An agile play of catching your feet off the ground. High-intensity outdoor games for children of the preparatory group

In honor of Children's Day, DG asked the writer Natalia Fomin to recall the games that the children played in her childhood. Now we know in detail the rules of "lie" and "kondal".

And it is completely wrong that in pre-iPhone times, all literally children of the earth did nothing but play outdoor games or start every minute in sneakers. There were always those who were sitting on the sidelines and greedily gossiping, dyeing their eyelashes, throwing "little knives" or just breathing quietly. But the environment still makes a person, so everyone was familiar with the rules of the game.

ABOVE FOOT FROM THE EARTH

It all started like this: a shaggy schoolboy was running around the yard with a dashing shout: "Get ready, people who are going to play higher than their feet from the ground!" thumb his arms were protruded upward, as if the student was actively approving something. But the schoolboy did not approve of anything, and he prepared his finger so that those who wanted to cling to it in layers. As a result, a moving human multi-handle was formed, which in itself could be considered a full-fledged game.

The presenter was identified using a rhyme. Oh, these children's counting rhymes! Each had a favorite: from the harmless "On the golden porch sat a king, a prince, a king, a prince, a shoemaker, a tailor, who will you be?" a month out of the fog, took a knife out of my pocket, I will cut, I will beat, I will drive you anyway ”. This means that the leader was chosen, he stood, and all the others ran chaotically around until the leader gave the command: "Above your feet from the ground!"

And here it was necessary to jump somewhere, and instantly. Various things were suitable: steps, hemp, ladders, slides and even strong trees with conveniently located branches. Those who stayed downstairs lost and started the next round.

Bad ABOVE LEGS were the ones that quickly annoyed with their absolute meaninglessness. What are good - they did not require any additional equipment. Because LYAG and STANDR needed a ball. And go find the ball, if you just go home, they will leave you immediately to wash, have dinner, dust off or visit your grandmother.

STANDER

In our yard, the standard was a kind of hide and seek, like the "twelve sticks". But if in the "sticks" the players had exactly the time to hide, during which the presenter collected twelve chips, ritually thrown, then in the standard the leader would rhythmically hit the ball: “Standard-standard-alexander-alexander-standard-standard -standr-stop! " And he went to look.

I know there was an alternative standard, but the consciousness of its rules somehow did not fix it.

LEGS

They were subdivided into ordinary and Moscow ones, and Moscow ones were, of course, steeper. In ordinary legs, the guys alternately jumped over the ball, which was thrown into the wall. The wall had to be deaf, because the windows and the ball in children's games are poorly compatible, the ends of the houses fit. It was considered a special courtyard chic to "open the window" - to raise a leg and let the ball pass without jumping, or to jump like a "goat" - with his back to the wall.

Mostly girls played lyagi. Knee-highs of various colors slid down onto sandals, braids clapped on the shoulders, overgrown bangs flew up and returned to their place, exactly to the middle of the pupils.

In the Moscow frogs, a ball also appeared, two players threw it to each other, and the third rushed in the middle and jumped across. One can imagine that Moscow lyagi are similar to KNOCKERS (or bouncers), but they are not.

KNOCKERS

The game is tough, even cruel. From those who played by lot, two knockers were chosen. They stood at the edges of the so-called field. The rest of the guys were on the field. The task of the knockers is to throw the ball and hit a friend. The task of the guys in the field is to dodge the blow. This is the basis. The superstructure changed from street to street. For example, the kicker could throw a potato by rolling the ball on the ground, then all the outfield players must jump over it. Or the knocker shouted: "Bomb!" Or if a player caught the ball (called "catch"), then the next time he did not fly off the field.

The girls did not like to play knockers, but they had to, because the boys liked to play knockers, and common interests bring them closer. The girls preferred the rubber band.

RUBBER

Linen elastic was stolen from underpants, tights and mother's skirts of the "tatyanka" style. Several pieces were tied together to obtain a closed loop. The elastic was stretched over two pairs of girls' legs, a third girl jumped into the rectangle in the middle and weaved all sorts of patterns. This “rubber band” is essentially a copy of the famous “cat’s cradle” (cat’s cradle) - a game with a rope ring stretched over your fingers, when you create patterns on your spaced hands step by step. By the way, we did not know the correct name for playing with a rope, “the cradle for a cat” appeared later, they simply said: a rope.

