical education and sports, maintaining a healthy lifestyle;

Increasing the general level of knowledge of the population about the means, methods and forms of organizing independent physical education and sports;

Modernization of the system of physical education and the system of development of mass, youth and school sports.

Project implementation mechanisms

The new TRP complex has significant differences from its predecessor - TRP-1985. More than 300 changes have been made, including the introduction of a bronze insignia.

The TRP complex consists of two parts:

    Regulatory testing, provides for a general assessment of the level of physical fitness of the population;

    Sports, aimed at attracting citizens to physical culture and sports in order to fulfill the discharge standards and receive mass sports categories.

RLD complex tests are aimed at ensuring objective control of the level of development of basic physical qualities: endurance, strength, speed, coordination and flexibility, as well as the level of mastery of applied skills.

The types of tests take into account the age characteristics of students from 6 to 70 years old and older in 11 steps (age groups).

The testing process includes preliminary preparation, admission of a doctor and competition for the implementation of standards.

According to the results of the tests, citizens can receive gold, silver and bronze insignia.

Project performance

In the corridor of the school there is a stand "Standards for delivery of the TRP". Every child, as well as anyone who wants to pass the standards, can familiarize themselves with them.

After each passing of the standards, the results will be entered by the host in the protocols, and formalized by the responsible persons in the summary sheet. The results, at the request of the participants, can be published on the school website in the "Sports life" and "School weekdays" sections.

Having a great and positive experience of working with students to achieve sports results, we hope that the effectiveness of our project will also be at the proper level, because the tasks of the project are feasible.

Prospects for the development of the project

In conclusion, I would like to say that we have a long, laborious work to implement in Vysokovskaya oosh, a TRP complex (this is additional material and technical support and training).

TRP implementation is a socially significant project in Russia. With the help of the TRP implementation, we will be able to increase the number of people involved in physical culture and sports, increase the level of physical fitness of citizens, modernize the system of physical education and the development of mass and school sports, create a modern material and technical base, and most importantly, our children will be successful in future life.

Features of the age of students taking part in the implementation of the standards of the TRP stage 4.

IV stage It covers the age of 13-15 years, when the 2 phases of puberty (pre-puberty and puberty) completely end, boys and girls become boys and girls. The intensity of exercise in this stage takes into account two opposite factors: the expenditure of energy for growth processes decreases, but puberty induces mental instability. Therefore, the intensity of the exercises, the duration of the recommended motor regimen, in comparison with the children's stages, increases, but the pressure on the psyche is excluded during the training period and passing the tests. Game and exciting types of exercises are preserved (throwing the ball, hiking). The number of tests required to obtain bronze, silver and gold badges increases, respectively, to 6, 7 and 8 pieces out of 11 mandatory and optional.

RULES FOR PERFORMANCE OF EXERCISES:

Short distance running

The race is carried out on the tracks of the stadium or on any flat, hard surface. Running 30 meters is performed from a high start, running 60 and 100 meters - from a low or high start. Participants start in 2 - 4 people.

Long distance running

Endurance running is conducted on a stadium treadmill or any level area. The maximum number of participants in the race is 20 people.

Hanging high bar pull-up

A pull-up from a hang on a high bar is performed from the starting position: hang with a grip from above, hands shoulder-width apart, arms, torso and legs are straightened, legs do not touch the floor, feet together.

The participant pulls up so that the chin crosses the upper line of the bar's bar, then drops to the hang and, fixing the starting position for 0.5 seconds, continues the exercise. The number of correctly performed pull-ups is counted.

Errors:
1) pulling up with jerks or swinging legs (trunk);

Pull-up from a hanging position on a low bar

A pull-up from a hang while lying on a low bar is performed from the starting position: hanging lying face up with an overhead grip, hands shoulder-width apart, head, torso and legs form a straight line, heels can rest on a support up to 4 cm high.

The height of the crossbar neck for participants in the I-III steps is 90 cm.The height of the crossbar neck for the participants in the IV-IX steps is 110 cm.

In order to take the starting position, the participant approaches the bar, grabs the bar with a grip from above, squats under the bar and, keeping his head straight, puts his chin on the bar of the bar. Then, without straightening the arms and without lifting the chin from the bar, stepping forward, he straightens so that his head, torso and legs are in a straight line. The assistant referee places support under the competitor's feet. After that, the participant straightens his arms and takes the starting position. From the starting position, the participant pulls himself up until the chin crosses the bar, then lowers to the hang and, fixing the starting position for 0.5 seconds, continues the exercise. The number of correctly performed pull-ups, recorded by the judge's score, is counted.

