You should categorically refuse all sweets, including sugar, honey, jams, candies, chocolates and ice cream, canned fruits and compotes, concentrated fruit juices and sugary carbonated drinks. Remember that sugar dissolved in liquid is absorbed much faster and that sugar is often hidden in foods such as sauce.
The use of sugar substitutes is allowed.
Second.
Try to avoid industrially processed foods, such as white rice or white flour bread, where the food industry adds white sugar, with a generous hand. Instead of white rice, eat only brown (brown) or wild rice. Especially should be abandoned corn and potatoes for any method of their preparation.
Third.
Start eating only "good" carbohydrates. These include coarse grains and some starchy foods such as beans and lentils, as well as most fruits and vegetables. They contain maximum fiber and minimum glucose and, unlike "bad" carbohydrates, do not cause a sharp rise in blood sugar.
Fourth.
Try to stick to the principle of separate meals according to the familiar pattern - "proteins and fats separate from carbohydrates." In this case, the body will have to increase the production of energy from its own fats, which leads to weight loss. Never mix "bad" carbohydrates (sugar, white bread, flour, starchy foods) with lipids (meat, eggs, vegetable oils).
If possible, avoid prepared foods that contain both carbohydrates and fats (chocolate, avocado, liver, fried potatoes, baked goods, fatty dairy products, canned food). Sausages and frankfurters represent a considerable danger, since they contain starch, as well as a large amount of hidden fat.
A well-balanced food should be, first of all, rich in proteins, fiber and limited in carbohydrates and fats.
You will be surprised how comfortable your body can feel!
Fifth.
Eat fruit. On an empty stomach, they are digested in 15 minutes and perfectly stimulate the intestines. Thus, the volume of the stomach will be filled low-calorie foods... Remember, fruit should be eaten on an empty stomach.
Sixth.
Avoid all types of alcohol for at least a week. This is especially true for beer. Only a small amount of light dry wine is acceptable. Drink less fluids with meals to avoid diluting stomach acid. For the same purpose, do not drink immediately before meals. By the way, it is better to prepare fruit juices yourself. Indeed, unlike purchased drinks, they do not contain "quick" sugar.
Seventh.
If you are invited to a festive feast or guests have come to you, remember the most simple rules, the observance of which will not harm your body.
So:
- try to choose “healthy” dishes from a variety of delicious dishes and eat them as slowly as possible, learn to enjoy food and eat beautifully;
- start your festive meal with a salad of fresh vegetables - this dish will suit any drink;
- chew your food thoroughly, do not rush to "learn" everything in one sitting;
- try not to arrange an assortment of fish, meat and other dishes on your plate, choose one thing, preferably the least fatty;
- remember that strong alcoholic drinks increase appetite and dull alertness in relation to food (and not only!). If there is absolutely no way to give up alcohol, give preference to dry wines. They are at least good for digestion and metabolism.
Look no longer at the table, but at those sitting next to them, compliment them and maintain small talk. You talk more - eat less.
And of course, try not to miss a single dance. Dancing is a good relief during a feast.
Eighth.
The most important factor leading to the development of obesity is low physical activity. Moreover, even the normal amount of food taken is excessive, since the calories that enter the body are not burned during physical exertion, but are converted into fat. Therefore, there are more movements.
Ninth.
Drink only water! At least 8 glasses a day! Excess water is stressful for the body. The more you drink, the more stress hormones your adrenal glands secrete, because these are the hormones that are "fat burning". Increase your daily allowance by about 2.5 liters. Remember: you need still water! But it's not only that.
Additional advantages: "Burning" fat is accompanied by the side formation of toxins. When there are too many of them, the body stops fat metabolism so as not to be poisoned. Water flushes out toxins, and the body gives the go-ahead to continue destroying fats.
Tenth.
Please be patient to consistently and persistently put all of these tips into practice. You have deliberately or unconsciously spoiled your appearance for many years, and there is no way to regain your lost physical attractiveness within a month or two. This takes time, and success in this depends on yourself and the experience of the doctor supervising you.
Losing weight means not only improving health, but also returning youth.

First step

The first stage should be started from the second clean day after the CD (critical days).
The first stage lasts from 2 to 3 weeks. the main task the first stage is the removal of dependence, i.e. weaning the body from "fast" carbohydrates and simultaneous gentle cleaning of the gastrointestinal tract with the restoration of normal intestinal microflora. At this stage of passing my methodology, you will need some restrictions. Before proceeding to cleanse the intestines, it must be unloaded.

I will give, as an example, the average daily diet for those who pass the first stage of the method:
In the morning, on an empty stomach: a glass of water (200g).
Breakfast:
a glass of Activia (or any low-fat kefir with bifido- or lacto-bacteria) without sugar and aromatic additives (pay attention to the expiration date);
a handful of a mixture of nuts: (pine nuts are preferable), almonds, walnuts, no more than a full tablespoon;
a handful of bran (or fiber) from 40 to 100 g.;
after 1.5-2 hours - one apple (eat with seeds);
in 0.5-1 hours - a capsule "Meridia" (used only as prescribed by a doctor).
Dinner:
salad "Greek" or any other of any vegetables and lettuce leaves, on 1-1.5 teaspoons of unrefined olive or linseed oil (the amount and time of use is not limited, but the amount of oil per daily serving is invariable, no more than 1-1.5 teaspoons).
At night: just before going to bed - the protein of two eggs or a glass of warm milk, 1.5% fat.

