How to become a champion will be told in the Moscow region. The first in Russia sports and educational cluster "Olympic Village Novogorsk" was opened there. In one complex there are residential buildings, Sport halls, hotels, hospitals, shops - in general, everything that the future winners and the best athletes of the country need. The main project was "Irina Viner-Usmanova Gymnastics Center" - about it legendary trainer dreamed of since childhood.

"I've been waiting for this holiday all my life",- the legendary coach Irina Viner-Usmanova admits.

Today she has world recognition, dozens of students who became world and Olympic champions, and now her own gymnastics center - and it all began in a narrow corridor of the Tashkent school.

"When I was little, I trained in the school corridors, which were washed with kerosene, - she says. - And from childhood there was a dream that was ripening, ripening, ripening - and finally I turned 175 years old, and it came true! Because I gave this room to small children! "

Viner built the Olympic village in Novogorsk in an "open field" in five years. This, experts say, is not found anywhere in the world. A whole sports and recreation cluster - comfortable housing, sports facilities, hotels, medical centers and shops. Everything is within walking distance here in order to live, train and win.

The Irina Viner-Usmanova Gymnastics Center has become the heart of the Novogorsk Olympic Village. It is this sports and cultural facility that sets the rhythm for the entire new cluster. Today, more than five hundred children are engaged here, open tournaments are held, training camps and master classes Olympic champions.

Those whom she taught to win absolute victories not only in sports, but also in life came to congratulate their beloved coach. Barsukova, Gorbunova, Tatareva, Bliznyuk, Kudryavtseva, Mamun and, of course, Alina Kabaeva.

"What was built here is something unique! Great! And I am glad that young children have such conditions for training. They really deserve it,- says Alina Kabaeva. - As Irina Aleksandrovna says: when we perform or train, do it into space! So she does! Everything for the kids! "

Without mass and children's sports Olympic medals does not happen, Irina Viner does not get tired of repeating. Despite the fact that this rhythmic gymnastics center is able to host the most prestigious international competitions, they won't be here. Wiener swears: this room is only for children - from 3 to 9 years old.

As befits a housewarming party, the guests came with gifts. For example, Philip Kirkorov presented the best concert equipment for the opening and performed with the whole family. And from children's festival rhythmic gymnastics "Alina" - the most exquisite numbers. Sisters Averina in the form of firebirds and "Winter's Tale" performed by novice gymnasts.

"Especially for the performance at this event, teams from the city of Novosibirsk and Barnaul specially came here - they prepared it, remembered it again, rehearsed it, - shared by the honored trainer of Russia, choreographer-director Ekaterina Sirotina. - Like the team from St. Petersburg, they are also preparing a number that was at Alina Kabaeva's festival "Three White Horses" - we moved the entire winter theme here for this holiday. "

By the way, this is not the last "construction" of Irina Viner-Usmanova. Within a year and a half, on her initiative, the world's largest rhythmic gymnastics center will appear in Luzhniki.

"But you do, you build - I am grateful to you and wish that more than one generation of Olympic champions will grow up here,"- says Alina Kabaeva.

Irina Aleksandrovna Viner-UsmanovaMain coach Russian national team, President of the All-Russian Federation of Rhythmic Gymnastics and holder of the Order of the International The Olympic Committee... During her coaching career, she has brought up more than one Olympic champion in rhythmic gymnastics. Among them: Alina Kabaeva, Evgenia Kanaeva, Yulia Barsukova, Irina Chashchina, Daria Dmitrieva, Yana Batyrshina and the recent winner of the 2016 Olympic Games in Brazil -. Irina is a beautiful and legendary woman who is known and respected by everyone. Even those who have nothing to do with this sport.

In the newly opened Gymnastics Center, not only children, but also adults will be able to practice. Girls and boys. In the coming days of September, groups for gymnastics, stretching and choreography will be formed. To make it easier for you to make a choice sports direction- mothers are invited to attend unique master classes, during which you can try different types workouts and chat with professional coaches and champions. And also find out all the advantages of the chosen directions.

At the end of August 2016, more than 100 people visited the Center for viewing by a trainer. On August 30, a screening was carried out for the youngest children wishing to engage in rhythmic gymnastics at the age of 3 years.

The first free master classes at the Irina Viner-Usmanova Gymnastics Center in Novogorsk will be held on September 13 and 14, 2016 for everyone! World champions will hold master classes!

On September 13, 2016 at 13:00, everyone is invited to attend the first free master class in rhythmic gymnastics and stretching for adults. On this day, an event will be held by Ksenia Dudkina, Olympic champion 2012 in rhythmic gymnastics in the group all-around, champion of the Youth Olympic Games and Daria Kondakova, international master of sports, four-time world champion.

The next day - September 14, 2016 years will pass ballet master class (classical choreography) for adults. It will be conducted by Ekaterina Ermakova, a choreographer, ballet dancer of the highest category and a teacher of classical dance.

The use of BIMx® significantly helped in making a decision on the project - his CEO Elena Myznikova is sure: “At the final presentation of the concept, we provided the customer with the opportunity not only to see the future building from the outside and inside, but also to“ walk ”through it using the application loaded on the customer's tablets ... Consider in detail the facades, the interconnection of the premises, analyze the materials. Thanks to the carefully designed model and its presentation, the customer believed that everything that was drawn will be built. One of the important advantages of the BIMx® application is that it does not put a serious burden on hardware and can be downloaded to any smartphone and tablet. The application became a serious help in communicating with the customer and later, in the work on stage "P", especially since it allows simultaneous navigation through 2D documentation and 3D models of buildings. "

The architects of TPO Pride believe that Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies should be actively used in modern design and construction, and have been working with BIM design technologies for four years. However, it was in the project of the Irina Viner Center that they first decided to apply the OPEN BIM approach to organize joint work with related specialists working with other software.