Errors:
1) pull-ups with jerks or bending of the trunk;
2) the chin has not risen above the bar neck;
3) lack of fixation for 0.5 seconds of the initial position;
4) simultaneous flexion of the arms.

Flexion and extension of the arms in support lying on the floor (push-ups)

Testing of flexion and extension of the arms in the support lying on the floor can be performed with the use of a "contact platform" or without it. Flexion and extension of the arms in the support lying on the floor is performed from the starting position: the support is lying on the floor, arms shoulder-width apart, hands forward, elbows are not more than 45 degrees apart, shoulders, torso and legs are in a straight line. The feet rest on the floor without support.

Bending your arms, you need to touch the floor or "contact platform" 5 cm high with your chest, then, unbending your arms, return to the starting position and, fixing it for 0.5 seconds, continue testing.

The number of correct flexions and extensions of the arms is counted.

Errors:
1) touching the floor with knees, hips, pelvis;
2) violation of the straight line "shoulders - body - legs";
3) lack of fixation for 0.5 seconds of the initial position;
4) alternate extension of the arms;
5) no chest touching the floor (platform);
6) raising the elbows relative to the body by more than 45 degrees.

Bending forward from a standing position with straight legs on the floor or on a gymnastic bench

Bending forward from a standing position with straight legs is performed from the starting position: standing on the floor or on a gymnastic bench, legs are straightened at the knees, the feet are parallel to a width of 10-15 cm.

When performing a test (test) on the floor, the participant performs two preliminary inclinations on command. On the third incline, he touches the floor with his fingers or palms of two hands and records the result for 2 seconds.

When performing a test (test) on a gymnastic bench on command, the participant performs two preliminary inclinations, sliding his fingers along the ruler. On the third incline, the participant flexes as much as possible and fixes the result for 2 seconds. The amount of flexibility is measured in centimeters. The result above the level of the gymnastic bench is determined by the "-" sign, below - by the "+" sign.

Errors:
1) bending the knees;
2) fixing the result with the fingers of one hand;
3) lack of fixation of the result within 2 seconds.

Long jump with a run

Measurement is taken along a perpendicular line from the take-off point to the nearest track left by any part of the participant's body. The participant is given three attempts. The best result is taken into account.

Long jump with two-legged jerk

The long jump with a two-legged jerk is performed in the appropriate jumping sector. The push-off point should provide good grip on the shoe. The participant takes the starting position: feet shoulder-width apart, feet parallel, toes in front of the measurement line.

A forward jump is performed with the simultaneous push of two legs. Hand swing is allowed.

Measurement is taken along a perpendicular straight line from the measurement line to the nearest trace left by any part of the participant's body. The participant is given three attempts. The best result is taken into account.

Errors:
1) spacing over the measurement line or touching it;
2) performing a take-off from a preliminary jump;
3) pushing off with legs at different times.

Raising the torso from a supine position

Raising the trunk from a prone position is performed from the starting position: lying on your back on a gymnastic mat, hands behind your head, fingers locked in a "lock", shoulder blades touch the mat, legs bent at the knees at right angles, feet pressed by the partner to the floor.

The participant performs the maximum number of lifts in 1 minute, touching the hips (knees) with the elbows, followed by a return to the starting position.

The number of correct trunk lifts is counted. To perform the test, pairs are created, one of the partners performs the exercise, the other holds his legs by the feet and legs. Then the participants change places.

Errors:
1) no elbows touching the hips (knees);
2) no touching the mat with the shoulder blades;
3) fingers are open "out of the lock";
4) displacement of the pelvis.

Throwing the ball and sports equipment

A ball weighing 50-57 grams is used for testing. and a sports equipment weighing 500 grams. and 700 gr.

Throwing of the ball and sports equipment is carried out at the stadium or any level ground in a 15 m wide corridor. The length of the corridor is set depending on the participants' preparedness.

Throwing is performed from a place or a direct take-off run by the method "from behind the back over the shoulder". Other methods of throwing are prohibited.

The participant is given the right to make three throws. The best result is taken into account. The measurement is taken from the throwing line to the place where the projectile lands.

