INTRODUCTION

"Ready for Labor and Defense" (TRP) is a physical culture complex that forms the basis of the state system of physical education and is aimed at strengthening health, comprehensive physical development of people, preparing them for labor activity and protecting the Motherland. It is the basis of the physical education program in all educational institutions and sports sections of the country.

The level of a person's culture is manifested in his ability to use such a public good as free time. How it is used depends on a person's health, the completeness of his life, his success in work, study and general development. Physical culture occupies an important place here, because physical culture is health.

The relevance of this topic determines the revival of the RLD complex, as well as the education of physical fitness among students and pupils.

This essay will describe the history of occurrence, goals and objectives and basic requirements for this complex.

1. HISTORY OF ORIGIN

In 1927, through the merger and reorganization of several military-sports associations in the USSR, the largest of the specialized public organizations was created - the Society for Assistance to Defense, Aviation and Chemical Construction (OSOAVIAKHIM).

By the beginning of 1928, this organization had about 2 million people. All over the country, under the auspices of OSOAVIAKHIM, shooting galleries, shooting ranges are being built, flying clubs and military sports circles are being created.

In 1931, the All-Union physical culture complex "Ready for Labor and Defense of the USSR" (TRP) was introduced, which became the programmatic and normative basis of the physical education system for the entire country. The purpose of the complex being introduced is “to further increase the level of physical education of the Soviet people, primarily the young generation ...”. The main content of the TRP complex was focused on the high-quality physical training of hundreds of millions of Soviet people.

The sports and defense complex becomes popular very quickly. TRP norms are passed in schools, collective farm brigades, workers of factories, factories, railways, etc. Large-scale competitions are held for the title of Champions of the TRP complex in its individual types, which are not inferior in popularity to the Spartakiads and the central football matches of the season.

The high ideological and political orientation of the RLD complex, the general availability of physical exercises included in its standards, their obvious benefits for health promotion and the development of skills and abilities necessary in everyday life, make the RLD complex popular among the population and especially among young people. Wearing the TRP badge is becoming prestigious.

In 1931, 24 thousand athletes became TRP badges, in 1932 - 465 thousand and in 1933 - 835 thousand athletes. By the spring of 1935, the number of TRP badges reaches 1.2 million.

In 1938 and 1939 alone, the standards of the TRP of the 1st and 2nd stages and the BSTO ("Be ready for work and defense") are handed over by more than 2.5 million people. The number of sports facilities in the camp increases from 39 thousand in 1936 to 83 thousand by the end of 1939. By the same time, 62 thousand physical culture groups were operating in the country, uniting 5 million people.

In 1972, by a special decree of the Central Committee of the CPSU and the Council of Ministers of the USSR, a new TRP complex was introduced, in which steps appear for schoolchildren 10-13 years old and citizens 40-60 years old. This allows you to expand the age range of the RLD complex and cover the population from 10 to 60 years. Each of the five stages of the new TRP complex has its own name: 1st stage - "Brave and dexterous", 2nd stage - "Sports shift", 3rd stage - "Strength and courage", 4th stage - - "Physical perfection", 5th stage - "Vigor and health." By the beginning of 1976, our country numbered over 220 million TRP badges of all levels.

The last All-Union Physical Culture Complex "Ready for Labor and Defense of the USSR" (TRP) was introduced in January 1985. It was addressed to people from 16 to 60 years old.

Currently, the Russian physical culture and recreation complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" will be launched from September 1, 2014. The norms of which will be calculated for 11 age levels - from 6-8 years old to 70 years old and older.

2. PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Increasing the efficiency of using the possibilities of physical culture and sports in strengthening health, harmonious and comprehensive development of the individual, fostering patriotism and ensuring continuity in the implementation of physical education of the population.

The All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex is based on the following principles:

1) voluntariness and availability;

2) health-improving and personality-oriented orientation;

3) the obligatory medical supervision;

4) taking into account regional characteristics and national traditions.

The purpose of the Complex is to increase the efficiency of using the possibilities of physical culture and sports in the socio-economic development of the country, strengthening health, improving the well-being and quality of life of Russian citizens, harmonious and all-round development of the individual, shaping people's needs for physical self-improvement, fostering patriotism and citizenship, motivation to lead healthy, athletic lifestyle.