Record holders in the "rubber band" and champions in the "string" walked around the school. The good thing about the "string" was that the execution required only a stern thread and one's own hands. Perfect option.

CONDALS

The weird one of the games. Probably, it is still called shackles - well, shackles, handcuffs. But from the play speech, it is precisely the kondala, the stress on the first syllable, is clearly heard.

They were divided into two teams. And yes, there should have been more players, at least six. The teams stood opposite each other about ten meters away, held hands and began to exchange remarks: Kondaly! - Shackled! - Unscrew! - Whom? - My brother! - What's your name? - the name of the "brother" was called, who ran and with a running start tried to break the clasped hands of the players of the other team. If he succeeded in doing this, he took one of its participants with him. Most often they played in the narrow corridors of the school. For some reason, there was always little light, and the exclamations in the twilight sounded exciting.

Stupid game. And the speech is good. It's nice to shout it out, I think. Maybe the group "Nautilus-Pompilius" was inspired by the kondaly to create the legendary song. Yes, I mean this: "Here you can play the trumpet in your mind, but no matter how you play, you still play the rebound."

AND FURTHER

We played "tricolo-stop": the presenter thinks of a word, names the first and last letters, the players guess. The trick is that when the correct answer sounds, the leader runs quickly until he is shouted: "Trikolo-stop!" (don't know what that means). Then they determined how many steps to the escaped leader: five simple, seven giant, three ant.

We played classics - of course, girls. The rules were different. Some adhered to the early century version of the bat being carried on the leg. Jump and not fall. But the majority chose the modern conditions of the game: the bat is thrown by the toe of the foot, and, depending on which chalk square it hit, you get a task. I remember that the six was "dumb": it was impossible to make sounds.

They jumped over the rope. The ropes were tied by removing the handles.

They played musicians - they talked to each other in a complex way using quotes from songs. For example, one begins: “How can, how can you stomp with forged boots! Carefully, carefully, blue earth under your feet! " And the second, on reflection, replies: "Again the last train ran away from me!"

They played "kitty-brys-meow" - an analogue of forfeits, with a childish erotic overtones. They played "the sea is worried once", played "I am a monk in blue pants", played "I was born a gardener." They played confusion - they held hands and began to "get confused" (step over, twist, crawl and fit their heads into the holes formed), without disengaging their hands. We played “don't say yes and no” (it was especially entertaining on excursions to a sponsored plant or during a pioneer rally), played silent and staring.

My God, you tell me, and everything seems stupid and stupid. But this damn childhood is over - and okay.

The rules of the game Above the feet from the ground

This game is best played on a playground or in a forest park, where there are many places where you can sit, jump, or hang on your hands with your legs raised.

First, the driver is selected using rhymes or draw.

The game starts as usual tag, only a new rule appears: the escaping player can sit on any bench, swing, log and raise his legs or hang. The main thing is that your feet do not touch the ground.

In this case, he becomes inviolable and the water runs after other players. You cannot stay in a position with raised legs for a long time. If all players' legs are “in the air,” the water can grease anyone.

Often a lot of controversy raises the question: is it possible to sit on the ground and raise your legs. Therefore, this should be agreed at the very beginning of the game.

There are variants of these tags " tag on metal" and " tag on the tree". In this case, the object that bestows immunity must be metal, stone, or wood.

A kind of catch-up with the "rescue" option. The players run away from the driver, he tries to catch or grease the one who is closer - but at the same time the escaper can get "shelter" if he manages to take such a position in space so that his feet do not touch the surface of the ground. One could jump on a log or a stump, sit on a bench with raised legs, jump onto a curb and stay there ... At the same time, an ordinary participant in the game had no right to linger too long in his shelter, and the driver had no right to stand and watch someone. then: if your intended victim was able to slip away, let's run after the rest! Along the way, on the run, more bizarre and inventive ways of dividing the earth and one's own limbs appeared: to hang on a branch, swinging his legs in the air, fall into the grass, raising his legs ... However, the last method was too simple, so it was often agreed in advance that this option is not considered salvation. If the driver managed to touch the player, before he managed to jump anywhere, then they change places, and now the salted man rushes to catch the rest. Very well suited for this kind of game playground, where in sufficient numbers there were all sorts of horizontal bars, gates, ladders, walls and other things on which you could jump or hang on them - but not at too close a distance so that you could run properly!

