- Will you play for Avtomobilist next season?
- I would be glad if I was offered a contract. For me, this is a promotion, because last season I played in the VHL. The Major League, of course, cannot be compared with. Suffice it to recall the dressing room in Saratov: it’s not very pleasant when you come in, and cockroaches are running around in your uniform. There are a lot of great players - it's very interesting to test yourself at their level. This season I remember Artyukhin's power move - he hit me very decently! We played with SKA in St. Petersburg, and he pinned me at the beginning of the match. I haven’t gotten into the game yet, but such a closet comes flying at me ... I just didn’t have time to do anything then.

- If you could go back in time, which hockey legend would you like to play on the same team with?
- By by and large I didn’t see the game of Soviet hockey legends, so I’m unlikely to answer your question. But my father always set me an example of defender Vasily Pervukhin when he played in Krylya Sovetov, and I went to matches as a fan. I never imagined how I would play with him, but at that time I followed his game closely.

- What do you think, do you have any future hockey legends in your team now?
- I think Andrei Subbotin is already a legend. He has been playing at this level for so many years and still shows excellent hockey. Andrey is a hockey player without weaknesses and an example of how to deal with the matter.

- What arena, besides home, is the most pleasant to play in?
- In all the cities where we played this season, good conditions. But I will probably single out the arena in St. Petersburg: large, but at the same time quite cozy.

- Do you like Yekaterinburg? Are there any favorite places?
- I like Yekaterinburg. Favorite places are Greenwich and the restaurant downstairs where I live. As you can see

Denis Osipov vs Dynamo Riga

short list ( smiling). There just isn't much time to walk around the city properly.

- What do you like about Avtomobilist and what don't you like?
- Basically, I like everything. First, we are playing . Secondly, we have a really friendly team. There are ringleaders - for example, Lyokha Krutov, Denis Kazionov. Such people are always needed. True, I am more calm, I can hardly soak something in the locker room. And, of course, I like our fans. Especially when going full stadium. Support is crazy!

What should Avtomobilist do to make young local players, as well as any players, want to play in this club?
- The question is not quite at the right place, but it is obvious that there should be stability in the club and such situations as in the summer did not arise ( the club was on the verge of being expelled from . - Approx. "Championship. com").

Do you think Philip Savchenko was deservedly put on the bench? Does the coach distrust him? After all, this hockey player showed excellent results.
- I think that Phil needs to prove his worth through work. Each coach has his own vision of the game, and it is very important that a hockey player fits this vision. After all, it is the coach who is responsible for the result. I don't think it matters if you're young or not. The main thing is to suit the coach. And Philip now, apparently, is not satisfied. I don't think it's because of his small size: he plays Misha Anisin. But he does not need to despair - he needs to work. Many at the age of 20 were put on a bench.

After the game with Atlant, Velichkin and Kazionov thanked the fans by putting on a little show. How about doing this regularly? How, for example, do you feel about this and are you ready to start?
- We play first of all for the fans, and they like it. It means that someone has to arrange such shows. And about joining them, ready! The main thing is that more often there were reasons - victories.

What are your plans for the next season, maybe you have offers from other clubs in the league, or are you satisfied with everything in Yekaterinburg?
- I would like to play in Avtomobilist: everything here suits me both in terms of play and in material terms. There are no problems.

Everyone really wants the Wings of the Soviets to play. Have you heard anything, is anything being done to revive the club?
- In the situation with the "Wings" nothing is clear yet. I want the team that raised me to be revived. I live close to ice palace in Setun.

- "Wings of the Soviets" is your first hockey school?
- No, I started with football. My dad at one time was seriously involved in it, he reached, if I'm not mistaken, up to the double of Spartak. Therefore, I first trained at the Spartak football school. But I didn't like it. And then the parents asked: “Do you want to play hockey?” And I agreed. Worked with guys a year older. The guys had already been training there for a year, and the coach said: “If you learn to ride in a month, we’ll take it.” Learned. Then I began to work with my year: the guys grew up, and I didn’t have enough strength to train with them.

- What is the worst thing in hockey?
- Injuries. When I played in the Wings of the Soviets, at one of the training Main coach Vyacheslav Anisin says: "You don't have enough struggle." And it started smiling). It so happened that they fell on my leg - it felt like my leg had come off! Fracture in two places with displacement. That's when it was scary. I can remember how I was afraid of the first game in my life in full stands. There was a final of the youth championship of Russia in Magnitogorsk. And we played against the hosts - by the way, Igor Velichkin played for them then. A full palace gathered for the match! My knees were trembling then. Lost then, it seems, 1:6.

