In one of the previous issues, we promised to talk in more detail about contactless combat - the biggest myth in modern martial arts. Since there are very few reliable sources, the author had to rely mostly on his own experience.

The origin of the myth

Many adherents of various types of martial arts have always believed in the fact that an opponent can be hit without touching a finger. The reasons for this were all sorts of internal oriental styles, as well as magical rituals. Even Fidel Castro was credited with the ability to control a person and amaze him with the help of the magical passes of the African voodoo tribe. In Russia, a surge of interest in contactless hand-to-hand combat took place after the broadcast on the REN-TV channel in the Military Secret program of frames from the documentary Spetsnaz. Two men, dressed in Soviet-style reconnaissance uniforms, scattered conventional opponents without the slightest touch.
This turned out to be enough to give birth to versions that since Soviet times, fighters of secret military units have studied and studied contactless combat.

Later, witnesses appeared who almost witnessed with their own eyes how the founder of the Russian style, Alexei Kadochnikov, acted in a similar way .. There is even a corresponding view.

This is how the myth of contactless combat acquired a Russian accent.


Myth theory
The theoretical substantiation of contactless has western and eastern versions. The Western one is based on the fact that a person can be influenced remotely as a result of the concentration of mental and physical energy, that various voids and curvatures in space, torsion fields, waves of superhigh frequencies and similar things still incomprehensible to science are created. Hypnosis and a number of other psychotechnics are cited in favor of the Western theory. Explain, they explain, but no one can demonstrate, and most importantly, show the method of teaching such things. After all, the scientific approach lies in the fact that any experiment based on proven laws can be repeated.
The eastern version, oddly enough, is more believable. It is based on the fact that life energy circulates in a person in different forms and, knowing its laws, it is possible to influence the state of the organism. All oriental reflexology is based on this principle.
The combat application of knowledge about internal energy has been embodied in numerous internal styles. Energy, along with blood, comes close to the surface of the body at different times of the day in different ways, and the fighter only needs to know the course of its circulation in order to strike the part of the body where the blood is close to the surface. In this case, severe trauma is likely to be inflicted, possibly even with subsequent death. The blow is also applied with the direction of its own energy and not necessarily with a fist. A light touch is enough for the masters to send you to the forefathers.
But if very light contact is possible, why not do without contact at all? After all, masters who practice qigong therapy to treat patients, in many cases, do not even touch them with a finger.

Kiai-jutsu and Arkhangelsk tales
One of the really existing varieties of contactless hand-to-hand combat can be considered the impact on the enemy with a voice. In the system of Japanese martial arts, there is, albeit an uncommon kiai-jutsu, the art of shouting. For the first time, he became known to wide circles after the publication in 1962 of John Gilby's book "The Secret Martial Arts". John Gilby was a kind of American Kharlampiev, who collected around the world not techniques for fighting sambo, but methods capable of quickly and effectively, if not kill, then reliably incapacitate a person. By coincidence, Gilby met with a Japanese specialist in Tokyo and experienced the effects of kiai-jutsu on himself. In Japanese kiai-jutsu, there is nothing unusual for Europe, for a Russian person. The Japanese simply, in their characteristic style, noticed the ability of sound of a certain frequency and length to affect the human body and developed training techniques. We just shout and sing. Many cases have been recorded when Russian people, including women, met wild animals in the forest and even bears fell dead from an unexpected cry. From the voice of famous opera singers, for example, Caruso, glass glasses and goblets burst. The militant cry of "Hurray" thrilled opponents on the battlefield. And the word "panic" was born from the name of the ancient Greek god Pan, whose screams frightened people.
And remember folklore - the Italian fairy tale about the boy Jelsamino, who had the strongest voice, or the fairy tales of Russian Pomors. Based on one of the fairy tales, a magnificent cartoon was filmed, voiced by Yevgeny Leonov, about Baba Piliha, who overwhelmed the bear with her voice. So, the Japanese master of kiai-jutsu is by no means a literary fiction of John Gilby.

