Plan a synopsis for physical education walking. Summary of a physical education lesson on the topic "walking and running in a column"

Warming up in a physical education lesson is a simple but necessary thing. It is she who allows you to prepare the muscles for physical exercise and protects children from getting all kinds of injuries in the process.

Warm-up on physical education

Warm-up is the basis of physical education, and it should cover the whole body to the maximum. However, this does not take a long time, and the standard version covers only 10-15 minutes of lesson time. In addition to the main program, it is worthwhile to include an enhanced warm-up for those muscle groups that will be involved in the lesson: for example, before running great attention devote to warm-up legs.

So, the standard warm-up for the school is performed from the main position of the legs shoulder-width apart, feet parallel to each other, arms along the body or on the hips:

  • head tilts back and forth by 4 counts (8-12 times);
  • head tilts to the right and left by 4 counts (8-12 times);
  • turns of the head to the sides by 4 counts (8-12 times);
  • head rotation in a circle 2 times in both directions;
  • arms to the shoulders, rotation of the shoulders back and forth for 4 counts (8-12 times);
  • warm-up of the wrists - rotation in both directions 2-4 times;
  • warm-up elbows - rotation in both directions 4 times;
  • rotation in the lower back in a circle 2-4 times in each direction;
  • tilts of the body back and forth by 4 counts (8 times);
  • tilts of the body to the right and left by 4 counts (8 times);
  • warm-up ankle joints- rotation clockwise and counterclockwise, 4 circles in each direction;
  • a similar warm-up for hip joints;
  • put your hands over your knees and rotate in knee joint 2-4 circles in each direction;
  • performing classic forward lunges - 8 times for each leg;
  • leg swings - 10-15 swings for each leg.

If there is a need to spend a physical education-minute in another activity, for example, a warm-up at the lesson of English language, you can leave only those exercises that affect the neck, shoulders and arms, and also add clenching and unclenching of the fists to warm up the hands.

Fun warm-up for kids

Small children do not really like ordinary warm-ups, but if you turn on cheerful cheerful music for a while, then even the most ordinary warm-up will go off with a bang. One more good move- invite one of the students to warm up themselves (of course, you need to prompt correct exercises). In this case, in elementary school, warm-up is also treated with great interest.

Game of low mobility "Flies - does not fly"

Purpose of the game: train children to walk in a column one at a time, educate attention.

The course of the game. The players walk in the column one at a time, and the teacher names the items. If flying objects are named, for example, a butterfly, a beetle, etc., then the players stop, raise their arms to the sides and swing up and down. If they don't fly, children put their hands down.

Rules of the game. Do not push.

Day and night

Purpose of the game : Teach children how to throw and catch the ball.

Each of the children has a ball in their hands. At the command "Day!" children perform familiar movements with the ball (throws up, down, into the wall, into the ring, hitting the ball on the spot, in motion, etc.). At the command "Night!" - freeze in the position in which the night found.

Educator Guys, let's remember and show with movements how grandma baked a bun. (children perform imitation movements under the text)
First you need to pour flour on the table
took a jug, poured milk
salt, sugar, egg, vanilla
kneaded the dough and blinded the bun
put in the oven
Educator ... Sit on the carpet. (calm music sounds) Children are sitting resting, listening to music, recuperating. You are satisfied? Did you like the game? Are you tired? It means that you did it from the heart with love and diligence. Which exercise was easier or harder to do? Which guy did the exercise better? What exercise would you like our guests to do? So our fabulous journey has ended. There is a knock at the door, the postman walks inPechkin with the package. A letter from my grandmother: “Well done, guys, help yourself, kids, I wish you good health, I invite guests to a fairy tale” Grandma and Kolobok.

Educator So our lesson is over

Self-analysis of the performed physical education lesson.

Educator: Makovskaya E.V.

I have developed a plan of physical education in accordance with the age of the children, their physical fitness, level physical development and with the methodology. Compliance with the sequence of execution of the ORU and basic movements - one exercise for learning, the next for consolidation.

In the lesson, I implemented 3 main tasks physical education children: health-improving, educational and upbringing. According to the methodology of physical education, my synopsis consists of 3 parts: introductory, main, and final. I took into account the number of exercises included in the main part, taking into account the age of the children and the number of repetitions.