- Does the attitude to this game, to the very profession of a hockey player, change with age?
- Certainly. Now you think: it's a pity that in childhood, in youth hockey there was no person who would help you with advice. There were many things that

Denis Osipov Omsk "Vanguard"

you just didn't know then. Someone was needed who went through all this and would explain how to do it and how not.

- How difficult is hockey?
- Everyone, perhaps ( smiling). But the hardest part is the fees. All these crosses GYM's, rise at 7 am. It is very hard to wake up when everything hurts.

Have you ever wanted to quit hockey?
- I'll be honest: never! Although once I did not do it for two weeks. Dad said that I would not go to training until I became a better student. It was impossible to think of a worse punishment ( smiling). Of course, my performance improved dramatically then.

- Tell us how you met your wife.
- It was, it seems, in high school. I came to the Wings of the Soviets match and saw Masha in the stands. Came and met. So we started dating.

You started the championship in great shape. Is this the result of a vacation diet? Do you eliminate fat and alcohol, like many top hockey players?
- On vacation, of course, I try to eat right: I eat meat and vegetables. I've never had any problems with adherence to the regimen.

Why does Denis Kazionov play in torn pants, on which the hole gets bigger and bigger with each match?! Don't Kazionov's pants symbolize the current situation and state of affairs in Avtomobilist Holding Company?
- I did not notice this hole on Denis's pants. Maybe it's a zipper? Maybe he just doesn't fasten it? We must see. As for the current situation, as I have already said, everything is in order with us.

Last season you managed to become one of the best defenders of the Major League, and this season you are one of the leaders in the club's defense. What do you think a VHL player needs to understand or achieve in order to reach the level of the game Continental League?
- Everything is done faster than in the VHL. And you need to get used to it. But for a player from the Major Leagues, it is very important to get a chance to get into. I was lucky in this regard: Avtomobilist urgently needed players in the summer, and I received an offer to come to Yekaterinburg. What could the leagues do? Probably, it is possible to make tournaments for young players drafted by clubs, as they do in North America. For example, the prospects of CSKA against Spartak. It is not even necessary that they be drafted: you can take the guys from the farm clubs. For example, Avtomobilist's prospects could be players from Sputnik. In such a tournament, they will have the opportunity to prove themselves.

Do you like to play in the top five with such players as Subbotin, Bushuev, Krutov? To what extent do you think there is a relationship with Denis Sokolov?
- I already spoke about Subbotin. Kolya, as a central striker, helps us, the defenders. Krutov uses his speed qualities. In short, we complement each other. Interaction with Denis Sokolov seems to be quite good, we have been playing together for quite a long time. Denis likes to join the attacks, but I can also throw on goal.

I liked the question about my native Wings of the Soviets, - Denis commented on his choice.

Denis Osipov against Kazan "Ak Bars"

Season 2016/17:

Denis Osipov's preparation for the first season with Lokomotiv turned out to be crumpled due to an injury received by the defender even before the start of the summer training camp. Accordingly, in the first weeks of training, Denis worked with a limited load, he entered the ice much later than his teammates. Osipov's debut official match for the Yaroslavl team took place on August 31 in the game with Avangard - the defender spent a little more than eight minutes on the ice. Over the next month, he played only two matches, and already during his next appearance in the application - on October 2 in Helsinki - he scored the first goal for Lokomotiv, distinguishing himself in the starting player segment of the meeting with Jokerit. During that trip, Denis played in two more meetings, spent more than 15 minutes on the ice, but did not score points. Also at the end of October, Osipov got into the application for all four matches of the farthest outing of the season, and in the duel with Barys, he scored a +3 utility indicator. After that, the defender did not play for two months, having got into the squad twice more only at the end of December. At the end of January, he scored points in two meetings in a row, making three assists in games with Tractor and Salavat Yulaev. In away meetings with Slovan and Medvescak, Denis played for more than 19 minutes, scoring the second goal of the season in the capital of Croatia. In 20 games of the regular season, Denis Osipov scored 5 (2+3) points, with a +10 utility index, 14 penalty minutes, 15 power moves and 17 blocked shots. In the playoffs, Osipov played in four matches of the series with Dynamo Minsk and two matches with CSKA, without scoring points. Together with his teammates, Denis Osipov became the bronze medalist of the Russian Championship.

Career:

The first sport that Denis was involved in as a child was football, for some time he went to the Spartak school, where his father had previously played, but soon he decided to change the sport, moved to the Wings of the Soviets hockey school. There, Osipov first worked with guys a year older, and then joined the team born in 1987.

