Rhythmic gymnastics symbols. Rules for assigning sports categories in rhythmic gymnastics

The Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championship kicked off in Pesaro, Italy on Wednesday. Bronze medalist of the 2012 London Games, head of the Athletes' Commission International Federation rhythmic gymnastics (FIG) and head coach of the Belarusian national team Lyubov CHERKASHINA told "SE" about how the new rules that came into force this year took root.

Elena SOBOL
from Pesaro

This year the rules have changed, and now the athlete on the mat can show anything, and it will count. And before, the judges evaluated only what was written on the card and performed on the carpet.

In principle, this is interesting, the gymnasts have room for creativity. And for those athletes who know how to change something along the way, this is very cool. As a rule, it works, just look at this World Cup. In any case, something will have to be finalized, but we must see how everything works in a large stream of the world's best gymnasts, hear some wishes from the federations and the athletes themselves. I will have a meeting with the athletes in Pesaro, I asked each of the girls to write their suggestions - what they don’t like or what can be improved. We must definitely hear the voices of the gymnasts. Although I understand that the girls in this sense are unique athletes - they will adapt to any rules.

- Did you have any problems with refereeing at the European Championships due to the new rules?

You know, it never happens that everyone is happy. At that time, not everyone was 100% ready for the changes, so maybe the scores jumped somewhere, and there were some surprises for the public and for the coaches. Everyone is used to the old rules, and now everything is a little different. And every gymnast, going out on the carpet, starts everything from scratch: if she did it - get it, if she didn't - I'm sorry. And it's good for sports.

STARS ON THE COAST OF THE ADRIATIC SEA

- Pesaro is not a new city for gymnasts, but the country received the World Cup for the first time.

Pesaro hosted 9 World Cups, there was a European Championship in Turin - the Italians have enough experience in holding starts. Finally, the World Cup is taking place here, I am very happy. It seems to me that gymnasts should like it here - a good audience that really loves every athlete who comes out on the carpet. This is very important, because it is easy to cheer for the favorites, but you need to be able to support everyone else. The tournament is long-awaited both for the organizers and for the girls - it seems to me that many gymnasts love Italy, Pesaro - including me! I like the arena, the audience, I like that you live with a sea view - it takes away negative emotions, you recover faster. In a word, there are many pluses in the fact that the World Cup is here.

Leaders changed after the Olympics in almost all teams. What are your expectations from the tournament in terms of sports?

This is interesting, because each leader who has changed must prove that he is number one in his team, that he will continue the traditions of his country. For many, this is a double responsibility, especially for World Cup debutantes. Realizing that you are playing at the World Championships for the first time and representing your country is very difficult! And I can imagine how hard it will be for the girls - especially the first outing, but I think that by the all-around on September 1, everyone will already be in a normal state.

- If we talk about names, from whom we expect success, who will be the leader?

Sisters Averina, Bulgarians Vladinova and Taseva, Belarusians Galkina and Gornosko. Also, Salome Pazhava from Georgia, whose return many were waiting for, Ukrainians Dyachenko and Mazur, Finnish girls have quite interesting programs. In general, the level of girls who used to be lagging behind has grown a lot - I want to list absolutely all of them. I think that the 24 strongest will indeed be such.

- Will the public miss Margarita Mamun, Yana Kudryavtseva, Anna Rizatdinova and Melitina Stanyuta?

Certainly. In the first year after the Games, I always feel a little sorry for the new generation, because they will be compared with the previous one, saying: "Oh, there were masterpieces." In a couple of years they will talk about this generation in the same way, but this transitional year is always "missing" what it was. But, I think, we will still see some leaders of the last four years in the stands, as far as I know, the girls were going to fly.

GALKINA MUST BE HERSELF

- Will Staniouta, who ended her career after the Olympics, come to Pesaro?

No, Melita will not be able to fly. She now gives master classes around the world, she is invited a lot. She also makes her own program on Belarusian television about healthy lifestyle life - something like what Laysan Utyasheva once did.

- Was the decision to end her career easy for her?

I don't think it's easy for anyone to decide to retire. Because this is half of a conscious life, it is always difficult. It's even harder when you end up with something you don't want to end up with. But I think it also definitely teaches life.

- After Stanyuta left the team, did you switch to work with Ekaterina Galkina?

I work with the entire Belarusian team, and with Katya, and with Masha Trubach, and with Anna Bozhko. And Alina Gornosko trains with us before the main competitions. We work as one team, but, of course, most closely with Katya Galkina.