The tasks of the complex:

1) an increase in the proportion of citizens who systematically go in for physical culture and sports;

2) increasing the level of physical fitness, quality and life expectancy of citizens;

3) the formation of conscious needs among citizens in systematic physical education and sports, self-improvement, and a healthy lifestyle;

4) increasing the general level of knowledge of citizens about the means, methods and forms of organizing self-study, including with the use of modern information and Internet technologies;

5) creation of a unified system of continuous physical education of citizens and assessment of their physical fitness based on the federal database on the physical condition of the main population groups;

6) modernization of the system of physical education and the development of mass school and student sports in educational organizations, including by expanding the network of sports clubs;

7) intensification of activities on the organization of physical culture and sports work in labor collectives, at the place of study and residence, in places of public recreation and family leisure of citizens, improving the quality and expanding the list of physical culture and sports services offered to the population;

8) creation of a modern material and technical base of the sphere of physical culture and sports, an increase in the number of sports facilities, provision of the necessary sports equipment and equipment for places of physical culture;

9) development of modern sports and physical culture and health-improving systems, taking into account the interests of children, adolescents and youth;

10) creation at the federal level of a system for monitoring the physical fitness of citizens.

3. BASES OF THE TRP COMPLEX

The structure of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex consists of 11 stages and includes the following age groups: first stage - from 6 to 8 years old; the second stage - from 9 to 10 years; third stage - from 11 to 12 years old; the fourth stage - from 13 to 15 years old; the fifth stage - from 16 to 17 years old; the sixth stage - from 18 to 29 years old; seventh stage - from 30 to 39 years old; the eighth stage - from 40 to 49 years old; ninth stage - from 50 to 59 years old; the tenth stage - from 60 to 69 years old; the eleventh stage - from 70 years of age and older.

The normative-training part of the TRP complex in the form of "State requirements for the level of physical fitness of the population when fulfilling the standards of the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex" Ready for work and defense "(TRP)", approved by Order of the Ministry of Sports of Russia dated 07/08/2014 N 575, includes standards for types of tests, as well as requirements for knowledge and skills in the field of physical education and requirements for a weekly regimen of physical activity.

The types of tests of the complex are subdivided into and optional tests. Mandatory tests (tests) in accordance with the stages of the complex are subdivided into tests to determine the level of development:

1) speed capabilities (shuttle running, running);

2) endurance (running, mixed movement, Nordic walking);

3) strength (pulling up from a hang and from a hang while lying down, push-ups from the floor, gymnastic bench or back of a chair, jerk of a kettlebell 16 kg),

4) flexibility (bending forward, standing on the floor and on the gymnastic bench).

Optional tests are subdivided into tests (tests) to determine the level of development:

1) the development of speed-power capabilities (long jump from a place and with a run, throwing a ball and a sports equipment in length);

2) development of coordination abilities (throwing the ball at the target);

3) mastering applied skills (skiing, cross-country, swimming, shooting, hiking).

For different age groups (stages), the tests are different - for example, throwing the ball at the target is provided only for the youngest athletes (6-8 years old), the kettlebell snatch is provided for athletes from 16 to 59 years old, and for the oldest age stage (70 years older) performing strength exercises (push-ups) provides for support on the back of the chair. Differentiation of requirements for 11 age groups with a division of standards by sex allows us to fully take into account the characteristics of different groups of the population and thereby ensure the involvement of the largest number of citizens of our country in the development of physical capabilities and health promotion.

The complex also provides requirements for assessing the level of knowledge and skills in the field of physical culture and sports. For the junior levels of the complex, these are the requirements provided for by state educational standards, but for citizens 18 years of age and older, the complex provides for a test of knowledge and skills on the following issues:

1) the impact of physical education on health, increasing mental and physical performance;

2) hygiene of physical education;

3) the main methods of monitoring the physical condition when practicing various physical culture and health-improving systems and sports;

4) the basics of self-study methodology;

5) the basics of the history of the development of physical culture and sports;

6) mastering practical abilities and skills of physical culture and health and applied orientation, mastering skills and abilities in various types of physical culture and sports activities.

A very important guideline in organizing a daily lifestyle for everyone who wants to fulfill the RLD norms is the recommendations for a weekly motor regimen, which provide for the minimum volume of various types of motor activity necessary for independent preparation for performing types of tests (tests) and standards, developing physical qualities, maintaining and health promotion. Recommendations for a weekly motor regimen include morning exercises, organized classes in sports clubs and sections and independent physical education, physical activity in the process of educational or work activity. For example, adults need to do morning exercises for at least 140 minutes a week, attend classes in sports sections and circles for at least 120 minutes a week, exercise independently for at least 120 minutes a week, have physical activity in the process of educational or work activity for at least 90 -100 minutes. At the same time, during vacation and vacation time, the daily motor regime should be at least 4 hours. If you follow these recommendations, your physical capabilities and health will be so good that you can easily pass the RLD complex.