Participants in the II - IV stages throw a ball weighing 50-57 g, participants in the V - VII stages throw a sports equipment weighing 700 and 500 g.

Errors:
1) Walking behind the throwing line;
2) The projectile did not hit the "corridor";
3) The attempt is made without the permission of the judge.

Swimming

The test can be carried out both in the pool and in specially equipped places on the reservoirs.

Start, depending on preference, from a bedside table, side or from the water.

Swimming method is arbitrary and does not affect the results of the assessment.

After completing the distance, touch the side with any part of your body.

In this test, it is forbidden to walk along the bottom, use available means to maintain buoyancy.

When swimming 50 meters, make a turn in any convenient way, but be sure to touch the side of the pool with your hands or feet.

Shooting

Bullet shooting is carried out from an air rifle or electronic weapon.

Shots -3 trial and 5 test shots. Shooting time - 10 minutes. Preparation time is 3 minutes.

Sit at a table or stand near a counter. Find the most comfortable position. Rotate the body slightly to the right of the aiming line. Take the rifle with your right hand by the neck of the stock. The thumb of the hand should clasp the neck of the stock on the left, and the other four fingers on the right. With your left hand, take the forend of the stock from below. The thumb wraps around the left side of the forearm, and the rest around the right. The rifle should be in the palm of your hand. Not on your fingers!

Place your elbows on a table or counter. Pull your left elbow and shoulder forward as far as possible. The left elbow should be exactly under the rifle. Place your right elbow on the side, closer to you. Insert the rifle with the back of the head into the notch of the right shoulder. Lower your head onto the comb of the stock. The position of the body is calm and stable.

After accepting the position, close your eyes for a few seconds. Open and check the alignment of the rifle retraction and aiming points.

Place your index finger on the trigger. Aim and gently pull the trigger.

The result will not be counted if the shot is fired without the referee's command.

Appendix

What is the best way to independently prepare for passing the norms of the TRP complex?

    Preparation for passing the standards of the TRP complex takes place in physical education lessons, in sports sections and schools.

    Preparation for passing the TRP standards can be carried out on independent training.

    In order to train on your own, you must remember the following rules.

    Sportswear should be appropriate for the season and level of physical activity during exercise. It should be comfortable and practical.

    Particular attention should be paid to sports shoes, gloves and headwear (in winter).

    Sports shoes should be comfortable, lightweight, fit your foot or be 1 size larger (for thick socks in winter).

    During classes in the cold season (winter, late autumn, early spring), you should not allow your feet to get wet, and you should not get cold feet, especially after intense physical activity. Having run a distance at speed in winter, you need to get into a warm room as soon as possible and change your clothes.

    If possible, then you can prepare for the delivery of the norms of the TRP complex on weekends with your parents.

    They can show or suggest something very useful. Including advice on how to properly perform this or that exercise.

    It's a great idea to invite your friends to training. It is more fun to play sports together, especially since real friendship grows stronger in common affairs.

The RLD complex, approved by the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation in 2014, includes tests and standards for 11 groups of girls and boys, girls and boys, women and men, covering the age from 6 years to the elderly without limiting its limit.

The standards are divided according to the degree of difficulty into 3 types, corresponding to the gold, silver and bronze signs. The division of standards into 3 types by complexity and 11 steps by age with subdivision into age stages and by gender, the possibility of choosing tests and their multivariance, the right of the subjects of the Russian Federation to add two other types of tests that are recommended at the federal level, corresponding to national and regional traditions, give the ability to make an individual selection of the TRP program for each test subject, taking into account his physiological characteristics.

The first 2 steps are intended for boys and girls of preschool and primary school age, i.e. cover the first and second childhood categories.

Stage I includes TRP standards for boys and girls 6-8 years of age of three degrees of difficulty (bronze, silver and gold sign), i.e. it covers preschool children and schoolchildren in grades 1-2 and takes into account the factors of their acceleration or retardation. Of the 9 tests, 6 are mandatory and 3 are optional, of which 3 are multivariate. To receive a bronze, silver or gold TRP badge, children (boys and girls) must fulfill the standards of 4, 5 or 6 tests, respectively, while the standards fulfilled must contain strength tests (, squeezing from a lying position on the floor, ), speed (, cross-country skiing with fixing the standard time), flexibility (forward bends) and endurance (1 km, skiing 2 km, cross-country 1 km). Considering that exercises in childhood should be varied and playful, stage I includes tests for hitting a tennis ball, swimming without taking into account time. The weekly motor regimen is recommended for only 10 hours, because in this age period, more energy than in other periods is spent on growth processes. Differences appear between the gymnastic apparatus for boys and girls (high bar for boys, low for girls), because the difference in their height begins to show.

