Quadruple jumps by Alexandra Trusova

She attracted a lot of attention when she did difficult jump quadruple salchow (4S) during the official competition at the Grand Prix stage in Brisbane in August 2017.Up to this point, in April 2017, a video appeared on the network where Trusova successfully jumps a quadruple jump. Before the debut of the Grand Prix, the skater announced that she would try to jump quad at all competitions. Trusova became the first figure skater in the world to jump a clean quadruple jump on official competitions... To date, her overall GP score is the third highest among women single skating at a younger age, in the first place Alina Zagitova (Russia), in the second place Marine Honda (Japan).

In addition to the hype with a quadruple jump, Trusova owns the entire jump set, while jumping with rippons and tano (raised one / two arms above her head). But that doesn't surprise anyone, considering who her coach is.

On March 10, at the YUCHM, the figure skater jumps a clean quadruple Salchow and a sheepskin coat in free program and sets a world record for women's technique. Trusova is finally approved as the only girl in the world jumping quadruple jumps at official competitions! (PP video below)

In August 2017, she made her debut at the Grand Prix in Brisbane (Australia), took first place in the competition with a jump in the free program. Received 75.62 points for the free program in technique. The jump was unclean, so the world record among juniors set by Russian woman Alina Zagitova was not broken. Maybe later 🙂

And maybe someone will tell me whether it is possible to show the second rhyme "Devil" to children (14 years old) or is it unacceptable. I, sitting at home, do not know anything, but there is some horror on the TV.
I have 40 hobbies (for 70 years). And now I am fond of living until the morning.
The state is as if I received 600 roentgen radiation.
Ayvaita - I have not heard.
I am sitting on "Yuri Stepanovich Kutyrin poetry.ru" 180 rhymes. There are many interesting things in my reviews (I have already deleted 80%). And there is a mail for communication. I wish everyone happiness.

    • And all the best to you!

My question is: If 50 years ago, stadiums stood up when skaters jumped 2.5 turns, is there a limit to the number of turns on the ice? Thank you for your attention.
If I said something wrong, it's better to delete (I'm used to it) than to kick esotericism in public.

    • There was a time when the whole world watched the flight of Gagarin. Nowadays no one writes about the launch of another rocket, except in the major media. Unless something interesting happens during the start. Yuri, what are you fond of? I am also NN and I like, for example, Advaita. Or are you not on this part?))

I can't say anything about figure skating because I have a congenital heart defect. And I ran out of rhymes for children (I have no children). I asked the Creator to help the sweet girl fulfill all her desires. But if only they will be without mistakes ... Otherwise the law of Karma will work. With a smile - Yuri.

    • Karma ... what's this? some have it, some don't. It's better without her :) and Sasha doesn't need to think about karma, her main thing is to go in for sports. It is with us, adults, that our heads are stuffed with karma and other nonsense, which prevents us from developing ourselves. Let Sasha go in for sports while all this is not in his head. Takes new heights, achieves success. Sasha is a fanatic, she found her niche, it helps her. And the Creator has nothing to do with it.

And, of course, the first in history to score crazy points for technique in a free program - 92.35. Alina Zagitova and Evgenia Medvedeva, who were awarded the Olympic Games, have not yet reached such numbers. Yes, and Misha Kolyada in the personal tournament of Pyeongchang, and Patrick Chan, and a bunch of men still did not get there either.

Where it is thin, there it is torn, and where the power is extraordinary, more power is added. Our women's figure skating is again on the lips of the whole world. Last summer, at the training camp in Novogorsk, little Sasha lived in the same room with Zhenya Medvedeva. She always wanted to be like Zhenya. True, so - still remaining yourself. The character of Sasha, like Medvedeva, does not hold. And talent is revealed only when it is controlled by character. He leads, pushes, forces, in the end, forces.

Back in December, having won the junior Grand Prix final, Alexandra complained in her first, probably, serious interview: on the whole, she was happy, of course, with the victory, but she was upset that she did not do the quadruple Salchow.

Without an explanation, that her annoyance, perhaps, would not be very clear - and which of the girls or women showed us a jump in four turns? - but then Sasha said that she liked jumping most of all in figure skating. She began in childhood, of course, with single ones, and then she mastered all the triples, began to learn the axel at three and a half ... She has been developing this leap for a long time. The first time Sasha tried to perform it at the age of 10, not yet being in the same group with Medvedeva and Zagitova. And already with Eteri Tutberidze they decided to learn the quadruple salchow first. He "gave up" last April.

Impeccable combinations of triple jumps, including the same "lutz-rittberger" with which Alina Zagitova broke away from Evgenia Medvedeva in the Pyeongchang short program (and it turned out - and won the Olympic Games with this margin), and - no fear of jumping. This little Sasha says simply: the excitement just appears - go and do it!