The complex provides for the awarding of insignia to citizens who have fulfilled the standards, and for the I-VII stages (from 6 to 39 years old) there are standards for the bronze, silver and gold badges, for more senior groups - the TRP badge of the corresponding stage.

It is envisaged that the presence of the TRP badge of distinction will be taken into account when applying for training in educational programs of higher education - according to the rules approved by educational organizations and when assigning a state academic scholarship - excellent TRP students who have a gold badge, the scholarship may be awarded in an increased amount.

In addition, employers are given the right to encourage employees who have fulfilled the standards of the TRP complex and have insignia. Employers of the extra-budgetary sphere also give positive assessments to such an initiative, expressing their readiness to also encourage employees who have the TRP insignia.

CONCLUSION

Physical education is aimed at strengthening health, harmonious development of the human body, this is one of the indicators of the state of physical culture in society.

Since 1996, several physical education programs have been put into effect on the territory of the Russian Federation: a program based on one sport, a comprehensive program, a program of anti-stress plastic gymnastics, author's programs .. The peculiarity of the programs is that they not only answer the question "what to teach" , but also explain "how to teach", i.e. contain a section of guidelines.

Thanks to the development and implementation of such programs, it was possible to preserve the state system of physical culture and sports management.

What is a TRP complex?

The All-Russian Movement "Ready for Labor and Defense" is a physical education program that existed in our country from 1931 to 1991, which covered the population aged 10 to 60 years. With the liquidation of the Soviet Union, the TRP complex ceased to exist. Since 2014, the complex has been reviving in the conditions of modern Russia.
The modern complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" (TRP) is a full-fledged program and normative basis for the physical education of the country's population, aimed at the development of mass sports and the improvement of the nation.

Preparation for the fulfillment of the state requirements of the RLD complex is provided by systematic classes in physical education programs in educational institutions, points of initial military training, sports sections, general physical training groups, in institutions of additional education (sports clubs) and independently.

The TRP complex consists of11 stepsin accordance with age groups of the population from 6 to 70 years and older and standardson 3 levels of difficulty, corresponding to gold, silver and bronze signs.

I. LEVEL - age group from 6 to 8 years
II. STEP - age group from 9 to 10 years
III. LEVEL - age group from 11 to 12 years
IV. STEP - age group from 13 to 15 years old
V. STEP - age group from 16 to 17 years old
Vi. LEVEL - age group from 18 to 29 years old
Vii. LEVEL - age group from 30 to 39 years old
VIII. LEVEL - age group from 40 to 49 years
IX. LEVEL - age group from 50 to 59 years old
X. LEVEL - age group from 60 to 69 years
XI. STEP - age group 70 and older

The types of standards and tests (tests) that are part of the WFSK TRP are aimed at determining the level of development of a person's physical qualities: endurance, strength, flexibility and his speed capabilities. State requirements of the TRP complex within each stage are divided into:
- mandatory;
- optionally.
Plus, recommendations for weekly physical activity.

What will it be for me?

TRP is not just getting a badge of distinction, it is, first of all, improving oneself, one's inner “I”. Preparing yourself to fulfill the standards of tests (tests) of the complex, you hone your coordination, become more purposeful, morally and physically hardened.

The TRP insignia is an indicator of the active life position of a citizen of the Russian Federation, his desire for a healthy lifestyle.

The presence of insignia of the TRP complex (in accordance with Order of the Ministry of Education of Russia No. 1147) among applicants for training in educational programs of higher education will be taken into account by educational institutions of higher education during admission. Students who have the golden insignia of the TRP complex can be assigned an increased state academic scholarship in the prescribed manner.

Who can fulfill the TRP test (test) standards?

The TRP test (tests) standards can be fulfilled by the population of the Russian Federation belonging to the main health group, on the basis of a medical examination carried out in accordance with the procedure for the provision of medical care during physical culture and sports events approved by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

I want to comply with the TRP standards, what should I do for this?

How many days can you fulfill the TRP test (tests) standards within one age stage?

It is possible to fulfill the TRP standards within the same age stage during:
one academic year - for schoolchildren (from September to June);
one calendar year - for the working-age population (from January to December).

According to the methodological recommendations published on the GTO.ru website, it is possible to perform three or four types of test standards (tests) in one day. Remember that, first of all, you yourself must be interested in the successful fulfillment of test standards (tests) in order to show the best result.

Accordingly, when drawing up an individual map of participation in the TRP complex, it is important to correctly approach the issue of distributing the load on your body.

I want to fulfill all the standards of the TRP complex in one day, is it possible?

