Composition of the women's biathlon team. The composition of the coaching staff of the Russian national biathlon team, submitted to the board of the SBR, has been published

The 2016-2017 season is over. For the Russian women's team, this year was again a failure. In this regard, after the last race of the season, the coaching staff receives a huge portion of criticism from the outside. former athletes, coaches and fans. In this case, it is impossible to do without criticism: something needs to be changed - the Olympic season is on the nose, and there is no women's biathlon in the country. But this criticism must be constructive. One that relies on facts, and not on emotions or desires to promote their daughters to the national team.

Today we will compare the performances of the women's team in the 2016-2017 season with the 2015-2016 season. Let's understand in which direction we have made the movement during this year. We will compare given statistics with the indicators of previous seasons, as well as look into the biathlon past for a better understanding of the prospects Russian biathlon.

Season 2016-2017. Overall standing

Statistics on overall will be built like this: we take the 5 best Russian athletes in the season and summarize their places in Total. The more the final number is obtained, the worse the national team performed.

In the past season, the World Cup standings look like this:

We include 5 athletes in the classification:

  1. Tatiana Akimova. Tanya became the best of Russian women, taking 16th place in Total.
  2. Irina Starykh, who joined the main team only at the World Championships, but at the same time managed to be in second place among Russian women.
  3. Olga Podchufarova, who missed the last 2 stages of the WC.
  4. Ekaterina Glazyrina, who was suspended from the competition before the World Cup.
  5. Daria Virolainen, who had only the last 2 stages of KM at the base.

Let's summarize the positions of our women:

Let's remember this figure. We compare it with the 2015-2016 season.

Please note that only one Russian biathlete entered the TOP-30 this season. This is the worst indicator in the entire history of the existence of Russian biathlon.

Season 2015-2016. Overall standing

This is how the overall KM standings looked at the end of the 2015-2016 season:

  1. Olga Podchufarova, who missed some of the starts, but still took 16th position. (like Akimova this season)
  2. Ekaterina Yurlova, who took 20th position and became the second among our athletes.
  3. Daria Virolainen, who rounded out the top thirty.
  4. Ekaterina Shumilova, who was skated at the base all season. Katya took 42nd place.
  5. Tatiana Akimova. Tanya here is the debutante of the national team, which did not run all the races. 45 position

We get the following numbers:

Season 2014-2015. World Cup position

This is how Total looked at the end of the 2014-2015 season:

Please note: on the first screen, all 5 Russian athletes fit.

We include in the statistics:

  1. Ekaterina Glazyrina, who finished the season in 16th position.
  2. Darju Virolainen with 16th place.
  3. Olga Podchufarova, who ran only half of the season, but ended up in 25th position.
  4. Ekaterina Shumilova with 27th place.
  5. Ekaterina Yurlova, who ran only the end of the season and took 31st position.

There is a clear trend:

  • In the 2014-2015 season, 4 athletes are in the TOP-30.
  • In the 2015-2016 season - 3 Russian women.
  • In the 2016-2017 season, there is only one representative from Russia.

The final table for the season looks like this:

Subtotal:

Season 2013-2014. World Cup position

This is what the KM standings looked like in the Olympic season:

  3. Yana Romanova with her 24th position.
  4. Irina Starykh with 34th place.
  5. Ekaterina Shumilova - 37th position.

  2. Olga Vilukhina, who rose to 11th place at the end of the season.
  3. Svetlana Sleptsova with 16 position.
  4. Anna Bogaliy-Titovets, who took 18th place.
  5. Ekaterina Yurlova with 37 position.

The table statistics looks like this:

Second subtotal:

2003-2004 season. Overall standing

This is how Total looked in the 2003-2004 season:

The TOP-15 includes 5 Russian women at once. TOP-25 - 6 Russian women.