II stage recommended for boys and girls 9-10 years old (schoolchildren of 3-4 grades). At this stage, children (boys and girls), in order to pass the standards for the bronze, silver or gold sign, must, out of 9 proposed tests, complete 5, 6 or 7 tests, respectively. The tests for the age group of the second childhood are more intense, the distances for running, swimming, and the length of jumping increase, the standard time for performing tests decreases, the number of tests that are required for performance increases and the number of hours of the recommended movement regimen per week increases by 2 hours. A long jump with a running start is added to the strength exercises, the game exercise becomes more complicated (the tennis ball is replaced by a ball weighing 150 g, which must be thrown at the standard distance).

The transitional stage from childhood to adolescence, which begins in girls at the age of 11, and in boys at the age of 12, fixes the III stage of the RLD, recommended for boys and girls 11-12 years old (schoolchildren of grades 5-6). At this stage, a game exercise (throwing a ball) is preserved, to which a hiking trip is added, and the intensity of tests and the duration of the recommended motor regime continue to increase, because even less energy is spent on growth processes, but the number of tests that must be performed to obtain a bronze, silver and gold sign remains at the level II level. At this stage, shooting tests appear, i.e. attention is paid to the beginning of preparation not only for work, but also for defense.

The IV and V stages of the TRP are designed for boys and girls.

IV stage covers the age of 13-15 years, when the 2 phases of puberty (prepubertation and puberty) completely end, boys and girls become boys and girls.

V stage The TRP was developed for the age of boys and girls 16-17 years old (senior school age), characterized by the end of the third stage of puberty (post-puberty), balancing the psyche, improving the central nervous system, and further reducing energy consumption for growth processes. Features of the V stage allow increasing the intensity of all types of exercises (for strength, speed, flexibility and endurance), replacing the game type of exercise (throwing the ball) with power (throwing a projectile), but the end of puberty is accompanied by the phenomenon of youthful hypertension, which entailed a reduction in the duration of the motor regime and maintaining the number of tests required for passing the standards at the IV level level.

The remaining 6 steps are intended for different age groups of men and women.

VI stage The TRP is recommended for men and women of youth age from 18 to 29 years old. At the first age stage of this stage (18-24 years), the growth processes end, the energy consumption for these processes reaches a minimum. But, if in the previous stages the process of assimilation (growth) of the organism significantly outstripped the process of dissimilation (destruction), then at the second age stage of the stage (25-29 years) these opposite processes are aligned due to the termination of growth processes. At this stage, the physiological characteristics of men and women begin to manifest to the greatest extent, therefore tests for each sex. At the first age stage, the increase in the intensity of the exercises continues. It reaches its maximum because energy consumption for growth processes became minimal. But at the second age stage, the exercise intensity begins to decrease due to a change in the ratio of opposite processes in favor of dissimilation. This stage covers tested people of active working age, whose physical activity is manifested in labor activity, therefore, the weekly duration of the motor regime at the first stage is reduced to 11 hours, and at the second to 8 hours.

VII stage The TRP is intended for men and women of mature age 30-39 years. Similarly to Stage VI, she recommends tests for men and women in separate tables, divided into 2 age stages (30-34 years old and 35-39 years old). At the first age stage, the process of dissimilation begins to outstrip the process of assimilation; at the second age stage, the advantage of the process of dissimilation is felt even more. These features determine the approach to the development of stage VII standards, the intensity of which decreases at each age stage, the number of tests required to obtain each RLD sign decreases, which at the second age stage decreases to the level of stage IV, and the weekly duration of the motor regime remains at the level of stage VI.

The remaining 4 steps recommended for men and women aged 40 and over. They differ only in the age periods 40-49 years (age stages 40-44 years old and 45-49 years old), 50-59 years old (age stages 50-54 years old and 55-59 years old), 60-69 years old and 70 and more years. A common feature of these stages is the increase with each age stage of the advantages of dissimilation processes over assimilation processes, which tend to zero. This feature required a gradual decrease in the intensity of the TRP standards, the recommended duration of the motor regime (up to 6 hours per week in the XI stage) and the number of tests required to obtain the gold badge (up to 3 in the XI stage) during the transition to each subsequent age group. The standards in these stages are currently developed only for the golden sign of the TRP.

