Rhythmic gymnastics school for Olympic champion Daria Shkurikhina. Irina Belova: “Sport fosters strong character Irina Belova's School of Rhythmic Gymnastics

Estimate:

I sent my daughter to Daria Shkurikhina's school exactly a year ago ... I was very sorry that I didn’t know about her before - I took my daughter for three (!) Years to another (no less famous) school. In the first 2-3 months, the results were three years in another section! The daughter is delighted with Ekaterina Vladimirovna Bagaeva - this is the main coach! By the way, Daria Valerievna Shkurikhina herself often and regularly attends classes and even more open lessons, which is a rarity, as far as I know ... to each of the children, a special attitude is felt after classes -when the coach several times says everything to everyone (both parents and children) that should not be part of her work !!! in general, the impressions of Daria Shkurikhina's school are only positive and very warm !! and my daughter in general over the last year (despite on very tough (in good sense words) training camps in Emerald - fell in love with rhythmic gymnastics and now walks with pleasure!

Good afternoon, parents! My daughter, Lisa, goes to school rhythmic gymnastics Daria Shkurykhina for the second year. We go to Indigo Life. I was outraged by the reviews !!! In general, as if not about our coaches !!! I was at all open lessons and I have never seen that they talked incorrectly with my child or with me! Yes, Daria comes once a week for training, but she is the director, organizer, and not directly a coach at her school !!! Have you ever seen that the director of the housing office or the HOA himself swept the yards or washed the floors in the houses?!?!?! Ekaterina is the main trainer of our girls, a young girl, but I have no doubt in her professionalism and good attitude to the children, it's worth looking only at how the girls sometimes hang on Dasha and Katya !!! Will kids hug a coach who abuses them ??? Yes, they are taught to discipline there and that's okay !!! After all, you bring your child so that he goes in for sports, and does not sit on the priest exactly. Girls are great !!! But about the fact that they want to profit from us, it generally made me laugh !!! Think for yourself !!! At most 10 people walk, and most often 6-7 in class. We pay 3650 for 12 lessons (this is ideally a month), if you are sick, left or skipped altogether - the lessons remain, at least three months of them go !!! So count it !!! Subtract from this the cost of renting premises from Gold Fitness and learn a lesson in the SPACE amount per month !!! In general, I took my daughter to a look at several different schools and stopped at this one and will not go anywhere !!! Everything embeds me !!! The child has a result, she likes it here, she is not forced or coerced, as in many schools. And the attitude is wonderful !!! I advise everyone here!

Yes, the deplorable state of the school for rhythmic gymnastics named after Daria Shkurikhina. We are also not satisfied with much in terms of the attitude and presentation of not only classes, but also communication with parents. It is a pity that the name and title sometimes do not live up to expectations. And sometimes it seems that the organizer of this school the main task cut more money from the parents of children, and not teach and educate the future generation. We go to Gold Fitness Indigo and we have a young girl, Ekaterina. So she is not even able to structure the lesson in such a way that the children would obey elementary. And because of this, there is noise and din to the lesson. Daria herself comes very rarely, and when she comes, some children do not understand who came, what kind of aunt. Therefore, dear parents, do not be fooled by the name and regalia, this does not mean anything at all!

Hello everybody! I want to tell you about the school of Olympic champion Daria Shkurikhina, which is based in all Gold fitness networks. My child is four years old. I was amazed at how Daria treats children! Very rude! Yelling, while demanding something impossible and not appropriate for the age. It feels like Daria does not know how to train children correctly to find an approach to them and, most importantly, communicate with their parents! Even under the leadership of Daria Shkurikhina herself, young girls work, who, like Daria, do not know child pedagogy and psychology at all. I was amazed when there was an open lesson for parents who came to look at their children to recharge with a positive atmosphere, Daria Shkurikhina said that the children are completely out of control! She told the children that we could try and that the children and their parents do not understand at all where they are! I think that it is not acceptable for a coach to say that, especially with children in an outraged tone. Why are children trained by people without experience and pedagogical education ?? You should have seen one of Daria's charges at Gold Fitness Hampton, coach Olesya, if you can call it that. According to her appearance and collective-farm communication can be said that she will not teach anything good. My child got a feeling of disgust from gymnastics, it is very sad that such coaches as Daria and Olesya discourage children from wanting to do one of the most beautiful sports.

