The history of the Dynamo society is a history of glorious sports victories, amazing destinies of athletes and coaches. Legends of Dynamo Yakushin Mikhail Iosifovich

November 22, 1946 is considered the founding day of the Dynamo Moscow hockey club. Dynamo is the only team that has taken part in all the national championships at the highest level. The blue and white became champions 11 times, a record number of times they were among the winners of the championship, were the owners of the USSR Cup, MHL, Gagarin Cup, European Champions Cup, won numerous international tournaments. In this regard, joining the congratulations on the 70th anniversary, we decided to recall the legendary Dynamo players of all time, whose name is forever inscribed in the golden history of the club.

One of the founders of the Soviet school of ice hockey is the greatest representative of all domestic sports. It is he who owns the eternal record - from 1946 to 1974 he worked for 28 years as the head coach of the Dynamo club (Moscow), winning two championships with him and twice winning the National Cup. Chernyshev, being a player, excelled in football and bandy. Arkady Ivanovich - the author of the first puck of the first USSR championship of the 1946/47 season. Being the head coach of the USSR national team, the specialist achieved many achievements with it.

“Only Maltsev, only Dynamo,” Dynamo fans love to sing. Indeed, Alexander Nikolayevich is faithful to the club to this day, holding the position of adviser. The two-time Olympic champion and winner of the Canada Cup devoted his entire sports career to the blue and white, becoming one of the most skillful and virtuoso forwards, for which he was nicknamed the hockey grandmaster. And Anatoly Tarasov, the coach of the USSR national hockey team, called Maltsev "Yesenin of Russian hockey."

“Only Maltsev, only Dynamo,” Dynamo fans love to sing. Indeed, Alexander Nikolayevich is faithful to the club to this day, holding the position of adviser.

Another legend of the club is the brilliant Soviet defender Vitaly Davydov. The three-time Olympic champion could play through pain, doing everything for the team to win. Tarasov admired Davydov, and Vitaly Semyonovich himself, in addition to the national team, gave himself entirely to Dynamo. Now Davydov is 77 years old, but he still works in the club system, being vice president of Muscovites.

Valery Vasiliev was invited to Dynamo Moscow by none other than Arkady Chernyshev, who spotted a novice hockey player in the city of Gorky. The promising player accepted the offer, and eventually became one of the legends of the club, for which he plowed for 17 seasons. At first, Vasilyev played in tandem with Stanislav Petukhov, and from the middle of the 1967/68 season, with Vitaly Davydov. Vasiliev was distinguished by toughness, a thirst for struggle, the ability to stand up for his partners, and only a few could beat him one on one. With the USSR national team, Vasiliev won gold at two Olympic Games.

Dynamo gave a lot and. The striker played for the blue and white from 1957 to 1972. After completing his playing career, Yurzinov worked as the head coach of the team, winning the 1990, 1991 and 1992 national championships with it, as well as the earlier USSR Cup in 1976. Yurzinov still devotes himself completely to hockey, works with young people, constantly conducts theoretical seminars and monitors the success of the national team. So, just recently, Yurzinov, who has worked in Finland for a long time, visited the Karjala Cup, which was victorious for the Russians.

The entire playing career of Zinetula Bilyaletdinov was spent in Dynamo Moscow. The pupil of the club was distinguished by cool skating, was uncompromising in the fight, in a sporting way he was angry and harsh. As part of Dynamo in the USSR championships, Bilyaletdinov played 588 matches, scored 63 goals. Zinetula Khaidarovich managed to work at Dynamo as an assistant to Yuri Moiseev, and then he headed the club himself. Under his leadership, Muscovites became the champions of the country, the silver medalists of the Russian championship and twice won the silver of the Euroleague. Kazan Ak Bars became the second home for Bilyaletdinov, with whom the coach won two Gagarin Cups.

As Myshkin himself says, Alexander Maltsev helped him become a goalkeeper, who at one of the training sessions asked Myshkin to stand in the goal instead of his younger brother Sergei. A native of Kirovo-Chepetsk gave Dynamo almost 10 years of hockey career, managed to win the Olympics and the Canada Cup with the USSR team. Now Myshkin plays for the team of veterans "Legends of Hockey", being the vice-president of the sports and entertainment quarter "Park of Legends". It is on its territory that the VTB Ice Palace is located, where Dynamo Moscow plays its matches.