We include in the statistics:

  1. Olga Medvedtseva, who fought for BHG in the Olympic season.
  2. Anna Bogaliy-Titovets.
  3. Olga Zaitseva.
  4. Svetlana Ishmuratov.
  5. Albina Akhatov

Our table looks like this:

Position in the World Cup. Summary table

Subtotals:

  • The regression of women's biathlon in Russia is obvious.
  • Our team loses its ground every season.
  • The 2016-2017 season was the worst in the history of Russian women's biathlon.
  • The team is missing. We do not have biathletes who have 100% secured their place at the base.
  • The team leader is absent. There is no athlete in the main team who is able to compete on equal terms with the leaders of the world biathlon.
  • The dynamics are negative. Every season, our women's biathlon breaks through a new "bottom". This means that in the Olympic season there is a high probability of not only a repetition, but even a deterioration in the current position.

For maximum accuracy, we publish the Nations Cup scores in each season under review.

Remembering this table

And we draw conclusions:

  • There is a clear dynamics in the degradation of women's biathlon in Russia.
  • We have the potential to fight for victory in the KN every season. The current crisis is temporary.
  • Every year, the SBR tries to bring women's biathlon out of the crisis in the same way. This leads to worse results every year.
  • The likelihood of continuing the tendency to deteriorate results in the Olympic season is very high. We will fail the Olympics, the entire leadership of the SBR will be removed.
  • With those athletes who are in the main team now, we will not achieve a result. "Playing" aged, experienced biathletes who are qualifying starts run and shoot a little better than young people - this is the strategy of the RBU last seasons... You can see the results of this strategy above. It is ineffective and cannot be effective with athletes who, in principle, can no longer show a decent result!

Preparation plan for the Olympics

How to prepare Russian biathletes for Olympic Games, it was necessary to think after the Olympic Games in Sochi. But there is no longer any sense in tedding past mistakes - we clearly see them and must take into account when moving into the future. Now let's work on the future, which is about to become the present.

To prepare for the Olympics, we need about 10 athletes, with whom the individual work in the offseason as part of the main team. look at:

  • Result.

Example: Ekaterina Moshkova, who will become 8th in the sprint in the Czech Republic, in the 2017-2018 season, with the same proper preparation, will perform much better than Ekaterina Shumilova with 3 results in the sprint. Shumilova has revealed 90% of her potential and will not jump higher than her head. It will be difficult to reveal the remaining 10% in the offseason, and it will not give a significant increase in the result. Moshkova revealed only 20% of her potential. By OI 2018, another 20% can be disclosed, which ultimately will allow Moshkova to perform much better than Shumilova. By OI 2022, the same 90% can be disclosed. As a result, Moshkova 2022 sample will bring 2 minutes of Shumilova 2018 sample.

These numbers are "for the stupid." For those managers and coaches who cannot think in terms of potentials.

And we are talking here not only about Ekaterina Moshkova, but also about all the girls who can add due to age, talent and desire.

Let's give one more example, so that the selection criteria finally settle into the heads of those who could not see the cause of women's biathlon problems in the tables above.

Conventionally: Svetlana Mironova shows the 7th result in the sprint in the Czech Republic with 3 misses. Irina Uslugina finishes 2 with a zero and wins 30 seconds over Mironova.

In such a situation, we owe Mironov to prepare for the Olympic Games, not Service! Although the service is attractive to me for its positive attitude, it has no prospects at the Olympics. Service revealed 80% of her talent in biathlon, Mironova - 30%. In the offseason, we are working on the speed and accuracy of Sveta's shooting, we invite a coach like Gerbulov to the national team, we continue to work on the ski run, and at the beginning of the season we get the following picture:

The service has revealed the same 80% of its potential. Ira kept her level.

Mironova, through fruitful work on shooting, revealed 65% of her potential.

For similarly correct work with both athletes, Mironova will bring one and a half minutes with the Service already at the start of the next season.

Unfortunately, the logic of the SBR is as follows: here and now the Service is a little better, so we will work with it.

You need to get rid of this thinking. Only promising athletes should prepare for the Olympics, together with those biathletes who show and can show a decent result.