If I don't see it, I won't believe it ...
Despite my almost complete religious education when it comes to martial arts, I always abstain from mysticism and therefore I am guided by the principle of "I will not see - I will not believe." And even better - until I argue, I won't believe it. I was lucky that in the period from 1988 to 1998 I had a chance to see a lot of fighters, to train in various sections and schools of hand-to-hand combat, incl. and in the section of Tadeusz Kasyanov, who played the role of boatswain in the famous film "Pirates of the XX century". I saw different fighters and heard different tales, but I never saw the real use of contactless combat. Neither in civilian life, nor during military service.
Supporters of the version that contactless combat exists and is practiced appeal to numerous videos. However, demonstration performances by contemporary, incl. Russian fighters raise huge doubts about the reality of what is happening. Some of the few credible recordings of aikido founder Morihei Ueshiba's performances. The aikido master has repeatedly demonstrated how men of different heights and different weights, karate fighters, judokas scattered away from one of his sweeps. And he never refused to demonstrate his art.

Reliable can be considered evidence of the ability to defeat the enemy without getting in touch, the creator of modern judo Jigaro Kano, as well as Sun Lutan (Sun Fuquan) - one of the greatest masters in the history of Chinese wushu and a number of Chinese specialists, whose names will tell little to Stavropol to the reader.
There are several reasons to trust these masters. First, they devoted their entire lives to comprehending martial arts. Secondly, they all focused on the development and management of internal energy. Thirdly, each of them spent real life and death fights.

On the path to comprehension
Naturally, being interested in such things, I myself repeatedly began to study various internal internal styles, methods of controlling internal energy and the possibility of hitting the enemy at a distance. What came out of it concretely? Indeed, as sparrings with various partners show, the fighting technique has become softer and more economical. Opponents, even physically much stronger ones, get tired much faster. During the period of intensive training, the movements become an order of magnitude faster, a certain warmth and heaviness is felt in the palms of the hands, which you transfer at the moment from contact with an opponent and he loses his balance outwardly from slight jolts. However, in a real fight, I’m unlikely to trust my inner styles, let alone the best practices for non-contact combat, and I’ll wait for a bully on the street to hit me in the jaw with his fist. Most likely, I myself will inflict some kind of "dirty" crown blow - for example, with my foot in the knee area or I will hit with my fist on the spread fingers or on the outside of the hand. Or I'll try to knock my elbow out. Trust me - it is very painful and effective. If not a fracture, then a strong pain shock is provided. And most importantly - quite unexpectedly.
Nevertheless, the exercises that the great masters were engaged in yielded very concrete results, albeit in a different plane. First, reducing the time required for sleep to 5-6 hours. Secondly, the ability to concentrate. As you study, you will be less distracted by various temptations. I would compare this effect to the clever work of prayer that monks do every second. Consciousness moves the shortest path to the chosen goal and is not distracted by interference.
Thirdly, the ability to unconsciously predict the situation and a more holistic perception of the world. It will sometimes seem to you that you are a prophet in five minutes. But in fact, it is a more efficient work of the brain. In addition, you will read information from the surrounding space, incl. and that which is not perceived by the senses. This effect will expand your creativity, whether you are in business, administrative work, or journalism.
Fourthly, not only improving your health, but also the ability to help other people. Controlling internal energy at first requires certain knowledge of how the "qi" energy flows inside the body, but with practice, you yourself begin to comprehend the laws of its movement. And if necessary, you can alleviate the condition of strangers in a couple of minutes and greatly reduce or remove altogether, for example, a headache or a toothache. Or to treat diseases. By the way, practicing martial internal styles, or health-improving forms of qigong and tai chi practically guarantee getting rid of such a very common and painful trouble as migraine, which modern medicine has not learned to fully cope with.
Fifth, it became easier to communicate with people, to get in touch. Sometimes I caught myself thinking that I was on the verge of manipulating my interlocutor. This effect was quite successfully implemented in journalism and in one of my main occupations of the recent past - I was engaged in elections, developed strategies for election campaigns, created campaign materials, videos, etc. But, I hope, I gave up the elections.

