Read these instructions carefully before assembling and using the simulator !!!

1) The safety and effective use of the simulator is possible only if it is correctly assembled, maintained and used exclusively for its intended purpose.

2) Before starting training, consult your doctor and make sure that your health condition allows you to use the simulator. Do not neglect medical supervision - check your heart rate, blood pressure and blood cholesterol levels regularly.

3) During exercise, monitor your well-being. Remember: Excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: pain, chest tightness, uneven pulse, rapid breathing, dizziness, and nausea. After that, be sure to get another medical check before continuing with your studies.

4) The simulator must be installed on a flat solid surface; some kind of protective covering is desirable on the floor. There must be at least 1.5m of free space around the simulator. The treadmill should not be installed in damp or damp rooms or on balconies.

5) Check all major fasteners of the product before use.

6) An adequate level of safety in the use of the equipment can only be achieved through regular inspections of components and replacement of worn and / or broken parts.


7) Use the machine only for its intended purpose. If you find any faulty components during assembly or testing, do not use the treadmill until the problem is completely resolved. Also, stop immediately if you hear any unusual noises or crackles.

To assemble the simulator, use the pictures from the original instructions included in the package.

SETTING UP THE SIMULATOR

Inspect the machine regularly to assess the condition of all parts.

The fasteners must not be loose and the cables must not sag. Lubricate moving parts as needed.

BASIC EXERCISES

1. Top link.

Starting position : Sitting facing the machine, arms straight, legs apart.

The exercise: pull the lever so that it almost touches the neck from the back of the head, take a short pause, return to the starting position.

Make sure that the lever does not touch the back of the head.

2. Top link

Starting position: Sit facing the machine with your legs apart. Grasp the traction handle, lean back slightly.

The exercise: Pull the pull down to chest level, pause briefly, return to starting position.

3. Press from the chest.

The exercise: bend your leg, pause briefly, straighten your leg.

Before starting assembly, prepare all fasteners and make sure all parts are included. All plastic parts are already assembled by the manufacturer, with the exception of the linings.

Assembly instructions



Step 1:

For this stage of assembly, use the parts marked "Part1"


  1. Attach the front and rear support beam (9) to the lower support beam (10). Attach the support (3) to the beam (10) as shown in diagram 1.

  2. Insert the rails (7) with the stop (28) and the casing holder into the lower support beam (10) as shown in diagram 4c and fix. Place the weights (27) on the guides (7) as in diagrams 4a and 4b.

  3. Install the Weight Selection Bar (24) into the Top Weight Plate (25). Slide the upper weight plate (25) onto the rails and weights.

  4. Attach four Shrouds (72) to the Upper and Lower Shroud Retainers (71) and secure with the Holders (73).


Step 2:

For this stage of assembly, use the parts marked "Part2"
1. Attach the Upper Frame (1) to the Upright (3) with Bolts (52), Nuts (49), and Washers (50). Install the rails (7) into the holes of the upper frame and secure with the bolts (51) as shown in diagrams 4a and 5. (Do not tighten the bolts too tight at this stage)

2. Attach the butterfly plug (2) to the upper frame (1) with pins (31) and secure with bolts (37) as shown in diagrams 6a and 6b.

3. Insert an L-shaped, curved screw (23) into the holes in the butterfly fork (2) and secure the Plastic Knob (62) to it with the Bolt (59) and Nut (58). Connect the L-shaped bent screw to the hole in the butterfly fork with the spring (60) as shown in diagram 7.

4. Secure levers (5, 6) to butterfly fork (2) with bolts (55) and washers / nuts (56/58).

Place the Foam Rollers (35) over the Lever Handles (4, 5). Attach handles (6) to levers (4,5) with bolts (61) and washers / nuts (50, 61). Place the pads (42) on the handles (6) as in diagram 8.


Step 3:

For this stage of assembly, use the parts marked "Part3"

1. Attach the Seat Post (12) and Plate (29) to the Post (3) and the Front Post (11) to the Seat Post (12). Insert the roller neck (13) and put on the rollers (45).

2. Attach the rear backrest (15) to the upright (3) and the seat (14) to the seat support (12).

3. Attach the Desk Pad (74) to the Desk (75) with the Screws (76) and Washers (77). Insert plug (46) into front post (11).

Step 4:

The cables for this stage of the assembly are marked "Part4"




Step 5:

For this stage of assembly, use the parts marked "Part5"


  1. The three cables must be installed at the same time as the rollers and their guards, as shown in the figures.
Position of the ropes:

  • the lower cable (16) runs from the front pillar to the support beam, where it connects to a chain that adjusts the tension of the cables;

  • the butterfly cable (18) runs from the left arm (4) to the right arm (5) and is attached to both sides of the fork (2);

  • the upper cable (17) runs from the upper link bar through the upper rollers and is attached at the other end to the upper weight plate (25).

  • Use Chain (68) and Carabiners (66) to adjust the cable tension.

  • Tighten all nuts and bolts well.

    99% of the cable breaks occur as a result of jumping out of the grooves of the rollers when driving. A prerequisite for this may be the weakening of the cable tension. Check the condition of the cables periodically and retighten them, if necessary, using the chain and clamps.