According to the results of the 16-17 season, the Olympic team deservedly includes:

  1. 26-year-old Tatiana Akimova. At the Olympics, Tanya will be 27 - the most flourishing for an athlete.
  2. Irina Starykh, 29. Ira will be 30 years old at the Olympics. The old ones are no younger than most of the age groups, but one thing distinguishes her from Shumilova, Zagoruiko, Sleptsova and Uslugina - the ability to show results. With the right preparation, Ira can compete for an Olympic medal.

Only 2 athletes show the result. Only they get into the national team thanks to their successful (in general) performances. We select 8 more according to their prospects. The list of athletes who have the opportunity to add and become part of the main team at the Olympic Games 2018 may look like this:

  • 1 .. Sveta is 23 years old. 24 will only be celebrated at the end of the Olympics. The potential is colossal. Taking into account technique and speed ski run Sveta, with proper shooting training, Mironova can become the leader of the national team already in the Olympic season.

  • 2. Ekaterina Moshkova... Now Catherine is 21 years old. 22 will be celebrated in January 2018. The athlete can combine high-quality shooting and high speed of movement along the distance. Judging by the stage in Holmenkollen, there is enough potential and desire in Moshkova for all age Russian athletes combined.

  • 3.. Yes, Ulyana still cannot boast of stable performances, but this season Kaisheva has clearly improved. Ulyana is only 23 years old. 24 will turn 8 March 2018. Kaisheva is capable of shooting well and running fast. She is a balanced, tall athlete who, with the right preparation, can become the finisher of the Russian national team.

  • 5. Valeria Vasnetsova... A 19-year-old girl (20 turns at the end of May) can overtake the entire Russian national team (except for Svetlana Mironova, perhaps) and conduct simply phenomenal races. Vasnetsova is able to shoot accurately and run quickly. It is necessary to work fruitfully with this athlete now - Lera's level is higher than the IBU Junior Cup. Valeria's main problem is instability, which is inherent in all (with the exception of Magdalena Neuner) athletes at this age. That is why many of us, and perhaps even Lera herself, failed to see the potential of the athlete in the Holmenkollen sprint. This potential is already much higher than the 79th place in the sprint race at the KM stage.

  • 6. Olga Podchufarova... Olya is only 24 years old (she will turn 25 in August), which is a junior age by the standards of Russian biathlon. Olya may be the undisputed leader of the national team, but now Podchufarova has serious problems with functional state, which cannot be identified by the doctors of the national team for some unknown reason. In the 2015-2016 season, they wanted to "take out" the quota on Podchufarova, from which the 23-year-old athlete fell into a functional pit, from which she has not yet emerged. "Reanimate" Podchufarov is one of the main tasks for TS in the offseason.

  • 7.. Daria is already 28 (she will turn 29 in January), but she still cannot reveal her potential. Obvious persistence problems and psychological instability to defeat are Virolainen's main problems. Dasha is able to run fast and shoot accurately, but for this she needs to work on obvious problems in the offseason. Don't focus on the negativity from the fans, and perhaps ask your mother to be more restrained in her statements. The basis of the negative towards Virolainen is the absurd statements of Anfisa Reztsova, who with all her might openly tries to promote her daughters to the main team, but in fact only harms them.

  • 8. A vacant place that can be given to a promising athlete from the Russian Championship.

At the first KM stage in the 2017-2018 season, our women's team may initially look like this:

  • Irina Starykh;
  • Tatiana Akimova;
  • Svetlana Mironova;

Following the results of the first stage of the IBU Cup, we add three athletes from this list:

  • Valery Vasnetsov;
  • Ekaterina Moshkova
  • Ulyana Kaisheva
  • Olga Podchufarova;

As a result, we can get the following composition for the first stage of the CM:

  • Irina Starykh;
  • Tatiana Akimova;
  • Svetlana Mironova;
  • Ekaterina Moshkova;
  • Ulyana Kaisheva;
  • Olga Podchufarova.

Mixed relay squad:

  1. Tatiana Akimova;
  2. Irina Starykh;
  3. Alexander Loginov;
  4. Anton Shipulin.

This is a rehearsal for the OI mixed relay.