Where to begin? First steps
The key to mastering contactless combat is a good state of health, accumulation of internal energy. Only in a healthy organism can internal energy accumulate and be directed to an external source. Therefore, first, you will work to restore health, cure diseases. Exercise along with other activities (herbal medicine, intake of bee products, diet, restoration of intestinal flora, etc.) will significantly improve your condition in a few months. The stronger half, including the man's abilities, will sharply increase.
The second stage is the ability of consciousness to reach a borderline state. Thanks to this, you will achieve a number of the above-described effects.
The third step is the ability to concentrate. In training, you should concentrate on your physical energy sensations - how the hand moves, how the energy flows, what you feel around you. First at rest, and then on the move.
As for the actual exercise and training time. At first, any internal styles will suit you, as well as a simple set of breathing exercises and plus training in the skill of "standing with a pillar". Tai chi, bagua and some types of qigong are especially effective.
Ideally, the more you do the better. But in practice, the effect will be even from morning exercises lasting an hour and a half. It is advisable to add evening or daytime workouts to them. If classes are only in the morning, then 40-45 minutes should be allocated for breathing and standing with a column.
In general, standing with a pillar is one of the best exercises in the preparatory stage. Therefore, I will dwell on it in more detail. You don't have to do the classic tai chi or bagua pose. Stand straight, feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent. The body is relaxed, the arms are in front of you, the elbow joint is bent more than 90 degrees. Bend at the wrist joint. The palms are open halfway, the fingers are spread and look at each other at a meeting. As if you were holding the ball in front of you. The tip of the tongue is pressed against the upper palate. Breathing is even, quiet. Wait 10 minutes, listen to the sensations. Could you? and 20 minutes? Try not to think about anything else. This is concentration at rest, you take possession of the inner consciousness. The movement requires even more concentration, because you not only do exercises, but also assess the surrounding situation from the point of view of energy. This is much more difficult than waving your arms.
These recommendations will be enough for you for the first months, and then fate and the body will tell you where to go next. Of course, it is best to master these things with an instructor, but people with an open mind have access to all the secrets of this world. One has only to want.

One big, small "but"
Comprehension at advanced stages of controlling one's own, as well as the opponent's, energy and consciousness requires not only time and perseverance, but one very serious limitation - limiting the number of sexual contacts, especially those ending in ejaculation. Strongly without going into theory, we can say that there are two reasons. First, energy consumption. The Taoists who initiated the inner styles believed that sexual intercourse took away inner energy. An overly active sex life combined with exercise will undermine your health, instead of strengthening it. There is, of course, a way out, such as the practice of "Tao of Love", but this is a completely different topic. The second reason is a kind of restructuring of consciousness. A person in whose consciousness the sexual instincts are suppressed and consciously controlled thinks completely differently. He becomes less aggressive.
This position is adhered not only to the methods of combat use of energy and consciousness, but also to other spiritual and physical practices. For example, Christianity. It's no secret that Orthodox monks and Catholic priests adhere to the vow of celibacy. The fathers of the Christian Church, numerous saints who performed miracles much more incomprehensible than the skills of martial artists, also adhered to celibacy. Among the health-improving practices I would like to note the well-known complex of Tibetan monks "Eye of Rebirth", restoring youth and health. It is actively promoted by Vasily Skakun, a well-known acrobatics coach and supporter of a healthy lifestyle in our region. However, in his classes, five exercises of the complex are given. The sixth can only be performed when intercourse is terminated.
I hope that it will become clear to the reader who has mastered this text to the end - that contactless combat theoretically has a right to exist. But in modern life, we are unlikely to meet people who know it at the level of practical application. Too many of them have to give up in order to later become famous and transfer their knowledge to incomprehensible hands and heads.

A person who is a masterly master of a certain martial art can always feel safe. In a dark alley, they will actually approach him only to ask what time it is. Seeing how they offend the weak, he will be able to bravely stand up for him. Recently, the phrase "contactless combat" has been increasingly pronounced.

What is behind this word? Maybe this particular art will be useful for both men and women who are far from physical perfection?

What attracts you?

Noisy fights with breaking benches on the head and folding to the side of the jaws have long been out of fashion; a real ace fights quietly and intelligently, without even dressing in his favorite sweatpants. At the end of the battle, the enemies lie unconscious, and the hero neatly straightens his hairstyle and continues his walk, having contrived to wittily comment on the situation. Does it sound like a movie? By no means, this is exactly the picture that contactless combat presupposes. How do you learn to do this? On videos, how the majority is solved, or sign up for special courses? In general, is it realistic to learn how to fight in such a way that, without even touching the enemy, violate his calmness and balance? First of all, it would be good to understand what the art of non-contact combat is.

