  2. This is a counter-attacking movement against the side sweep, which is called tsubame-gaeshi. Perform it in each direction 20 times. At the same time, hands cannot be used to simulate a throwing movement.
  3. The next is a sweeping movement with a turn, which is performed in each direction in 20 repetitions. To perform it, you need to imagine that you are holding your opponent. Turn around and when simulating the turn of the enemy, this movement should coincide with yours.
  4. The tai-otoshi movement or front stretcher should be done at high speed diagonally for a distance of 1.5 to 2 meters. Perform first in one direction, and then in the second, always moving diagonally. In each direction, you need to perform ten repetitions.
If you have a certain level of initial physical training, then in the pauses between exercises it is better not to sit down, but to do push-ups, squats, perform twisting for the abdominal muscles, etc. We recommend gradually reducing the duration of rest pauses.