Single mixed relay:

  1. Olga Podchufarova;
  2. Anton Babikov.

Individual race:

  1. Irina Starykh;
  2. Tatiana Akimova;
  3. Olga Podchufarova;
  4. Ekaterina Moshkova;
  5. Ulyana Kaisheva.
  1. Tatiana Akimova;
  2. Irina Starykh;
  3. Svetlana Mironova;
  4. Ekaterina Moshkova;
  5. Ulyana Kaisheva.

Such layouts are an example. The human factor cannot be calculated in advance. Ekaterina Moshkova can pass in the offseason, lose 3 minutes to Podchufarova and not even be considered a candidate for the main team. In the same way, Moshkova can add and bring the Oldies a minute, as a result of which he becomes a member of the main team without selection at the IBU, become the team leader and win the OI gold. In this example, Katya's position depends on her, and not on where I "put" her or another "sofa expert".

The essence remains the same: it's time for women's biathlon to move away from the strategy, the result of which is the data that you see at the beginning of this article. It is necessary to stop the destruction of women's biathlon by age-old, unpromising athletes who have had dozens and hundreds of opportunities to prove themselves. In the off-season, it is necessary to pay increased attention to young and promising athletes, who can dramatically improve. This is the only chance for improvement in women's biathlon. This is the only opportunity to win a medal at the Olympic Games 2018.

The coaches of the national team have a good idea of the candidates for the national team, and the final composition for the preparation for the upcoming season will be formed based on the results of UMO, IVF, and the recovery camp. "

I AM A STRATEGIC. The composition of the national team is relatively there. It would be necessary to hold the Russian Championship before the World Cup in November somewhere HMO or where there is snow. See the state of our Biathletes. And so every year the same thing. ONLY by the middle of the season, we begin to compete on equal terms with the best in the world. LOOK. Where are your young coaches? Why are our champions and winners recent Olympiads and there are no Championships in coaching staff? THERE ARE YOUNG ARE ABLE TO WORK MORE. WHY BEFORE RACING TRAINING STRENGTHENED? ALL EXCLUDE TRAINING BEFORE THE RACE 1 DAY. MASSAGE PROCEDURES FOR ANTI-FLU MASK STUFF. I WISH YOU SUCCESS.

Experienced, welcome!

So it is clear to EVERYONE that the strongest MUST run at the moment.
And if SUDDENLY someone "runs", and he was not on the CPU?

The coaches may be asked the question: "Whom did you assholes drove?"))

So, those who got to the CPU a YEAR before the competition WILL run.

“Disappointingly” somehow, but - this is our reality: the inability to admit mistakes and “puff out”, proving to EVERYONE that, as always, “Fos-major circumstances” prevented us.

"Extended" squads are like in football, who is on the list, but who is in the final. It is clear that the stages will be 6-7 from the "extended list". Our fans need to strive to be the strongest at the "moment of time", like the Norgs. Let at least every stage change, but so that there are the strongest at "the moment". At least who was there on the CPU, if someone is stronger than him for today - he should run on the CM.

When will we know the names of the coaches?

Guberniev's wife, well, yes, and even get money for it.

An attempt at some next movement somewhere from our unfortunate TSh ?! we'll see! And that is how to bury the national biathlon - you also need to be able to ...
"Baranka" at the World Cup! it's not like Zemfira - but the stones will speak (((

Marina Apatity,)))))))

Elen, Fourcade kaneshno.

Marina Apatity, to whom Martan or Volkov?) Lyokha - will give.

Vladimir, the German is only to blame for covering up our dudes. And that the cause of Volkov's problems, and now the whole team, is in Kasper - I have no doubt.