Advantages

Martial arts masters can beautifully cope with a dozen heavily armed enemy agents at once, and they do everything easily and smoothly. There is no doubt, it is very beautiful and effective. Non-contact fighting is recognized as virtuoso. How to learn to strike at a distance?

After all, you must not touch the enemy with your hands or your body! It is intended to use the hypnotic influence on the public. The master must influence the human biofield, his consciousness. There are professionals who can show master classes to a friendly audience, but novice wrestlers will need some entourage. But what an effect! No bruises or bruises, broken fingers, or even dirt on your clothes! Having learned how to conduct a contactless fight against your opponent, you can stand up for yourself without an impressive mass and pumped up biceps. Here the strength of the spirit and will swing. By the way, we can say that touching the enemy still takes place. But sometimes it is touching his pain points and always penetrating into his comfort zone.

The beginning of the way

So, first of all, you need to believe in your strengths and the reality of the intended result. In other words, going into battle, a person must understand that he will beat the enemy solely with his energy.

In order for the future fighter to learn the basics of contactless combat, he is told various legends and stories about those who started this movement. If at this stage you do not believe in your strength, then it is pointless to continue further. The process of self-knowledge begins, during which other personality traits and talents may be revealed. The character becomes calmer, and the person himself acquires more and more self-confidence. He knows himself. Knowing the structure of the human body helps both in striking and in taking them. Therefore, it is worthwhile to study it thoroughly. A person with certain knowledge has an advantage over an amateur, because he can predict the reaction of his own and someone else's body to the blows received. Next, the fighters must pair up and train each other's energy. If there is no energy in the blow, then the blow is empty and meaningless, and if the energy splashes over the edge, then the blow itself is not needed. We can say that in the process of learning a certain trance occurs, since the criticality of perception decreases.

As practice shows, almost any person can be immersed in a trance using traditional methods.

Going into a trance

During training, movements should be soft and slow. The main thing is to repeat the trajectories of real blows and copy the reaction to them. But the point is not in parody, but in the energetic acceptance of the blow, in the inner feeling of the correctness of actions. Attention is focused not on the external level, but on the internal one. The bodily sensations are placed in the center. To go into a trance, a person seeks to overload the brain with impulses, for which many touches, hits and pinches are made. The body knows what pain is, and a person must grasp their reaction to pain in order to competently conduct non-contact hand-to-hand combat. At the next stage of training, more experienced fighters are monitored, and the most capable can get the right to demonstrate their skills. By the way, rapid success in training speaks of a person's high hypnotizability, that is, his ability to enter phases with a minimum level of criticality. During demonstration fights, there are always prerequisites: in particular, you cannot resist your own feelings. If you want to bend or fall, then you have to succumb to this desire.

In real life, it is forbidden to use contactless combat until there is proper practice. We must not forget that you will have to practice in two directions: to influence others and to succumb to other influences. A fall from a hidden blow means that the energy channels are open to impact.

On practice

The system of non-contact fighting involves a large amount of training and a good reaction, but the trouble is, in a real fight on the street it will not work, since the opponent does not have an unconscious connection. So training doesn't make sense? This would be too hasty a conclusion. In practice, in a banal street brawl, there will hardly be time to act deliberately and carefully, and the adrenaline at such moments is off scale. You need to concentrate as much as possible and put your energy into physical touch. Therefore, on the street, the fight will still be contact, but less energy-consuming.

By the way, an unconscious connection helps with pair work, promotes greater trust between two people, so this is a good idea for lovers who want to diversify their everyday life. Simple children's games, for example, tags or slap on the hand for speed, help to develop an unconscious connection. In this case, there will be no aggression, but the reaction will be trained. If she is fast in a pair, then the partners will distance themselves from each other in time. There is a danger of getting carried away by energy passes, and then the conditioned reflex will work every time you meet with an energy partner.