Nizhny Novgorod gymnast, Olympic champion in 2000 Irina Belova ended her sports career seven years ago. The Honored Master of Sports today trains the youth national team of Russia and prepares a change to the main composition of the national team. How she evaluates prospects Russian gymnastics in general, and Nizhny Novgorod gymnasts in particular, I. Belova told the correspondent of RIA "Vremya N".

Irina, after the triumph at the main Games of the four years in Australia, many thought that you would remain in the national team. What happened?

I'm just tired - from endless training, training and travel. It was already 2001, and a whole galaxy of young talented gymnasts appeared. I really dreamed of a vacation that I undoubtedly deserved. Immediately after the Sydney Olympics, the coaches of the national team asked me to "work out" for another European Championship, after which I finally left, and I do not regret my decision at all. Everything has its time.

Have you ever wanted to try your hand at individual exercises? If you recall, two-time Olympic champion Elena Posevina began her career in the singles program.

No, I am a "group member" and can only work as a team, so I never thought about changing the ampoule. After all, there is absolutely different work, therefore, I will not undertake to say in what kind of program it is more difficult to perform. In individual exercises, you are alone on the mat, and all the judges look only at the athlete, but in group exercises you can “hide” somewhere, become invisible. But at the same time, if you lost an item or did not fully complete an element, you are responsible to the whole team. This is a huge responsibility.

- When did you decide to become a coach?

My husband was a football player (Ivan Telyatnikov is a player of the youth national team of Russia and ex-defender of Uren's Energetik - author's note), I traveled with him a lot around the country, so there was no time for coaching. But in 2003, I nevertheless took a step, came to my native UOR number 1 and took a group of young gymnasts. And so it started ...

- Whom can you single out among your pupils?

While it is difficult to make a choice, the athletes are very young. Now I am in my third year of study, these are 6-8 year old girls. We have several groups at the Olympic Reserve School, with whom we go to various training camps and competitions. Ten days in the city and the same on the road. In the future, we will only dream about the house ...

V last years many titled gymnasts, after completing their careers, prefer other areas of activity than work as a coach. What do you think about it?

Of course, important role the material aspect is at play: if you have no education, if you do not have your own pupils, then it is rather difficult to start from scratch. Sometimes really talented coaches come to us, but due to low wages at the first stage, they are forced to move to commercial firms. That is life.

How can you comment on the change in the Russian national team before the 2004 Games? The team, in which Nina Lazareva from Nizhny Novgorod played, won the 2003 World Championship ...

I agree that it was a risky move from the outside coaching staff... But at the same time, too many good individualists gathered in the national team, and since only two can go to the Olympics, it was decided that those who remained would try in the group. Vera Sesina, by the way, could also get into group exercises, but the coaches decided otherwise. We thought that she would succeed, but Vera stumbled twice at the Games. And it turned out that Posevina, who joined the group, is already a two-time Olympic champion, while Sesina is not.

- You attended the Athens Olympics as a guest of honor.

Of course, I was also worried about my team, I was nervous, but only from the podium. When we ourselves performed, we didn’t see anything but the carpet in the gymnasium, and we didn’t need it. We remembered about Olympic Village only after his speech. There were many artists in the capital of Greece, we had a rest every day. In general, the impression was created that no one sleeps in the village either at night or during the day. I saw the performances of the Dynamite group, talked to Dima Bilan, who already then behaved very arrogantly.

Marriages between gymnasts and football players continued the trend in the post-Soviet space. Having married a football player, have you become a fan of sports No. 1?