COLLECTION OF YARD GAMES

For a long time I am going to record games played by a group of girls 6-10 years old in our yard (my daughter, who is 6 years old, the youngest in this company, the other girls are 7-10 years old). Not all of their games are the same as those of my childhood.

1. "Black Rose"
Show in full ..

(as it turned out, it is played not only in our yard, but also girls from completely different yards, albeit from our area - a few stops away from us)

The players choose a "house", a certain word-base and a leader. The driver walks around the yard, all the players follow him in single file, while the driver begins to compose a story based on the base word, where everything is necessarily black. For example: "in a black-black city there is a black-black house, etc." When he says "black rose" (exactly like that, and not "black roses" or "black rose", etc.) he rushes to catch the rest of the players, and they must scatter. Whoever ran to the house is saved. Whoever is caught becomes a driver.

2. "Bananas"

All the players hang on sufficiently strong and high objects, details of playgrounds, etc. The driver walks under them saying: "Bananas hung-hung-hung ... and ripe!" at this moment, the "bananas" fall and scatter, and the driver catches them.

3. Bambashki

On the road, "bambashki" are placed - any suitable objects, the player must ride on something (scooter, bicycle, etc.) without hitting these same bambashki. And without falling, of course :)

4. Sticky tags

The driver catches up with the rest of the players. If the player touched an object other than the ground, then it cannot be salted.

5. Above the ground (the legs are suspended)

You cannot poke a player whose feet do not touch the ground.

6. Spider and fly

You need to play on some structures that you can climb and that are large enough to play. This structure is considered a "spider web". In the middle of the "web" there is a driving spider, the rest are flies. The flies run away from the spider along the "cobweb", and the spider catches them until it bites.

7. Hide and seek

8. Family (Same)

The driver throws the ball to someone and says a name (any word), the player catches the ball if he liked the name or discards it if he didn't like it. If the driver says the word "family" (or "himself" in the game "himself") and the player caught the ball, then he himself can choose a name. Thus, each is chosen a name, patronymic, surname, husband, work, etc.

9. Traffic light

For some reason this game was not known to me in childhood, my children taught me it already. But the mother of our boy friend assures us that they played it in childhood.
A "road" is drawn - two lines. The lateral boundaries are also determined, beyond which it is impossible to run away. All players stand on one side of the road, leading with their backs to them in the center of the road. The driver names a color and turns quickly. Those who have this color in their clothes, show it and calmly pass, the rest must cross the "road" without being caught by the driver. Whom the driver has pissed off becomes the driver.

10. Bunny

Another game that for some reason only girls play in anticipation of dancing from senior group in the group where my daughter dances. The same girls in the yard do not play this game. Maybe because they are from different households, i.e. get together only at dances.
Players stand in one row in front of the driver. Each one speaks in turn:

"Bunny-bunny, what time is it,
I'm in a hurry for my birthday
and my watch is standing
do not say anything".

In response, the driver says how many steps this person needs to go through (as in the game of hale-hallo, the steps can be different, from giants to midgets). Whoever is closer to the leader won. And although the game of halle-hallo is much more interesting, for some reason it never took root in its full form in our yard (although it offered the girls to play it a couple of times - maybe precisely because I suggested, that is, an adult) , and the same bunny, albeit a dumber version of this game, arouses great interest in my daughter, she still wants to join the playing girls. Probably because the idea of the game comes from children and not from an adult ...

11. Vampire

I watched this game in a completely different yard and with the boys. It is called "vampire". the game is similar to the game "owl-owl", but instead of a vampire owl. During the day, he sleeps, and everyone is jumping, and at night everyone should freeze, and he catches the one who is booming.

And a universal rule for all games. Any player can stop playing by saying "bumps, bumps, I'm taking a break.")))