He made a great contribution to the development of the team. In the USSR championships, Svetlov, who started playing hockey in his native Penza, played 372 matches, scoring 138 goals in them. Most of the striker's achievements are associated with the Dynamo stage of his career. Svetlov played for Dynamo from 1978 to 1989.

stands alone. Ever since childhood, when Ovechkin went to training at the Dynamo school, he was the best on the ice and a leader outside of it.

The striker is a multiple winner of the country, but Svetlov failed to work as a coach of the club that made him a master. The 1988 Olympic champion worked for a long time in Germany, and in Russia he managed to lead Lada, Amur, Atlant and Admiral.

The main asset of Dynamo today is Alexander Ovechkin. No one is going to offend, forget and belittle the merits of other hockey players who brought the blue and white numerous victories, each is good and valuable in its own way, but Alexander Ovechkin stands apart. Ever since childhood, when Ovechkin went to training at the Dynamo school, he was the best on the ice and a leader outside of it. Subsequently, Ovechkin became a real symbol of the team, being it until now, being the captain of the Washington Capitals NHL club. Ovechkin, like his childhood idol Maltsev, is an adviser to Dynamo. Fans are very much looking forward to the fact that someday Sasha will definitely return to his homeland and will again delight numerous Russian fans. Not only playing for the national team, but also for his native Dynamo.

On April 18, 1923, the first proletarian sports society "Dynamo" was created in Moscow, which was created as an organization that provides an opportunity for security and law enforcement officers to go in for sports.

In 1926, the famous Dynamo emblem appeared, designed by the first generation footballer of the Dynamo team A. Borisov - a white rhombus in which the letter "D" is enclosed, a sample of the flag of the Dynamo Society and a white and blue uniform of athletes with the emblem of the society were approved. Dynamo developed rapidly, became massive, actively promoted a healthy lifestyle, and by 1929 had branches in two hundred cities across the country.

The Dynamo Society owns priorities in the revival of domestic boxing, the formation and development of shooting sports and sambo in our country. Dynamo athletes have been the strongest in these sports for many years, and the coaches have created a unique training methodology. Sports medicine first appeared in Dynamo and only then in other sports societies of our country, most of which were created in the USSR in the image and likeness of the Dynamo organization.

From the first years of its existence, the Dynamo Society paid great attention to the physical education of children, adolescents and youth. In 1934, the "Young Dynamo" teams were created. Among the first holders of membership cards and badges of the Young Dynamo movement were the merited master of sports, speed skater Pavel Belyaev; master of sports in athletics Zoya Zarubina; master of sports, honored coach in cross-country skiing and biathlon Viktor Buchin. Dozens of honored masters of sports, champions of the Olympic Games, the world, Europe and the country, including outstanding athletes: Lev Yashin, Mikhail Voronin, Vitaly Davydov, Galina Gorokhova, Alexandra Zabelina, Leonid Bartenev, began their sports career in the Young Dynamo team. From the pupils of the "YuD" teams came out not only famous athletes, coaches and leaders of the society, but also honored workers of science, art, military leaders and representatives of other professions.

Lev Yashin, the legend of Soviet football and the only goalkeeper in the world to win the Golden Ball, began his sports career in the Young Dynamo team

For outstanding success in the development of sports in 1937, the Dynamo Society was awarded the highest award of the USSR - the Order of Lenin.

The history of the Dynamo society is the history of glorious sports victories, amazing destinies of athletes and coaches.

The very first gold medal for our country was won by the Dynamo speed skater Maria Isakova, the first Soviet athlete who became a 3-time absolute world champion (1948, 1949, 1950), and later a 6-time absolute champion of the USSR, a 23-time national champion in individual distances, 10-time world record holder, 22-time USSR record holder.

The name of the Dynamo goalkeeper Lev Yashin entered the history of Russian and world football forever. Champion of the Olympic Games in 1956, winner of the European Cup in 1960, the best football player in Europe in 1963, multiple champion and winner of the USSR Cup. During his sports career, Lev Yashin played 812 matches, of which he did not miss a single ball in 207 games.

An invaluable contribution to the glorious sports victories of Russia was made by hundreds of Dynamo players, repeated champions of the country, Europe, the world and the Olympic Games: wrestlers A. Parfenov and A. Karelin; gymnasts M. Voronin and L. Turishcheva; skiers P. Kolchin and V. Vedenin; fencers G. Gorokhova and A. Romankov; figure skaters L. Pakhomova and A. Gorshkov; football players M. Semichastny, I. Chislenko and V. Tsarev; hockey players V. Davydov, V. Vasiliev and A. Maltsev and many, many others.