It is impossible to fulfill all test standards (tests) of the TRP complex in one day. It is necessary to understand that you have only one attempt at Fulfillment of one standard.

It is necessary to prepare individually for the fulfillment of the test standards (tests) of the TRP complex and come to the testing center only when you are fully confident in the successful fulfillment of the test standards (tests) for the highest rates.

When can I receive the badge?

The insignia is issued after successfully completing the required number of types of test standards (tests) within your age level. The presentation for the awarding of insignia is organized at the end of each calendar quarter by the testing center, after which an order is issued by the regional executive body in the field of the FCC on awarding silver and bronze insignia of the TRP, as well as the order of the Ministry of Sports of Russia "On awarding the VFSK TRP with gold insignia." The procedure for paperwork and production of signs takes 2-3 months, in connection with which there are 4 sessions of delivery of signs.

What can I do now to successfully meet the standards of the TRP complex?

1. Lead a healthy lifestyle (exercise, exercise, nutrition).

2. Attend physical education lessons (for students of all forms of education), or gyms, fitness centers (for adults).

3. Form an individual schedule or plan for preparation for the implementation of test standards (tests) that are part of the WFSK TRP. If you follow these recommendations, you can certainly count on success.

If part of the test standards (tests) was performed for a gold insignia, and the second for a silver one, which insignia will I receive in the end?

The assignment of the insignia is carried out according to the "lower bar". If at least one of the "obligatory" types of test standards (tests) was Performed for a bronze insignia, then a bronze sign will be awarded, despite the fact that all other test standards (tests) were Performed for "gold" or "silver".

What is a Testing Center?

The Testing Center is a non-profit organization created in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation for the implementation of types of test standards (tests).

A territorial place is the location of a sports facility (pool, shooting range, arena, sports complex, etc.) where the testing center arranges the acceptance of certain types of test standards (tests).

The results of the VFSK TRP tests I passed do not correspond to the results that are published in my personal account on the website. What do i do?

If you find that the results of the test standards (tests) of the WFSK TRP passed by you do not correspond to the results that are published in your personal account on the website, you need to contact the regional Testing Center with this question, where the municipal body in charge of the sport sent the protocols for further import into the automated information system of the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" (TRP). You can also request a copy of the protocol from the regional Testing Center, which displays the data of the standards of tests (tests) of the TRP complex you performed. You can send this copy to the website support address, indicating any inaccuracies.

Why do I need to register on the gto.ru website?

Registration on the gto.ru website is necessary in order for you to be assigned a unique ID-number, which allows you to fulfill the standards of tests (tests) of the All-Russian Federation of the Russian Federation in the official regime. Thanks to your personal ID-number, you will be able to sign up for the Test Center nearest to you to fulfill the TRP standards, as well as view the results of the tests (tests) that you have completed on the gto.ru website in on-line mode.

Is it possible to fulfill the standards of tests (tests) of the TRP complex in physical education lessons?

According to the methodological recommendations on the mechanisms for recording the results of the fulfillment of test standards (tests) of the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex of the TRP (VFSK TRP), developed by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, students are not required to fulfill the standards of tests (tests) of the TRP complex in physical education lessons, since one of the main principles of the TRP are its voluntariness and health-improving orientation.

In addition, the federal department notes that the reluctance to fulfill the test standards (tests) of the TRP complex or the lack of positive results in students are not and cannot be the criteria for the final assessment in the course of certification in the subject "Physical culture".

When will I be able to exceed the standards for testing (tests) of the TRP complex?

In case of an unsuccessful attempt, you can overfulfill the standards of tests (tests) of the All-Union FSC TRP. Note that the fulfillment of one standard of tests (test) is possible no more than three times during one year. In addition, one of the conditions is a two-week break between the Executions of one test standard since the last attempt.

How many standards of testing (tests) of the TRP must be completed in order to receive an insignia?

The number of standards of tests (tests) performed to obtain an insignia of a particular dignity depends on the standards of your age level (http://gto.ru/norms). Please note that in each such stage there are "mandatory" tests ", and tests" optional ".

Be careful, when performing the test standards "optional", "alternative" tests may be offered. When several "alternative" test standards (tests) are fulfilled, the fulfillment of the standard, which advises the insignia of the highest dignity, is counted.

WHY PERFORM TRP IN THE 21ST CENTURY?

The answer to this question may be different for each young person. Someone wants to compare themselves with older family members who have the Soviet TRP badge. Someone wants to try to achieve a specific result and test their willpower and perseverance. And someone is just used to being the first in studies and sports. All people are different. However, everyone who voluntarily decided to pass the test with the TRP complex has one thing in common - determination. It is this trait that is most important for people of the 21st century. Only motivated and physically prepared people will be able to achieve success in a competitive labor market.