Gradually, this team became the strongest in its age in Moscow, and already at the first final competition in 2001, it took second place, losing in the final match to the star Metallurg-87 with a score of 1:6. Until the end sports school this team of the "wings" school took part in two more final tournaments - 2003 and 2004 - both showed the same result, finishing in third place. Denis Osipov was one of the leaders of that team, in 2003 he received his first call-up to the junior team, and a year later he played 14 matches in the First League, scored 3 (0 + 3) points.

In the 2004/2005 season, that is, at the age of 17, Denis made his debut in the main team of Krylya Sovetov, for which he played 14 matches, scored no points, with 16 penalty minutes and a utility indicator of "-1". Basically, Osipov continued to play in the First League, now he took part in 33 matches, scored 7 (3 + 4) points. Denis also played at the World Championship among juniors, did not score in six matches, and the Russian team took fifth place, losing to the hosts of the tournament from the Czech Republic in the quarterfinals.

In the 2005/2006 season, Denis Osipov gradually became one of the main players of the Wings of the Soviets, and if in the regular season he played a little more than half of his games (26 vs. 24) in the farm club, then in the playoffs he was declared for all 17 meetings the Moscow team, which eventually reached the final, lost there to Traktor, but still got a ticket to the Super League for the next season.

Thus, Denis made his debut on highest level Russian hockey in 2006, at the age of 19. Osipov took part in 39 matches of the regular season, scored one goal, made three assists, his utility indicator was "-11". The Wings then performed unsuccessfully, winning only six victories and drawing six more times, losing 44 times and taking the last place in standings. During the season, Denis took part in the traditional autumn Super Series as part of the Russian youth team. Then the wards of Sergei Nemchinov suffered six defeats, Osipov did not score points in those games.

The next season "Wings of the Soviets" again spent in the second strongest Russian league, but now they were no longer among the favorites, took eighth place in the West in the regular season and flew out in the first round of the playoffs, losing to Avtomobilist in three matches. Osipov then missed a significant part of the season, played only 28 regular season games, scoring 8 (1 + 7) points. Also on account of the defender was one puck in the playoffs.

In the summer of 2008, Denis left his native club for the first time, signing a contract with HC MVD. Behind main team"Policemen", which was then led by Oleg Znarok, Osipov played one match, making his debut in the KHL on October 16, 2008 in a meeting with Salavat Yulaev. HC MVD then lost with a score of 1:3, and Denis Osipov spent 16 minutes on the ice. After that, he was sent to the farm club, which played in the third largest league and, of course, seriously stood out at this level, scored 13 (5 + 8) points in 16 meetings, after which he signed a contract with Kristall from Elektrostal, who has already played in the Premier League. True, the affairs of the Moscow Region club that season were far from being the best, the team took last place in the West division. It is quite natural that Osipov was the leading defender of Kristall, joined the attacks and scored 22 (6 + 16) points in 48 matches played.

Before the 2009/2010 season, Denis changed his team again, remaining in the Moscow region, but joining the ranks of the Lynx. Here, too, he did not play the whole season, for 32 games he scored 12 (3 + 9) points, after which he returned to Wings of the Soviets. There, for five matches of the regular season, the defender scored 6 (3 + 3) points, in the playoffs he also took part in 5 meetings of the first round, but his efforts and the efforts of his partners were not enough to break the resistance of the Klin "Titan" .

HC Sarov, with whom Osipov signed a contract before the 2010/2011 season, became the fifth club for the defender in three years. It can be said that the teams from Nizhny Novgorod region Denis fit in right away, becoming not only the main defender, the hockey player of the first pair, but also the most productive team, gaining 19 (8 + 11) points. Osipov scored five of his eight goals on the power play. HC Sarov performed well in the regular season, taking second place in the West, but in the playoffs they unexpectedly lost to Kristall Saratov in the first round.

Before the 2011/2012 season, Denis signed a full contract with KHL club, becoming a player of Avtomobilist. In seven of his first 12 games, he spent more than 20 minutes on the ice, scoring his first performance score in the KHL on September 30, 2011, in a meeting with Avangard, making an assist. In the future, he continued to play a lot, and Osipov opened the score for goals in the KHL on December 2, 2011, hitting the gates of Barys. He also scored next game"Tractor", and by the end of December he scored two more goals, however, in all four cases his team was inferior. In total, Denis played 52 matches in the regular season, scored seven goals, added four assists to them, with a utility indicator of "-14". Osipov also became the second in average playing time among defenders (20:04). Avtomobilist performed poorly, taking last place in the East, and after the end of the season, the defender was not offered a new contract.