From the first years of its existence, the Dynamo Society has become a symbol of youth, strength, beauty and healthy sports passion, the core that has allowed the Society to remain nationwide as a single team.

On June 23, 1960, the Russian Republican Council "Dynamo" was formed. Republican, regional and regional organizations of Dynamo, previously subordinated directly to the Central Council of the society, passed into his subordination.

The year 1972 opened with the adoption of the Central Committee of the CPSU and the Council of Ministers of the USSR on January 17 of a resolution on the introduction of a new All-Union physical culture complex “Ready for Labor and Defense of the USSR (GTO)”, in which the share of military-applied training of the population for service in the Armed Forces was increased.

In connection with the introduction of the new GTO complex, the content and structure of the Military Sports Complex (VSC) were revised. Instead of the previous 3 degrees, the new complex began to include 2 degrees. The number of exercises to be passed was reduced from 8 to 7. A new military-sports classification was also adopted, combining 33 exercises from 12 sports. Military triathlon and pentathlon, officer all-around were introduced, for which, and a number of other military-applied exercises, discharge requirements and the title of Master of Sports of the USSR were established.

On August 11, 1981, the Central Committee of the CPSU and the Council of Ministers of the USSR adopted a resolution "On the further rise of the mass character of physical culture and sports." In this document, the Committee on Physical Culture and Sports under the Council of Ministers of the USSR, together with trade unions, Komsomol and other public organizations,

ministries and departments were instructed to carry out practical measures for the mass development of physical culture and sports in the country.

On July 4, 1986, in Moscow, under the motto "From friendship in sports to peace on earth!", the first Goodwill Games were opened, with the participation of more than three thousand athletes from 79 countries, who competed for 182 sets of medals in 18 sports. For the first time after a ten-year break, athletes of the USSR and the USA met in a full-time duel. The initiator of these Games was the American television magnate Ted Turner, who this project cost $ 26 million.

At the VII All-Union Conference of the Dynamo Society, held on September 26, 1987, it was decided to create a children's and youth sports society "Young Dynamo" at the Dynamo Central Sports Center. In 1989 this society was created.

By the beginning of 1988, there were 3,799 stadiums, 85,500 football fields, more than 80,000 sports halls, 2,295 swimming pools, including 1,598 indoor ones, in the country. The total capacity of all sports facilities is about 29 million people. The number of athletes and athletes was 79,426,000 people.
On September 7, 1988, the grand opening of the Dynamo Central Council Museum took place. For the first time, a proposal to preserve the regalia of Dynamo athletes for an open exhibition was made in 1959. The Council of Veterans of the Dynamo Society not only turned out to be the initiator of a noble cause, but also achieved its implementation. After the Games of the Olympiad-80, two premises were allocated for the future museum: for the permanent exhibition of the museum, a separate two-story building near the North Stand of the Grand Sports Arena of the Dynamo Stadium and a storeroom for storing museum funds under the stands of the BSA of the Dynamo Stadium.

Gold medals of the first Euro and three silver sets, five successful performances at the Olympics and the semi-finals of the World Cup -66 - the USSR team is a thing of the past, but is a team. Soccer.ru continues the January series.

Goalkeeper

Lev Yashin. Who, if not Lev Ivanovich, who was and, it seems, will remain the first and last goalkeeper awarded the Golden Ball? I don’t want pathos about the best goalkeeper in history, who fifty years ago played like no one else ever, because this is not fair even to those who are also impressive, however Yashin is the most legendary goalkeeper in the world, and that's absolutely correct. Two decades at the gates of Dynamo Moscow, five championships, three cups, Olympic gold medals and victory in the Euro-60 final - the first in history. He also played at the World Championships, won fourth place in England. A legend of legends, and although there is also Dasaev, Lev Ivanovich is the first number.

Defenders

Vladimir Bessonov. A native of Kharkov, he played for Dynamo Kiev for a decade and a half, and although it was not always possible to play from bell to bell, because he broke his cervical vertebrae, he survived four knee surgeries at a time when medicine was not as developed as it is now, but at the same time managed to become the best player in the Youth World Cup as a forward, then play in the center of the field with adults and in defense, up to the libero position. Without difficulty, he will close the right edge of this team, because he knew how to do everything on the field. And the daughter of Vladimir Vasilyevich went to her father - Anna collected dozens of medals at the European and World Championships and two bronze medals at the Olympics, doing rhythmic gymnastics.