Today, the TRP sports system is becoming more and more common among not only ordinary schoolchildren, but also adult citizens who want to prove to everyone their high level of physical culture development. Once a person signs up for this program, they can regularly learn about testing at many centers. To obtain comprehensive information regarding the TRP 2019 standards, there are tables of standards for all ages. It is necessary to use the official website, where all the available information regarding this issue will be located.

TRP

Previously, such a system as the TRP was used only in the Soviet Union and existed until the end of 1991. Up to this point, the organization had been operating for 60 years and included all citizens between the ages of ten and sixty.

As contemporaries confirmed, half of the people from all over the country had the corresponding badges, which demonstrated their excellent physical fitness. Such a badge of distinction helped to get a certain position or place in an educational institution. At the moment, you can improve the chances of admission to the desired university if you fulfill the standards of the TRP 2019. The table of standards for all ages, which is open on the official website, is available to every user.

In 2014, the modern Russian government, under the initiative of the president, was able to restore the existence of a unique sports complex. At the moment, the TRP sports system is a full-fledged program and normative basis for the physical education of the country's population.

To achieve effective implementation of the TRP 2019 standards, you will need to know what standards are included in the table for all ages. Each user can easily understand it and determine what standards he needs to strive for in order to achieve the desired result.

You can prepare for passing the TRP standards with the help of specialized clubs, sections, as well as other groups of general physical training. It is important to keep in mind that all the exercises that candidates will have to face to obtain this unique status are public and simple.

This means that if a person does not want to attend special sections, then he can easily prepare himself for the implementation of the TRP 2019 standards. The table of standards for all ages, which is available on the official website of this organization, outlines the basic requirements for obtaining a unique status.

Steps for obtaining a TRP badge

Depending on the age of each person, he becomes a member of a certain group, which is also called a "stage". In total, eleven were created, and they include people from six to seventy years old. For each such group, three levels of difficulty are organized, namely the signs of the TRP 2019 standards. The table of standards for all ages comprehensively informs about all the required data. See what standards of the TRP 2019

Table of standards for all ages

Table for schoolchildren

The first group includes children from six to eight years old. After her, the second stage, which includes children aged nine to ten. For schoolchildren of the fifth-sixth grade, a third group has been created, and the fourth and sixth correspond to adolescents who go to school.

The next group has a wide range of ages and unites citizens who have already reached the age of majority, but they are not yet twenty-one years old. The seventh is passed on to the next ten years. And then each subsequent group unites for ten years.

The basic standards of the TRP 2019 in the table of standards for all ages were created to check how much a person has developed his basic characteristics. They include the following important parameters:

  • strength;
  • agility;
  • endurance;
  • flexibility.

Exercises allow you to objectively assess how a person is able to perform all kinds of exercises, and how his physical fitness is developed. Each constituent entity of the Russian Federation has the right at the regional level to include two more types of standards, as well as physical tests, to the mandatory list of exercises.

For this reason, all requirements in each stage are divided into two types:

  • required;
  • selective.

Benefit for the population from the implementation of the TRP program

The main tasks set by the state from the implementation of the TRP 2019 standards, tables of standards for all ages and other programs for improving the quality of physical education are to improve the nation's health. It also popularizes sports, therefore, more citizens spend their free time training, rather than wasting time on smoking and alcohol. As a result, the TRP not only increases the number of athletic people, but also accelerates the growth of the total population.

People form the opinion that it is imperative to take care of their body and health. Thanks to this, people will regularly go in for sports and develop their physical fitness. Also, the population gets the opportunity to form the need for systematic sports.

Additionally, a system of physical education is being massively introduced, as well as other complexes for the development of sports in all spheres of life. The main instrument for achieving this goal is the creation and commissioning of many new sports clubs.

Do not forget that participation in such events is as accessible as possible for any person. Absolutely every user has the opportunity to register on the official website and visually evaluate the TRP 2019 standards and standards tables for all ages. Additionally, everyone can receive a comprehensive list of all the necessary information, which will definitely help to figure out how to choose the right day and time for testing.

Required documents for passing standards

When a person has already decided to participate in such a sporting event and came to the place indicated in advance, then he is required to present certain documents. These include:

  • medical certificate;
  • identification.

