Discovery of scientists: The more beautiful the TV presenter, the more difficult it is to understand what she is talking about. What happened to you sad on the set

T24 TV presenter Arina Gorshkova about real men, drive, submarines and Lego

Arina Gorshkova, the host of the Arinology program on the T24 channel, is in love with her profession and is engaged in her life's work. It is obvious. Otherwise, a TV channel with a masculine character would not have decorated its broadcast with this girl. Note, the only one among TV presenters. The intrigue of the program is the female view of the male world. And it's worth it to be seen.

Since childhood, Arina dreamed of becoming a TV program host

On the website of the T24 channel it appears that from the very beginning it was clear that you would become a journalist. At what age did you announce to your parents that you would become a journalist?

Probably at what age is difficult to say. But since childhood, my favorite toy was a fungus, on which my grandmothers used to mend socks. And with this imitation of a microphone, I went after my dad, who uncoiled fishing rods for winter fishing, and I asked him questions. I asked what my mother, who cooked the soup, was doing. I was full of childish curiosity, a desire to know more, constant questions "why?" And when I grew up and became interested in journalism, it was not surprising for anyone.

When you got carried away with journalism, what did you prefer - to write, speak, be in the frame?

A bit of everything. I liked school activities - concerts, performances, coming up with something new, there was also art school, all kinds of sports hobbies - from boxing to volleyball and swimming. And when in the 10th grade I got into the children's television academy, I got acquainted with the television professions: cinematography, screenwriting, the work of the presenter ... And it took me over, I wanted to master this profession and entered the journalism faculty at GITR. I started working as a correspondent for Komsomolskaya Pravda in the Moscow department, then I was transferred to the TV channel "TVNZ", where I worked for a long time as a presenter and author of morning and evening programs. Then she collaborated with the radio "Megapolis", TV channel "Russia", wrote for various sites and finally ended up on the channel "T24".

And how did you get to know T24?

The channel announced auditions and was looking for a boy - a presenter, an author who is ready to explore complex male topics. I liked the vacancy so much that I thought: "Why can't I try myself as a host?" I love extreme views sports, I am interested in male professions, besides, I have always had little story, but I wanted to experience it myself. Since I already had experience of such filming, I sent my resume and was invited to the casting. Among many interested parties, I was most interested in the channel. And she became the first and so far the only girl leading on "T24".

They were looking for a male presenter on the T24 TV channel, but they found Arina

Has this fact instilled pride in you, raised your self-esteem, or is it a high bar for you that needs to be justified?

I think a bit of everything. Of course, it's nice when you are chosen among many applicants and given a chance to declare yourself. But this is also a big responsibility, because We swung at the world of men, respectively, you need to understand that men have their own way, their own requirements. And you need to win their trust, respect, so for me this is both a bar that needs to be met and an incentive to improve and develop.

Do you remember your first shooting for "T24" in the "inhale-exhale" style or a bright holiday with confetti?

There were a lot of emotions. At first it was very exciting: a new project, new team, there is still no idea what will happen. The first program was called "Forge" and was dedicated to the blacksmith's craft. The shooting took place in Moscow. At some point, I was so fascinated by the topic that I forgot that the shooting was in progress, and just plunged into the process. They gave me a piece of iron and explained what to do with it: heat, beat, pull. When, at the final stage, a small piece of iron turns into a beautiful rocking chair, a piece of manual labor, then you feel proud of your work.

No, the topic is chosen by general decision. Some options are offered on the part of the producer, on the part of the director and the author, then the most interesting one is selected and its development begins. I was the author of two programs - "Forges" and "Snowmobiles"... In the future, my colleagues acted as authors, and I remained the host.

Arina Gorshkova - the first presenter on the T24 channel

When you went to shoot submarines in Severodvinsk, after what moment did you develop a sense of deep respect for their work? After all, there is much less romance than hellish labor.