According to Nikolay Gordyushin, the author and the head of the project, the decision was logical: “When the work began, receiving drawings from subcontractors, we realized that they also work with BIM solutions. Then we decided to try "assembling" a full-fledged model using the open IFC format. For the architect, from whom everything begins and on which everything ends, on which, in fact, the whole project rests, OPEN BIM is the ability to quickly respond to changes in the project proposed by specialists from other fields, and for sub-designers - the ability to work in those programs to which they are accustomed and which correspond to the requirements of the profession ”.

As you know, the most difficult thing in a job is to start it. The same is the case with the design of the Center. Rhythmic gymnastics most of the time was spent on debugging the collaboration system.

At the beginning of their work, the architects of the Pride TPO created a BIM model of the future object in ARCHICAD, then the data of the basic model, filtered depending on the needs of subcontractors, was transmitted to them in an open IFC format; and in the same format, the base model, enriched with the developments of subcontractors, was returned back to the bureau for incorporation into the base model. The IFC protocol used saves not only the entire geometric description in 3D, but also its location and relationships, as well as all the properties, or parameters, of each object, thanks to which it can act as a universal tool for saving and transferring information from different programs for BIM design. At the stage of creating a basic model, with which third-party specialists will then have to work, it is important to correctly classify all objects and understand that the traditional model with which architects work may not be enough, the authors clarify.

In neutral territory

Engineering sections were developed using Revit-design software with plug-ins that allow you to calculate specifications. The architects of TPO "Pride" have successfully coped with the functions of BIM managers, collecting all the information into a model and passing it further along the chain.

One of the main participants in the “assembly” process, the chief architect of the bureau Vitaly Krestyanchik, positively assesses the possibilities of the OPEN BIM approach: “We got a lot of positive results from the experience gained. Despite the fact that the process of debugging the data transfer took quite a long time, as a result, we gained much more time due to the fact that thanks to the OPEN BIM approach we were able to instantly track the inconsistencies in the project - the so-called collisions - and quickly make changes during work. Initially, it was necessary to understand what data is needed for each of the sections for the work of subcontractors - and this is perhaps one of the longest processes. "

BIM model in 3D immediately proved correct the decision- in the very first model with the engineering part of the project, the collision check on engineering networks revealed about 1800 inconsistencies. Of course, traditional 2D drawings also involve finding errors, but this takes more time and is not always possible to identify them completely. And, although the errors were insignificant: somewhere the wall was not moved or the marks were not observed - in the future, multiplying in progression, they could lead to unforeseen consequences. When designing the Gymnastics Center, the search for errors was carried out in a semi-automatic mode, based on a careful examination of the model to identify unnecessary intersections.

In the new version of ARCHICAD 21, developed by GRAPHISOFT, the search and detection of collisions has been improved - it allows you to instantly search for inconsistencies between two groups of user-defined elements, signaling problems and pointing out "sore spots".

According to the architects of TPO "Pride", one of the main keys to successful design is early agreements between designers and architects on working conditions, the creation of rules for joint work, since it takes time to link complex BIM models.

The convenience of open design can be assessed, in particular, by the following example: the designers of the Kazan Giproniiaviaprom company, who worked with different sections structural elements, monolithic reinforced concrete load-bearing structures were developed in Revit, and steel structures of floors - in Tekla, interacting with each other - within one company - using a BIM-model created in ARCHICAD by architects of TPO Pride. As in the case of utility networks, the IFC format became the assembling point: with its help, the exchange between software platforms and sections of the project was carried out.

Architectural flight

The most expressive element of the building - the roof, has become one of the most difficult to
architectural design. According to the plan, the visual effect of the iridescent scales of the wave was to be formed by aluminum cassettes of decorative cladding, fixed on a folded base.

Therefore, in addition to the search for the geometry of the expressive silhouette of the wave, commensurate with the volume of the building and its surroundings, it was necessary to find the appropriate materials that would meet the tasks set: bend at the right angle and tightly join each other, since the gutters run along the roof. And also a manufacturer who could fulfill them. Another parameter was the repeatability, that is, the typification of various elements: trusses, cassettes, folds, since the variety of modules significantly affects the economics of the project.

The Rhinoceros / Grasshopper program was used to create a parametric model of the roof structure that allows for quick selection according to the specified characteristics. The newly developed dynamic link to ARCHICAD through the Grasshopper-ARCHICAD Live Connection add-on made it possible to make full-fledged BIM elements for use in the architect's familiar environment, the resulting 3D figures modeled in this program. Bidirectional data exchange between ARCHICAD and Rhino / Grasshopper made it possible to transfer complex building geometry into a format familiar to architects and perform the most complex calculations.

The future of information modeling

In the design process, the use of BIM technologies made it possible to reduce the time of work and avoid expensive alterations at the construction site, OPEN BIM helped to optimize the interaction between subcontractors and the management of the project as a whole.

Even today, during construction, the BIM model is Additional information adjusting materials and elements related to finishing work. The BIM model will be in demand after all the work is completed. For example, it can be provided to the building maintenance service, thus facilitating its work with communications.

According to the architects of TPO Pride, the development of the OPEN BIM approach and the use of the IFC format should go hand in hand with the introduction of a unified BIM design standard at the state level, which would regulate the exchange of information between various platforms and companies in the design, construction and operation of buildings - and prepare all participants for the introduction in 2019 of the use of BIM technologies as prerequisite for objects of state order.