The organizers of the TRP project consider the revival of the TRP complex in educational institutions to be fundamentally important for the formation of purposefulness and self-confidence in the younger generation.

The return of the TRP to Russia is in demand by time and social factors. It was received positively by the majority of Russians. The health of the people is priceless, and its foundation is being laid, among other things, by such nationwide events of a regular nature. The mechanism of the basis of the physical education system, worked out for decades, is viable, and one can hope that its implementation will soon initiate progress in the development of Russian sports.

PLAN

1. The history of the "TRP" complex.

3. The structure of the "TRP" complex.

5. Conclusion.

1. The history of the TRP complex.

For the first time, the TRP Complex was introduced back in the Soviet period of our country.

On behalf of the All-Union Council of Physical Culture under the Central Executive Committee of the USSR, a project of the RLD complex was developed, which on March 11, 1931, after a public discussion, was approved and became the normative basis of the physical education system for the entire country.

The purpose of the complex being introduced is "to further increase the level of physical education and mobilization readiness of the Soviet people, primarily the young generation ...". The main content of the TRP complex was focused on the high-quality physical training of hundreds of millions of Soviet people.

Initially, men at least 18 years old and women at least 17 years old were allowed to be tested for the "Ready for Labor and Defense" badge. A special condition was a satisfactory state of health. It was determined by a doctor who established that compliance with the norms for this complex would not harm human health.

Men:

Women:

Those who successfully completed the tests and were awarded the TRP badge had a privilege for admission to a special educational institution for physical education and a pre-emptive right to participate in sports competitions and physical culture holidays of the republican, all-Union and international scale.

Large-scale competitions for the title of Champions of the TRP complex in its individual types were not inferior in popularity to the Spartakiads and the central football matches of the season. Wearing the TRP badge has become prestigious.

TRP badges (first versions) were made of copper or brass, and covered with hot enamels (cloisonne), later began the mass production of aluminum badges coated with liquid (cold) enamels. The fastening for the TRP badges was a screw or a safety pin.

TRP BADGES 1931-1936 (I AND II STEP)

During the existence of the complex, its normative part has been changed more than once. The largest changes were made in 1940, 1947, 1955, 1965 and 1972.

The new TRP complex introduced in 1972(approved by the decree of the Central Committee of the CPSU and the Council of Ministers of the USSR No. 61 on January 17, 1972) made it possible to improve mass physical culture and sports work in every team, in a sports club and in the country as a whole, to solve a number of important issues related to improving the health of Soviet citizens. The age range of the complex has expanded: steps have been added for schoolchildren 10-13 years old and workers 40-60 years old. Now the complex had V age levels and covered the population aged 10 to 60 years. Each stage of the TRP complex of 1972 consisted of two sections:

  • studying the main provisions of the Soviet system of physical education, mastering practical skills of personal and public hygiene, rules and methods of protection against weapons of mass destruction, performing morning exercises;
  • exercises that determine the level of development of a person's physical qualities - strength, endurance, speed, agility, as well as exercises that contribute to the mastery of applied motor skills - running for speed and endurance, strength exercises, jumping, cross-country skiing, swimming and others.

Each stage had the following characteristic features:

  • Stage I - “Brave and dexterous” was introduced for schoolchildren of 10-13 years old with the aim of forming a conscious attitude in children to physical education, developing basic physical qualities and vital skills and abilities, identifying sports interests. Stage I was subdivided into two age groups: boys and girls 10-11 and 12-13 years old. The complex consists of 7 mandatory tests and 6 optional.
  • II stage - "Sports shift" is intended for adolescents 14-15 years old, with the aim of increasing the physical fitness of adolescents and their mastery of applied and motor skills. The complex consisted of 9 tests.
  • III stage - "Strength and Courage" is the standard for boys and girls aged 16-18, with the aim of improving the physical fitness of youth, necessary for subsequent work and readiness for service in the Armed Forces. The complex consisted of 10 tests.
  • IV stage - "Physical perfection" is intended for men 19-39 years old, women 19-34 years old, in order to achieve a high level of physical development and physical fitness for high-performance work and fulfill the sacred duty of defending the Motherland. Stage IV is divided into two age groups: men 19-28 and 29-39 years old, women 19-28 and 29-34 years old. The complex consisted of 10 tests.
  • V stage - "Cheerfulness and health" is intended for men 40-60 years old and women 35-55 years old, with the aim of maintaining good health and a high level of physical fitness of workers for many years to ensure their labor activity and constant readiness to defend the Motherland.