- Is she mentally ready to go out - not behind Stanyuta's back - but as the first number?

I think yes. Step by step, she must understand this, feel it. In any case, it will be more important for me that she come out with Katya Galkina - without thinking about whose back she was before and who is behind her now. Just let her be herself with her artistic style, which the public really likes.

Perhaps the most beautiful and graceful sport - rhythmic gymnastics. Regular training develops in girls an excellent posture, the ability to present themselves and follow their every movement in everyday life, but only a few become champions. Is it so difficult to get a category in rhythmic gymnastics, on the basis of what they are given and what are the other features of evaluating this sport - below.

Live and learn

It is interesting, but experienced masters of sports, even working as coaches, still continue to receive new knowledge and skills on a regular basis. Assignment rules sports categories in rhythmic gymnastics periodically change, as well as general rules competitions.

This usually happens in the new Olympic period and greatly affects the numbering of athletes. Some elements lose their value, and they have to be removed from the program, others, on the contrary, appear among the mandatory ones, and gymnasts need to train their bodies again, accustoming them to new movements.

Grading rules

To get a category in rhythmic gymnastics, not only the coach, but also the athlete herself must know them. Over time, girls gradually master the requirements for exercises they need and do not ask such questions when defending titles. For those who wish to familiarize themselves with the rules in full and immediately, a special edition of the Rules for Rhythmic Gymnastics is offered. They are painted there for 250 pages, and given that some can change every few years, then just for fun, hardly anyone wants to read them. It is enough for beginners to know that each element has its own “price” in points. The simplest, even perfect performance, cannot bring an athlete more than 0.1 points, but when a complex exercise is included in the program, you can get a whole point.

A gymnast can increase her performance score by correctly combining certain elements. For example, for the consecutive execution of an exercise of 1 point and 0.1 points, in total you can get a score of 1.2, since the tenth point will be additionally awarded precisely for the connection.

Individual approach

All categories in rhythmic gymnastics are assigned to girls only for performing required elements in the program and a set of a certain number of points for the performance. Despite this, the performances of all famous champions are completely different from each other. This is due to the fact that the coach also takes into account the individual characteristics of each gymnast, compiling a program that can show the maximum of her abilities and at the same time not focus on weaknesses.

For example, the girl's back flexibility is not very developed, but at the same time she flutters in jumps like no other. Naturally, in her speech, the emphasis will be on jumping.

Required Program

Despite the individuality of taking into account the abilities of each athlete, it is forbidden to deviate from the rules, which means that mandatory elements must also be present in the performance. Their maximum and minimum number and definition are also spelled out in the rules of this sport. So, for example, to get the first adult category in rhythmic gymnastics, you need to draw up a program of 10 mandatory elements. Among them there must be one combination of two body difficulties, 1 rotation difficulty, 1 multiple rotation difficulty, 2 isolated waves and 2 pre-acrobatic elements at the beginning or end of a difficult element. It is also necessary to make at least 8 seconds of dance tracks in the performance. In the program of the masters of sports there are already 12 mandatory elements in the performance, and their complexity has been increased.

With regard to apparatus handling, there must be risks of loss when the apparatus is thrown into the air and the gymnast performs rotational movements at this time. Extra points here you can get when catching a projectile without visual control.

Technical panel of judges

Previously, the assessment of athletes was carried out by 3 teams of judges, today their composition has been reduced to two. How are ranks given in rhythmic gymnastics? For their assignment, the gymnast must receive from all judges an overall score with a certain minimum.

The first brigade evaluates the skill of performing the technique itself. It consists of 4 judges, two of whom write down on the sheets all the elements performed with the appropriate designations and, on the basis of them, put a score for working with the apparatus, difficulties in body movement and dance steps in an individual program. As for group performances, instead of the last criterion, the complexity of the exchange is considered. Two other judges also write down the completed elements, but they only evaluate the degrees of skill and risks, which in group numbers are called cooperation. Together they derive an overall score for the difficulty of the number, which cannot exceed 10 points.

Artistry score

The second team of judges, evaluating appearance and the execution of the number, is determined by the letters E and already consists of 6 people, as in artistic gymnastics. Judges give points for technical errors, artistry and general beauty of the body. The overall score is also derived from the average and cannot exceed 10 points. Thus, the maximum score for the entire performance cannot exceed 20.