Special Forces Secrets

Once on the Ren-TV channel they showed a documentary about Lavrov's contactless fight. Alexander Lavrov is a lieutenant colonel who made the technique of remote manipulation his main business. According to him, non-contact fighting still exists, and it is called the highest level in martial arts. If you do not have the strength to physically withstand sparring, then this technique is too tough.

In general, the technique of non-contact combat did not appear out of nowhere, all these methods are based on Bernstein's theories on the levels of building and spreading movement. The essence of the theories is that dissonance in the opponent's nervous system causes involuntary movements, disorientation in space and misses. Lavrov's non-contact combat is mastered in several stages. The first need to master the ability to fit into the speed of the enemy's actions during his attack, which gives an advantage due to the delayed reaction of the enemy. For example, in the event that the opponent makes a grab, he pulls back the part of the body that he wants to grab.

Forward by stages

The second stage is the technique of non-contact combat with adjustment to the enemy. If you "catch someone else's wave", then you can start a reverse reaction, that is, force the enemy to take the necessary actions and change them in their favor. If the fine-tuning is complete, the result is exemplary non-contact combat. Psychotechnics plays an important role in interaction, so it is necessary to tune in to the appropriate mood, calm down and move on to the third stage, namely, introducing interference into the opponent's visual analyzer. As Lavrov teaches, this step is a combination of the first two stages. For example, an opponent's blow threatens the head area. You should get into the speed of his actions, create the visual illusion of lengthening your arm and adjust your opponent to it.

Lavrov's teacher

If they say about Alexander Lavrov that he is a master, and the special forces are using his contactless battle, then what did his teacher Alexei Kadochnikov bring to the masses? It turns out that he also has his own system, demonstrated in the film "Pain Technique". In addition, Kadochnikov demonstrated the art of non-contact combat in practice, having previously entered a certain state resembling a trance. The sight was very impressive, because Kadochnikov was attacked from different sides by people with and without weapons. But all this mass of soldiers scattered in different directions, although it would seem that Aleksey Kadochnikov himself remained practically motionless, did not make sudden movements and generally remained calm outwardly. In general, the performance was enchanting, although naturally there were also those who were not impressed at all. At the end, Lavrov and Vishnevetsky approached Kadochnikov, and a hefty kickboxer climbed onto the stage, laughing at the contactless fight and speaking out in favor of physical pressure. In response, the master expressed concerns about the kickboxer's health and suggested postponing the meeting to a more convenient place and time, namely the gym the next day. The boxer agreed and left the gym with a group of his friends. Then the story can be continued only by rumors. They say that the meeting took place, and the boxer categorically refused to comment on it. Kadochnikov also based on the theories of Bernstein, but mainly in his demonstrations he said that Russian contactless combat is not fiction, but a unique system that allows you to calmly and rationally repel enemy attacks, interfering with his nervous system. Thus, you can achieve a decline in his self-confidence, misses and falls. A fighter must be able to feel his opponent, get into his speed and feel the thermal field of his hands.

The power of thought

Many philosophers talk about the power of thought of a developed person, but what does this power give as a result? Firstly, this power can only belong to a comprehensively developed and intellectual person. That is, such a power cannot be possessed by a person who has launched himself in the physical plane. You can trust in this movies, in which they always make the main character of a strong and resilient guy. Secondly, peace of mind is necessary, for which fighters often use meditation. Chronic diseases must also be eradicated. The power of thought allows a person to lead a healthy lifestyle. There are Eastern and Western fighting techniques, which are based on different theories. Thus, the eastern battle involves the circulation of various types of energy in the human body. And the western one is based on hypnosis and a number of psychological techniques, which allows you to create curvatures in space and thus harm your opponent. When mastering Western combat, beginners will be helped by the study of neurolinguistic programming. But the study of eastern combat will become easier with the study of reflexology. By the way, no one canceled the impact of the voice, because there are cases when a war cry put enemies or even wild animals to flight. Of course, the frequency of the sound emitted also affects, but the effect of surprise and an emotional message always works. To develop your ability for non-contact combat, you can try several interesting techniques. In the dark, try to quickly free your head from thoughts. The faster it turns out, the better. You need to repeat until the best result. By the way, this is a kind of meditation technique that helps to remember some things and make decisions that were not previously given. Each person has pain points and it is not so difficult to find them, especially if you first find your own. The complete relaxation technique helps. The waves of self-knowledge must pass through their own body and energy must pass unhindered throughout the body. The correct breathing technique will be of great help. Most people do this not through the diaphragm, which is not considered the norm.