Albert Shesternev. "Ivan the Terrible" from the center of defense played all his life for CSKA, with whom he could only once become the champion of the USSR, but he successfully played for the allied team - both at Euro-64 and at the World Cup -66 he was a notable defender who performed at the level of the best masters of his time, yielding little to them and earned the fame of one of the strongest players in Europe of his time by getting into the lists of France Football. If then it was possible to leave for the West, he could well have received an invitation from prominent clubs of the sixties. It just didn’t work out, as a result, Albert Alekseevich spent his best years in an army team shirt, ended his career due to an injury at the age of thirty, then abused alcohol, and died at fifty-three.

Murtaz Khurtsilava. The most important football player in the history of Georgia is considered by many to be the star of an old era, Boris Solomonovich Paichadze, covered in legends told with a Caucasian temperament, but in this team, the Georgian legend will be at the center of defense. Frankly, it was difficult to choose, since two Dynamo Tbilisi defenders at once took the USSR to the field with a captain's armband, playing very strong. All my life we have performed in our homeland, but between Chivadze and Khurtsilava we will choose the one who is older, who is sometimes called the strongest Georgian player of the second half of the last century. And who played in the semi-finals and finals of major international tournaments - the medal of the World Cup -66 and the silver of Euro-72 is in the honored veteran.

Dynamo Kiev was the base club of the USSR national team during the third football dawn, so it is not surprising that its representatives are in this squad. Demyanenko won the championship five times, took the Cup of Cups, played at three world championships, became the silver medalist of Euro-88. Of course, one can also recall other prominent left-backs of the older generation, however, Anatoly Vasilyevich, nicknamed “Mulya” (in childhood, he mispronounced his neighbor’s nickname) proved to be strong at a time when there was no unambiguously strongest club and the best team in the world that could beat everyone and each for years.

Midfielders

Valery Voronin. Many Torpedo legends have a difficult fate - Voronin got into a car accident in 1968, from the consequences of which he did not recover, started drinking, was killed, it seems, in a drunken fight. But before that he won two championships, was the best player in the USSR - also twice, was in the lists of the best players in Europe according to the poll for the Golden Ball - in the top ten, which says a lot, and received the highest marks at the World Cup in England and at the Euro two years earlier. Alain Delon of Soviet football, unfortunately, was not as happy off the field as he was in the national team and Torpedo.

Igor Netto. He played hockey well, like Yashin, but the Spartak football club managed to pull him out of ice captivity and got a man who would win the Olympics, Euro 60 and will remain a gentleman in the history of football because Igor Aleksandrovich at the World Cup -62 as the captain of the USSR national team helped the referee not to count the goal of his own team. Famous story - the ball hit the gates of Uruguay through a hole in the net. Eight years from now, Latin Americans will not respond with the same “fair play” principle, but that is another story. And Netto is the legendary midfielder of Spartak in the championship fifties, Gus is in place here.

We understand that choosing another midfielder is very difficult. There were Zavarov, Muntyan, Sabo, Kipiani, many other legends, later Mikhailichenko appeared, having managed to charm many, but take a look at the whole squad and you will understand that he lacks Cherenkov. Perhaps the main person in the history of Spartak, despite the legendary Netto, and a football player who was not fully revealed in the team. Although this did not prevent the midfielder become the best player of the USSR twice - there are three more such people, and only Blokhin has three awards, win the championship three times and even have time to take the Russian championship. Legend, it's a pity that so early - the year before last at 55 years old.

Forwards

Valentin Ivanov. Monday or Ilyin are legends, Belanov won the Golden Ball, Meskhi played wonderfully, Protasov was also an incredible class forward, skillful and productive, like many, many others, but it’s impossible not to include Valentin Kozmich in this squad, since we are talking about the same legendary forward as his competitors. How not to get lost in Russia, having been born in Moscow with the surname Ivanov? It's very simple - win Euro 60, become second in four years, losing only to Spain, be the top scorer of the World Cup in Chile, sharing the title with Garrincha, Vava and other legends, win trophies with Torpedo and earn the glory of a world-class master.

