Which style to choose: skate or classic?

V cross-country skiing There are 2 main styles of movement: skating and classic. For beginner skiers, it is better to choose and learn one style first - it will be easier this way; and in addition, each of these styles requires a different set of equipment.

Classic style assumes movement on the track and, at first glance, is easier to learn for beginners.