I never really liked football, but international matches I saw and cheered for our guys. Especially at the last European Championship, where the Russian team won bronze medals. I don't know why it turns out that alliances are made between representatives of these two sports. As for me, we, gymnasts, constantly met with football players at training camps in Moscow and Novogorsk. There was no one else, so here, as they say, no options.

In the old days, it was difficult to imagine that two Nizhniy Novgorods were included in the main composition of the Russian national team - the competition is too strong, and there are a lot of sports schools in the country. How could this happen?

Of course, this is the merit of our school, within the walls of which athletes spend a lot of time. And also Natalia Tishina: she spends a lot of time at the base in Novogorsk, gives advice to coaches, helps gymnasts. From my point of view, Elena Posevina can survive the third Olympics, she has a "technique", ideal weight... Now Anastasia Maksimova has entered the first line-up, who has good chances to get to the London Olympics.

- Not so long ago, at an international tournament in Spain, the Russian national team took an unusual 4th place. What happened?

I can say that there was a substitution. Olympic champions were supposed to go, but they all ended their careers. And in two months the coaches did not have time to prepare the second squad. Therefore, ... gymnasts from St. Petersburg were sent abroad. Only four teams competed, so judge the result for yourself.

- Coming soon Nizhny Novgorod the International Center for Rhythmic Gymnastics will open its doors.

It is still in the design stage, but to summer Olympics 2012 will indeed be ready. It is planned to host major international competitions, including the World Championship. We are currently refusing to conduct on the Nizhny Novgorod land Russian tournaments only for one reason - from January to May we are preparing the World Cup stage, it takes a lot of time and effort.

- And where is it more difficult to perform - at home or away?

By myself, I will say that at home. Despite the tremendous support of the native tribunes, you bear more responsibility.

- A few words about diet. It is true that in recent times gymnasts began to lean on food, or is it a myth?

Well, you can't go without food, of course. The main thing is self-control. Some of the gymnasts calculate calories, someone is trying to withstand grams, someone after a plentiful table sits in a bath in order to lose weight, and someone has breakfast and lunch, but does not have dinner. I believe that everything depends on the person himself. Sometimes I really want to eat, especially on Saturdays, but on Sunday I have to sit without food. Excess weight- a straight road from the national team.

Gymnasts are often plagued by various injuries. I remember the case when Lyaysan Utyasheva, through an oversight of Russian doctors, had to train on broken legs for six months ... Only a more thorough examination in Germany revealed the true reason. How often does this happen in big-time sports?

Unfortunately, the case with Utyasheva is not an isolated one. I believe that a lot here depends on the coach, on the methodology of training athletes. Of course, one cannot discount the gymnast herself, here, as they say, for good luck. It also happens that a girl's back is initially crooked, she still endures the European Championship, and then something has to be done ...

- Your daughter Christina is five years old - the very age to bring to the gymnastic carpet ...

She already goes to the gym with me and her mother, but, unfortunately, we do not have time to fully engage in her - we cannot even force her to do exercises: either I leave for training camps, then my mother. A similar situation is with the kindergarten - either in Nizhny we go with our daughter, then in the Volga region. I can't think far ahead - maybe in the future Christina will change the sport, who knows ...

Have you tried your hand as a sports commentator, actress, presenter? Yana Batyrshina successfully works on television, and Svetlana Khorkina made her debut on the stage ...

No, it's not mine. If you seriously engage in several activities, then you will "get out" of rhythmic gymnastics. After all, it is simply impossible to do everything at the same time. As for Batyrshina, I believe that she found her purpose after completing her sports career.

You are currently the coach of the Russian youth team. How many women from Nizhniy Novgorod are in the second most important team?

Daria Tikhomirova and Olga Raspopina. In total, we looked at more than 50 gymnasts, but chose only seven. Previously, the team included Karina Khairetdinova from Nizhny Novgorod, but due to back problems, she had to end her career. Next year we have a lot international tournaments so we work tirelessly. In particular, in Azerbaijan the championship will be held Europe.

- What are your plans for the future?

I want to educate Olympic champions.