When I crossed the threshold of the first workshop of the Sevmash plant, I got the feeling that this is such a city within a city. Those huge rooms where we had access, those fragments that we saw and filmed - this is, of course, colossal! This is such power and such strength that pride arises that in our country there are people who produce something fantastic. When I had the opportunity to walk on our two submarines of the first category "Arkhangelsk" and "Severodvinsk", the sensations were indescribable. Next to them, it is breathtaking not only for girls, but also for men. And you don't understand - how it is gaining incredible speed and swims? After all, many of our boats were included in the Guinness Book of Records. I learned that submarines are mostly not built, but boiled, there is a huge number of welded joints, this can only be compared with the Lego constructor. What is most striking is that each seam is unique. And every welder has his own handwriting. You can always find out the author of the letter, you can also always find out the author of the seam.

After what program did you understand: “I am a woman, and by this I am right”? Those. professions are so masculine that there is no need to go there for any kind of gingerbread, or with any feminist slogans?

Probably, after all, after "Kuznitsa" and "Welders" Sevmash. Despite the fact that there are women blacksmiths who work great, they fall into the same Guinness Book of Records. And there are female welders who deserve many awards. And don't do their job worse than men... But most likely, it was not for nothing that from time immemorial it has developed that men occupy the priority in these professions. In my opinion, having tried this job and plunged into the profession, I am inclined to believe that it should still be left to men and just watch their work and support them in this.

Arina has always been partial to technology

On the set of which program did you want to master new skills, maybe on professional level?

Everything related to technology - snowmobiles, ATVs, jet skis. I even got a child's excitement, because I have always been partial to cars and motorcycles. And when the opportunity arises to try for yourself the new kind transport and learn from the best, then you want to become like them. I want that speed, that drive, those maneuvers that they are capable of... But you realize that this is a technique, and before you make any maneuver, it will take a long time until you learn, merge with this technique and be responsible for your every movement: how to balance, how to enter the turns correctly.

In snowmobiling, for example, the peculiarity is that where you look, you will arrive there. Those. if you look at the Christmas tree, you will definitely come to the Christmas tree. If you want to turn, you turn your head and the steering wheel, and this should happen at the same time. You will learn these nuances from professionals and only in practice. And of all the equipment, the most difficult thing for me to master was a snowmobile, an iron horse weighing 200 kg.

And jet skiing was a real pleasure. Besides, I really love water, and every moment of filming on the water was almost euphoric for me. Everything related to water is a pleasure for me - jet skis, diving. When you look at the underwater world, you feel like a child in a candy store, a flurry of emotions. The Red Sea is my favorite. No wonder Jacques-Yves Cousteau wrote about him.

Did the Arinology program help you understand that a man, in essence, remains a child?

I can't say that a man always remains a child. Rather, I managed to understand that if a man is passionate about something and sees pleasure and self-realization in it, then he will always succeed. Seeing the excitement of men in work, the way they completely devote themselves to their favorite work and hobby, this makes me proud and admired, and understand that this is a Man with a capital letter.

The heroes of the "Arinology" program are men who not only have a passion for what they love, but they also have wonderful families. At Sevmash, for example, we met Oleg Kravtsov, a 6th grade welder with three children. A real man has enough time to create a strong family and do his favorite work, favorite hobby.

Arina graduated from the Humanitarian Institute of Television and Radio Broadcasting. M.A. Litovchina

What else have you learned about male psychology from your television work?

It is always very interesting to meet new characters. At first, everyone is very wary of the fact that you are a girl. Then, when they see my excitement and interest, with what genuine enthusiasm I get down to business in order to really learn something new not only for the frame, but really immerse myself in the process and come to the shooting prepared, with a theoretical basis. AND if something does not work the first time, then until it works, I will not stop... They have a desire to teach. And it's nice to watch how men slowly open the door to their world and tell why they love it, why they need it, what it gives them, how it turns out. Of course, each person is unique, and ten characters will have their own views on the business they are doing. And this is amazing.

What sad things happened on the set?

From the sad - only a couple of bruises, which cannot be avoided when mastering the technique. On the set of Forge, they tried to shoe a horse, which kicked up a little, alarmed and frightened everyone, but nothing extraordinary happened.

What is the most interesting review Have You Received TV Viewers?

Someone suggests themes: "I would like to see you on a fishing boat." Someone invites to visit: “Come to us! We have nature here, we have something to shoot ”. Each review is pleasant in its own way. People took the time to write to you, tell you what they liked and what they would like to see more. This is probably the main gratitude for the entire film crew, the feedback for everyone is invaluable.

