The sports component of rhythmic gymnastics is always closely related to the choreographic one, which is why the soloist of the show-ballet "TODES" will conduct her master class for young athletes for the first time. New skills will be presented not only by dance and sports, but also by other equally important disciplines: English language and acting skills will provide the training camp in Pokrovskoye with a truly educational character.

In November 2018 in Russian Federation training camp in rhythmic gymnastics is planned. The purpose of the event is to popularize rhythmic gymnastics and other sports among young people. Young people up to 25 years old can take part in the training camp.

The ministers of health and sports decided to hold a training camp in rhythmic gymnastics in Moscow in November 2018. The event will contribute to the development of gymnastics in Russia as a sport. Young people will become stronger physically and mentally: preparation for the competition helps to improve health, show potential and creativity and improve the level of skill.

Participants of the event will be selected at a preliminary casting: young athletes will demonstrate their skills to judges, outstanding athletes and prize-winners of Russia, who will choose the most worthy gymnasts to participate in a large-scale event.

Among the judges there will be such outstanding athletes as Ksenia Yashchenko, master of sports in rhythmic gymnastics. Ksenia has extensive teaching experience, including in Europe and the United States of America. Also, in 2018, Daria Medvedeva and Valeria Turova, multiple world champions in rhythmic gymnastics and choreography, will join the judging staff. The head coach of the young gymnasts will be Ekaterina Egorova, a representative of the State Academy of Choreography in Moscow. Ekaterina is a teacher-choreographer and artist of the Bolshoi Theater.

Rhythmic gymnastics camp program 2018

After the contestants have been pre-selected, the fees program will take effect. Participants need to be ready for hard work: they will have to attend from 2 to 4 workouts per day, each lasting two hours. Rest for athletes is scheduled from noon to 2 pm. Trainings will be conducted in all directions. First, all participants will remember the obligatory starting base, then the basic techniques, and the training will end with the most difficult exercises.

Gymnasts will be given choreography and stretching classes: participants will listen to two lectures on observing safety rules and attend two practical training to hone your skills. Those interested can apply for additional training. Athletes will be divided into age groups in which they will be engaged. Groups will consist of no more than 15 people.

To participate in the rhythmic gymnastics camps, all conditions must be met

Gymnasts, boys and girls, to be admitted to the training camp, you must have all necessary inventory provided by the safety rules. Participants must bring with them two types sports uniform: for training and performance. In addition, no class equipment will be issued. Participants should take sports mats, elastic bands, ribbons, etc. with them.

All participants who have passed the selection must appear at the training camp on the specified day without delay, having with them an identity document, a copy of a medical insurance document, a medical certificate of admission to the competition, as well as an extract confirming the fact of life insurance against accidents.

Participation in the event is not free: in order to prove yourself in the competition, you must collect all the documents by the specified time and provide a receipt for payment of 9 thousand rubles for participation. In case of non-payment, participants are not allowed to compete.

GYMNASTS ARE ALLOWED TO TRAINING:

By prior registration and after prepayment;

With a birth certificate or passport;

In the presence of sports insurance (insurance against accidents);

If there is a medical certificate confirming that the child is admitted to physical activity and sports; if there are deviations, then an additional extract from the doctor about the amount permissible loads at a given deviation;

In the presence of complete set documents and 100% payment for the provision of services.

6.Sports equipment:

Each participant of the training camp must have:

Rhythmic gymnastics equipment (rope, hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon);

Gymnastic form;

Weighting agents;

Knee pads;

Music of personal (group) exercises (in MP3 format on CD or USB);

Demonstration costume and music (if applicable);

Swimsuit for the Gala concert.

7.Cost and expenses:

The costs associated with the participation of teams at the training camp (travel, accommodation, meals, transfer) are covered by the sending organizations. The entry fee is 12,000. An advance payment of at least 50% is required by May 25, 2018.

9.Rewarding:

10.Terms of application and payment:

For participation in TCB, applications are submitted by May 25, 2018. Payment for participation must be made in the amount of 100% by June 1, 2018. Refunds in case of refusal of the participant are sent in the form of a memento.