Edward Streltsov.
The bully, of course, was a noble, but how he played! There should be a person in the USSR national team who was prevented from becoming the greatest Russian player in history due to the traditional corporate stupidity of that time. But a strange case and subsequent imprisonment did not prevent him from becoming a legend. Instead of going to the World Cup in Sweden, where all the experts were waiting for him, as well as the young star of the Brazilians Pele, Eduard went on the stage to cut down the forest, then he was irradiated with radiation at work, went bald, lost six football years and became like an old man. Although he returned to Torpedo to score goals again, he did not win everything he could. Although he was a master of an incredible level, he appeared on the lists of the best players in Europe even after returning from prison.

The only player of the USSR national team with more than a hundred matches in history, the top scorer, one of the three Ukrainians with the Golden Ball. He devoted almost two decades to Dynamo Kiev, with which he won seven league titles, held the cup five times, won three international trophies - two Cup Cups and one UEFA Super Cup, and then Bayern itself became Blokhin's victim. He needs no introduction, because he was the player of the year three times, taking over the baton from Lovchev (yes, the same one). In total, Oleg Vladimirovich scored almost four hundred goals during his career, that is, he scored more often than in every second match. One of the strongest forwards of his time, unconditional and honored member of any variant of the symbolic team of the USSR.

To this day, L. Yashin remains the only Russian football player awarded such a title, and the first (until 2006 - the only one) among European goalkeepers who won this competition-survey of football specialists. In the USSR national team of clubs (in 1962 - 1967) he played 22 matches. In the Moscow national team (in 1954 - 1956) he played 12 matches, 9 of them were international. Game characteristics An outstanding goalkeeper of domestic and world football. The most popular Soviet football player abroad. He had a phenomenal reaction, high goalkeeping technique, courage and dedication. Perfectly physically developed, tall, with unusually developed palms, he was well versed in game situations and always made instant and unmistakably accurate decisions in accordance with the evolving situation on the field. He was equally a master of both the game on the exits and on the goal line. Until the early 60s, he showed off wide, innovative actions in the game throughout the penalty area. Due to the unmistakable choice of position, he always managed to be at that point of his own penalty area, from where a direct threat to the goal followed. Anticipating the possible development of the opponents' attack, he eliminated the dangerous attacks of the opponents with bold, distant exits from the goal, often far beyond his own penalty area. He was the first to master reliable long-range throwing the ball into the game with his hands, essentially becoming the organizer of his team's counterattacks. He never lost his composure and self-control, he always acted reliably, confidently, unerringly, instilling confidence in his teammates. He never in his entire goalkeeping career allowed himself to be carried away by the effect, false prettiness, to show a desire to “show off”, to cause applause from the stands with some spectacular throw. The fundamental principle of his actions was first of all reliability and again reliability. Everything he had was subordinated to one goal - to divert the threat from the gate by any means. The reliability and stability of his actions delighted not only the audience, but also specialists and football veterans. His trademark of the game was the simplicity of perfection, that divine simplicity of genius that sets standards. Devotion to football, high human qualities, modesty and willingness to come to the aid of his comrades earned him truly popular love. The name and deeds of Yashin forever entered the history of world and domestic football. Yashin, throughout his long sports life, defended the gates of only one club team. Even playing in various teams and clubs (he was once invited on a trip to England by fellow Torpedo players, and once in a friendly match of the national team he was “delegated” to defend the gates of the capital’s Lokomotiv), he invariably went onto the field in a sweater with the letter “D” . And the Moscow "Dynamo" of that time was often called simply the team of L. Yashin.

On May 27, 1971, in Moscow, in Luzhniki, his farewell match was held, in which the Dynamo team met with the team of world football stars. On August 31 of the same year, another farewell match was held in Milan, organized by the Italian Football Federation, in which the team of Italian football veterans met with the team of world football veterans. On August 10, 1989, in Moscow, at the Dynamo stadium, in honor of the 60th anniversary of the famous goalkeeper, two matches were held between the Dynamo teams and the teams of world football stars (one match was between veterans, the other between active players).

L. Yashin was a versatile athlete, he played hockey, bandy, volleyball well. In 1951-1953, during the winter period, he acted as a goalkeeper in the team of hockey masters. Second medalist of the USSR championship in 1953, winner of the USSR Cup in 1953. He played bandy in the Moscow veterans' team.

Further activities after the end of performances in football He graduated from the school of coaches at the State Central Institute of Physical Culture (GTSOLIFKe) (in 1967). Head of the Dynamo team (in 1971 - April 1975). Deputy Head of the Football and Hockey Department of the Dynamo Central Sports Center (from May 1975 to October 1976). Deputy head of the Football Department of the USSR Sports Committee for educational work (from October 1976 to 1984), at the same time he was deputy chairman of the USSR Football Federation (from 1981 to 1989). In 1985 he returned to his native society, becoming a senior coach for the educational work of the Central Council of the society.