Since 2000, pupils of the Nizhny Novgorod school of rhythmic gymnastics, performing in group exercises, regularly win gold medals at the Olympics. The new Olympic four-year period promises to break the prevailing stereotype. Dina and Arina Averina took the lead roles in the individual program! The coach of the Nizhny Novgorod region national team, Honored Coach of Russia Larisa Belova, who is the first mentor of the Averin sisters, and also a mother, tells about how the twin sisters broke the tradition and who is replacing our Olympic group champion Olympic champion Sydney Irina Belova.

Sisters of Averina - a special case

- Larisa Viktorovna, the Nizhny Novgorod rhythmic gymnastics traditionally supplied group players to the Russian national team. How did it happen that Dina and Arina Averina succeeded in individual exercises so much that they became leaders among Russian "artists"?

- Dina and Arina came to study at the age of four. We worked in the Volga region for nine years before they left for Moscow. Usually, promising young people continue to train at the Olympic reserve school, but this was a special case. The head coach of the national team of the Nizhny Novgorod region Natalya Borisovna Tishina, I remember, said: “Larisa Viktorovna, you are used to working with them individually, and in order to continue this work, I have to leave everyone else. Therefore, send your sisters to Moscow "...

Christina Telyatnikova (third from left) made her debut at the European Championship in May

By that time, Dina and Arina were the winners and prize-winners of the national championship and had already entered the Russian national team. It is impossible to simply transfer the "nationals" to another coach - such issues are solved Main coach Russian national team Irina Aleksandrovna Viner. Then the girls and I were invited for the first time to the training camp in Croatia (just Dina and Arina were 13 years old). After that, I gave Dina and Arina to coach Vera Nikolaevna Shatalina.

Not everyone can do such loads

- Recently the sisters of Averina have collected a whole collection of awards at the European Championship. Do you think these victories will not turn the heads of 18-year-old girls?

- No no. They themselves are very humble. Real hard workers, such children probably do not exist now. With them, we had two workouts every day in the gym, and sometimes, when the girls did not succeed, we went to the third, which I could schedule at ten o'clock in the evening! Now I have a lot of children engaged in: if they are offered the same loads that Dina and Arina had, they will immediately faint and not get up (smiles.) And the Averina sisters did all this and never complained. Plus they are so neat - they have everything laid out on the shelves.

- Can you call the next Olympic cycle the four years of the Averin sisters in rhythmic gymnastics?

- Before the Olympics in Rio, Irina Aleksandrovna Viner told them: "The next Olympic cycle will be yours." I hope so, but I'm afraid to say so. Before my eyes is an example of another Nizhny Novgorod Natalya Pichuzhkina, who first worked in a personal program, including with Natalya Borisovna Tishina. Then Natasha was transferred to group exercises. It so happened that literally six months before the Olympics, Pichuzhkina suffered a knee injury and did not go to the 2012 Games in London ...

V professional sports it is difficult to predict in advance how an athlete's career will develop. I hope that one of the sisters who will be stronger will be included in the Olympic team. But honestly, I would like them to go to the Olympic Games together - they deserve it with their attitude.

Irina and Christina have different personalities

- You mentioned your granddaughter Kristina Telyatnikova, who also distinguished herself at the European Championship, only in group exercises. Does she seem to be following in her mom's footsteps?

- Until recently, Christina performed in individual competitions, was the silver medalist of the Russian championship, took second place at the "Hope of Russia", the third at the "Young Gymnast". Therefore, when, a year and a half before the start of the 2017 European Championship, the coaches of the national team began to recruit a junior team for group exercises, taking into account personal results, they invited her to the training camp.

Whether my granddaughter will continue to perform in group exercises is an open question. Russian team, made up of gymnasts born in 2002 and 2003, at the European Championships in Budapest showed nice results... But masters in group exercises begin to work at the age of 15-16, and for the next year and a half, Christina will have to return to work in a personal program.

- In your opinion, does Christina look like Irina in the manner of her performance?