Denis started the 2012/2013 season in the Khanty-Mansiysk Yugra, however, in the 17 matches that he played for the team from September to December, he failed to become a base player with Sergei Shepelev, he had only one assist and only in two matches did he spend more than 20 minutes on the ice. Osipov finished the season in the VHL, for Saryarka he played a total of only 9 meetings, making three assists in them.

Before the 2013/2014 season, Denis Osipov continued to have a contract with Yugra, which put him up for the Expansion Draft, and the KHL debutant Admiral from Vladivostok became the new defender's team. Denis became a key defender in Hannu Jortikki's squad, playing almost 26 minutes in the first meeting of the regular season. In general, Osipov's playing time rarely turned out to be less than 20 minutes, he scored his first goal for Vladivostok on September 27 against CSKA. In general, "Admiral" played, as they say, "from the sheet", which is why Denis's utility indicator at the start of the season often took negative values, but already in November he twice completed the meeting with a utility indicator of "+2". Already in the 2014th calendar year, Osipov twice earned a +3 utility indicator based on the results of a single game - against Dynamo Riga and Sibir Novosibirsk. By the way, in the second meeting he set his own record for playing time - 27:53. In total, in 54 meetings, Denis Osipov scored 10 (2 + 8) points, with a usefulness indicator of +17 (the best in the team) and 30 minutes of penalty. "Admiral" got into the playoffs in the first season, but in the second stage of the season Denis played only one match.

In the 2014/2015 season, his role in the team has not changed: the defender of one of the first two pairs, spending a lot of time on the ice and paying more attention to fulfilling his direct duties than connecting to attacks. At the same time, already in the fourth game of the season, he made three passes, in a meeting with Salavat Yulaev. However, "Admiral" then lost with a score of 4:6. For the entire regular season, Denis did not score a single goal, made 11 assists, and finished the “smooth” part of the season with a utility indicator of “-1”. Osipov's average playing time was almost 21 minutes, he applied 58 power moves and blocked 53 shots. Vladivostok team failed to repeat the success of their first season and did not get into the playoffs.

Denis Osipov started the 2015/2016 season already in the rank of assistant captain of the Admiral, from time to time a patch with the letter “A” appeared on his chest during the previous season as well. After four starting meetings, he had two goals on his account, Osipov excelled in games with Vityaz and Dynamo Moscow. At the same time, by mid-September, his total utility indicator reached “-10”, and the team was not doing very well either. Gradually, the defender's playing time began to decrease, after October 14, he was out of the squad for a long time, and then was put up for a waiver draft. Interest in Osipov's services was shown by Metallurg Magnitogorsk, which took the defender out of the waiver draft. Denis played the first match for the Urals on November 21, and already in the second game he scored a puck against Traktor. He went out, basically, in the third and fourth pairs, when playing in the majority on the ice did not appear. In just 27 games of the regular season as part of the Urals, Osipov scored 5 (2 + 3) points, with eight penalty minutes and a +9 utility indicator. These figures contrasted strongly with his statistics at the start of the season in Vladivostok - 3 (2 + 1) points in 21 matches, a "-10" utility indicator. His playing time was reduced from almost 19 minutes per game to 13 and a half. In the playoffs, Denis Osipov did not always get into the composition of Magnitogorsk, but took part in each of the series. In total, he played 12 matches, scored one goal, hitting the gates of Salavat Yulaev, and together with his teammates became the owner of the Gagarin Cup.

Achievements:

In the 2005/06 season, Denis contributed to the team's entry into the Super League, but already on next year The Wings had to return to major league. An excerpt characterizing Osipov, Denis Andreevich