Sports awards and prizes Awarded by FIFA with the Golden Order of Merit (in 1988). (in 1985) the International Olympic Committee awarded the Olympic Order for merits in the development of sports and the noble Olympic ideas (in 1988). The Association of Sports Journalists of Spain presented him with a special prize called "Sports Legend" (in 1987). He entered the symbolic team of the USSR for 50 years (in 1967). According to a poll conducted in 1996 by the newspaper K Sportu, he was named the best athlete of the century in the country. Until now, it is included in various symbolic teams of the world and Europe, compiled by various organizations, companies and firms - sponsors of the largest football competitions. In particular, in 1992 he entered the symbolic team of Europe "of all times" (a survey by Master Card), in 1998, on the eve of the World Cup in France, he was named the first in the symbolic team of the best football players of all past world championships. At the initiative of the Central All-Russian Council of the Dynamo Society, FIFA, together with the Russian Football Union (RFU), established the L. Yashin Memorial Prize, which in 1994 was awarded to the best goalkeeper of the World Cup. In November 1990, the L. Yashin Foundation was established in Moscow, which aims to help football veterans, develop the football infrastructure in Moscow and the region. The Central Council of the Dynamo Society held tournaments of Dynamo teams of the second league for the Yashin prize in Makhachkala and Samarkand (in 1985-1988). In Helsinki (Finland), a traditional tournament for the Yashin Prize among amateur teams is held (from 1981 to the present). This tournament is held on the initiative of the amateur club "Dynamo", organized in the capital of this country in 1955. In 1996, one of the streets of the city of Togliatti was named after Yashin. On May 2, 1997, a monument to the famous Dynamo goalkeeper was unveiled on the territory of the Luzhniki Central Stadium in Moscow. On October 23, 1999, in honor of the 70th anniversary of the Dynamo goalkeeper, a monument was unveiled at the Moscow Dynamo stadium. Game characteristics One of the best football players in the country in the pre-war years. Technical, with soft plasticity of movements when handling the ball, somewhat viscous, calm, self-confident, had a pronounced combinational talent, the ability to organize an attack, find an unexpected tactical move, perfectly oriented on the field, subtly and instantly assessed the most difficult game situations, could the right moment to take over the completion of the attack, because he owned the delivered blow from the right foot. He was the leader of the team's attacks, knew how to control the ball without lowering his head, due to his well-developed peripheral vision, he saw all the movements of partners and rivals; he effectively used deceptive movements when tracing, was a master of an unexpected for an opponent, but the most reasonable for a given moment pass to partners, one of the first in our country began to practice a pass to an empty place, often used a half-forgotten heel pass. For witty game decisions, the ability to foresee the development of an attack several moves ahead, he received the nickname "academician", "cunning Mikhei" in the football environment. Especially successfully interacted in a team with Sergei Ilyin.

He was a versatile athlete, played basketball and volleyball at a high level, performed decently in middle-distance running. But he was especially great in bandy, where in the 30s and 40s he was the strongest central striker in the country, the leader and organizer of the Dynamo Moscow game, his playing coach and captain, a hockey player of the highest class. Champion of the USSR in 1933 (as part of the Moscow national team), 1935 (as part of the Dynamo national team) and 1936, winner of the USSR Cup in 1937, 1938, 1940, 1941, 1947, 1948, 1949 and 1950. 13-time champion of Moscow and 7-time winner of the Cup of the capital. One of the pioneers of hockey in our country, played in 1947 as a forward of the second five. Champion of the USSR in 1947.

Further activities after the end of performances in football He graduated from coaching courses at the State Central Institute of Physical Culture (GTSOLIFKe) (in 1940). An outstanding coach of domestic, including Dynamo, football. Senior coach of the team (in 1944, from October to June 1950, and from August 1953 to November 1960). The record holder among the team's coaches in terms of the number of champion titles won (six: 1945, 1949, 1954, 1955, 1957 and 1959) and the total number of prizes in the national championships (12, in addition to the first place five times led the team to win second place - 1946, 1947, 1948, 1956 and 1958 and once a third time in 1960). Under Yakushin, the team once owned the USSR Cup (in 1953) and three times (in 1945, 1949 and 1955) reached the final of the USSR Cup. We add to this that under the guidance of Yakushin, then just a novice coach, Dynamo Moscow made a memorable trip to Great Britain in November 1945, which raised the authority of Soviet football highly. Under his leadership, in the 1940s and 1950s, the team played worthily against the strongest professional teams in Europe and South America.