During the exercises, I drew the attention of the children to maintain their posture, and monitored the cleanliness of the lead-ups. If she saw that the child was not doing well, she approached and corrected, explained and showed by her own example. Used methodological instructions and commands appropriate for the age of the children

For example, exercise"Әtesh», « Tauyқ», « Zhas analy», « Ұshaқ»

On physical education used a flow and frontal method of organization, in which all children perform the same movement at the same time. These methods made it possible for the allotted time to ensure a sufficiently high repeatability, the achievement of high activity of each child and a sufficient physical activity when performing any movement, high motor density.

I tried to make the lesson interesting, varied and meaningful. During the lesson, she did not forget to praise the children. I think that in general I conducted the classes confidently, the children were happy and cheerful. Children really liked the outdoor games

I believe that the main goals set in the lesson have been achieved.

Walking is a natural way for a person to get around. When walking, a person leans on the ground with one or two legs, i.e. has permanent contact with the support. The movements of the arms and legs when walking are cross: the step of the right leg corresponds to the extension of the left arm forward and vice versa.

Walking is a wonderful way to develop and strengthen muscles, mainly the muscles of the legs. Unfortunately, many teachers do not pay enough attention to this classic applied physical exercise forgetting that walking is not only the second motor action of a person after infant crawling, but also serves as the main means of movement in space. Including walking exercises in the lesson, the teacher solves two problems. First, it forms the foundations rational technique applied movements and, secondly, enriches the child's motor experience, using for this all kinds of exercise options and changing the conditions for their implementation.

In physical education lessons with younger students in grades 1-4, the following types of walking are used: normal, on toes, on heels, on the inner arch of the foot, on the outside of the moans, rolling from heel to toe and from toe to heel, or on the whole foot, back forward, side steps, cross steps, with different positions of the arms, with swinging movements of the legs, raising the knee of the bent leg high, with turns of the torso, with bending forward, lunges, with a jump, with jumping out, in a half-squat or squat, stealthily and etc.

Rhythmic walking is widely used: with teacher counting, collective counting, at different paces under sound signals... To educate the pace, steps are reinforced with various rhythmic movements to the beat of walking: claps, stomping, etc.

Walking is used with a short, medium and long stride, with a change in the length and frequency of steps, along the markings, with stepping over benches, overcoming 2-4 or more obstacles.

It is advisable to adhere to the following sequence in teaching walking techniques.

  • 1. Simulated walking. Children are encouraged to imitate the gait of a bear, cat, goose, etc.
  • 2. Walking is normal, with a wide free step, on toes, on heels, on the outer and inner sides, groans with different positions of the hands (on the belt, behind the back, behind the head, etc.).
  • 3. Rhythmic walking (iodine counting the teacher, under the drum, beats gymnastic stick about iol, clapping his hands, iodine collective counting, with a song, walking to the accompaniment of music (sound recording)).
  • 4. Combination of leg movements with the same and opposite hand movements. To teach the basic positions and movements of arms and legs while walking.
  • 5. Mastering the beginning of the movement with the left leg; walking with an emphasis on left leg under the account, to the music, with the song.
  • 6. Walking on toes in a corridor 20 cm wide (the boundaries of the corridor are marked with drawn lines or thin ropes).
  • 7. Walking with a high hip lift, stepping over various small objects (balls, sticks, etc.) ", overcoming 2-4 obstacles, alternating steps with jumps.
  • 8. Walking in the leg at a uniform and varying pace, with deceleration and acceleration, at a different pace with sound signals, at a different speed.
  • 9. Walking with short, medium and long strides, along the markings, with changing the length and frequency of steps, walking with alternating strides.
  • 10. Gymnastic rebuilding. Walking with a change of direction (by signals "Come to me!", Indicating a certain object, etc.).
  • 11. Walking in a semi-squat, low squat.

In addition to normal walking, there are varieties of it:

  • marching;
  • combatant;
  • sports.