Notable fighters

History knows many masters who laid the foundations of contactless combat. The most famous is O-Sensei, who was also named Morihei Ueshiba. He was the creator of Aikido. He demonstrated non-contact combat, being a respectable old man and having almost 40 years of combat experience behind him. It is known that the master was engaged in cleansing the body and spirit with cold water, for which he went out every morning under the icy mountain waterfall.

And the master Gerard Blaise was born in France, where he began to practice aikido and judo. Gerard had many martial arts teachers. As a result, in 1996 he received the 7th dan of aikido. In total, he has 48 years of experience as a martial artist. At an advanced age, he was interested in contactless combat. By the way, almost all masters come to contactless combat after 30-40 years of practice. Perhaps the fact is that the realization comes that this is not magic and not a mystical invention, designed to support the image of the gray-haired elders. Contactless combat is not a pretentious novelty with which you can conquer an audience and attract other people. Such a fight allows you to interact with the enemy at the level of consciousness and attention, transfer your energy, positive or negative. This is by no means a separate style of martial arts, but a combination of all the knowledge gained in combination with the strength of the soul and the thought process.

Of course, there are those who categorically do not believe in contactless combat, laughing at the adherents of this movement and referring it to legends or even fairy tales. Such people believe that the main audience of such combat masters is frightened spectators or fanatics who believe in any nonsense. Is it worth discouraging such people? There is probably no point in convincing those who do not need information. But everyone has the right to their own free choice. In particular, a person can decide for himself whether he wants to develop his abilities. Real masters of hand-to-hand combat, having conquered the peaks, strive to go to contactless combat. But at the same time, they do not even touch the enemy with a finger, transferring their power through the waves of energy and heat of their radiation.

Self-development of an individual is the path that a person must follow in his life. This path is similar to a long ascent up the mountain, the top of the mountain, there are many approaches to it and they are possible from different directions. The same path of self-development can be compared with a river flowing without fatigue and respite, flowing into an ever wider channel, giving more and more knowledge and understanding of the world. The path of self-development and self-knowledge is endless. The more I know, the more I realize that I know nothing! Live and learn! The flow of water is endless. If the flow of development is stopped, it will inevitably dry up!

EDUCATION. Let's ponder the meaning of the word itself. Education. As you can see, the basis of the process of acquiring new knowledge is the transfer of images. And the image is not a static one-dimensional visual picture, but the totality of all sensations, i.e. the picture is dynamic and multidimensional.

The true meaning of the word EDUCATION lies even deeper. This is the bringing of a person to the standards of a certain ideal initial IMAGE or the original integral human ESSENCE. In the most ancient religion Zaroostrism of the Indo-Iranian group of peoples, this image in the text of the Avesta is called "farru". In Tibetan Buddhism, this image is called "ngos" (face) and presupposes the establishment of a connection with him, which allows him to develop further according to the program of the original Norm (Three Bodies - mind, soul and body are united, proportionally equal and in harmony).

In the Christian concept, the approach is completely analogous. The word "religion" is a compound PE - it is a returnable particle meaning reverse action, and "legare" is a connection. That is, the restoration of connection with God, a particle of which is in each of us, in fact, is access to a certain “divine” essence hidden within us. And this happens through the unification of the soul, mind and body into a single sense organ.

In the process of studying, studying the structure of MIND and BODY (energy), their interaction, we will get to the SPIRIT. Spirit is the primary source and fundamental part of man, which determines his nature and qualities. It is the root of a person's entire life. Unfortunately, we do not have a conscious access to our essence, being under the control of the mind, which blocks the manifestations of the soul. All our practice will be aimed at achieving awareness and the ability to be "here and now." Solving this problem allows you to achieve a neutral, objective vision of life.