Senior coach of Dynamo Tbilisi (from August 1950 to August 1953, then from June 1962 to April 1964 and again from August 1974 to November 1975). Under him, Dynamo Tbilisi became the second prize-winners of the national championships in 1951 and 1953, the third prize-winners of the championships in 1950 and 1962. Senior coach of Pakhtakor Tashkent (in 1965 - 1966 and then in 1969 - 1970) and Lokomotiv Moscow (in 1973, until May). The head coach of the first USSR national team (in 1959, from September, and in 1967 - 1968), which under his leadership successfully held the qualifying matches of the 1960 European Cup, reached the final tournament of the 1968 European Championship, taking fourth place in this tournament. In 1967, the national team under his leadership had a brilliant season and was ranked by the weekly France Football in first place among the European national teams. Simultaneously with coaching in club teams, he was the coach of the USSR national team (in 1952, from June to July, and in 1957 - June 1958), and the coach of the USSR Olympic team (in 1959, to September), head coach of the second team of the USSR ( in 1955-1956). Coach of the USSR Football Federation (in 1961 - May 1962). In the 70s and 80s, after his retirement, he actively worked in public work in the USSR Football Federation, in the coaching and technical councils of the Federation, in the inspection commission and others. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Dynamo Moscow Football Club (from 1993 to February 1997).

Yakushin was unrivaled in his ability to put on a team game of the team, to discern and develop the strengths of the players of his team, in his knowledge of the weaknesses and shortcomings of the opposing teams, in his creative approach to all aspects of technical and tactical skill, Yakushin was unsurpassed in national football. Therefore, it was not without reason that he was called a “strategist” in football circles. He always had clear ideas about the capabilities of both the teams as a whole and its individual players. Therefore, he set only real tasks for the team. He knew how to rationally distribute the forces of the players so that they were enough for the whole season, without prejudice to the game and the standings of the team. He did not pursue success in all competitions without exception, but choosing the main ones from them, he aimed the teams at victories in these tournaments. The success of the clubs he led was largely determined by the stability of the squads. Even with failures, this coach did not shy away from side to side, was in no hurry to make adjustments to the composition. Ultimately, the teams found their game and achieved success, thus confirming the correctness of the coaching selection of players. He always gave preference to physically developed, athletic, fast, creatively thinking, strong-willed football players, skillfully demanded from them strict observance of game discipline. Like no one else knew how to find football talents. For example, in the period from 1956 to 1960, Dynamo Moscow did not replenish ready-made football players from other major league teams, but drew reserves from the youth teams of the Dynamo club, class B teams, grassroots teams in Moscow and the region. It was from there that Victor Tsarev, Vladimir Kesarev, Alexander Sokolov, Alexei Mamykin, Genrikh Fedosov, Dmitry Shapovalov, Igor Chislenko, Valery Korolenkov, Anatoly Korshunov, Yuri Volodin, Valery Urin, Vladimir Glotov, and many others came from who later became famous masters. Moreover, the coach's firm faith in his pupils, his ability to wait and endure were amazing. How many complaints, for example, caused the appearance in the main team of A. Mamykin and V. Tsarev. However, the coach, despite the first unsuccessful performances, continued to put them in the squad and a year later one of them became the team's top scorer, and the second soon appeared in the national team! V. Kesarev also waited in the wings for a long time, but, having appeared, he played so that he became a key player in defense and soon put on a T-shirt of the first national team of the country. Yakushin brilliantly understood the nuances, knew how to take into account all the shortcomings in the game of opponents and stun them with unexpected tactical decisions, amazingly accurately and quickly corrected the actions of the teams during the break of the match. He made a great contribution to the development of domestic football tactics. It was he who became the pioneer in 1945 of a new tactical option, placing the players according to the 4-2-4 scheme, in which Mikhail Semichastny and Leonid Solovyov played the role of central defenders, and Konstantin Beskov and Vasily Kartsev played the role of central forwards. He also brought a lot of tactical ideas to the improvement of the "double-ve" system (combining zone play with personal guard, expanding the areas of activity of midfielders, etc.). Witty and ironic, worldly wise and sincerely open, he had a high pedagogical skill in persuading and substantiating his requirements and ideas, he easily found contact with leading football players, enjoyed unquestioned authority in the world of football. In 1995, for his contribution to the development of Russian football, he was awarded a prize called "Sagittarius".