The operator is also a very masculine profession. Have you tried yourself in this business?

In a professional sense, there were such attempts. When I just started my career in journalism, I helped the cameraman when it was necessary to shoot from two cameras, but to say that I tried the cameraman's bread and I can, I will not say.

Watch "Arinology" on T24 - a program about an independent man's world

Are there any other hobbies besides sports?

I'm an old book lover. I don't like modern tablets. For me to lock myself at home, if there is such an opportunity, with a rustling book, in order to read, leaf through, inhale its smell - this is immersion in my corner with fantasies. I love rollerblading. With great pleasure I can go fishing, sculpt a snow slide with my parents in the country. It all depends on the mood.

What pages of works do you like to rustle the most?

This is probably funny, but I love women's novels, love stories like "Sweet November". I like Ray Bradbury's Dandelion Wine, Cecilia Ahern. Of the Russian writers, I can reread my two most beloved - Dostoevsky and Lermontov. In this I will not be original. I reread The Hero of Our Time many times. And in "Crime and Punishment" St. Petersburg is so amazingly described, living its own life. Perhaps Dostoevsky was best able to convey the mood of Peter at different times of the year. How gloomy, gray, cold in winter it is and how colorful it is when the Gulf of Finland melts in Peterhof. Once I got to this incredible sight: as if the bay was strewn with diamonds sparkling in the sun.

Is television?

It is often said in journalism courses that the media is the fourth estate. In fact, it is. Each of my colleagues decides for himself what information he wanted to bring in, what he would like to tell and what to teach. I would like to remind you of the good things that happen in our lives; about the fact that you can break away from the sofas and look for yourself, find yourself. And for this it is not necessary to have a huge amount of money. The world is big, the world is amazing and beautiful, and it's nice when you can reveal a small piece of it through your program and tell about any profession.

Maria Grabe and Leila Samson, students at Indiana University (USA), have conducted research that overturns conventional wisdom about the tactics used in the television world.

It is believed: the more charming the TV presenter will be, the more attention will be paid to her by people located on the other side of the blue screen. Consequently, everything read on the air by a sexy beauty, for example news or even stock market reports, will better reach the viewers - especially the male part of them. This is a delusion. At least half, say the girls, whose article was published by the authoritative scientific journal Communication Research.

Maria and Leila recruited 400 volunteers who watched the TV news. They were read by a 24-year-old TV presenter - very attractive in life. In one case, they made her even more spectacular - they put on defiant makeup and dressed very sexy. The camera was directed so that both large breasts and thin waist, and wide hips, covered with a narrow miniskirt.

In another case, the TV presenter was deliberately spoiled - all the charms of the figure were hidden by a baggy sweater and equally shapeless trousers. And they didn't even put on makeup.

A subsequent survey showed that the female part of the volunteers remembered well the content of the news - both from the beauty and from the ugly one. And she didn't even pay attention to the fact that the TV presenter had changed outwardly.

For men, the opposite is true. They have learned almost nothing of what the sexy beauty was talking about. We only remembered how she looked. And her baggy and unpainted "colleague" was perceived normally - for its intended purpose. That is, informational.

Output: if you want to convey to men the essence of TV broadcasting, invite gray mice to the TV presenters. If you want to hide it, the essence, then recruit girls of model appearance.

So far, at least on domestic television, beauties prevail. They not only read the news, but also report on inflation, the dollar exchange rate, the weather, even the difficulties of digestion in the autumn-winter period. Moreover, if a speaker of some department, especially a power one, gets on the air, then, as a rule, he is a young sexy person.

Looking at the TV personality is, of course, nice. And maybe this is the main thing in modern television? Is it not so important to understand what is being broadcast from the screen?

Therefore, do not worry if you do not understand everything. As I.

EXPERT COMMENTARY

Beckons and stupefies

Leila and Maria do not explain in any way the nature of the phenomenon they discovered. But their colleagues - British scientists - come to the rescue.

Dr. Knut Kampé from the University of London believes that the drug intoxication of viewers interferes with the assimilation of news coming from the lips of beauties. This does not mean that drug addicts watch TV. It's just that people have a similar reaction.

