    Of course, extra pounds quickly return again if you start to overeat and consume high-calorie foods in unlimited quantities.

    Sometimes I allow myself to eat heartily, but I immediately begin to vigorously play sports. The main thing here is to find something to your liking.

    Now, at last, the dull autumn has ended and winter has begun. I love snowboarding, it's one of the few sports that doesn't bother me. For me, he became a great reason to love winter. I am ready to skate for hours, while, of course, I am actively losing weight and keeping in shape.


    If I want to eat something tasty, I try to do it from morning until 12.00. Until that time, I have practically never denied myself anything.

    In the evening, only vegetables + meat / fish and most importantly - no sweets! In general, I try to replace sweets with natural honey anyway.

    It is quite difficult to start eating right instantly, it is quite difficult to reduce the portion size, the above example plan helped me a lot. It is convenient to start with it and then adhere to the desired diet for a long time. The result will not be long in coming.

    A beautiful figure is not an exhausting diet, but a way of life - sports + proper nutrition.
