There are programs for adults and children from 1.5 years old. The club has a special children's area equipped with equipment that helps to make training productive and fun, 6 trampolines of varying degrees of tension, a trampoline track, a double mini trampoline, an acrobatic area with an inflatable track and a soft landing area, as well as a gymnastic area with rings, bars, crossbeams and logs.

Ogo offers trampolining, gymnastics, acrobatics, combat fitness and yoga. All training sessions are by appointment.

The club is suitable for amateurs and for professional athletes. Coaches supervise training sessions and create individual programs for each member of the club. Classes are held in the format of recovery gymnastics, which is designed for people with any level of training.