Thus, you can get a category in rhythmic gymnastics by overtaking your rivals not only in technique, but also simply in artistry, that is, a beautiful girl in a beautiful swimsuit and with a good presentation of herself will definitely receive a rating for the beauty of her body higher than her unprepossessing rival, even if she did all the right things. It may seem dishonest, but that's the first thing beautiful sport, and those are the rules in it.

younger age

Girls can get the 3rd junior category in rhythmic gymnastics only from the age of 6, but many begin to practice earlier. In fact, you can come into this sport from the age of three or seven. The first real achievements in children will appear at the same age. This is due to the fact that children begin to feel their own body and be able to move to music only at school age. Everything that happens up to this point is just a kind of physical training, and no one should get hung up on certain achievements at this time. Experienced coaches confidently declare that real awareness own body and competent work with the subject begins only in adolescence, when girls have long been ranked in rhythmic gymnastics in ascending order and have reached the defense of MS. Of course, this applies only to units that have not been eliminated from the sport by this age.

According to the program of the youngest category, young athletes are required to score only 7 points in one performance, which is obtained by almost everyone. This title does not require confirmation, and it can be awarded at competitions of any scale.

Junior level requirements

In order to receive the lowest rank, a gymnast must perform in the year she turns 6 years old and present to the panel of judges a number without apparatus and with any apparatus of her choice. According to the results of each performance, her score must be at least 7 points, which in total forms 14 points.

A year later, an athlete can already qualify for 2 youth category, and for this she must complete a number without an object and already 2 numbers with any shells of her choice. To receive the title, judges of the 1st category must evaluate it and put at least 7.2 points for each program, which is 21.6 in total.

A year later, a girl can already get 1 youth program by completing the BP number and 3 programs with any apparatus, scoring 7.5 points in each. At the same time, at least 2 judges must have a republican category. In total, the athlete should receive 30 points for the performances.

Requirements for adults

The athlete can receive the third adult category in rhythmic gymnastics already in the year when she turns 9 years old. To do this, you need to speak to two judges of the republican category at any competition and present 4 numbers - 1 BP and 3 with any shells. All performances must score 32 points, but each - at least 8.

2 adult category in rhythmic gymnastics is assigned in a year and is already assessed more seriously. The composition of the performance is similar to the previous one, but for each program you need to get 8.2 points with a total of 32.8. The requirements for judges are the same.

At the age of 11, an athlete can apply for 1st category if she already has all the lower ones. In this case, you need to score 70 points for numbers of a similar composition. At the same time, it is necessary to perform only at competitions with republican judges and the participation of at least 5 teams.

Compulsory confirmation of categories in rhythmic gymnastics begins with 1 adult and above. It represents a double repetition of the result at other competitions during the year with similar statuses and judges. It is important that it is allowed to perform 1 time as part of a group and 1 time individually in the all-around or twice in the all-around.

senior ranks

Getting the title of CCM at the age of 12 is not only honorable, but also difficult. At the same time, you need to get 76 points according to the international quadrathlon program, competing with at least five teams that already have such a title in group 1, 2 or 3 tournaments or twice in group 4 competitions.

To get an MS, you need to score 96 points already in the competitions of only 1 group. With the achievement of this goal, many quit the sport, as they get the opportunity to work as coaches on their own.

So, it is now clear to many how discharges are given in rhythmic gymnastics and what needs to be done for this. It is important not to demand high results from a young athlete at the very beginning of her training. With age, she can reveal herself, realizing her own abilities.

Firstly, in the individual program, the threshold of the elements used is increased: from three to nine (the earlier minimum number was seven) in the total score, and at least 1 in each group of difficulties (jumps, balances, pirouettes). Also an unlimited number of risks, dance tracks and subject difficulties, but at least one each. In a group program, there are a minimum of four body difficulties without exchange and a minimum of four difficulties with exchange, but in the sum of body difficulties no more than nine. Also more than one risk, cooperation and dance floors. It is important to note that now the waves and rotational movement before or after the difficulty of the body no longer carry an additional allowance.

Secondly, now you can perform two exercises in an individual program to music with words, and not one, as it was before. In group, as it was before - a maximum of one composition with words.

Thirdly, it is worth noting that there are four fundamental groups in each subject and all of them must be involved during the exercise. There must be at least one fundamental work on the dance floors, and body difficulties with a value of no more than 0.1, apparatus difficulties and throws can also be performed.