Well, she went and did it! And she became the first figure skater to perform in the program at the official start two jumps in four turns at the World Junior Championships in Sofia.

Now Ryazan can be fully proud of the record together with Moscow. Before getting to the world-famous Khrustalny skating rink of the famous Sambo-70 school, Sasha twisted jumps in Ryazan at the Olympic Sports Palace. Although, in fact, it all started with commercials - they, presented to the girl at the age of four, made a strong impression on her. The girl did not want to shoot them at all. Rollers, it happened, and led to the ice. And then to dad, by the way, the master of sports in judo, wrestling and hand-to-hand combat, I had to move to Moscow for work. So "Khrustalny" and Sasha Trusova met.

The world championship in Sofia brought an amazing result to our junior team: 9 medals - 4 gold, 3 silver and 2 bronze. Victories - in all four types of the program. World champions were Alexandra Trusova, Alexey Erokhov, Anastasia Skoptsova - Kirill Aleshin (ice dancing), Daria Pavlyuchenko - Denis Khodykin ( pair skating). Silver medalists - Alena Kostornaya, Artur Danielyan, Polina Kostyukovich - Dmitry Yalin (pair skating). Bronze - Anastasia Mishina - Alexander Gallyamov (pair skating), Arina Ushakova - Maxim Nekrasov (ice dancing). Unique kids, awesome and fearless trainers.

... Will Sasha be able to repeat such jumps in the future when he switches to adult ice? Nobody will answer this question. Sasha Trusova is the first. She did what in women's figure skating was considered, is and will be considered for many years to be science fiction. A girl from the future. The real one.

Alexandra Trusova- Russian figure skater, the first in history figure skating an athlete who performed two jumps in four turns in a free program at once.

Biography

Alexandra Trusova was born on June 23, 2004 in Ryazan. Alexandra is the eldest child in the family. She has two younger brothers. Alexandra's father is a master of sports in sambo, judo and hand-to-hand fighting.

Alexandra at the age of 4 got on rollers and fell in love with them very much, so her parents, Svetlana and Vyacheslav, had no doubts what kind of sport to give their daughter to. So, in 2008, Sasha started figure skating.

The girl's first coaches were Olga Mikhailovna Shevtsova and Larisa Melkova. Classes were held at the Olympic Sports Palace in Ryazan. At the same time, the Trusov family lived in Nedostoyevo and had to get up very early to get to training. But her parents did not force Alexandra to study, it was her conscious choice.

Some time ago, the Trusovs moved to Moscow for family reasons. And Alexandra began training in sports school... And later she was taken to her group by the famous Russian figure skating coach, under whose leadership there are also Evgenia Medvedeva, Alina Zagitova and other famous figure skaters.

Trainings in the club "Sambo-70", the "Khrustalny" department (Moscow) turned into daily hard work. In addition to Eteri Tutberidze, Sergei Dudakov and choreographer Daniil Gleichengauz work with Trusova.

Alexandra Trusova is trying to be equal in figure skating to Evgenia Medvedeva, while remaining herself. She is especially inspired in the two-time prize-winner Olympic Games character and perseverance.

Alexandra's main goal was to do something new in figure skating, which no one had ever done before. And she succeeded, she went down in history, for the first time performing two quadruple jump in women's competitions. Previously, no one succeeded, even in adult tournaments.

Personal life

Figure skating training does not interfere with your studies at all. Alexandra is a good student, loves mathematics. Free time spends reading fantasy books, communicates with brothers and friends.

Sasha is already thinking about which profession to choose in the future. Most likely, she will be associated with animals, because this is another of her big hobbies. By the way, on all trips Sasha is accompanied by her friend and a living mascot - a four-year-old Chihuahua named Tina.

But the main achievement - she went down in history, for the first time performing two quadruple jumps in women's competitions. Previously, no one succeeded, even in adult tournaments.

Played, ate and slept Alexandra in roller skates. They were presented to her for four years. The parents met with serious resistance, who tried to remove them from their daughter. Therefore, it was decided to give little Sasha to figure skating.

For 5 years Trusova went in for sports in her native Ryazan. And then the family moved to Moscow. By the way, the reason for this was not a lack of training opportunities, but family circumstances.

Alexandra is the eldest child in the family. She has two younger brothers who are now 9 and 3 years old.

Chihuahua named Tina- Trusova's favorite dog. Alexandra tries to take her pet with her to all European tournaments.

Movement is life. The Trusovs live by this principle. They spend their weekends actively: they ride bicycles, go for a walk in the forest, go to the water park or meet friends and relatives.

