Nizhnekamsk "Neftekhimik" can be safely called the main discovery of the summer-autumn part of the championship. “We knew that only victory would leave us in the FNL, we tuned in for it, prepared, the guys realized everything. The difficulty of the situation lasted throughout the spring, but the players showed best qualities, for which thanks to them. Orenburg and Krylya Sovetov entered the Premier League directly
Among the teams directly entering the Russian Football Premier League (RFPL), before the final round of the FNL championship, their own intrigue has remained. At the top of the tournament table, the question was decided who would become the champion of the league.
Taking first and second places, respectively, "Orenburg" and "Krylia Sovetov" lost points in their matches. The Orenburg team drew with Tambov (1: 1), and the Samara club lost to Luch-Energia (0: 2). In his opinion, interest in the FNL championship is growing every year. "This championship was probably the most interesting in the last seven years. This season, test matches have shown people's interest in games, and I hope this trend will continue," he said.
Despite the end of the FNL season, the list of clubs that have left the league is not yet final. If one of the winning teams of its PFL zone cannot pass the FNL licensing, then the club that took the highest place among the eliminated will remain in its place in the first league. Now the 17th-ranked "Rotor-Volgograd" has the greatest chances to keep a residence permit in the FNL. Luch-Energia, Tyumen and Fakel were sequentially behind it.
"The 16th place definitely does not fly out and remains in the league. For the rest, let's wait for licensing. According to the regulations, four teams from the FNL fly out, but in fact we will wait for information from the licensing commission and on May 15 it will be possible to give some comments," emphasized Efremov.
The meeting of the FNL club licensing commission will be held at the RFU on Monday. All the leaders of their PFL zones, except for Vostok, applied for this procedure: Chertanovo (West zone), Ararat (Center zone), Mordovia (Ural-Volga zone) and Afips "with" Armavir "(" South "zone).