Elen, Neither hope nor joy is none of this and there is nothing to melt. The only thing that looks like a positive is Kasperovich's removal from distribute and rule, even if not yet fully. I do not believe that he swallowed the pill of criticism last year and did not harbor a grudge against those who criticized. There are plenty of ways to take revenge. One of them was tested on Eliseev in the last season. He decided to show agility on the eve of the World Cup and was sent at once to conquer the American continent, Then there was still no Gross, but there was only one. This year they even deigned to invite them to clean up the spare shop. Gross did not decide who, where, he is like a lightning rod. And he did not remove Lech from the starts. The German is not stupid, he is able to figure out who is who. The fact that he kept his nose to the wind is understandable. For him, the main thing is to earn extra money and not the smell of taiga. After the crushing finale, the situation changed radically. Nobody imagined that it would turn out so badly, they hoped for our family - maybe what does it mean - to tease luck. Who is there if not Anfisa predicted 6 medals.

and the jaglazik changed its name7?)) irina7

Elen, I'm afraid Kravtsov won't give him races.

Il_Dao, you mentioned the reason bad results one person. So I want to voice my opinion about the bad shooting of Virolainen on the rack - she is not pumped up shoulder girdle, weak muscles.

Vladimir,
Hope dubious shelter.
“The hopes of young men are nourished,
They give joy to the elders ",
But they are gradually melting.

Let me give you my opinion on Gross. The German, as someone said, bristled and this should be welcomed. Takes under its leadership all three groups, and Shipulinskaya within sight, nothing more. The intermediate link of Kasperovich's chief adviser was pushed aside. The principle of one-man management is neither more nor less. It is impossible to advise against Ricco Gross. Enough, the coaching staff decided to eat. And who is behind TS, do all these members follow sports principles?

zakol, who did Gross fuse? It seems that everything is in place, only Eliseev and Pashchenko were added.

Okay, Gross will be removed, who will be in his place?

zakol, it's hard to say who is rafting there.

Iola, and I judge not by the results of youth, but by the results of last year's leaders (booners). Gross was invited to help the guys, and he fuses them together with Kasperovich and wants to see them fresh.

zakol, The fact is that Pashchenko was preparing with Gross, and Matvey at Padin did not come up to the GS in optimal shape! So it is still unknown, but how!

Boris, I understand Gross's aspiration will get the best athletes... Only he received them last year and what did he do with them ...? Take these away, give me the new ones. So I don't want the same thing to happen to Babikov, Eliseev, Pashchenko. Do you, along with Gross, also think that "The Russian men's biathlon team has made a step forward in development this season"?
I am for the appearance of Babikov, Eliseev and Pashchenko at the base, but I do not want them to work with Gross. It is not so difficult to understand how this can be achieved.

Boris, I wrote about Gaidysh, he was responsible for the skiing technique in Kryuchkov's group and was with the team during the preparation. Links to the article were thrown. Gerbulov helped to understand the shooting, and Anton himself spoke, and Gerbulov in the view. Responsible for the Kryuchkov group, he reported to TSH.
And then, last year, Anton also worked with Kryuchkov, Akhatova helped to deal with the shooting, coach Maidich was also involved, but this work brought its own success: 2nd place in the total. There was a bit of a glitch this year.

Boris, they (Volkov and Shipulin) were with the team all season. Was it there that Gross and the company deliberately bypassed them? Somehow it all looks very strange.

zakol, - "The main team should be composed of the following athletes: Anton Shipulin, Evgeny Garanichev, Maxim Tsvetkov, Dmitry Malyshko, Alexey Volkov, Anton Babikov, Matvey Eliseev, Pyotr Pashchenko and Alexey Slepov" ...

What was special about Gross? He is the senior coach of the national team and wants to see the best athletes at the base and coach them. And what would other coaches, for example, Alikin, Lopukhov, have done?
Or do you want to send Babikov and Eliseev to the reserve team for Padin, who will possibly go to the women's team? Pashchenko spent the offseason in the Bragin / Gross group, there are no questions about Peter.
There remain Shipulin and Volkov, who are called the Kryuchkov group. But Kryuchkov is not a coach, he is a theorist. analytical worker. And nobody says who did the functional training in this group? Someone wrote here that Gaidysh, but there is no Gaidysh or Kryuchkov in the SBR staff, there is no shooting coach at all. And who should be responsible for the results of Shipulin and Volkov?