Alexandra's mom devotes all her time to organizing sports life daughter. Trusova's father is a master of sports in judo, sambo and hand-to-hand fighting.

Jumping is Alexandra's favorite element in figure skating. She is not afraid to fall, but perceives the entry to the jump as a challenge. At the age of 10, she first tried to jump the triple axel - an element that only three skaters performed before. And by 13 she had already learned two quadruple jumps.

Trusova was looking for competition. This is what attracts her to training in the Eteri Tutberidze group. She likes to compete with skaters who skate just as well: Evgenia Medvedeva, Alina Zagitova. The friendly atmosphere allows the strongest athletes to ask each other for advice.

"I want to do something first in the world." To this end, Trusova relied on learning the most difficult jumps in women's skating. In 2017, she succeeded in the quadruple salchow; in 2018, she added a sheepskin coat to it. In the process - improvement over the triple axel.

“I don’t have to get up early when I’m Olympic champion This question really worries Alexandra. She has been working especially hard to achieve her goal of becoming an Olympic champion since 2014. Then Trusova first watched figure skating competitions at the Sochi Olympics.

"I looked at Medvedeva like a star." Trusova is trying to be equal in figure skating to Evgeny Medvedeva, but she is trying to remain herself. She is especially inspired by her character and perseverance in the two-time Olympic medalist.

Alexandra Vyacheslavovna Trusova. Born June 23, 2004 in Ryazan. Russian single skater. World Junior Champion (2018). The first in history women's skating performed a quadruple toe loop.

Father - Vyacheslav Trusov, professional sportsman, master of sports in judo, sambo and hand-to-hand fighting.

Mom devotes all her time to organizing her daughter's sports life.

Has two younger brothers - Egor (born in 2008) and Ivan (born in 2015).

I started skating at the age of four, although at first they were rollers that were presented to her for her birthday. As Alexandra recalled, she practically did not take off her skates, even when she was not skating - she sat in them, played, ate and even tried to sleep in them. And the parents decided to give Sasha to figure skating.

Since 2004, she began to practice figure skating in her native Ryazan. The first coach is Olga Mikhailovna Shevtsova. Trusova studied with her for three years. Then, by age, it was necessary to switch to another coach, Larisa Nikolaevna Melkova became her mentor.

Figure skating, according to her, fell in love with jumping: "I like jumping most of all. That's it!"

Already in those years, Sasha dreamed of Olympic medals... She recalled: "Back in Ryazan, I asked my dad if it would be possible for me to stop getting up early for training when I become an Olympic champion? I was then five or six years old. And when I watched the Olympics in Sochi, I definitely decided that I would be over it. work".

When Alexandra was 9 years old, the whole family moved to Moscow - her father needed it for work. So she ended up at the Khrustalny skating rink in Sambo-70. At first she trained for three years in the group of Alexander Sergeevich Volkov - there she began to jump triple jumps. Sasha's first programs were staged by Martin, the choreographer and wife of Alexander Volkov. Then she briefly trained with Anna Vladimirovna Tsareva.

In 2016, she ended up in the group.

In the fall of 2016, after a successful performance at the stages of the Junior Russian Cup, she took third place in the final.

In March and April 2017, she became the prize-winner of the Russian Championship in both junior and senior age. By August 2017, the coaches turned on the quadruple salchow, a record-breaking jump for singles, as well as two cascades of triple lutz - triple toe loop and triple lutz - triple rittberger. At both stages of the Junior Grand Prix in Australia and Belarus, as well as at the stages of the Russian Cup, in the Final of the Junior Grand Prix, at the Championship of Russia (where she took 1-2 places), Trusova performs a quadruple salchow, but with errors and under-rotation.

In the Final of the Cup of Russia, Alexandra lands the quadruple salchow in the finest way - the judges set a bonus of +2. He is also trying to make for the first time in the history of women's single figure skating a quadruple toe loop - two quadruple jumps in one program. But unsuccessful.

The first triumph of Alexandra Trusova was the 2018 junior world championship in Sofia. She won short program, and in the free program she managed to perform a record set of elements without mistakes: a quadruple salchow, a quadruple toe loop (i.e. two quads in one program), as well as three cascades with two triple jumps (triple flip - triple toe loop and triple lutz - triple rittberger, triple flip - oiler - triple salchow).

Moreover, her technical assessment- 92.35 - became the highest in the history of women's singles (both juniors and adults). Immediately almost 10 points higher than the previous one!

Alexandra, as well as the first performer of two quadruple jumps in one program. She became the second performer of the quadruple salchow jump in history (after Mika Ando).