Hiking tag indicates that this is walking with a wide free step; combatant - special walking, characterized by a special rhythm when moving the legs and arms; gymnastic - graceful walking, which is used in art classes or artistic gymnastics; inferior - walking with wide strides on the floor bent legs with the body tilted forward. Sports walking differs from the usual more energetic repulsion, turning the pelvis around the vertical axis, placing the leg straightened at the knee joint on the support and a high frequency of steps, a high rate of movement.

Walking exercises are included in the physical education program for students in grades 1-4.

The main task when teaching walking in the 1st grade is to teach a free wide (marching) step. The following requirements are imposed on correct walking: the position of the body and the movements of the arms and legs are free and natural; the walking leg is gently and plastically placed on the heel, followed by rolling to the toe, the knee is slightly bent, softening the push. The jogging leg, located behind, is straightened to failure. The torso and head are kept straight, the shoulders are pulled back. The movements of the arms and legs alternate crosswise.

First, you must teach how to place your foot correctly. Observations have shown that when putting out a leg after a push, many guys make mistakes: the pushing leg remains tense and does not bend enough, as a result of which a slight slip appears (shuffling on the ground, floor), or the supporting leg, having touched the heel of the floor, rises too high on the toe (bouncing gait). Lateral torso vibrations are caused by standing too wide or by pulling the toes out too much (swinging gait). To reduce lateral vibrations, walking exercises should be used but a straight line drawn in advance. To reduce vertical vibrations, it is necessary to use creeping walking exercises (on slightly bent legs) and special exercises for a relaxed leg swing. Correct swinging movements of the arms when walking also reduces lateral vibrations of the trunk. The most common mistake in schoolchildren is the movement of the forearms when they are enslaved. shoulder joints, which reduces the health and hygiene effect of walking. Free, relaxed, with a sufficiently large amplitude of movement of the arms in the shoulder and elbow joints as well as walking in fast pace over a long (gradually increasing) distance contribute to the development and strengthening of the respiratory and circulatory organs.

Movement with a marching step begins at the command "Step march!". By preliminary team"One step!" it is necessary to move the body forward a little, transfer the body weight mainly by right leg maintaining stability, and on the executive command "March!" start the movement with the left foot in full stride. When moving, move the leg freely, do not pull the sock, and put it on the ground without tension, with your hands perform free movement around the body. At first, the techniques in marching are studied at a slow pace, and the speed of movement is brought to normal. It is necessary to draw the attention of students to the fact that usually the average speed of movement is 110-120 steps / min with a step width of 70 to 80 cm. The speed of movement can be set with a metronome, strikes with a tambourine (drum) or a gymnastic stick on the floor.

Another task when teaching walking in the 1st grade is to teach children to walk in formation freely and naturally with correct posture. In first graders, the most common walking errors are lack of correct posture, shuffling feet, and an uneven pace of walking. In order to teach children how to walk properly, especially those with gait deficiencies, careful selection must be made. methodological techniques and persistently work to ensure that children learn the skills they need. Some children, when walking, make a gross mistake - a one-sided combination of arm and leg movements: when the right leg moves forward right hand, when moving with the left - the left hand ("pacing"). This is due to either a lack of understanding of the rules of walking and excessive stress, or lack of coordination. There is no need to rush to point out to children their shortcomings, it is better to offer a task that distracts their attention from the work of their hands. For example, such a technique is possible. At the beginning of walking "stealthily" the teacher instructs to walk "quietly-quietly" so that no steps are heard, then begins to count slowly and quietly. Gradually strengthening the voice and accelerating the pace, the teacher gives an abrupt and loud enough command to switch to clear walking. Children, moving "stealthily", forget about their hands. The work of the arms and legs turns out to be natural and when they switch to a normal step, the children continue to walk correctly. Irregularity of the walking rhythm, body oscillations, and erratic hand movements are eliminated as the first graders learn and acquire general motor experience.

In the 1st grade, training is also provided for various positions of the hands during normal walking and when walking on toes. Learning to walk with different positions and hand movements is recommended to begin after the children learn similar techniques while standing still. Initially, it is recommended to master walking with the hands fixed on the belt, behind the back, behind the head, with arms outstretched to the sides; then - walking with a sequential change in the positions of the hands (for example, on the command "one-two" - hands on the belt, "three-four" - behind the head).