Without the presence of such securities, a person simply will not be allowed to pass the TRP standards in 2019. In order to familiarize yourself in advance with the requirements that are set for passing the standards, you must initially obtain such information in a special center or using the official website, where a table for all ages is presented.

Main sports disciplines for passing standards

The convenience of such a sports complex lies in the fact that it is universal for many athletes.

Supporters of different sports will be able to fully demonstrate their abilities and effectively fulfill the standards of the TRP 2019. Moreover, tables of standards for all ages are available to absolutely everyone due to the fact that information can be obtained using various sources, including the main website. The main disciplines include the following:

  • throwing;
  • incline;
  • swimming;
  • pull-up;
  • lifting the torso.

Each sporting standard has its own characteristics. For example, short-distance running is carried out exclusively on any flat area where there is a hard surface that will be safe for the athlete. A high start is carried out if the distance is the smallest, namely thirty meters.

When the distance is increased to 60 or 100 meters, the athlete is asked to choose a high or low start. Each race involves from two to four people, depending on the workload for the current day.

The organizers must carefully select the area for skiing in order to comply with the TRP 2019 standards. If a person chooses skiing, then it is allowed to use a free skiing style in running at all distances. It is also imperative that there is no wind here for the safety of the participants.

If candidates for the TRP badge choose to throw the projectile, then such an exercise must necessarily be carried out in a special stadium. If this is not possible, then the area used must have a flat area, which has a corridor fifteen meters wide. To conduct such tests, special objects are used that are characterized by a weight of five hundred or seven hundred grams.

When leaning forward, this exercise can be performed using a gymnastic bench. Each applicant chooses for himself the most convenient way to fulfill this standard. Legs must be straightened in the knee area. The feet are parallel to each other. The optimal width, as can be seen from the table, is from ten to fifteen centimeters.

Swimming is performed in a style convenient for the participant in the TRP program. For this, short distances are used. They can be ten, fifteen or twenty-five meters. Depending on the most optimal option chosen, which will be more convenient for each participant in this event, the TRP norms may differ. The tables of standards for all ages have characteristic differences, since different age groups are involved, which differ significantly in their physical parameters: strength, endurance and speed.

One of the most popular exercises is the torso lift while the person is in the supine position. The people call this standard "to pump the press". It should be carried out exclusively on a specialized mat on which gymnastic exercises are performed.

In order for the pull-ups on the crossbar to be counted, you need to strictly follow the requirements of how to correctly make such a standard for each age. The grip of the hands is mandatory from above, and the hands are required to be located shoulder-width apart. The trunk and legs need to be straightened, and the legs should not touch the floor. Only when these requirements are met, the number of pull-ups will be counted.

For the correct execution of the long jump in a static position, as indicated in the table, you need to put your feet shoulder-width apart, and the socks should be strictly aligned along the measurement line. A forward jump can only be performed when two legs move simultaneously.

The most popular strength exercise is the kettlebell snatch. For this, shells are used that weigh sixteen kilograms. The standard time for this discipline is four minutes. During this period, the total number of kettlebell lifts that have been performed in accordance with the sporting standards are counted. Both right and left hand lifts are valid.

One of the more specific regulations is shooting. In order to perform such an exercise, you will need to use either an air gun or an electronic one. Regardless of the weapon used, the results or requirements for this exercise will not be affected.

Standards tables

It is important to keep in mind that most exercises for all categories are the same. The main difference between the two is that there are different requirements for obtaining a specific TRP badge.

In some situations, not only the conditions for performing certain sports disciplines differ, but also the exercises themselves. For example, more physical disciplines are provided for boys, like kettlebell or pull-ups on the bar. In girls, when choosing the optimal exercises, the emphasis is precisely on speed and flexibility.

When choosing the appropriate TRP 2019 standards, you should pay attention to the tables of standards for all ages, which differ significantly. And before contacting the commission of the organization of physical education, it is recommended to check what are the requirements for the category of a particular person, so that he is ready to receive the appropriate award

Among the proposed tests in the table there are both those that are required to be performed and alternative ones. That is, any athlete has the right to choose the most suitable complex, which is more suited to the peculiarities of his physical training.

Exercises for the first stage

These test requirements are suitable for the smallest. Children from six to eight years old, inclusive, will demonstrate their physical abilities thanks to the simplest conditions that comply with the TRP 2019 standards. The table of standards for children from 6-8 years old is visible in the following screenshot.