UNDERSTANDING is higher than KNOWLEDGE

When knowledge is not transferred to other people, there is a stagnation in information exchange, which is a barrier to gaining new knowledge and moving on. So the process of transferring knowledge is not a process of influence, but a process of interaction. In many ways, we will learn from each other. The fact that we were here is not accidental, and for each there is a reason for the future meaning.

What we are going to talk about is not a dogma, and in fact, everything can be completely different. After 3 - 4 months of training, you can hang a foam ball on a thread and try to mentally influence it, achieving swing. To do this, imagine how a fireball flies out of your palm and hits an object. You can train on a candle - extinguish the flame with an energy blow. At first, the distance between the fist and the candle flame should be no more than 2 - 3 mm, gradually increasing.
With the qualitative use of psychotechnics, even a trained person can change the psychophysical state. Blinking or watering eyes, locking in the throat or slightly increasing the pulse, pressure, breathing can be activated - these reactions of the opponent's body and psyche can be used in a duel if you know exactly how to do it.

In an untrained person, disturbances occur in the zone of spatial orientation and the vestibular apparatus, which leads to imbalance with possible loss of consciousness and even death.
In the event that a person knows that psychotechnics will be used against him, their effectiveness is sharply reduced. The protection of the so-called "guard post" of the human subconscious is triggered.

Impact with a gaze from a distance
We enter a state of combat trance, the knees are bent, a slight tilt of the head forward, we direct our gaze from under the forehead to the left eye or the point between the enemy's eyebrows and with several almost imperceptible body movements we direct the energy to our feet, then through the palm of our right hand further into his side, on his shadow. With a certain training, after a few seconds, you can see that the opponent's breathing has changed, the pulse has become more frequent, the pupils narrow or expand, chills appear, the temperature rises, the pressure rises, followed by a drop.

The thought is material. With a non-contact technique of influence (non-contact combat), only your imagination controls the enemy's body. Your unnecessary movements of the body or gaze perform only auxiliary functions - they facilitate the work of the imagination or insure you in case non-contact action fails. That is, it is not necessary to move your hands or your gaze at all.

You can imagine foreign objects affecting the body of the enemy. For example, a wall separating him from you. You can imagine your limbs lengthening and doing something that affects the enemy. For example, they put blocks, strike, pull, push ... Or you can immediately imagine what the enemy's body is doing without using intermediate representations. If someone comes across a fictional story "Full access" ("Full root"), about cyber telepaths traveling between worlds as disembodied consciousness, then their behavior described there in the network is very similar to contactlessness. Perhaps this is a disguised description of the non-contact technique.

It follows from this that without studying other martial arts that have rich defense capabilities (not B O C S - boxing, but for example aikido or karate, and preferably not sports branches) the arsenal of contactlessness will be very meager. When the opponent falls from his attempt to strike, this is not a magic trick and not a secret technique of non-contact. This is either a karate block or an aikido throw, made through a non-contact impact. In this case, the non-contact may not imagine the block or throw itself. He can imagine an extraneous plane that did not allow the enemy to turn his body and come out with an attack vector on your body. Or how the opponent's body suddenly performs all the actions that a normal contact throw would lead to.

That is, non-contact is not a means of destruction, but only a way to convey this means to the enemy, without entering into physical contact with him. Against the enemy, at the will of the non-contact, the muscles of the enemy himself act. I suspect that the mental disorder "alien hand syndrome" is a manifestation of non-contact influence, not necessarily conscious, on the part of another person.

How to learn. One partner stands with his back to you a few meters in front of you. Two more can insure him from falling backwards. You imagine that a rope is attached to it, for which you need to pull it from its place (unbalance). Where you "attach" it is all the same. But if the center of mass of a person is somewhere in the area of ​​the solar plexus and the bottom of the chest, and the fulcrum is in the feet, then it is easier to drag (the point of application of force / work) by the collar or slightly below. As if you were dragging it with your hand. It is difficult for the waist belt, you need to make a lot of effort to overcome the inertia of rest. It is uncomfortable behind the head, since the neck is flexible. And for the clothes between the shoulder blades - just right. How you "attach" the rope does not matter at all. You can imagine it sewn on, glued, tied around the shoulders (like wearing a backpack), or just hanging in some unknown way (magically). This is an unimportant detail. Everything is possible in the imagination, and therefore in non-contact, including violation of the usual laws of logic and physics of the material world. Perhaps telekinesis, levitation and teleportation work the same, but require more advanced ability and power of the imagination.