Alexander99, good luck to Martan in the new team. We are waiting for Marie Doran to Russia)).

Martin Fourcade thought about moving to the national team of Ukraine

First of all, Martin tried on new form the national team of Ukraine (photo).

“I will not hide, in my career, after the conquest of six Big Crystal Globes in a row, a new challenge is needed. I believe that such a challenge could be olympic gold in a relay race with a team that has never achieved such success before. I have heard a lot about the wonderful atmosphere in the Ukrainian national team. I also see from the races of previous seasons that the team needs a strong fourth stage in the relay. I thought for a long time - and decided to ask the Ukrainian Biathlon Federation for the transition. At the same time, I have already agreed on the issue of the transition with the French federation, so as not to be punished by quarantine. Thanks to my teammates with whom we have performed together all these years. I gave everything I could to France, and in order not to end my career, I must take such a step. I hope my partners can understand me. Especially important for me is the understanding of brother Simon, with whom, perhaps, now we will compete for medals at the finish of the relay ”.

zakol, Anyuta, cats are also sorry)))).

Here is one of the rare cases ... when I agree with Zakol ... Everything is on the case ... Gross would have stayed away from the Padinsky and Kryuchkov guys ...

Gross wants to give him some more Padino guys and Kryuchkovskys. Then he will win one personal medal and one medal in the relay. He will do the same with the guys that this season with his own and will win. Rico is doing well, learning to work as a head coach. If only I could learn better from cats or from the Germans.

Marina Apatity, it's too early for him. Let him remain an active athlete for now.

Il_Dao, here is a shooting coach or a master of small arms.

Il_Dao, thanks for the information about Volkov)).

Ivan Pokhmelev, so, before the start of the season, they simply have to go through UMO, you never know what can happen in the offseason.

Il_Dao, and you read Kravtsov's view. I already doubt about Shipulin and Kryuchkov, it seems to me that Kryuchkov had been very processed, although it seemed that Kryuchkov proved with the result of Shipulin that he was on the right track.

Boris, Yurlova was injured much later than UMO.

Yesterday I wrote to Diana Yakimets in contact. Congratulated on a good performance in the Chechen Republic, and also wondered how she reacted to the fact that she was not included in the extended list? She answered. She says that she took it calmly, will work on herself further, everything is still ahead. Thanked for your support. Do not worry, he says, everything will be fine).

Tasha, or rather Anton, most likely will not move to a large group (9-10 people is already a bit too much)
And a couple more phrases from Volkov:
“...- It is known that throughout the season you train according to an individual plan, to what extent did it meet expectations?

I had an ambiguous season, I had a good start, and then everything turned out to be blurry. Now at the Russian Championship I have come to my senses. In general, if the season went as we planned, it would be one of the most successful in my career. But here different factors worked during the season. And so, individual training gives an increase. This is where my responsibility rises. I cannot say that the coach prepared me incorrectly. Insofar as training plan was built for me, and first of all I personally set some goals. I trained on this plan and I trust it. Here you can't say, they say, they gave me such instructions. As, for example, it was before, when there was one plan for 10 people.
And at the end of the season, would you like to change something in your plan?

No, radically not. When Anton and I went to self-study, we initially had a plan for 4 years before the Olympics, and each year had its own tasks. V next year we already have other work and other results planned. "...
That is, it is clear that the guys with Kryuchkov have everything scheduled for 4 years.

And here's what Lyokha has in mind:
“...- What changes would you like to make in the training of novice biathletes?

I want to create a universal stock (part of the rifle - ed.) That would help children in biathlon schools. This is an invention for schools that do not have the ability to purchase 10 rifles for 10 athletes. The standard stock is usually made of wood and there is little to adjust. I want to create a universal design that has many adjustments and can be used by several athletes. Here came a child, shot, reconfigured the bed, and a second came and also shot.
- What caused such a desire?