1 step - for schoolchildren 6-8 years old -First page Stage 1 - for schoolchildren 6-8 years old - Second page

The first required test is shuttle running. This exercise is carried out in the mode: three distances of ten meters. Both girls and boys participate in the discipline. In order to be the first to get gold, you need to run the distance in 9.2 seconds. For the sake of silver, only 10.7 will be enough. And for bronze, you need to run two milliseconds slower.

Boys have stricter TRP norms: for the sake of gold, you will need to run thirty meters and 9.2 seconds. To obtain silver, you must meet the standard of 10.1. Bronze will be given to those who run no longer than 10.4.

An alternative exercise is to run thirty meters. Since such a standard takes less time, the requirements are stricter. Boys will be able to claim gold with a score of 5.9. Silver will be obtained only upon reaching 6.7. For bronze, 6.9 seconds will be enough.

For girls, the TRP 2019 standards for receiving an award are significantly lower. Gold can be obtained by running for 6.2 seconds. Silver, as can be seen from the table, will be awarded to the girl who can cope with the standard in less than seven seconds. For bronze, 7.2 is enough.

The next important exercise is mixed movement. When performing it, regardless of the gender of the person, the time spent on the passage of the distance is not taken into account. The length of this section of the territory is one kilometer.

To perform a forward bend, everyone needs to touch the floor with their fingers. Then gold will be counted.

There are eight types of tests in this group for both sexes. To get gold, you need to go through 7 disciplines and fulfill the TRP 2019 standards perfectly. The table of standards will allow you to determine in advance what requirements you are preparing for.

Exercises for the second stage

This group includes schoolchildren between the ages of nine and ten. The first compulsory standard for girls and boys is sixty meters. It takes boys ten and a half seconds to earn gold and eleven seconds for girls. Below is a table of standards for children from 9-10 years old.

Level 2 - for schoolchildren 9-10 years old - First page Level 2 - for schoolchildren 9-10 years old - Second page

Six minutes is enough for a girl for a gold badge, and four and a half for a boy.

A special feature of the second stage is the new optional tests. They include: throwing a ball in length, cross for 2 kilometers. This group of challenges also requires seven challenges to be completed to earn gold.

Exercises for Stage Three

This group includes children who have already grown to twelve years old. There is an important feature that the main tests of this stage have, namely: a run of 1.5 kilometers appears. Alternatively, a two-kilometer competition is proposed. A table of standards for children from 11-12 is available on our website.

Level 3 - for schoolchildren 11-12 years old - First page Level 3 - for schoolchildren 11-12 years old - Second page

Also, the main TRP standards include a forward bend from a standing position. When carrying out this standard, it is imperative to keep your legs straight. Each member of this group is required to touch the floor with their fingers.

Optional tests include throwing a ball that weighs one hundred and fifty grams. In order for a boy to get gold, he needs to throw 34 meters, and a girl - 22.

If the area is snowy, then a cross-country skiing distance of three or four kilometers is offered. If the territory is snowless, then you can participate in cross-country cross-country for 3 km.

To get gold in swimming for fifty meters, a boy needs to do it in 50 seconds, and a girl - in 65. Applicants for silver just need to swim to the finish line.

For the third group, it is enough to complete eight tests in order to fulfill the TRP 2019 norm.

Exercises for Stage Four

This group is required to include children from the age of thirteen to fifteen years, inclusive. Mandatory tests include running at a distance of sixty meters and two kilometers. The table of standards for children from 13-14 years old is visible on the following screen:

4 level - for schoolchildren 13-15 years old - First page 4 level - for schoolchildren 13-15 years old - Second page

The peculiarity of carrying out additional exercises is that there is a lifting of the body. This discipline is performed in the supine position. The number of times is counted as one minute. And the little man needs to rise forty-seven times for gold, and the girl forty.

The hiking trail is ten kilometers long. This discipline is designed to test the skills of survival in nature.

Another new discipline is self-defense without weapons. Twenty-six points for everyone is enough to get gold and fulfill the TRP 2019 norm. The table of standards says that for the 4th group, twelve types of exercises are given.

Fifth group

For high school students aged 16-17 years, a separate fifth group or table of standards for children from 16-17 years old has been created.