Begin to make slow movements with your hands, as if you were pulling an invisible rope. But you need to imagine it well. One can even imagine its feeling in the hands and the reaction that its mass and tension create. The rope shortens and begins to wobble. The vibration frequency increases as the tension on the rope increases. The rope trembles more, even more ... And now the body of the partner starts to move and the partner begins to fall back. Immediately "release the rope" and stop imagining it to give your partner the opportunity to regain balance and stay on their feet.

When you're good at it, make the exercise harder. Imagine the rope is wound around the drum of a winch. The drum is spun by other imaginary people or an imaginary motor (that is, the drum spins by itself), and you just stand and watch as an outside observer. The rope behaves in the same way as in the previous case. The interruption is the same.

The next stage - the rope goes nowhere. In some kind of fog or even soars in the air, as in a solid. Then without a rope at all, instead, stretch your hand forward, "stick" your palm to the back of your partner standing a few meters away, and pull. Then without everything. The back in the area of ​​the shoulder blades simply moves back. The more you are confident that this will happen, the more likely it will happen.

Practical use. One of the first practical applications I had was stopping the enemy's fist in the air, peeped in old Soviet films about "investigators and criminals." When they want to punch you in the face, imagine that the opponent’s fist suddenly stops for some reason, freezes. If you imagine how he flies in your face, he will fly to you. You can insure with your hands.

A good alternative is to swing your fist to the side. Imagine as if a transparent plane passes along the side of your head or the whole body, the end of which is in the shoulder area of ​​the opponent's attacking hand. That is, the enemy's fist flying towards you is on one side of the plane, and you are on the other. Imagine a fist tangentially hitting a plane and slightly changing its direction so as to fly past your face.

After studying the blocks (contact, for example karate), you can proceed to "repulsing" the opponent's blows with your "invisible hand". And the visible one can be insured. Thus, the opponent's hand will fly to the side before you hit it with your contact block. There is no need to wait until you feel your opponent's hand with your block. Otherwise, the opponent's hand will not fly to the side until you hit it with a contact block. You need to be sure that the opponent's hand will fly to the side simply because you are performing a block (hitting the attacking limb at an angle to the attack vector). More precisely, it will "just fly off" regardless of your block, and you "just execute" the block, as it were, parallel to the opponent's hand flying off, even if there is still two meters between you. That is, the opponent's hand does not fly off because you imagine your block. But because you imagine how the opponent's hand flies off. And the block repulsed it or the ninja turtle ran up - it's the tenth thing. In reality, it is not the hand that will fly to the side, but the opponent will fall entirely (this is not magic, this is ordinary karate and a little physics and psyche).

If in the previous paragraph, instead of a karate block, imagine an aikido throw, then the opponent will fly somersault. After practicing aikido and understanding its principles, you can slap the opponent on the ground from the height of his growth simply by mentally pulling and pushing him in the upper chest area.

How to defend yourself. Also imagination. If you feel that your body does not obey you, then most likely non-contact is being used against you. The contactless does not always do it consciously. For example, when you are under pressure and you cannot raise your hands to the aggressor looming over you, he may not understand that he is using non-contact. He's just sure, as a consequence of previous experience, that you will stand in a daze, like a rabbit in front of a boa constrictor, which is why it happens. Your field (psipole, biofield) is compressed into a small lump in the area of ​​the solar plexus and the lower chest. And you, too, want to shrink into the same lump in order to fit into your safe field. This is pinch and numbness.

You need to take control of your body in the same way as above we controlled the bodies of opponents. Mentally, with an effort of will, begin to increase your field to a size slightly exceeding the size of your body. Discourage the opponent's attempts to squeeze your field back. Now try to free your hands. If the enemy does not calm down and you feel continuing attempts to crush you, you can additionally crush him with your field, "shaking hands" or squeezing something intangible (the source of his biofield / psipole) in his chest or solar plexus.