To constantly stimulate the population to engage in physical culture and sports, standards of several levels of complexity have been established for each of its stages.

When fulfilling the standards of the TRP Complex, participants were awarded silver and gold insignia, for the 5th stage only a gold badge was provided, and for the 4th, in addition, a gold one with honors.

The TRP system was a powerful incentive for sports. Preparation for fulfilling the standards developed all muscle groups, increased endurance, coordination, the ability to calculate one's strength and potential.

In 1973, the All-Union Council was created under the USSR Sports Committee for the work of the most massive involvement of citizens in the implementation of the TRP complex. Pilot-Cosmonaut of the USSR Alexei Arkhipovich Leonov was appointed Chairman of the Council.

To monitor the implementation of the new complex, the All-Union Inspectorate for the TRP complex was created. This is a public body that warns sports and other organizations in a timely manner about deficiencies in work, increases the responsibility of each physical culture worker for the assigned work.

Inspections and inspection groups carried out random checks not only on the acceptance of tests, but also on the TRP badges themselves, monitored the quality of training of public instructors, the organization of training, the construction and equipment of TRP townships, the use of sports facilities, the state of visual agitation and propaganda.

The standards of the TRP complex became a tool thanks to which every citizen could check the level of his physical development

The badge "Excellent TRP" was awarded to those who fulfilled the standards for the gold badge of the IV stage of the 1972 complex "Physical perfection" and had one 1st or two 2nd sports categories in any sport.

The "TRP Badge of Honor" was awarded to those who fulfilled the standards for several years in a row.

Physical education teams of enterprises, institutions, organizations that have achieved particular success in introducing the TRP complex into the everyday life of workers were awarded the badge "For success in the work on the TRP complex".

BADGE "EXCELLENT TRP" HONORARY BADGE TRP BADGE "FOR SUCCESS IN WORK ON THE TRP COMPLEX"

The collapse of the Soviet Union led to a wider gulf in the work on education for the physical activity of citizens. The TRP Complex was not legally abolished, but in fact it ceased to exist in 1991.

2. Revival of the "TRP" complex.

2007 year can be safely called the year of sports, when Russia gets the right to the 2014 Olympics in Sochi, our football players made it to the European championship, basketball players became the best team in the Old World, tennis players won the Federation Cup, handball players won the title of the strongest in the world, and, finally, President Vladimir Putin signed a new law on sports.

In the wake of inspiration from sports victories, in accordance with new trends, discussions on the revival of the TRP complex were again raised by the sports community.

The result of painstaking preparation was the publication of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated March 24, 2014 No. 172 "On the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex" Ready for Labor and Defense "(TRP)", which decides to put the complex into operation on September 1, 2014.

The updated standards came into force on January 1, 2018 and will be valid for 4 years.

In this regard, the reporting period for the implementation of the TRP standards for students (1-6 age levels) has changed. In 2017-2018 it is divided into 2 parts:

July 1 - December 31, 2017... - the reporting period during which the test results are valid according to the standards in force in 2017;

January 1 - July 1, 2018- the reporting period during which the new TRP standards will be valid.

For the adult population (age 6-11), the reporting period will remain unchanged from January 1 to December 31, 2018.

So, today the TRP complex is being revived, transformed in a new form and new conditions. The implementation of the complex pursues the following goals and objectives:

  • increasing the efficiency of using the possibilities of physical culture and sports in strengthening health, harmonious and comprehensive development of the individual, fostering patriotism and ensuring continuity in the implementation of physical education of the population;
  • an increase in the number of citizens who systematically go in for physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation;
  • increasing the level of physical fitness and life expectancy of citizens of the Russian Federation;
  • the formation of the population's conscious needs in systematic physical culture and sports, physical self-improvement and healthy lifestyle;
  • increasing the general level of knowledge of the population about the means, methods and forms of organizing independent studies, including with the use of modern information technologies;
  • modernization of the physical education system and the system for the development of mass, youth, school and university sports in educational organizations, including by increasing the number of sports clubs.

The All-Russian physical culture and sports complex provides for preparation for performance and direct implementation by various age groups (from 6 to 70 years and older) of the population of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - age groups) of the established standards of the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex for 3 levels of difficulty corresponding to gold, silver and bronze insignia of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex and is based on the following principles:

  • voluntariness and availability;
  • health-improving and personality-oriented orientation;
  • compulsory medical supervision;
  • taking into account regional characteristics and national traditions

The All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex consists of the following main sections:

  • types of tests (tests), allowing to determine the level of development of physical qualities and applied motor skills and abilities (subdivided into compulsory tests (tests) and optional tests) and standards, allowing to assess the versatility (harmony) of the development of basic physical qualities and applied motor skills and abilities in accordance with the sex and age characteristics of human development
  • requirements for assessing the level of knowledge and skills in the field of physical culture and sports;
  • recommendations for a weekly motor regimen (provide for the minimum volume of various types of motor activity, necessary for independent preparation for the fulfillment of types of tests (tests) and standards, the development of physical qualities, the preservation and strengthening of health).