5 step - for schoolchildren 16-17 years old - First page 5 level - for schoolchildren 16-17 years old - Second page

Its main feature is that a hundred meters run appears. This is a difficult exercise, which is included in the list of Olympic disciplines, only the strongest athletes can do it.

A two kilometer run is held for both girls and boys. But when a distance of 3000 meters is chosen, this exercise is used only for young men.

There are two strength disciplines for boys to choose from: kettlebell lifting and crossbar lifting. And also 2 exercises for girls: pull-ups from a hang in a horizontal position, as well as push-ups from the floor.

A significant difference was created between both sexes regarding the throwing of the sports equipment. The first is given an object weighing 700 grams, and the second - half a kilogram.

For this age, people go on a hike already at a distance of ten kilometers. This applies to everyone, regardless of gender and age shown in this table.

Also, the fifth group includes a total of twelve tests. But in order to get the best distinction, it is enough to successfully fulfill 8 standards.

Exercises for Stage Six

The 6th group includes girls and boys from eighteen to twenty-nine years old. Most of the tests that people must perform and belong to this stage do not differ from group number 5.

The table of standards for boys 18-29 years old is available below:

6 step - for men 18-29 years old - First page 6 step - for men 18-29 years old - Second page

As you can see from the table, boys run three kilometers, and the men's half are given a crossbar and a kettlebell, and the ladies are offered a choice of push-ups and pull-ups lying on a low crossbar.

The same requirements are created for both parties regarding the conduct of a tourist trip.

Young men have a choice between eleven types of tests, and girls are given twelve. But, for the golden insignia, both groups must do eight exercises each.

Exercises for Stage Seven

Twenty-year-old girls and boys are considered the strongest people in the country in physical education. Therefore, after the seventh group begins, which includes people over thirty, the requirements for fulfilling the TRP standards gradually decrease. In 2019, the table for men aged 30 and above is as follows:

Men, 30-39 years old, 1 page 7 step - for men 30-39 years old - Second page

One of the first major differences is the lack of short-distance running exercises, that is, adults no longer run 60 or 100 meters. Standards for strength and flexibility exercises are declining dramatically. For example, for women over 34, there is no throwing of objects at a distance.

7 step - for women 30-39 years old - First page 7 step - for women 30-39 years old - Second page

In addition, the easing of standards is evidenced by the fact that the range of the tourist trip has returned to the level of ten kilometers. With each successive group after thirty years, the norms become easier for each user.

Eighth group

For people over forty years old, the level of stress during exercise is further reduced. Requirements are decreasing in all disciplines. For example, a hiking trip returns to the level of seventh graders and becomes five kilometers long.

For men, the standards are:

Stage 8 - for men 40-49 years old - First page Stage 8 - for men 40-49 years old - Second page

To receive the eighth grade insignia, it is enough only to successfully complete six tests. And for a silver or bronze badge, only 5 exercises will be enough. You can view the requirements in the table with the norms for women.

Step 8 - for women 40-49 years old - First page Step 8 - for women 40-49 years old - Second page

Ninth group

For group number 9, which refers to people over fifty, the requirements are drastically reduced. Men get the opportunity to perform push-ups from the floor instead of the classic kettlebell and crossbar.

Step 9 - for men and women 50-59 years old - First page Step 9 - for men and women 50-59 years old - Second page

The difficulty of the hiking trip and the number of tests compared to the eighth stage remain unchanged. The bar for flexibility and endurance exercise has also dropped significantly. For women, the standards will be as follows:

The last steps

For people over sixty years old, classic running exercises have been canceled. From strength exercises, only push-ups from the floor.

10th step Standards for men and women 60-69 First page 10th step Standards for men and women 60-69 - Second page

Camping is no longer available at this group level. For a sixty-five-year-old man to receive a gold push-up from the floor, it is enough to perform the exercise only eleven times, which is the TRP 2019 norm. The table of standards for the age of 60 years and above differs depending on the stage: the higher the person's age, the easier the requirements are given.

11 step - for women and men 70 years and older - First page 11 step - for women and men 70 years and older - Second page

Regardless of what age a person has, he will be able to successfully participate in the TRP system. To do this, you first need to visit the official website and see what requirements to fulfill for the desired result. For all ages, there are different standards, therefore, each person must initially assess what he is dealing with and properly prepare for the exercises.

If you take the matter with due seriousness, then a person will certainly achieve success. Everyone will be able to receive the coveted insignia and thereby prove that he has excellent physical fitness.