In addition to walking with a wide free step in the classroom, they are used as general developmental and special exercises walking with cross steps, "stealthily", bending down, etc. The implementation of these exercises helps to eliminate flat feet, creates in students an idea of the various positions of the head, trunk, legs and arms. To calm the activity of the respiratory and circulatory organs, use slow walking, walking on toes, alternating with a marching step, mandatory relaxation and breathing exercises.

The problem of increasing the walking speed is solved in the 2nd grade by increasing the pace of steps. For this, walking with vigorous movements of the arms, bent at the elbows, can be recommended. During normal walking in a column, one by one, at the command of the teacher, they bend their elbows and, at the command (claps, counting, etc.), switch to accelerated walking. The teacher draws the attention of children to vigorous and fast enough hand movements, correct posture, straight back, keeping distance.

After schoolchildren learn to walk quickly in formation, you can move on to learning to walk with decelerations and accelerations. Students walking in a column one at a time in their normal strides increase or decrease their stride according to their clapping or counting pace. At the same time, the teacher reminds you of the need to bend your elbows. During the exercise, the teacher pays attention to alignment and accurate tempo. Walking is shown with short, medium and long strides. Younger schoolchildren you should teach how to execute the commands: "On the spot, march step!", "Straight!", "Stop!", "Wider step!", "Shorter step!", "More often step!" "," Full step! "

Walking is used and how preparatory exercise for the formation of the correct running skill, it is walking on toes in a 20 cm wide “corridor” and walking with a high hip lift. "Corridor" is designated by two slats, ropes, cubes and other objects laid on the floor. In the future, the following exercises are used in walking: rolling from heel to toe in a forward direction; in a “corridor” with parallel stops; on toes in the "corridor" with a high rise of the thigh.

Walking with raising the hip is performed first on the spot, then moving forward. Here, the teacher makes sure that the supporting leg of the trainees is straight and placed on the foot from the toe, so that the knees are not parted, and the hands are on the belt. If students do not master walking with a high hip lift, it is advisable to use walking exercises with stepping over obstacles, which are any objects laid out in the direction of movement at a distance of a step from each other (jump ropes, ropes, sticks, cubes, etc.). If such objects are small in size, for example, cubes, then they are laid out not in a straight line, but in a checkerboard pattern in two rows so that the right row of cubes, when walking, falls under the right leg, and the left one - under the left. When stepping over the spread out objects, students will involuntarily raise their knees so as not to hit them with their feet.

In grade 3, students are tasked with changing the length of their strides while maintaining a constant cadence. Good exercise walking on a wide horizontal "staircase" is used to solve it. Seven to eight sticks are laid out on a path or platform (or lines are applied) at a distance of 80-100 cm from one another. Students in a column one by one approach the “ladder” and, increasing their stride length, overcome it. The teacher pays attention to maintaining the pace of walking, helping with claps or commands. After mastering walking with elongated steps on the "ladder", the length of steps is changed in normal walking. The signal for increasing or decreasing the length of steps is the teacher's command "Step wider!" or "Shorter step!" By grade 4, students should have mastered basic rational walking skills.

In the future, walking skills are improved at physical education lessons when performing various drill techniques. In the 1st grade, the basic stance is studied; formation in a column one by one and in a line, in a circle; rebuilding but links, in pre-established places; opening on arms outstretched to the sides; turns to the right, left; commands "Step march!", "Class, stop!". In the 2nd grade, opening and closing by side steps is studied; rebuilding from a column one by one to a column by two, from one rank to two; movement in a column one by one to the indicated landmarks; the command "Open two (four) steps!" In the 3rd grade, the training requirements are presented by mastering the following drill techniques: commands "Step wider!", "Step more often!", "Less often!" formation in two lines; rebuilding from two ranks in two circles; diagonal movement, walking in the opposite direction, "snake", "zigzag". In the 4th grade, the following marching techniques are offered for mastering: commands "Become!", "Become equal!", "Attention!", "At ease!" turns around in place; rebuilding from one line into three ledges, from a column one by one to a column of three and four in motion with a turn.

One of the types of walking - curly marching. These are movements but the hall or sports ground into the column one by one diagonally, counter-flow, snake, "snail" with the return exit from it. Figured marching develops the ability to walk in formation and navigate in space.