3. The structure of the "TRP" complex.

The normative testing part of the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" (TRP) provides for state requirements for the level of physical fitness of the population based on the fulfillment of established standards and assessment of the level of knowledge and skills, consists of three main sections:
a) types of tests (tests) and standards;
b) requirements for assessing the level of knowledge and skills in the field of physical culture and sports;
c) recommendations for a weekly motor regimen.

4. Types of tests of the "TRP" complex.

Test types (tests) and standards include:
types of tests (tests) to determine the level of development of physical qualities and applied motor skills and abilities of citizens;
standards that allow assessing the versatility (harmony) of the development of basic physical qualities and applied motor skills and abilities in accordance with the sex and age characteristics of a person's development.
Types of tests (tests) are subdivided intomandatory and optional.
Mandatory tests(tests) in accordance with the stages are subdivided into:
tests (tests) to determine the level of development of speed capabilities;
tests (tests) to determine the level of endurance development;
tests (tests) to determine the level of strength development;
tests (tests) to determine the level of development of flexibility.
Tests (tests) optionalin accordance with the steps are subdivided into:
tests (tests) to determine the level of development of speed-power capabilities;
tests (tests) to determine the level of development of coordination abilities;
tests (tests) to determine the level of mastery of applied skills.

What's happened weekly motor regimen of a student? This is a daily work to create your healthy body, which should include the following aspects: daily morning exercises (exercises); classes in educational institutions; physical activity during the school day (the presence of physical education), especially in elementary school; classes in sections and circles of a sports nature; active physical training in an independent mode (the child's play activity - yard football, hockey, volleyball, basketball, tennis, swimming); the implementation of this type of activity largely depends on the participation of the child's parents in it.

Students of various health groups are allowed to pass the TRP standards in schools, but with the obligatory fulfillment of certain conditions. Physical education classes should be attended by a student on a regular basis. The child should be engaged in sports sections appropriate to his health group. Students with an appropriate medical permit are allowed to pass the TRP. A child in poor health will not be exposed to physical activity.

The TRP complex in schools consists of the first five steps, which were listed above. When children leave school, they must pass tests of speed, flexibility, endurance and strength.

Only purposeful and physically prepared people will be able to achieve success in modern conditions.

The return of the TRP to Russia is in demand by time and social factors. It was received positively by the majority of Russians. The health of the people is priceless, and its foundation is being laid, among other things, by such nationwide events.

In addition, if you confirm the norms for several years, you can count on the President's gratitude in the form of a special insignia.

5. Conclusion.

Working on an individual final project helped me in the formation of regulatory, cognitive and communicative EMAs.

Having studied and researched the TRP complex, I came to the following conclusion:

  1. The introduction of the TRP in schools is a necessary process for educating a child's personality. This helps to develop in him such human qualities as endurance, the desire to work on himself, the desire to be healthy and bring up a healthy generation.
  2. In addition, this complex contributes to the development of not only the physical function of the body, but also the mental one. Children who spend a lot of time in the fresh air eliminate the possibility of a syndrome called "oxygen starvation".
  3. TRP is not just getting a badge of distinction, it is, first of all, improving oneself, one's inner “I”. Preparing themselves to fulfill the standards of tests (tests) of the complex, coordination is honed, schoolchildren become more purposeful, morally and physically hardened.

The TRP insignia is an indicator of the active life position of a citizen of the Russian Federation, his desire for a healthy lifestyle.

Working on the project allowed me to do something useful for the school (in particular, for the students of our school who are going to pass tests of the RLD complex), since in the futuremy project productcan be used liketutorial onphysical culture.

All-Russian physical culture and recreation complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" was created in the 31st year of the last century. Having successfully existed until 1991, when it fell into oblivion. Already in our time, in 2013, the complex was recreated. Today he is experiencing a rebirth. TRP VFSK is a set of sports standards designed for everyone who wants to wear a badge of distinction on their chest. It can be gold, silver, or bronze.