State awards Awarded with the Orders of the Red Banner of Labor (in 1957) and Friendship (in 1996).

On November 17, two dozen former football players met at the Dynamo football club in Otradnoye, some of whom played brilliantly for the local Dynamo, while others were idols of our middle generation and played for the USSR national team. Photo report.

Ex-Spartak player Yuri Gavrilov, ex-Dynamo player Sergey Silkin, ex-torpedo players Vadim Rogovskoy and Andrey Demidov visited our city. Players of the first and second “golden” compositions of the Bryansk “Dynamo” played for Dynamo: Sergey Troitsky, Sergey Romashin, German Kudryashov, Vitaly Nidbaikin, Vladimir Frolenkov and others.

“Our compatriot Volodya Malakhov lives in the Moscow region, who played with us at one time. He plays for the local team of veterans and has long wanted to play such a match in his homeland here, in Bryansk, - Vitaly Nidbaikin, one of the organizers of the meeting, a veteran of the Bryansk Dynamo, told the SPORT-32 website. - Finally, his dream came true, and we helped in the organization. A number of players who came to us were football stars of the 70s, 80s, 90s. They were matched by thousands of players all over the country, so it's great to meet them, play and chat."

“I grew up in the Bryansk region,” says Vladimir Malakhov, “in the Sevsky district. We had a great team in the 80s. And we wanted to coincide with this meeting to coincide with the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Bryansk from the Nazi invaders, to play a match at the Dynamo stadium, but, unfortunately, we did not succeed for various reasons. We came to the team of veterans of the Moscow region. I still follow the matches of the Bryansk club, I go to the games when they are held in Moscow. It is very nice to once again visit my homeland, play football and chat with old friends. We have another cultural event planned for Sunday, we will go to Partizanskaya Polyana. All guests of our city must visit this place, get acquainted with the history of the Bryansk region”.

The legend of the Moscow “Spartak” Yuri Gavrilov recalls that he met with the Bryansk “Dynamo” a couple of times, but the rumor about a strong team from this city went around in the 80s. According to Yuri Vasilyevich, he would like to see our club again started talking: “Football in Bryansk was, is and will be, the main thing is that the leaders of the sports industry and the region as a whole do everything for the development of football. If sport is loved, it always has a future. Attention and focus on results is the main thing that is needed to preserve the traditions and continuous development of a team of the second division level. It is also important to work more with young people. The players who come to the lower divisions to finish the game are needed as a support, to be prompted somewhere, taught, but the base must be built on the youth. Here they can get game practice and soon give good results. The level must constantly increase, but how will it increase if there are only age players in the team?”

Former Dynamo Moscow player Sergey Silkin said that he often took part in Dynamo tournaments, in which teams from Moscow, Bryansk, Vologda, Kirov, Makhachkala and other regions participated. From Bryansk, he left a good friend, football player Sergei Romashin, who was even a witness at his wedding. “We haven’t seen him for a long time, but we met three years ago, we had a good conversation. I remember Valera Korneev well, and five other Bryansk guys with whom I talked. It is a pity that now the All-Russian Dynamo Society is no longer the same structure as it was before. There are no traditions left, all Dynamo players are now on their own. Previously, a huge number of children's tournaments were held under the auspices of Dynamo, and guys from different cities where there were clubs of our society were invited to the backup team of the Moscow club. Now there is no centralization, it is very sad.”

The game of Bryansk and Moscow veterans gathered several dozen spectators. One of them was holding a program from the 1991 match between Dynamo Bryansk and Asmaral Moscow. Sergey Troitsky, Yuri Sautin, Dmitry Zarin, Vitaly Nidbaikin, Valery Sidorenko, Valery Korneev were still in the composition of the Bryantsev. And Yuri Gavrilov played for Asmaral. Many of these players left their autographs on the program.

“I remember this match well,” says Alexey Babenkin, “the favorite of the championship came to us, who eventually took first place in the standings. Then "Asmaral" thundered throughout the country. The stadium was packed, I could hardly find a place to sit down. The game ended 2:2, Korneev scored two goals for us, Gubernsky and Gavrilov scored for the guests. After the match, I managed to get autographs of the main stars of the two teams - Gavrilov and Korneev. For me, a student, it was a huge impression.”