The entrance to the hall is in a column one by one and the formation is in one line.

The train of the 3rd class has arrived at the station "Fizkulturnaya". Today we are going to travel by rail. But before you go, name the rules of T.B.

During the lesson, you need to monitor your well-being.

It is necessary to keep the distance strictly and when performing the exercises.

It is forbidden to push, trip a friend, work with untied laces, interrupt the teacher, communicate with a friend on interesting topics.

For the train to move, you need a driver. Dima (Igor) will be the driver. I will be the conductor and sound station.

Station "Stroyevaya".

Be equal! Attention! Pay in order!

1,2,3 ………. The calculation is over.

NA, 3 "A" class are present .. people.

At ease. Well done boys! But we need to move on.

Warm-up station.

At this station we will have to do a warm-up. On the way, we will meet fabulous animals. And so that the animals are not frightened and not offended by us, we will repeat their movement. And so, bypassing the gym: "Step march!"

Comes out of the fairy forest to meet

"Antelope" (Hands up, crossed, palms forward, fingers apart).

"Cockerel" got lost in the woods. (One hand depicts a crest on the head, fingers apart, the other - backward, to the lower back, fingers apart - tail, the body is slightly tilted forward).

The cockerel went his own way, but to meet

"Bear" (walking on the outer arch of the foot, in a small half-squat, arms slightly bent, elbows to the sides, fingers in a fist, to the hips, cheeks inflated).

And now appeared on our path

"Penguin" (Walking on the inner arch of the foot, knees together, legs bent, arms below, hands parallel to the floor.)

"Crane" (Walking on toes, depicting a walking bird, hands up, fingers intertwined).

"Caterpillar" (Children hold each other by the belt).

Station "Begovaya".

At this station we will repeat the running exercises.

Bend your elbows, go to race walking... One two three four……….

We ran lightly

With a high hip lift

With overlapping shins

With a jump

Behind the last, after the first ...

Back forward

Snake

Without assignment, two circles.

We switch to race walking ... One, two, three, four ... Re-the same, one, two ... Restoring breathing.

Station "Marking".

The next station is "Marking". We need to overcome a difficult path. Let's see how you handle it.

Class! March through the hall! Class! Wrap yourself in a snail!

Class! Stand in a circle!

Class! Stand in two circles!

Class! Disperse into two columns!

Class! Stand in one line!

Class! Stand diagonally!

Class! Disperse into three columns!

On the spot ... stop! One, two.

Unfold on outstretched arms.

Station "Charging".

Station "Relay".

Class! Stand in one line!

Now we will play a little with you. To do this, we need to split into two teams. Class! Pay for 1.2!

1, 2, 1, 2……….

Now we have two trains and there will be two drivers.

Relay with the ball.

Roll the ball with your hand on the ground around the pin and pass it to your partner.

Potato Planting Relay.

At the signal, the guides lay out the inventory (tubers) in the holes, run to the line, collect it back and pass it to the next player.

Relay "Jumping in bags".

Relay-game "Ball to the Captain".

(The captain comes out, throws the ball to each player of his team, the one who catches the ball returns it to the captain, and he sits down, and so on until the whole team sits down).

Tug of war game relay.

All players form a circle. One of the players stands in the middle of the circle and closes his eyes. The teacher points to the one who will say: "Dap, Dap, Dap." All the participants in the game go in a circle and sing: "We have made the whole circle, we will suddenly turn around at once!" At these words, everyone turns and continues: "But how do we say - gallop, gallop, gallop - guess whose voice." Standing in the center with closed eyes opens them and must guess who said these words. The recognized player goes to the middle, and the driver goes to the circle. If the driver does not guess, he continues to stand in the middle of the circle.

Station "Ultimate".

Summarizing.

What did we do during the trip?

Reflection.

I have a basket in my hands where your grades are (5, 4, 3). Today I allow myself to make judgments, only fairly. Those who have done a good job at full strength can give themselves a 5. Guys who did not quite try can give themselves a different rating.

Class! Stand in one line! Show your grades.

I thank you for the lesson.

Homework.

At home, please think about marking exercises, in addition to what we already can.

Be equal! Attention! Left! One, two! To the exit step march!