This is me on personal experience I remember that in training they gave the girls a rifle, and I asked to tighten the straps, but they told me that it was impossible, because this girl would run with her tomorrow at the competition. Naturally, this is inconvenient and had to be adjusted. So it is also impossible to "break" a child from childhood, otherwise what basics of shooting will he learn? "
This is how he is - Alexey Volkov.

And it seems to me that no one will take Shipulin away from Kryuchkov, maybe they will do some joint training, but no more.

Lilia, “... against the background of fatigue, Tsvetkov shows a“ deficit in running technique ”, while Malyshko has“ technical problems ”due to the close position of his arms to the body. "
I wonder how they will solve Malyshko's problem. "
If Tsvyatochek is still young and you can work with his technique, then how are they going to change it to Dima?
On this topic, Kravtsov says something completely different. (that is, they somehow have a discrepancy here)
“..- Are you generally satisfied with the way Andrei Kryuchkov works with Shipulin?

Andrey Sergeevich is a competent guy. I would be 100% happy if they repeated last year's result. But even in that season, some decline was already visible in February. Anton then recovered from it, but that was only because there was a causal relationship. Namely: Anton was on a good basic job, which had been done before, and one should not think that then a certain omniscient, omnipotent, holy messiah came.

An athlete in the national team is already the result of the work of many people. And when he wins, becomes a leader, then this it comes just about some kind of jewelry work, main principle which: do no harm, do not spoil what was done before you. And when people manage to spoil it, I'm not talking about Andrei Kryuchkov, but in general. The second question: after all, I do not belittle the merits of Andrei Sergeevich, he is an excellent scientific specialist, and therefore today his presence in coaching practice, in addition to satisfaction, also raises questions.

Well, how are they? If, at the age of 29, they decided to change a certain system of motor skills to an athlete, as he stated, then I would treat this with caution. Andrei Sergeevich is an excellent scientist, candidate of sciences, a competent specialist, excellently versed in biochemistry, in how the alternation of workouts is carried out, but there was no practice of work.

You want to say that in theory he is a great specialist, but in practice he still lacks experience?

The theory is not always implemented in practice the way you wanted it. I just remember Anton's sprint race in Holmenkollen at the World Championships. Remember how I asked: "Who ran first?" They answered me: "Yes, this is Shipulin." What did I answer then, remember? "This is not Shipulin, what are you ?!" There, something completely different ran. Anton admits it. "
Maybe I posted a long dialogue here, but this is in order to make it clear that things are not so simple with Dima there ...

Tatiana, Gross is bristling. Well, if he does not agree with the bureaucrats, it may be of use. It's not clear with Shipulin.
“Among other things, Gross gave an assessment to all athletes, with the exception of Shipulin and Volkov, for whom Kryuchkov was responsible. Only Babikov received a categorical and *** characteristic. According to the German, Garanichev turned out to be “psychologically weak”, Slepov lacks accurate shooting, Tsvetkov, against the background of fatigue, shows “a deficit in running technique”, and Malyshko has “technical problems” due to the close position of his arms to his body. "
I wonder how they will solve Malyshko's problem.

“Appointment of Kasperovich to the post of senior coach of the women's national team, who will be vacated after Sergei Konovalov leaves, looks likely. At the same time, Konovalov will remain in the structure of the national team. "
War and the Germans

Ivanovich, The list itself yourself- more not the national team For a start, everyone will undergo a thorough medical examination, which is not cheap. Is she that doesn't fall into that category? Such Dianas, which - once, twice, and missed - should not be scattered.

Well here is the confirmation

I didn't think that so many experts would pay attention to Diana Yakimets!
She doesn't need to join the national team now - the horsemen will ruin!

If you look at Diana's results in the season. Well, let me down personal coach her at the peak of the main (for her) starts of the season. Well, she drew attention to herself with her easy move. There is no one to polish the skill in the national team!
Some of the old coaches on the eve of the RBU Coaching Council expressed a "fresh" thought: plans for the preparation of national team athletes should be drawn up together with personal coaches.
Who, if not they know all the strengths and weaknesses of their charges. And any of them is ready to take the maximum part to adapt their pupils to new conditions.