Anyone can participate in the social movement: from 6 to 70 years old and older. In accordance with this, all members of the TRP WFSK are divided into age groups, a total of 11 steps. There are 5 steps for schoolchildren: 6-8 years old, 9-10 years old, 11-12 years old, 13-15 years old, 16-17 years old. There are six more steps for the adult population. Above sports standards for each group of athletes have their own standards, which were worked on by experts, coaches, doctors. All this suggests that an excellent result can be achieved without difficulty if you make some effort. All this and much more can be found on the official website of the TRP VFSK.

How to comply with TRP standards?

To pass the standards for the highest degree, you should carry out systematic training. Experts advise every day:

  • do morning exercises;
  • give a load to all muscles of the body;
  • participate in sports competitions.

In addition, the special section "How to do it" provides information on the specifics of passing the standards. For clarity and a better understanding of the nuances of the tests, you can watch videos. Thanks to them, the participants will understand which muscles will be involved in passing the test, which means that they will be able to pay special attention to them in training.

Standards

By referring to the special section "Standards", users receive information about the tests, the results that must be achieved in order to pass the norms of the gold, silver or bronze badge. To do this, you need to click on the "View standards" heading, where a page will open, both with mandatory standards and alternative ones.

View standards

All standards are taken in specially designated institutions, which are called testing centers. These are gyms, complexes, where conditions have been created for effective training sessions for the preparation and passing of tests. To find the location of the nearest testing center, you must register on the portal. There is a special section in the personal account, which contains the addresses of sports institutions; for convenience, participants are offered a map on which the objects are located.

After the entered data, the user will see on the screen something like this:

TRP personal account page

Here are three sections that are important for a member of the social sports movement:

  • my results;
  • standards;
  • testing centers.

Three sections in your personal account

The first one displays the results of those standards that have already been passed by the participant. By the way, the regulations on the TRP are not provided for retaking the results, so you should carefully consider the preparation and passing of sports disciplines. You can find out what the results should be in order to get a golden TRP badge from the next section: standards. It specifies the time and conditions for testing, both for boys (men) and girls (women). The list includes both basic standards and alternative and additional ones.

Having indicated his location, the user in his personal account will receive information about the nearest testing centers. It is here that you can pass the standards. To do this, you should sign up, find out the time of a possible test. It is imperative to have a passport and a medical certificate with you, which will indicate that the participant has no restrictions on passing the standards. The addresses of the centers are located here, for the convenience of users, a map is presented on which it is easy to navigate in the search for a sports hall or a complex. The TRP VFSK website is an excellent opportunity to keep abreast of all the events of the project, for this there is a special news section.

Standards are an integral part of the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex "Ready for Labor and Defense". So what exactly are TRP standards?

Standards are indicators of distance, quantity, time, expressed in numerical values; compliance with them in each test indicates the successful development of the complex.

Obviously, these standards cannot be the same for all age groups of the population and do not differ at all between men and women, therefore all standards by age and gender are slightly different. Detailed data are contained in the table of TRP standards. To determine the optimal values, an analysis of the level of physical fitness of all age groups of the population (from 6 to 70 years) was carried out. On the basis of the results obtained, not only the necessary indicators were identified, but also three levels of TRP standards were determined, on the compliance with which the dignity of the insignia directly depends. Thus, for special successes and achievements, a participant in the TRP complex can receive an award of gold, silver or bronze dignity.

In addition, in accordance with the standards developed and approved by the Ministry of Sports of Russia, the entire TRP complex is subdivided into 11 stages, which cover all segments of the population aged 6 and over. It is interesting that the TRP standards within the same stage may differ: so, starting from stage VI, there is a division of participants located in the same age category into two subgroups. At the same time, the indicators for the second of them slightly decrease. For example, at the VII stage of the TRP, men aged 30 to 34 years and from 35 to 39 years old are allocated to separate subgroups. Representatives of the first age category, who want to compete for the bronze medal of distinction, need to cover a three-kilometer distance in 15 minutes 20 seconds, while men from the second - to receive a similar award, must meet in 15 minutes and 30 seconds.

The list of proposed tests did not include: training grenade throwing, cross-country cycling, speed skating and rope climbing. At the same time, forward bending and ball throwing were included in the TRP complex. In addition, the participants in the complex have the opportunity to choose the type of physical activity: now each of them can give preference to several tests, taking into account their own physiological characteristics and sympathies.

The package of mandatory tests, the standards for which must be fulfilled, include tests for strength, endurance, flexibility and speed. Selection tests include exercises to determine coordination abilities and to identify applied skills. A complete table of TRP standards is presented on our website.

It is worth mentioning that the modern TRP norms, although they have some similarities with their Soviet predecessors, are not their direct continuation.