Fourth, the way the cost of risk is calculated is changing. Now, no matter how many times the gymnast changes axis or level, she will get no more than 0.1 for this criterion. Also, some criteria are added and removed in the difficulty of the subject and on throws or catches during risks. The difficulty cost of the item is 0.3, but on catching it is 0.4. The cost of original elements is 0.5.

Fifth, the cost of some of the difficulties of the body is changing. This was especially true for calculating the cost of pirouettes. Now, for each additional circle on the half-toe, the allowance is 0.2, on the entire foot - 0.1.

Modern system additional education ready to offer the child a wide choice educational programs for various sports creative activity. Rhythmic gymnastics is one of the most spectacular sports that have received their massive development and are becoming increasingly popular among children and parents. On the one hand, this is a sport of high achievements, on the other hand, it is a type of physical activity that contributes to the recovery of many girls.

After the 2016 Olympics, mass rhythmic gymnastics at the place of residence is developing very actively: clubs are being created, health clubs are opening, halls are being rented - there is a wide network of specialized institutions sports sections in rhythmic gymnastics in the system of additional education for children.

cultivation sports leisure which meets the needs of everyone and everyone individually and at the same time does not limit anyone in anything, but, on the contrary, helps a person develop as a multifaceted personality.

IN last years and currently sports direction rhythmic gymnastics makes extremely high demands on the natural data and abilities of those involved, which is available to a very limited circle of girls. In this regard, every year there is more and more sports and mass direction, in which everyone can engage in in the absence of medical contraindications. Mass sports work with children in this case is focused on the physical improvement of the child and the formation of a healthy lifestyle.

The main argument that attracts parents to the choice of rhythmic gymnastics for their daughter is sportsmanship gymnasts: elegance, grace, expressiveness of movements, originality and virtuosity, firm confidence and ease of performing complex gymnastic exercises. The harmoniously developed body of "artists" possesses great attractive power. muscle strength, flexibility, dexterity, jumping ability, orientation in space. Gymnasts are always on the competition platform resolute and courageous when performing difficult exercises.

Sport in the understanding of modern society is not only a competitive activity aimed at achieving the highest results, but also a pleasant leisure, pleasure and entertainment. Currently, all holidays include games with elements sports; appear sports clubs, organizations, unions, societies that manage the sports movement. Every year the sport becomes more popular, the number and variety of species of which continues to grow. I am glad that more and more parents are trying to lead a healthy lifestyle, introducing their children to this sports rhythm.

Despite the huge interest in mass rhythmic gymnastics, one should not forget that gymnastics not only promotes a healthy lifestyle, but also helps children harden, acquire important applied and vital motor skills, and unites people in the field of motor leisure. Only a few become champions, thousands do rhythmic gymnastics for themselves. And after all, it is health that is, ultimately, the main value of a person.

FROM The competition takes place on a 13x13 meter gymnastic mat surrounded by an additional belay area. Modern program international competitions includes an all-around (one compulsory and three free exercises with apparatus) and a group free exercise with an apparatus. In group performances (a group consists of 6 athletes), either two types of objects are used simultaneously (for example, hoops and balls) or one type (for example, five balls, five pairs of maces). All exercises are accompanied by musical accompaniment. The choice of music depends on the wishes of the gymnast and coach. But each exercise should be no more than one and a half minutes. There are some restrictions on projectiles, but they are minor.

IN During the exercise, gymnasts must use the entire area of the mat. Both hands must be involved in the work with shells. Projectiles must be constantly in motion, in otherwise penalty points are awarded. Exercises should last 57-90 seconds. For each overdue (less or more than the specified interval) second, 0.05 penalty points are awarded. Each gymnast must finish the exercise in such a way that she touches the apparatus with some part of her body and simultaneously with the end of the music. During the exercise, the coach is not allowed to talk to the athlete, judges or musician.

Refereeing

ABOUT marks are set for performing exercises with each projectile, but medals and places are distributed according to the sum of all points scored. Evaluation is made according to three criteria - for complexity, artistry and technique. In the individual competition, gymnasts perform exercises with 4 apparatus out of 5 of their choice. Three groups of judges evaluate the various elements of the exercise. The technical jury assesses the level of difficulty. The artistic jury evaluates the composition only from an artistic point of view. Judges monitor the choreography of the performance, the choice of implements, body movements, originality and skill. They also evaluate musical accompaniment. The performing jury evaluates the degree of perfection of projectiles, expressiveness, virtuosity and technical errors.