Meanwhile, the Russian emperor had already been living in Vilna for more than a month, making reviews and maneuvers. Nothing was ready for the war, which everyone expected and in preparation for which the emperor had come from Petersburg. There was no general plan of action. The hesitations as to which plan, of all those proposed, should be adopted, only intensified after the emperor's month-long stay in the main apartment. In the three armies there was a separate commander-in-chief in each, but there was no common commander over all the armies, and the emperor did not assume this title.
The longer the emperor lived in Vilna, the less and less they prepared for war, tired of waiting for it. All the aspirations of the people surrounding the sovereign, it seemed, were aimed only at making the sovereign, while having a good time, forget about the upcoming war.
After many balls and holidays with the Polish magnates, with the courtiers and with the sovereign himself, in the month of June, one of the Polish adjutant generals of the sovereign had the idea to give dinner and a ball to the sovereign on behalf of his adjutant generals. This idea was welcomed by all. The Emperor agreed. The adjutant general collected money by subscription. The person who could be most pleasing to the sovereign was invited to be the hostess of the ball. Count Benigsen, a landowner in the Vilna province, offered his country house for this holiday, and on June 13 a dinner, a ball, boating and fireworks were scheduled at Zakret, Count Benigsen's country house.
On the very day on which Napoleon gave the order to cross the Neman and his advanced troops, pushing back the Cossacks, crossed the Russian border, Alexander spent the evening at Benigsen's dacha - at a ball given by the adjutant general.
It was a cheerful, brilliant holiday; experts in the business said that so many beauties rarely gathered in one place. Countess Bezukhova, among other Russian ladies who came for the sovereign from St. Petersburg to Vilna, was at this ball, obscuring the sophisticated Polish ladies with her heavy, so-called Russian beauty. She was noticed, and the sovereign honored her with a dance.
Boris Drubetskoy, en garcon (a bachelor), as he said, having left his wife in Moscow, was also at this ball and, although not an adjutant general, was a large participant in the subscription for the ball. Boris was now a wealthy man who had gone far in honors, no longer seeking patronage, but standing on an equal footing with the highest of his peers.
At twelve o'clock in the morning they were still dancing. Helen, who did not have a worthy gentleman, herself offered the mazurka to Boris. They sat in the third pair. Boris, coolly looking at Helen's shiny bare shoulders, protruding from a dark gauze dress with gold, talked about old acquaintances and at the same time, imperceptibly to himself and others, did not stop watching the sovereign for a second, who was in the same hall. The sovereign did not dance; he stood at the door and stopped one or the other with those kind words that he alone knew how to speak.
At the beginning of the mazurka, Boris saw that Adjutant General Balashev, one of the closest persons to the sovereign, approached him and stopped courtly close to the sovereign, who was talking to a Polish lady. After talking with the lady, the emperor looked inquiringly and, evidently realizing that Balashev did so only because there were important reasons for this, nodded slightly to the lady and turned to Balashev. Balashev had just begun to speak, as surprise was expressed on the sovereign's face. He took Balashev's arm and walked with him through the hall, unconsciously clearing sazhens on both sides of the three broad roads that stood aside before him. Boris noticed the agitated face of Arakcheev, while the sovereign went with Balashev. Arakcheev, looking frowningly at the sovereign and sniffing his red nose, moved out of the crowd, as if expecting the sovereign to turn to him. (Boris realized that Arakcheev was jealous of Balashev and was dissatisfied with the fact that some, obviously important, news was not transmitted to the sovereign through him.)
But the sovereign with Balashev passed, without noticing Arakcheev, through the exit door into the illuminated garden. Arakcheev, holding his sword and looking around angrily, walked twenty paces behind them.
As long as Boris continued to make the figures of the mazurka, he never ceased to be tormented by the thought of what kind of news Balashev had brought and how to find out about it before others.
In the figure where he had to choose the ladies, whispering to Helen that he wanted to take Countess Pototskaya, who, it seems, went out onto the balcony, he, sliding his feet on the parquet, ran out the exit door into the garden and, noticing the sovereign entering with Balashev on the terrace , paused. The Emperor and Balashev were heading for the door. Boris, in a hurry, as if not having time to move away, respectfully pressed himself against the lintel and bent his head.
The sovereign, with the excitement of a personally offended person, finished the following words:
- Without declaring war, enter Russia. I will make peace only when not a single armed enemy remains on my land,” he said. As it seemed to Boris, the sovereign was pleased to express these words: he was pleased with the form of expression of his thoughts, but was dissatisfied with the fact that Boris heard them.
- so that no one knows anything! added the sovereign, frowning. Boris realized that this was referring to him, and, closing his eyes, tilted his head slightly. The emperor again entered the hall and stayed at the ball for about half an hour.
Boris was the first to learn the news of the crossing of the Neman by the French troops, and thanks to this he had the opportunity to show some important people that he knows a lot that is hidden from others, and through this he had the opportunity to rise higher in the opinion of these persons.

The unexpected news of the French crossing the Neman was especially unexpected after a month of unfulfilled expectations, and at the ball! The emperor, in the first minute of receiving the news, under the influence of indignation and insult, found that, which later became famous, a saying that he himself liked and fully expressed his feelings. Returning home from the ball, at two in the morning the sovereign sent for Secretary Shishkov and ordered him to write an order to the troops and a rescript to Field Marshal Prince Saltykov, in which he certainly demanded that words be placed that he would not reconcile until at least one an armed Frenchman will remain on Russian soil.
The next day the following letter was written to Napoleon.
Monsieur mon frere.