Unfortunately, the law of the chicken coop works in the coaching staffs!

Tatiana, maybe he's good, Gross. But recently Shipulin said that he would continue his training system. Here the norgi, judging by the publications, having already won victories at the WC and the World Cup, are very capricious and picky in the choice of coaches and the training system. Is there pressure on Shipulin?

Vasily Bondarev, Why are there 22 and not fifty lists, can you answer? It is immediately clear that the cards were not played - not a gambler. Making a given list is what a point game is. Have registered guys 22 Gavrik - already too much and you are 50? For women, everything is according to plan - twenty. Even Diana Yakimets with her feline slide did not dare to turn on why? Yes, because it will turn out 21 points, and this is the loss of the banker of the one who formed the lists.Someone remembered about the bust in men, which should not be allowed in women and that Medvedtsev will try national team. Now they think instead of whom? Where not throw a wedge everywhere, that is, all your own into the board. And here the German guys are ready to unite all three groups and what to do with Kasperovich, also his own - one questions. Uniting the guys into one group is, as AIT said, to drive the genie into a bottle. Look, they climbed out, they wanted freedom.

Tatiana, - “It should be noted that if Gross's demands are met, the role of the current head coach of the national team Alexander Kasperovich, who fell into disgrace with the men's team last season, looks incomprehensible. Kasperovich and Gross more than once disagreed on the composition of the national team in the relay, where the German tried to put athletes from his group. Appointment of Kasperovich to the post of the head coach of the women's national team, who will be vacated after the departure of Sergei Konovalov, looks likely. At the same time, Konovalov will remain in the structure of the national team. "...

No, well, this is no longer funny, only Kasperovich was lacking in the women's team. ((

The Russian national biathlon team opens the 2016-2017 season. In the last weekend of November, the biathlon World Cup started, which the Russian team starts with the rank of one of the favorites. Well, the leader of the Russian national team itself - and one of the main contenders for victory in the individual World Cup standings - is, of course, Anton Shipulin.

The composition of the Russian national team for the Biathlon World Cup 2016-2017

The composition of the Russian biathlon team for the first stage of the 2016-2017 World Cup in Ostersund, Sweden - as a benchmark for the entire long-term. In general, in the season biathlon 2016-2017 composition of the Russian national team picks up quite powerful.

Judge for yourself. The leader of the Russian men's biathlon team, as we have already said, is Anton Shipulin. The second number of the men's team will be Evgeny Garanichev, and the third - from St. Petersburg Dmitry Malyshko. On the other hand, Maxim Tsvetkov and Anton Babikov, sharply progressing in recent times... Well, Matvey Eliseev and Yuri Shopin, included in the Russian national team for the first stage of the World Cup at the last moment, are seen as such dark horses. Shipulin and Tsvetkov will run the mixed relay, Garanichev will run the individual race, and Babikov will run the single mixed.

In the nearest reserve for men are Alexei Slepov and Petr Pashchenko, who may appear in the Russian national team at the next stages.

Russian women's national biathlon team

Our Russian women's biathlon team also, of course, has its obvious leader - Olga Podchufarova. Moreover, in our female biathlon team there is also a pronounced second number - this is Ekaterina Glazyrina. But Svetlana Sleptsova, who did not play at the World Cup for three years, will be drawn into the season at first, recalling the competitive rhythm.

We add that Tatyana Akimova and Victoria Slivko were also included in the Russian women's national team at the stage in Ostersund. Akimova and Sleptsova will perform at mixed relay, Podchufarova will run a personal race, and Slivko will run a single mixed. In the reserve are young Ulyana Kaisheva and Irina Uslugina.

It is also worth noting that there is a generational change in the Russian women's biathlon team. The leaders of the recent past - Olga Zaitseva and Olga Vilukhina - have ended their careers. And Ekaterina Yurlova gave birth to a child, and in the near future it is hardly worth waiting for her return to biathlon.