H It is impossible not to note the fact that rhythmic gymnastics, or rather the evaluation of the results of performances, is an extremely subjective thing. More than once there were serious scandals and even disqualification of judges due to unequal treatment of athletes.

ABOUT one of the most high-profile incidents occurred at the European Championship in Zaragoza in 2000 with Elena Vitrichenko. Because of this, questions have been repeatedly raised about changing the refereeing procedure (similar to what is happening now in figure skating) or to remove the sport from the Olympic program.

Grading system

IN In individual competitions, the technical and artistic jury evaluates according to a 5-point system, and the performance jury - according to a 10-point system. In group competitions: technical jury - 4-point, artistic - 6-point, and performing - 10-point. Comparison of scores in individual and group competitions is different. Basically, the points awarded by the 3 juries are added together to arrive at the final score. The minimum graduation in individual competitions is 10, in group competitions - 20.

P When evaluating performance, 0.05 points are deducted for minor inconsistencies and violations of accuracy, 0.1 points - for small errors, 0.2 - for medium ones, 0.3 - for gross ones. Points are also deducted for going out of bounds and losing control of the projectile. Violation is also unaesthetic elements during performance.

M the international gymnastics federation in 2001, 2003 and 2005 changed the technical regulations in order to emphasize technical elements and reduce the subjectivity of assessments. Until 2001, the score was given on a 10-point scale, which was changed to a 30-point scale in 2003 and a 20-point scale in 2005.

Dope

X Artistic gymnastics was not spared the problem of doping drugs. They are taken, of course, not to increase endurance or increase muscle mass. The main problem of gymnasts is excess weight. Therefore, the main drugs used are diuretics, which, in turn, are prohibited by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).

Requirements for gymnasts

At program exercises are free movement around the site, including elements of dance, plasticity, facial expressions, pantomime, movements rhythmically coordinated with music without an object and with objects, as well as some elements of simplified stylized acrobatics (semi-acrobatics) in the forms allowed by the competition rules, such like jumps, spins, somersaults, leg swings, tilts, backbends, splits. Thus, the subject of study in rhythmic gymnastics is the art of expressive movement.

At Rhythmic gymnastics exercises are characterized mainly by voluntary movement control. The actions of a gymnast who moves freely around the area are only minimally limited by any external, artificially established conditions, in contrast, for example, to the actions of female gymnasts. gymnastics. Therefore, one of the main tasks technical training in rhythmic gymnastics is associated with the art of owning one's body in natural conditions.

P The latter circumstance largely determines the structure physical qualities both necessary for rhythmic gymnastics and developed by it. It is obvious that in rhythmic gymnastics there cannot be a pronounced problem of development and improvement of such motor qualities as, for example, static strength or speed force muscles shoulder girdle, strength endurance etc.

AND Of the qualities that play a big role in rhythmic gymnastics, flexibility in all its manifestations stands out - passive, active, extremely developed flexibility in hip joints and spine (Fig. 1). In addition, the specificity of this sport requires the development and improvement of fine coordination of movements, a sense of rhythm, musicality, artistry.

At Rhythmic gymnastics exercises place significant demands on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems the body of those involved. This is evidenced by an increase in the heart rate when performing exercises of the classification program to near-limit, significant sizes oxygen debt and oxygen demand. Training sessions run from high intensity(during training, the average heart rate is 148 beats / min). In this regard, highly qualified gymnasts are characterized by a high functional level of vegetative maintenance systems.

FROM the falsity of the structure of gymnasts' motor actions makes it necessary to memorize a large volume of relatively independent movements. This imposes requirements on the memory of gymnasts, as well as on such qualities as diligence, clarity and completeness of visual representations, accuracy of movement reproduction.

TO The quality of exercise performance (expressiveness, artistry, etc.) dictates the need to form the ability for self-control and correction of muscle efforts, stability of attention, the ability to concentrate and distribute attention, speed of response, speed of thinking, quick wit, self-criticism, perseverance.

ABOUT one of the essential features of rhythmic gymnastics is the importance of the compositional solution of arbitrary exercises. The trend towards a relative leveling of the technical and functional capabilities of gymnasts who claim to win prizes in high-ranking competitions significantly aggravates the competitive struggle, the victory in which begins to be determined by the originality, novelty of the composition. free programs(both in individual and group competitions).

P the above features of rhythmic gymnastics characterize mainly the activities of athletes in conditions training sessions. The conditions in which competitions take place are significantly different from the conditions of training. In order to effectively overcome the difficulties created by competitive activities (emotional tension, starting fever, etc.), a gymnast must have quick wit, courage, balance, self-control, perseverance, striving for success.