Supplements:
During the day: 2-3 cups of green tea without sugar (it is possible with a substitute, except for fructose), 1.5-2 liters of raw water, amino acid vitamins (prescribed by the doctor).
In addition to the specified diet, it is allowed to eat another 2-3 apples, but not earlier than an hour after any meal or an hour before it.
During these two weeks, it is advisable to use only apples from fruits, but grapefruits are also allowed. You cannot mix different fruits on the same day. Completely prohibited: bananas, beets, carrots.
The main principle: NO HUNGER!
If you just feel the initial signs of hunger, immediately eat an apple or a handful of bran.
All these days, meat and fish products are completely excluded. Protein deficiency is partially compensated by nuts, fermented milk products and egg white.
If you did everything correctly, then the weight loss by the end of the second week will be about 5 - 7 kg. You can proceed to the second stage of the program.

Second phase
The main goal of this stage is to directly reduce weight against the background of further cleansing the intestines and restructuring metabolism. This period can last long enough until you approach the optimal weight for your body.
At this stage, the restrictions are no longer as severe as in the first two weeks. These restrictions will smooth out moderate portions of low-fat cottage cheese, chicken, turkey, fish, seafood. It is best to cook them boiled, steamed, but not fried, and periodically replace them in the diet.
It is worth noting that the first problems may arise at this stage. And the main one is that the more you lose weight, the slower the process goes. Finally, a moment comes when the body, tired of fighting overweight, he categorically refuses to all your persuasions. For everyone, this moment comes in due time. It depends on the correctness of the fulfillment of the conditions of the methodology and the characteristics of a particular organism. The length of the second stage depends on the reaction of your body and the initial amount of fat mass. As a result of passing this stage, you should get as close as possible in terms of your indicators to your normal weight. But I always recommend keeping some insignificant amount of adipose tissue, at least for one year.

The third stage at this stage is the consolidation of the desired weight.

Athletes and girls who want to wear their favorite dress may need to urgently lose those extra pounds. When the result is needed quickly, a rigid diet for fast weight loss is suitable. It can be calculated for several days or for one month. It all depends on what contraindications are and how quickly you should lose weight.

Not everyone can withstand extreme methods. However, you need to understand that even a strict 3-day diet will not allow you to lose 20 kg of excess weight. This is physically impossible.

Nutrition is based on the following principles:

  • a small variety of low-calorie foods permitted;
  • protein intake to a greater extent;
  • small portions;
  • the choice between three meals a day or frequent meals the size of a handful;
  • many prohibited foods.

  • heavy physical exertion should be avoided, and preference should be given to light sports;
  • healthy and productive sleep at least 8 hours a day;
  • time for losing weight should be chosen for the vacation period so as not to succumb to the temptations of employees, food lovers;
  • in case of a drop in mood, the appearance of a feeling of fatigue or depression, it is necessary to find ways to please yourself (shopping, meeting with friends);
  • you cannot use any medications, only multivitamin complexes are allowed.

It is important to prepare in advance for the right way out from the diet. This will avoid negative consequences for the body and well-being in general.

To avoid all the negative consequences, it is necessary to choose at the initial stage. Although it will not be possible to lose a lot of kilograms, but for a start this is quite enough. After consulting a nutritionist, after a while, you can try a rigid diet for 2 weeks, and so on.

The features of a strict diet include:

  • complete exclusion from the diet of everything fried, smoked, salted, baked;

Chemical diet

An equally effective and safe protein diet is considered. It was developed by nutritionist Osam Hamdiy. The menu is structured in such a way that a person consumes as much protein as possible.

Due to the fact that the amount of consumed fats and carbohydrates decreases, the accumulated fat is burned in the body.

In a week you can lose up to 7 kilograms, and in a month up to 30. Weight will start to decrease gradually. The result will be visible on the weights after a week, provided that everything is followed and the chemical diet is not disturbed. In combination with physical activity, the body will become fit.

The main contraindications to this diet are pregnancy, lactation, stomach and intestinal diseases, allergies to citrus and egg white.

A strict chemical diet requires the following rules:

  • the main foods required for consumption are eggs and grapefruit;
  • the combination of these two ingredients allows you to effectively burn fat;
  • salt should be limited to 6 grams per day;
  • water consumption per day is at least 2.5 liters;
  • you can't drink food;
  • herbal and green teas are allowed;
  • kiwi, apples, oranges or plums are allowed;

This type of weight loss is the safest, since products containing the necessary macro- and microelements are allowed.


Dish recipes

In any case, they consist of breakfast, lunch and dinner. The main recipes for dishes include boiled porridge or meat, cooking vegetable salads.

To prepare buckwheat or any other porridge, you should adhere to the recipe: for 100 grams of cereal, twice as much water.