- Of course, there is an external similarity, genes were also passed on. Nevertheless, it seems to me that they are different in nature. Ira began to study ballet and came to gymnastics at the age of five. Christina, at the age of two, threw clubs, and at three she threw them to her great-grandmother (my mother) - she was catching. The baby spent all the time in the gym and performed at her first competitions at three years and four months!

Full name of the gymnast

You go to the gym and involuntarily shudder, these commands sound so demanding: “the leg is higher!”, “Fix it!”. Girls, like feathers, fly around the hall. The school of rhythmic gymnastics in the Volga region is one of the strongest in the region.

Who would have thought that a meeting with the renowned gymnast, Olympic champion in rhythmic gymnastics Irina Belova would take place here, in the old coaching house of the Volga sports house, and the third participant in our conversation would be baby Julianna (six months ago Irina Belova became a mother for the second time) ... But with on the other hand, it’s so natural: to see our sports star in her native walls. It is impossible to believe that this woman, thin as a reed, has a steel spring that could lift her to such sporting heights.

- Irina Olegovna, probably everyone knows your titles of European and world champion, Olympic champion. Without exaggeration, I can say that you are the pride of not only the Volga region, but the entire Nizhny Novgorod region. Do you already have an understanding of how such results were achieved?

- Probably, my main touch is my mother, who brought me to rhythmic gymnastics, saw the data in me and brought up an athlete in me. I never tire of thanking her. Although as a child, I could not appreciate it. After kindergarten, my girlfriends played with dolls at home, and they took me to training. After all, girls are accepted into gymnastics with four years to develop flexibility better. Everything was - pain, whims, strict discipline. And if the coach is a mother, it is probably even more difficult.

From the age of nine, my first victories at regional competitions began. At one of them, my mother showed me to Natalya Borisovna Tishina, the coach of the Nizhny Novgorod region in rhythmic gymnastics. And now, in January 1992, in the middle school year, I was taken to the school Olympic reserve N. Novgorod. So at eleven, I said goodbye to both my mother and my beloved fifth grade. I remember how they didn’t want to let me go from school 17, they told my mother - think, because the girl is an excellent student, will she suddenly move out? Now I understand what a risk it was. But athletes are determined people.

I went in for sports at the Olympic Reserve School, and studied at a regular school. In the morning - a three-hour workout, then I run to classes, from four to seven - evening workout... Sweets - no, no. Weight is strictly monitored. And no mother's custody, we only saw each other on weekends. Competitions, nerves, injuries - many leave the race. The strongest and those who believe in themselves remain. Do not feel sorry for yourself, work hard, have a strong character - these are the components of the success of any athlete.

- Irina Olegovna, remember the feeling that you experienced at the Sydney Olympics 14 years ago, when you were wearing Olympic medal... In the photo on the internet, you are so excited and happy. And you are only 20 years old!

- This is a feeling that cannot be conveyed. This is the award to which the athlete goes all his life. Naturally, there was joy. There are no weak rivals at the Olympics. Belarusian athletes were almost on a par with us. Greek and Spanish women had strong positions. Performing in a team is always the risk of letting others down. Coaches of the Russian national rhythmic gymnastics team Valentina Alekseevna Ivanitskaya from Moscow and Tatyana Alekseevna Vasilyeva from Penza, my personal coach Natalya Borisovna Tishina did everything possible so that we approach the competition in the optimal physical form to raise our morale. And after the victory, we did not sleep for two days, walked around Sydney, fascinated by this city. Although, of course, I had a chance to visit many countries.

- What do athletes find themselves after completion professional career? For example, what was the fate of your team members?

- Today we each live our own life. But, of course, we follow - albeit from afar - for each other's successes. Vera Shimanskaya is now professionally engaged in golf. This sport is just developing in our country. Irina Veselova-Zilber is the president of the Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation in her native Yekaterinburg. Elena Shalamova and Maria Netesova are engaged in gymnastics in Moscow. The youngest member of the national team, Natalya Lavrova from Penza, died in a car accident several years ago.