Studies have shown that beauty is perceived by the same part of the brain that is responsible for our addictions. For example, alcohol or gambling. Therefore, the weaker sex acts like a drug. And very quickly - in a matter of seconds. Regardless of the will of the male viewer, the brain injects the so-called endorphins - drugs of its own internal production. And the man is ready. Intoxicated.

The efficiency of this process is ensured by a special neural network that was formed at the dawn of evolution, says Dr. Kampe. - Our brain from time immemorial is tuned to perceive beauty and react to it, entering a completely specific state. It fosters a need for women, but complicates the perception of what they are saying.

BY THE WAY

Unhappy people watch the box more, but that doesn't make them happier.

American sociologists from the University of Maryland have been conducting research for over 30 years. And it was determined: people who consider themselves happy spend less than 19 hours a week watching TV. And the unfortunate - more than 25. Along the way, it turned out that for the happy TV is not the main thing in life. They willingly show social activity, read newspapers, books, devote time to their families.

However, as scientists have noticed, people in general like to watch TV. When evaluating the enjoyment of the box, they gave 8 out of 10 points in most cases. But how long is the sweet effect?

The joy of watching TV is short-lived, says researcher John Robinson. “And in the end, they leave a lasting feeling of dissatisfaction and anxiety. Unlike sex and other activities, which psychologically have a lasting positive effect.

Arina Sharapova is one of the most famous women in Russian television journalism. She worked for ORT, TV-6, VGTRK, NTV, and also worked on some projects on other TV channels. And this fact in itself is worthy of respect. Arina Sharapova is a bright personality, capable of setting high goals and achieving what was planned at any cost. Therefore, our story about the fate and career of a famous Russian TV presenter will certainly be of interest to everyone.

Childhood and adolescence of Arina Sharapova

The future famous journalist was born into a wealthy Moscow family, but spent almost all of her childhood in the Middle East, where her father worked as a diplomat. It is quite remarkable that even her grandparents can be called real travelers. The first one was fluent in the Manchu language, and therefore often visited China and Mongolia. Arina Sharapova's grandfather also often visited the Celestial Empire, and at one time even permanently lived in this country. Several interesting facts can also be found in the fate of the mother of our today's heroine. Following her diplomatic husband around the world, she worked as a teacher of the Russian language in several embassies and diplomatic missions.

Perhaps, to a large extent, it was this way of life, along with the influence of close people, that predetermined the entire future fate of Arina Sharapova. The grandmother, who told her granddaughter many interesting Chinese fairy tales, always insisted that the girl subsequently connect her life with the Celestial Empire. My father spoke in a similar vein about Israel and the Middle East. Ultimately, Arina found a way to please everyone at once and chose the fate of a TV journalist.

However, the girl did not immediately choose this path in life ...

In 1979, she entered the Faculty of Philosophy of Moscow State University, where she began to study applied sociology, and in parallel with this she got a job in one of the Moscow libraries. After that, Arina slightly changed her profile and began to study as a translator from English at the Moscow State Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages. Second higher education Arina received already in absentia, in parallel working as a correspondent for "RIA Novosti".

Arina Sharapova's career as a journalist

Arina first came to the international news agency RIA Novosti in 1985. At first, she worked as a special correspondent in the editorial office of video information, and then was transferred to the main editorial office of the political news agency.

Health. Genetic analysis. Arina Sharapova

At the beginning of her career, Sharapova mainly worked with the print media. However, already in 1991, at the personal invitation of the legendary Soviet journalist Oleg Poptsov, she began to work as a correspondent and host of the Vesti news program (RTR). From that moment on, her career began to skyrocket. Arina Ayanovna has become known and respected in the world of Russian journalism. She was also loved by the audience, who regularly turned on the news block of the RTR channel in the evenings.

Ultimately, Arina worked on this channel from 1991 to 1995. During this time, she acquired indisputable authority among colleagues and became one of the symbols of the TV channel.

