To make bran pancakes you will need:

  • Two eggs;
  • Oat bran - 10 grams;
  • Gluten - 30g.;

The dry ingredients are first mixed with eggs, and then kefir and cottage cheese are added. The pan is heated, greased with oil and pancakes are baked.

Cheese from Ducan

Many common grocery stores do not fit into the Dukan diet. Traditional cheese is high in fat and salt. Therefore, it is important to use the special Dukan cheese.

You can eat it during all phases of the diet. For him you need low-fat cottage cheese and kefir, five eggs and salt.

The cheese will be ready in 5-7 hours. If you do not plan to eat it in the near future, you need to store it in the refrigerator.

Chicken kebab

You will need:

  • Meat from chicken thighs 6 pieces and 1 breast;
  • Low-fat kefir (can be replaced with natural yogurt) - 2 glasses;
  • Seasonings (curry, paprika, etc.) and salt to taste (but remember the rule of limited use);
  • Onions are small heads;
  • Skewer.

Cook two different composition for soaking meat. The first is kefir with curry and paprika. The breast is soaked in it. The second is yogurt and chicken condiments that fit the thighs. To marinate, the workpieces must be refrigerated for 2-3 hours.

Chop the onion into wide slices. String on a skewer in this order - thighs, breast, onions. You can fry on the grill or in the oven at 180 degrees. Do not forget to periodically turn the kebab over. Garlic sauce is great with the dish.