Is the body insured?

R poison training lasts four to five hours. Muscles hurt. Nails break. Beautiful legs - and those in bruises (the program of the St. Petersburg team includes an element when the athlete hits the hoop with her foot on the fly). Therefore, outside the mat, gymnasts have to limit themselves in motor activity: no motorcycles, no jet skis. Girls try not to drive cars, even in the passenger seat, in case there is an accident? They walk.

ABOUT However, it is not customary for our gymnasts to insure certain parts of the body, as the actresses Gina Lollobrigida or Jennifer Lopez did (only for international competitions insurance required). Although it probably should have.

About judging

Refereeing. Grades are given for performing exercises with each subject, and medals and places are distributed according to the sum of all points scored. The score is given according to three criteria - for complexity, artistry and technique. In the individual competition, gymnastics perform exercises with 4 apparatus out of 5 of their choice.

During the exercises, gymnasts must use the entire area of the mat. Both hands must be involved in the work with the object. Items must be constantly in motion, otherwise penalty points are awarded. Exercises should last G15″ to GZO. Program in group exercises consists of 2 exercises: the first - with one type of object, the second - with different types items. The duration of each exercise is from 2x15" to 2'30".

For each overdue second, 0.05 points are awarded. The gymnast must finish the exercise in such a way as to touch the object with any part of the body with the simultaneous end of the music.

Three groups of judges evaluate the various elements of the exercise. The technical jury evaluates the level of difficulty - the difficulties of the body and the difficulties of the apparatus. The Body Difficulty Judge can give a maximum score of 10 points, similarly to the difficulty of the apparatus (also a maximum of 10 points). The final difficulty score is the average score between the body and apparatus difficulty scores. Maximum 10 points.

Fundamental changes have taken place in the rules of refereeing rhythmic gymnastics. Firstly, the so-called “risk elements” are now being evaluated - super-complex elements, the probability of error of which is quite high. Previously, they were performed for personal pleasure and for the public, now they will be given appropriate marks for them.

The performing jury evaluates the execution of the exercises from a technical point of view - the degree of perfection of the subject, expressiveness, virtuosity and technical errors. The maximum score is 10 points. The artistic jury evaluates the composition only from an artistic point of view. This is the third rating out of ten points for choreography and music, that is, for the image.

Naked technique without appropriate artistry will not work. The use of music as a background, missing the rhythm, insufficient disclosure of the image, and so on will be severely punished. First, it is very important to strike a delicate balance between risk, a high base score, and reliable execution. Coaches “stuff” programs with super-complex elements, for which, if they fail, they will give the same mark as for ordinary ones - zero. At the same time, it is necessary to forget about artistry, image. Going out on the carpet and just running back to the music is now unacceptable. Judges monitor the choreography of the performance, body movements, originality and skill.

When evaluating the performance, errors are recorded, depending on their degree, and are punished with the following penalties:

0.10 points for minor errors

0.20 points for average errors

0.30 points or more for serious errors

Points are also deducted for going out of bounds and losing an object. Any accidental dropping of the apparatus will be penalized by the Execution Judges as follows:

0.30 if the item is taken immediately

control jury), divided in half.

Deliberate errors in judging, i.e. the bias of judges in modern rhythmic gymnastics, begin to interfere with the competitive process. Special studies on this issue show that the reasons that force a judge to admit bias are:

1. Performance of your student, your team or the opposing team

2. Fear of your leadership

3. Negative attitude towards the coach of a certain team, etc.

Unintentional errors in refereeing. Until recently, difficulties in refereeing competitions in rhythmic gymnastics were associated with the imperfection of the rules themselves, with their cumbersomeness. At the same time, the ability of the person himself to perceive, process and issue judicial information was not taken into account. Judges in rhythmic gymnastics, when evaluating combinations, have to take into account a large number of components of performing skills.

The conducted studies have shown that judges are able to process 80% of sports and technical information - this leads to inadequate evaluation of performance skills.

The next reason is the fatigue of the judges. Fatigue causes not only a weakening of the properties of memory, but also a weakening of attention. The weakening of attention leads to significant errors in the evaluation of the exercise.

To the social - psychological reasons the subjectivity of judges' assessments include:

1. The inspiring effect of performance (conformal reactions - compliance reactions,

2. The impact of a stereotype that determines some dependence of the judge's assessment on