Soon, in addition to the Vesti program, the journalist began to broadcast the American-Russian program 60 Minutes. On this project, she was noticed by Boris Berezovsky and Konstantin Ernst, who soon offered Sharapova to switch to ORT. Arina Ayanovna thought about this proposal for almost a year, but in the end she still agreed. Her departure caused a storm of indignation on RTR. As they say, Poptsov did not want to sign her letter of resignation for almost a month.

After some time, emotions subsided, and Arina Sharapova nevertheless switched to ORT. Here she began to work as the host of the Vremya program, but soon realized that in the new place she did not feel as comfortable as before. And there was almost never an interesting job for her at ORT.

Thus, a career in a new place was short-lived. In 1998, the TV presenter quit ORT and switched to NTV, where she began to host the author's talk show "Arina". This step turned out to be more successful, but it did not bring the desired peace of mind to the journalist. Feeling that the new program was not as interesting to the audience as she would have liked, Arina Sharapova left NTV and took on another project. This was the program "Meeting place with Arina Sharapova" (TV-6). However, this undertaking also did not bear the desired results.

Stars big city... Arina Sharapova

Arina Sharapova now

A new rise in the career of a TV presenter was associated with the same channel that once derailed her. Returning to the Russian First Channel (formerly ORT) in 2001, Arina became the host of the program “ Good morning". She works in this project to this day.

In parallel with the "morning" show in 2007, another program with Arina Sharapova began to appear - "Fashionable Sentence". On this project, the TV presenter plays the role of a permanent expert and one of the authors of the program. V

In 2011, Arina Sharapova appeared in front of the audience as the host of the debates that would implement the elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation. In 2012, she led a similar program before the presidential elections in the Russian Federation. It is quite remarkable that in 1999 Sharapova herself took part in the election campaign as a candidate from the Unity bloc. However, then she did not get into the number of parliamentarians.

Personal life of Arina Sharapova

In the life of Arina Sharapova there were three spouses. She met her first husband, Oleg, at the age of seventeen, and at the age of nineteen she gave birth to his son Danila (currently working as a producer of Show News on TNT)

Sharapova met her second husband, Kirill Legat, in more mature age... The man worked as the general director of the STREAM TV company, and therefore the acquaintance of the two future spouses took place in a “working environment”.

However, this marriage also did not work out. Today Arina Sharapova is married to her third husband, businessman Eduard Kartashov.

In 2006 and 2009, in the life of Arina Sharapova, in addition to her husband and son, two grandchildren also appeared - Nikita and Stepan.

"Superfluous" past

It is now, with a smile, I listen to friends who are endlessly on diets and complain about excess weight... It's hard to imagine, but until recently I myself was a "graveyard of homemade cutlets".

Throughout my childhood, I remained plump, and in high school I gained up to 98 kilos. Like any overweight child, I was teased, tried to make fun of, but it did not work.

She just brushed it off:

I am beautiful and irresistible! And you need to love a person for his soul and inner world, not for his kilograms!

But the parents were very worried.

You need to change your life. Look at yourself in the mirror! they repeated.

Useless! After all, despite overweight, I led active image life: met with friends, went to clubs - and never was an outcast. My love of life and sociability saved me from loneliness.

In fact, I just didn't want anyone to know how sorry I was for myself. And that I am driven by one main desire - to eat.

Futile attempts

From time to time, under pressure from my parents, I still went on a diet. Passed the Kremlin, separate nutrition, calorie counting. The weight went off very slowly - and after a couple of months of torture, my nerves gave way. And the pounds thrown off returned, and even with interest.

I also passed a nutritionist, who was more likely to try to brainwash me than to help with practical advice.

You need to change your attitude to food, you need to lose weight, stop ruining your health and body! - he suggested.

As if I didn't know it without him!

On his recommendation, I ate a weird diet for three weeks. Kefir and bran for breakfast, a handful of pine nuts and an apple for lunch, Greek salad for dinner. You will not wish on the enemy! Now the thought of bran and nuts makes me sick. Alas, this attempt to lose weight was a failure. I resigned myself. And for all the attacks, I had a weighty argument:

I tried it!

"Light" from the Mosfilm illuminator

During the holidays, an acquaintance suggested that I attend the filming of Pavel Sanaev's film "At the Game".