- With what feeling did you watch the recent Olympics? And what conclusions did you draw for yourself?

- Athletes are a special brotherhood, like, say, artists or journalists. We, like all Russians, were literally chained to the screen, but judged some things from completely different positions than ordinary TV viewers. Of course, we accepted the triumph of our team with delight. Russian athletes did everything possible, went, as they say, to the limit! But there are offensive fourth places, for example, in cross-country skiing and biathlon, the hockey team let down ... But let's look at it from the other side. The Olympics are a reason for those in power to think about what kinds of sports should be developed. The principle is quite simple: there are no prizes, which means that little attention is paid to this sport in the country.

- Irina Olegovna, today you teach at the Olympic Reserve School of Nizhny Novgorod. How do you assess the development of rhythmic gymnastics in the Volga region as a coach?

- We recruit girls for training from the region, different cities of Russia. I can proudly say that the Volga region prepares some of the strongest gymnasts for our educational institution. Real enthusiasts in their field, rhythmic gymnastics coaches at the Zavolzhsky sports complex - my mother Larisa Viktorovna Belova and her colleague Lydia Viktorovna Voronina - have brought up a galaxy of wonderful gymnasts from the Volga region. Masters of Sports Lyubov Grishkova, Tatiana Mukhina, Irina Nedbailo, prize-winner international competitions Igba Betty, European champions Olga Raspopina, Natalya Vlasova, world champion Natalya Pichuzhkina ... They all started here, very little ones. Sisters Dina and Arina Averina trained with my mother for nine years. Today they are in Moscow under the guidance of the famous rhythmic gymnastics coach Irina Viner. At the recent Cup of Russia, the girls were among the prize-winners. They are entrusted great expectations... My daughter Kristina Telyatnikova is also studying with my mother. Today she is recognized as one of the best gymnasts area at her age.

- Honorary citizen of the Volga region, how do you assess the development sports base v hometown?

- You know, it's a little offensive for a young city that raised three Olympic champions... It is wonderful that in Gorodets the construction of a new physical culture complex... But ... In the Volga region over the past 20 years, not a single sports facility, except Ice Palace... Today it is the brand of the Volga region! Athletes even come here from Nizhny Novgorod. Sport must be supported, developed, and sponsors must be sought. The sports house is in need of technical renovation. With bitterness I watch how girls-gymnasts, like 20 years ago, themselves drag heavy carpet tracks to lay them out before training. You only have to dream of your own gymnasium, like in the Olympic Reserve School.

- There is an opinion that a budding athlete without financial support in big sport no road.

- I absolutely disagree! Communicating in sports circles, one never ceases to be amazed at how much courage and willpower athletes have. Sport develops a strong character. And talented and stubborn people are noticed! So, girls from ordinary families are engaged in the section of my mother. There are no dads among them - "owners of factories, newspapers, ships" ... How many talented athletes in the region made their way by themselves! For example, Andrei Gogolev, a pupil of the orphanage, became the world boxing champion. Another thing is that sports require large financial investments. And I do not get tired of thanking the parents of our pupils with my mother, who bear so many costs! And participation in competitions, and tailoring of costumes, and preparation of compositions - now everything is at their own expense, which means that you have to limit yourself in some way. But believe me - sport is worth it!

- Irina Olegovna, you personify the ideal of a woman - held in sports career and as a mother raising two daughters. Was everything rosy in your personal life?

- You know, over time you realize more and more that much depends not on you, but given from above. My mom comes from the Gaginsky district of the Nizhny Novgorod region. A deeply religious person, she instilled this in me since childhood. I got married right after the Olympics in 2000. But further life with my father Christina did not work out, we parted. Probably, it was predetermined ... Now is a new page in my life. I devote my maternity leave to my daughters. It is such a happiness to see girls grow up.

At the end of our meeting, we cordially congratulated Irina Belova on the beautiful women's holiday on March 8 and presented small souvenirs from Gorodetsky Vestnik.
