Why is fencing useful for children? It develops coordination, because lunges are practiced during classes, children are taught to avoid blows, to move easily and quickly. During fencing lessons, the muscle corset is well formed. Fencing makes all muscle groups work and is good cardio workout. In early 2002, a number of fighters separated from him, who organized their own club called "Bayard", which soon became generally recognized as the best club in Russia, Europe and the CIS in the tournament component of historical fencing. The fighters of this club from year to year win almost all tournaments in which they participate. Moreover, almost all Bayard participants work as trainers at FFC Paladin.