"This is good luck! - I thought. - To see from the inside, how they make a movie!" A month later, I was already mine on the set. And somehow, during a break, when everyone was warming up with hot tea, Andrey came up to me.

He began the conversation from afar:

Such a girl is beautiful, smart, half the world at your feet.

Have you tried to lose weight?

Half of the world lying at my feet began to shrink rapidly.

I tried, - I grunted.

Andrey explained to me for a long time:

Losing weight is not difficult, it is not torture. A bunch of examples when people were able to overcome this. Don't you love yourself like that?

At first I blew my lips: on what basis did he even undertake to teach me about life ?! And on the way home, I realized that he was right. Why someone can, and I'm just looking for excuses? I don’t love my body, but I don’t do anything about it. And she made a clear decision to change herself.

I don’t know why Andrey was able to reach me. He seemed to have challenged me, which I accepted.

AFTER: After seven months: weight - 55 kg, parameters - 90 - 68 - 90 cm.

98 to 55

To begin with, I completely excluded sweet, starchy foods, and alcohol from my diet. She ate once a day - by all means until 6 pm: meat, poultry, seafood, vegetables. I tried to consume more protein and as little fat and carbohydrates as possible. During the day, if I really wanted to chew, I ate all the same vegetables.

My sample menu per day: boiled chicken breast, vegetable salad with olive oil, kefir at night. The next day, seafood instead of chicken, the same salad.

To make the weight go faster, I went in for sports: I ran down the street, worked out on a treadmill, jumped with a rope. Every day I set aside only 30 minutes for sports.

How many cakes I dreamed during this time - do not count!

I used to fall asleep under stomach serenades. And I had my own rules, or, if you like, mantras, which I repeated to myself when it was especially difficult:

1. Love yourself. You and your health are the most important thing.

2. No pity! Don't back down until you see desired result... It is worth relaxing once - and you will return to where it all began.

3. Now it is difficult, it will be difficult for a couple of months. But for the rest of your life - easy!

Two months later, the scales showed minus 15 kg. My joy knew no bounds! All friends admired: "Wow, how you lost weight!"

"Look, you are a skeleton!"

Little by little, I began to eat whatever I wanted, but in small quantities. And she also continued to actively engage in sports, saying goodbye to calories on the treadmill. Eight months have passed - my weight has gone and gone. It seemed to be necessary to rejoice, it's time to stop. But ... I couldn't. It seemed that I was still fat, there was fat hanging everywhere.

One day a close friend took me to the mirror.

Look at you - you are a skeleton! A man is not a dog, he does not throw himself on bones. This is already unhealthy thinness, - he almost shouted.

I tried to be indignant, but suddenly I realized with horror that he was right. With my height of 170 cm and a weight of 51 kg, this is not enough. The skin covered the shoulders, collarbones, ribs ... Only then I realized that I had gone too far. It was lucky that my loved ones heard the alarm bell in time.

Another effort was required to gain weight - I began to eat more and more often. And for a while she stopped going to the gym.

Now my weight is 55 - 56 kg and has remained that way for more than a year. I cannot say that it is somehow especially difficult to maintain harmony. After the holidays, I arrange fasting days, I work out in the gym a couple of times a week.

Having found a middle ground, you can keep weight without any problems.

I enjoy life, I forgot about shortness of breath and fatigue, I learned to love myself and my body. And how great it is to buy in stores those things that you like, and not those that fit! And the 42nd size is much easier to find in the store than the 52nd!

DIETARY OPINION

Yulia CHEKHONINA, nutritionist of the Research Institute of Nutrition of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences: "To lose seven kilos a month is too much!"

Arina's example - restricting food and exercising - proves that losing weight is real. But I would not recommend such a diet to everyone. Minus 7 kg per month is too much. It is recommended to drop no more than 4 - 5 kg during this time. Losing weight too quickly can lead to undesirable consequences. When excess fat is actively burned, it gives additional load on internal organs, primarily the liver, kidneys, pancreas. Arina was lucky - she was only 23 years old, her body coped with it.

Do not forget about the psychological factor. A person must get used to his new appearance. Otherwise, you can go to extremes - from obesity to anorexia. I believe that being overweight is a disease. And in each case, individual diet therapy is needed.
